Cuando algo se terminaba tardaban bastante tiempo en reponerlo

Really disappointed with this hotel. Staff were lovely but hotel itself is in need of an upgrade. Im home 2 months and my deposit still hasn't been returned. Hotel are telling me it's processed by my bank told me no payment is processed. Disgusted with the hotel. Will never return.

Duży wygodny i czysty pokój, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, 3 baseny w obiekcie. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym, 2 telewizory, taras, duża przestrzeń. Przyjemna, spora łazienka, woda pitna uzupełniani codziennie. Dobra lokalizacja, w centrum, ale jednak odrobinę z boku (wjazd z bocznej uliczki). 7-Eleven 200m od obiektu, sklepy, restauracje, street food, pralnie, salony masażu, nocny market w zasięgu 10 min spaceru. Ładna plaża, z darmowym transferem. W linii prostej do plaży jest 200-300m, ale niestety żeby wejść na plażę trzeba przebyć jakiś 1km. Śniadanie bez szaleństw. Sprawia wrażenie dużej ilości rzeczy do wyboru, ale jakość przeciętna. Jedzenie przygotowane tak bardzo "international", że kompletnie nijakie.

Naciąganie gości na dodatkowe, zdecydowanie zbyt drogie atrakcje. Jeśli poprosisz o transport na lotnisko - nie ma sprawy, cena 2x wyższa wyższa niż na mieście + VAT. Atrakcje dla dzieci na basenie, np, piłka do której można wejść i pochodzić po powierzchni wody. Niby super, ale 5 min kosztuje tyle samo, co wynajęcie 2 leżaków i parasola na cały dzień na plaży. Piwo na basenie kosztuje 4x cena w sklepie + opłata serwisowa + VAT. Jest aplikacja "concierge", personel namawia, żeby za jej pomocą zamawiać transfer na plażę. Super, tylko zapomniał dodać za 900m jazdy płacisz jakbyś jechał ze 20km. A fakt, że istnieje darmowy busik, który jeździ co godzinę jakoś przemilczają. Leżaki na basenie są w tak fatalnym stanie, że w każdym szanującym się 2-gwiazdkowym hotelu dawno zostałyby wymienione. Podobnie atrakcje dla dzieci (zjeżdżalnie, psikawki, fontanny) są w tak złym stanie, że szkoda słów. Wystarczyłoby chociaż odmalować... Jak poprosisz o fakturę, to personel udaje, że nie wie o co chodzi i nie może wystawić faktury, bo rezerwacja przez booking.com (więc jako nabywcę wpisują booking.com) Ale po kilku(nastu) wiadomościach do hotelu okazuje się, że jednak można wystawić fakturę na dane gościa. Generalnie hotel ma już swoje lata i przydałoby mu się bardziej gruntowne odświeżenie.

Good breakfast, ice cold AC in the rooms and a friendly staff.

Nothing bad about the property. It’s just a bit older with a simple feel. Could use some updates. But it was clean and the staff was accommodating. Kids were bummed the water slide was undergoing maintenance as well.

On a positive side, location is great and lot of shops and restaurants around. One hour drive from airport and can cost between 600 to 1000 BAHT. Kids facilities and swimming pools are nice, breakfast is good enough and fairly reasonable. Beach is 15 minutes walk and there is free shuttle from hotel. Ngek in restaurant is lovely lady & lady in kids play area was kind. Other than that nothing special we noticed during our 5 nights stay. Customer care was fairly ok and hardly smile. One example, gentlemen called Waipon helped 1st time to inflate floaters while 2nd time he refused and asked my wife to use her mouth and inflate it. Huge confusion on 1st day where half board definition was not known by most of them and kept insisting to pay for breakfast while half board should include breakfast & one meal. Dont book directly from their website to avoid confusion. I would only return if there is no other options available around

Cannot praise the service and facilities enough fantastic, if you have a family with multiple rooms this is the place. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with good aircon. The pool area is excellent for everyone including a fun park for the young one's. Restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Communication is excellent and they have events everyday if you choose including traditional Thai dancing or the cabaret at dinner. All in all was a fantastic family holiday - thankyou to Centara. Ps: Beach is about 15min walk.

Had a wonderful time. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Child friendly and alot of activities for the kids at the resort. There pool parties was phenomenal and there cocktails pit of this world. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. There were plenty of activities for kids, several large swimming pools, and everything was within easy walking distance.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to relax. The food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable—I can’t wait to come back!

This hotel is perfect for family vacation. The pool just outside your room. A lot different restaurants and massage salons near by. 10-15 min from the beach.

The room cleaning was awful. First 2 days no one came at all to clean. Only after I complained at the reception, they called the lady again. And the next day she came,but ,for some reason, she forgot to change the towels....

The hotel style is a little old, but can easily be overcompensate by the level of attention and care from the satff. The staffs are extremely friendly and excellent.

Got upgraded to a suite which was great for my partner as she likes to sleep longer in the morning. Two pools also very nice, plus the pool is deep enough.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay as soon as we arrived the staff were excellent gave us a lovely cold drink on arrival and then told us we got a free upgrade the room was amazing spacious and well decorated beds very comfortable all very clean and tidy the grounds are beautiful always being maintained to a very high standard . Good was excellent we were bed and breakfast plenty of choice every morning we were greeted with a good morning from all the staff and they couldn’t do enough for you the hotel is conveniently situated with lots of bars and restaurants almost on its door step beach is just a few minutes away and the night market on a Sunday and Tuesday is a five minute walk you can grab a taxi to patong for only 300bhat appointment £7.00 sterling there you will find the high shopping mall jungcelon which has everything you need from branded goods to cheap goods I would recommend the centara 100% and yes we will be back thanks for the lovely stay at your resort.

Das Frühstück war super und sein Geld absolut wert. Die Poolanlage ist auch sehr schön. Fussläufig war alles gut erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Katamarkt mit einer super Auswahl an allen möglichen Essen und Getränken.

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten nach und nach modernisiert werden. Das die Poolzeit bereist 19 Uhr vorbei ist.

Good position in regards to shops and places around to eat. We stayed for 4 nights and for this was perfect. It’s very dated and lots of broken things but the pool is nice, staff are so friendly, breakfast is ok. Food market down the road is great in the evenings. In the room is a big fringe so you can stick up with bits from the shop

Das Personal ist nett und bemüht, die Lage gut. Besonders das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett und die Köchin hat wunderbares Ei zubereitet. Das Zimmer war groß und recht ruhig, obwohl es eine Baustelle vor meiner Tür gab. Dadurch da ich nur morgens und abends da war, hat mich dies nicht gestört. Es gibt einen Shuttlebus, der die Gäste mehrmals täglich zum Strand bringt und abholt.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, als ich ankam gefiel mir die Sauberkeit im Bad nicht. Schimmel im Bad wurde überstrichen, mit dem Auge klar zu erkennen, habe versucht es mit der Kamera einzufangen. Allgemein wurde das Zimmer schlecht gestrichen, Farbreste nicht von den Amaturen entfernt. Sauberkeit kommt auf das Personal an, manche Putzkräfte reinigen besser als andere. Es gab sogar ein Yoga Angebot, allerdings von keinem Lehrer, der Erfahrung damit hat. Den Kurs, als jemand der Yoga macht, würde ich auch für umsonst nicht wieder machen. Es gibt benutze Flip Flops anstatt Hausschuhe. Ich würde an der Stelle lieber komplett auf dieses Angebot verzichten.

I cannot thank the management, and staff for all your help in making us complete welcome. The only little pointer is the guys at the pool bar should treat all guests with the same quality of service ie if they tip or not. I normally would tip at the end of my trip. Other than this I would highly recommend and would be returning to a Centara property for our annual holiday in 2027. Manager fablous, front desk fablous, room service fablous, breakfast absolutely loved it, theme nights fantastic

Spent a glorious week at Centara Kata Resort. It is value for money. Staff was friendly and professional. Food was delicious. They accommodated my gluten free requirement and Chef was available daily to ensure no mistakes were made. Two great theme shows offered - cabaret and thai dancing in the week. Rooms are neat and beds are very comfortable with a lovely balcony looking onto pool. They have a quiet pool for adults to swim and 2 family pools available with a pool bar. Happy hour for cocktails 16.00 - 18.00pm every day with tasty cocktails and nice variety offered. 15 min walk to beach or free transport provided on the hour. Great place and experience overall.

I loved the property and the facilities were great. Slightly dated but nice nonetheless. The staff were the best part of this place! They were genuinely nice and helpful and very professional. I would comeback for the staff!

The lights in the rooms were lacking. The pool hours were not late enough!

The location was very beach only about 10 minutes walk. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The breakfast choice was disappointing the choice of food was not very good. The was slightly varied. The room size was good, room facilities were good The tea and coffee making was available they only leave you 2 tea bags you have request more and then would only give 2 more. On the hall my experience was good and I would recommend the resort.As this was our first visit to Tahiland

Kids & Family Friendly Hotel. The main pool was in front of our room, which was fantastic. A special thanks to the Muay Thai instructor - he was amazing.

The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. The manager, Nancy, personally welcomed us upon arrival and made every effort to accommodate us with a room as quickly as possible, especially after noticing we were traveling with a child. She continued to follow up with us, and the next day kindly arranged a move to a better room, recognizing that our child is a teenager. Nancy was always warm and approachable, greeting us with a genuine smile and ensuring we felt comfortable reaching out to her for anything we needed. Her guidance and support truly made a difference in our experience. Many thanks to Nancy and the entire hotel team for their exceptional service.

Der er flere pools på hotellet, og de er så fine alle sammen. Det er rigtig fint at der er forskel på hvem der kan bruge hvilke. Hotellets morgenmad er også rigtig god og personalet er søde og hjælpsomme.

Måske kunne fitnessrummet opdateres lidt, men det fungerer fint.

Staff Nani and Mimya looked after us and were so kind during our stay. Close to shops, beach, life and fine rooms for a 5 day stay. Loved the cabaret in the reception area with BBQ - just relaxed and pleasant place x

Too pricey compared to similar options. Facilities were a bit overly used (one could see already the years of usage) and some parts were a bit of dirt. Food and drinks also quite more expensive than nearby restaurants.

Stayed several days. All staff were amazing nothing to much trouble. From Managers to Housekeeping marvellous. Breakfast was included.. Yummo! Close to shops and restaurants. Had a poolside room, so life was very dreamy. A1 Centara Kata

We had a fantastic stay at Centara Kata! The hotel is spacious and very clean and the staff are amazingly welcoming and friendly! The pool is great, kids loved the slide. Good location with lots of stuff around including massages, 7-Eleven, ATM etc. The hotel was super helpful in booking transport and tours and even dinner reservations. The staff went out of their way to be friendly, were amazing with the kids and so accomodating, particularly Joy, Coach and Aoy!

Worst experience I ever had. We are a family with 3 toddlers and had to book 2 rooms. They were both in 2 different buildings and at the end they gave us an interconnected room through balcony door. It’s quite obvious that if I hook 2 rooms with 3 little kids the rooms should at least be close to each other. No elevator! If you are on upper floor you need to use outdoor stairs! Room was dirty and full of ants. We asked to spray and nobody didn’t do anything. Pools are not maintained and kids pool was under maintenance Food was very bad. Fish fingers for kids were rests of fishes just mixed together Beach is very far, about 15 min walk and very crowded. Not ideal if you have small kids. We didn’t like the property at all to the point that we just left after one night and went somewhere else

My daughter and I travelled from Australia and stayed at Centara Kata Resort for a week in a pool access room. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. There are 3 pools at the resort and we used 2 of them regularly. Don't miss the buffet breakfast it is a ripper. Something for everyone with many options available. The location is perfect being a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach (great place to watch the sunset). We were super happy here and the staff are an absolute credit to the Resort.

Det var mysigt, flera olika poolområden men vi hängde endast vid stora poolen. Det går shuttle till och från stranden alla dagar. Hotellet hade happenings flera kvällar i veckan, happy hour i poolbaren (ink mat) varje dag. Själva rummet var väl inte det nyaste men där sover man ju nog bara så du betalar för miljön, läget, servicen, stort utbud på frukosten. Vi var där med barn som var 7 år och 12 år.

Det fanns inget vi ogillade, vi hade kollat upp boendet innan så det levde upp till våra förväntningar.

The resort is very nice, breakfast was very generous and plenty of options. The food, also a la carte is delicious. On some evenings they have barbeque, cabaret shows etc. Extra charge but worth it. The resort is a little far from the beach (15 mn walk) but they have complimentary shuttle.

I can’t say. Everything was very good and fair for the price we paid.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Crowded and with only 2 coffee machines. Menu was repetitive and besides for eggs and omelets, warm food wasn’t really good.

We recently spent 11 nights here as a family with 3 year old twins. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would stay again. The rooms are a bit dated, however the family suite we stayed in was huge, which suited us perfectly. The pool area is really lovely and the emerald pool lined with trees felt wonderfully tropical. The splash park could do with a bit of maintenance but my children still really enjoyed it. The foam party on Fridays was enjoyable and we loved being able to swim up to the bar for drinks. We ate at the hotel many times and all the food was great, we ate at one of the buffet nights once and although it was really tasty the food was a bit cold, id perhaps go a bit later after it had replenished. Everything we had from the restaurant from either dinner or lunch was really tasty and the kids portions were huge. Breakfast had the usual options, fried eggs, omelet, cereal, bread and pastries, pancakes, fresh fruit and some hot options like sausages etc. The hotel helped us arrange some day trips which were great, and also some taxis. The staff work exceptionally hard and any issues we had were resolved quickly. There are many massage shops around the hotel, other shops, restaurants etc. we used the beach shuttle multiple times which was efficient. You can walk back from the beach in about 15 mins and is a straight road past a food market, shopping areas etc. there is a 7 11 literally around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again for the right price

Ved poolen var en kloakafløb som man ind imellem kunne lufte når man lå ved poolen. Phuket var alt for travl til os.

Breakfast is very stressful if you come in rush hour. You will have to stand in line to get a table because there are too many guests and not enough tables. All day they play loud music at the pools.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is zwaar teleurstellend. Het is een gedateerde resort. Verroeste lampen, vieze muren. Voor Thaise begrippen is dit resort veel te duur met € 220 per nacht. En geen directe toegang tot het strand. Verre weg de duurste accommodatie in onze rondreis waar we tophotels hadden voor minder dan € 100.

Loved the pool. The family room was fantastic, essentially like 2x separate rooms with ensuites joined by a lounge. Yummy food at the breakfast buffet and restaurant. The staff were really lovely and accommodating, and brought us little birthday cakes with candles for our daughter's second birthday. 10 minute walk to the beach or a free shuttle available almost hourly during the day.
