отель старый, номер сильно мелкий, шкаф для одежды находится в глубине комнаты, и он очень маленький даже для одного человека, все вещи висят НАД чайными принадлежностями, места совсем нет, некуда ставить чайник и невозможно его пись из кружек, над которыми всегда висят вещи. Напротив стоял современный отель, чуть чуть дороже этого старинного отеля. Если бы я знал, то заехал бы в него. Этот отель нуждается в реновации.

Ok stay. Just a little maintenance around the pool and toilets would be great. Breakfast not the best.

Very good value for the reasonable price we paid. The pool was great. The location is especially good. Kata beach is a nice area and it’s near the beach. Kiri right next to hotel amazing food franchise, also massage place next to hotel room was also very good.

Booked ibis kata Phuket, one room two adults one child and one adult in a separate room. Upon arrival I was show the room which where both the same size and if I wanted and extra bed for my child it was £20 a night extra. I showed my booking to the receptionist and was told that this is not enough evidence and if I wasn’t happy cancel and go stay somewhere else it was 1am in the morning. The receptionist and in fact all staff are rude. Rooms are tiny and smell of urine. 18 sunbeds to the whole hotel which had seen better days,Most days we went to beach or neighbouring hotel, food in hotel is disgusting once was enough. This is the third time in Phuket had it been the first it would have been the last. Phuket is lovely, people are lovely just stay clear of this hotel RECEPTIONISTS RUDE,SMELLY,ROOM DISGUSTING.

This hotel is a bit dated, but this doesn't spoil your stay. Great breakfast, everything is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful if help is needed.we had a family room which was spacious the bathroom is a little on the small side but adequate. Good sized pool, but again, a little outdated area.

Very comfy bed. The kids enjoyed the bunks. Location was well positioned for the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Fantastic little food market out the front every night with great fruit, seafood and snacks. The kids had the nuggets and the gyoza and both rated them highly. A great budget friendly hotel in a good location. There is a 7-11 right out the front as well for water and snacks. The beach is an easy 15 min stroll out the hotel and to the left but there is also a shuttle that leaves from the hotel every few hours. Try eating at Eight-Fold restaurant around the corner from the hotel. Amazing Thai food! We ate there 3 times in 3 days.

Breakfast was basic but had enough options to fill you up. Take your own spreads (vegemite, jam etc) if you are particular. The strawberry jelly was like eating candy on toast, but we took our own so was all good.

Though our family room was small the beds were really comfy. Bunk bed is solid and is fine for kids under 10 years old. Breakfast was OK - cornflakes, milk, yogurt, fried eggs, fruits, pastry. Not the delicious one but we never stayed hungry. High speed internet connection. Really loved the night market in front of the hotel!

The hotel seems to be understaffed. Housekeeping made up our room each day at 5 pm and they literally had no chance to do this earlier as there was only two ladies cleaning the rooms on each floor. People coming to the restaurant to have breakfast had to wait for a few minutes for a hostess to come up as she was cleaning tables at the same time. There's only one small wardrobe in the room with a hanging rail for 4 hangers and no shelves in it. The bathroom is tiny.

Расположение вдалеке от шумных локаций, однако по улице постоянно гоняли по вечерам гонщики, немного шумновато. Номер на 4 этаже, с балконом на улицу, был шумный кондей, много пакетных туристов. Возле отеля по вечерам макашницы, однако, так и не дошли до них руки. Массаж ног справа при выходе из отеля не понравился. ВЫбирали отель исходя из условий по оплате проживания на месте, выбор таких отелей, к сожалению, не велик. Если бы не это условие - никогда бы не поехала в отель, где размещают пакетников. Завтраки вполне сносные, рядом 7/11. Бассейн большой, чистый, но лежаков мало, их занимают полотенцами во время завтрака, можно не успеть. Номер очень компактный. Ходили всегда на Карон, что далековато, на Ката ходили только один раз, и то потому, что на Кароне образовалась в какой-то период зеленая тина, что было не ожидаемо. Ката была чище, но по остальным характеристикам пляж, по моему скромному мнению, проигрывает Карону. Были на Кароне несколько раз ранее в 2019, 2023, 2025 году, никогда такой помойки не было. Пока из-за этого желания вернуться на Пхукет нет.

직원은 불친절하고, 객실은 예약 시 보았던 정보와 너무 달랐음. 객실 세면기의 배수가 잘 되지않아 수리를 요청했지만 제대로 수리하지 않아 내내 불편핬음. 조식도 형편없었음.

Fint pool- och loungeområde, fräscha rum med fin utsikt över poolen.

Personalen såg så sura ut. Inte ett leende. Helt vidöppna fönster vid hissen, livsfarligt om man har små barn som kan springa rakt ut.

Manque de transats, clients irrespectueux ( fumeurs à la piscine) Les clients fumes aussi dans les couloirs.. petit-déjeuner moyen. Clientèle bruyante la nuit. Nous n’allons jamais dans les groupe hôteliers en Thaïlande, mais exceptionnellement nous y avons été contraint, c’est ce qu’on pensait, ce n’est pas à la hauteur des standing en Thaïlande pour le même tarif voir moins honereux. L’accès à la plage est long pour des enfants, on pense être proche en traversant la route mais il y a un détour à faire pour y accéder. L’hôtel est cependant très bien situé pour aller au Kata street market. Le personnel reste très agréable c’est le point fort.

Gute Lage. Man ist im Geschehen, aber dadurch dass das Hotel nicht direkt an der Straße liegt, sondern nach hinten versetzt wurde, ist es nicht zu laut. Die kleinen Verksufsstände vor dem Hotel, die erst gegen Nachmittag/Abend den Stand aufbauen, waren sehr gut. Essen und Getränke waren wirklich sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste renoviert werden. Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einseitig und geschmacklich nur befriedigend.

Lack of basic hygiene standard Rude and un-cooperative staff especially management My stay at this hotel was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had — and it started the moment I saw (and smelled) the pillow. The pillow on my bed was so filthy, stained, and unbearable that it’s impossible to describe without feeling sick all over again. It had large, brownish sweat marks that looked like they’d been there for ages, completely ignored by housekeeping. The moment I leaned closer, I was hit by an overwhelming stench — a mix of old sweat, body odor, and sour dampness, like it had absorbed months of other people’s perspiration and never once been washed.

Nous avons du quitter l'hôtel, impossible de rester avec des enfants.nous avons du reprendre un autre établissement en urgence avec des frais et tracas supplémentaires Très déçu !!!

The staff were friendly

The beds/ seat in the rooms were disgustingly dirty. Stained sheets and cushion. The pool area was littered with rubbish. Watched a staff member spit into the pool as they walked past!

Los hoteles de la cadena Ibis están abandonados a su suerte, estan igual que cuando abrieron sin ningun mantenimiento y con la degradacion del paso de los años. Cambian lo que se rompe y gracias.

Staff was friendly

Very small rooms, small balcony and small fridge. No chair no nothing. The pool area was nothing like the pictures. Very disappointing.

The hotel is really dirty all the time. The hallway was full of dust, the shower room had mold on the wall. It felt extremely dirty. I was told at the reception that you can shower after check out to use the pool but there is one shower by the pool that has no hot water and no lock on the door. Not worth the money at all. Bad experience

Camerele sunt destul de mici.. in baie apa de la dus nu se scurgea.. erau niste musculite mici in baie.

The room was quite, so no disturbance while sleeping

The price to quality ratio is horrible. The room is way smaller than it seems on the photos. Everything is old — once cleaning forgot to put on pillowcases, saw that the pillows are all stained with sweat, bedsheets were stained, staff put some powder to hide it. Beach towels are old. For the price of the night, don’t even provide bottle of water upon checking. Breakfast doesn’t worth it. No variety at all.

Låg standard och mycket slitet på rummen. Golvet var fuktskadat, rostiga och sneda lampor. Skulle finnas PlayStation på familjerummet men det fanns inte. Väldigt ostädat i korridoren, samma glasbitar låg kvar från första till sista dagen.
