Super kind and friendly staff, thank you! The hotel and room was very clean. and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The property is nice enough, the location very convenient. The breakfast was good. And of course the cookies were great!

Our room was the biggest disappointment. Our bedroom was tiny. The bed was small--supposed to be a queen and maybe it was, but it felt small. The mattress was very uncomfortable, we both woke up with sore backs both nights. The shower/tub was old style and not updated. The breakfast room down in the basement is hidden away--not really a problem, just not as inviting as some other hotel breakfast rooms. Pet friendly, however the per pet/per night fee really adds up.

Super friendly staff and the shuttle to the airport was on time with the driver being very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. The restaurant associated with the hotel (across the parking lot) was exceptional.

Hotel muito bem localizado e fácil acesso. O quarta estava bem limpo e organizado. O café da manhã foi simples mas tinha ovos, bacon, iogurte, panqueca, serrais, sucos e etc. Não usei as piscinas e nem a academia, mas sei que tem. A recepção foi super simpática. A pessoa que estava trabalhando no café da manhã, foi gentil.

Se eu tiver que falar algo, diria os colchões. Achei eles um pouco mole, mas de resto, nada a reclamar!

The entrance was hard to find and then signage to hotel registration was locked from the one side, not clear on how to drive to the "front" and check in.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr trostlos, das Frühstück an sich auch nichts besonderes. Alles aus Plastikbechern. Die Lage ist gut zum Shoppen, aber nichts wenn man ins Zentrum bzw ans Wasser möchte. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist leider sehr laut, aber ohne kann man bei heißen Temperaturen nicht schlafen

We had a beautiful stay. Pools were clean, rooms were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was helpful and kind.

Very convenient location in Burlington. There was no electricity when we arrived but the staff was very accommodating l.

While the room was clean the rug portion should be replaced. Very dated and dreary.

Two things stand out. The staff was happy to let us check in 2 hours early because my wife wasn't feeling well and had a gig in the evening so she needed to rest. The desk clerk waived the regular fee for an early check-in. The other thing was their cheerfulness about mailing some items that we accidentally left in the room, for the cost of postage. Way above and beyond.

BW Windjammer is hands down one of the best hotels in Burlington. Whether you are traveling solo or with a large group they go above and beyond to accommodate every need. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and continental breakfast was great. The Windjammer restaurant is also top notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Burlington.

BW windjammer is great and very accommodating. Restaurant is great but we stayed on a Monday. There are easily accessible restaurants along the strip. Best was that they provide a hospital shuttle and 24 hour airport shuttle. I don’t know of any other hotel that does in the area. We will always stay here

Everything was fine except bathrooms need updating. Make more rooms with queen size beds available. Full size not large enough for two adults.

I’ve stayed here many times over many years but my last stay was literally the last. The room was just cramped, felt dirty and smelled bad. Cars and busses idling right outside the room window added to the interior noise of creaky floors and old plumbing. They redid the rooms a few years ago but everything is again showing age and the duvet on my bed was truly disgusting. While the staff are very nice and I’m sure trying hard to keep this relic operating, I checked out early and went to a newer hotel in town.

This property used to be very well but is now quite rundown. There were noises at all hours from the hallway and slamming doors. The room was clean, but just. there were signs of wear all over the room.

Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and accommodating. Facility was clean and room was comfortable. Amenities were wonderful our kids loved the pool, and the workout area was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The Windjammer restaurant was wonderful! Great location, close to Burlington, dining and shopping.

Signage to find the registration area in the parking lot was a little confusing since the front door is in the rear of the building. Maybe make the signs larger or a bright color.

The staff!!! The friendliest, most helpful staff I've encountered in recent years. Last year we started at another WAY more expensive Burlington property and their staff was not it. We chose to start here this time, as that's where our group was staying. I'm so glad we did!

The only things I was questioning were 1) the ice machine curfew. I get it on a responsible adult level, but at the same time, I like COLD drinks. And 2) the first night we were there and the following morning there were more selections available on the lobby coffee machine.

The place needs new floors. They all creak & the sound proofing between rooms is non-existant. The bathroom I had was in need of repair on tile floor & tub caulking. A bit shabby for the price.

The security guard knocked on our door around 10:30 and said that he could hear us laughing from down the hallway and that we needed to stop playing the game we were playing. (It was a Saturday night we had checked in late and it was three children playing Uno.)

The staff was outstanding! Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast room attendant made our stay so enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly, remembered our faces and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay.

On the first night of our arrival the coffee machine (which I LOVE by the way) had soo many choices of beverages. By Friday the selections had minimized much to the dismay of the cappicuino fans in the group. I am going to assume that with the age range of guests, it was decreased to minimize waste, but thats purely hypothesis.

It is close to airport, has a good restaurant, & we were able to park our car there while we went to the airport.

This Best Western is an older hotel; however, it was very clean, everything worked as needed, and the staff were exceptional.

The cleanliness of the room and the quiet of the hotel

I had a pleasant one-night stay betweek ski days in northern Vermont. Everything was good! The main entrance is well-marked on US 2 (just off I-89) and signage is good in the parking lot to direct people to the main entrance at the back of the building. Checkin was friendly and efficient. My room was just as expected and everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. I forgot to go back to the lobby at 8 for the cookies they mentioned at checkin. My room was quiet. In the morning, the breakfast area was uncrowded, well-stocked, and the items I had were very good. Finally, checking out in the morning with another friendly staff member was just as quick and easy. I'd definitely stay again.

Déjeuner, bien pour nous. Chambre, la grandeur et la propreté est bien. Les lits sont très comfortable. La piscine est toujours aussi chaude ce qui est un gros point positif pour nous. La petite attention des biscuits à la réception c'est bien aussi.

La toile de la piscine doit être remplacée, elle est percée à plusieurs endroits.

Our tour booked us into this hotel when we visited Burlington. It's a smoke-free hotel that is pet-friendly and has a complimentary hot breakfast, which we found to be tasty. There is also a snack shop, and this hotel has its own restaurant. There is free parking for guests, free-wifi, both indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center, plus other guest friendly features. We were comfortable in our rooms, and if I felt safe. Since Burlington is close to the Canadian border, this hotel also offers currency exchange.

Staff was friendly and willing to assist if necessary.

The breakfast, there wasn't any non-pork meats offered. The pancake maker put out little disks that were hard to eat. But the staff was attentive, the creamer was out and it was replaced right away.

We liked the pool, the breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The lobby was inviting.

Booking told us that it would be a double queen room. However, when we checked in and got into the room we found that it was a double full. Because we went through booking we could not change our room. Also, the soda was stale and close to outdated.
