Hotel was close to coffee shopping, bars, restaurants and shopping. A quick 3-5 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go
No complaints
French toast good; real maple syrup a plus. Pancakes slightly undercooked (pasty, when chewed). Bacon and coffee top notch. Servers friendly and responsive.
Hate the new trend substituting duvets for blankets. Besides, bed had only one sheet.
This is the first time in a hotel that I've had to ask four times in one afternoon for our room to be cleaned. A complete disaster.
We could valet our car and walk everywhere. The bed was clean and comfortable.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
Location
Horrible restaurant food Hallways and restaurant were very cold
Their building was very well designed to accommodate dog owners. We stayed in a room close to the back entrance near the stairs. I think they are furthest from the main entrance. Guests can go out of the building from the stairs directly, and there is a green area with a trash and poop bags right in front. On the way back, the back entrance is around the corner, where guests can use a room key to get in. The neighborhood (opposite of the park) is nice and quiet; perfect to walk a dog. The back entrance is around the corner of the front entrance (proceed alongside the building). If necessary, one person can check in and get a key, then go to the room from the back entrance if a dog cannot take an elevator. I highly recommend this hotel to dog owners!
Can’t think of any.
Location.
Thin walls. Expensive valet-required parking.
I enjoyed the aesthetic and design of the place, the desk attendant was friendly and gave us a great room on the 4th floor with a cool city & lake view.
Didn’t love the valet parking.
Easily accessible, very nice and extremely comfortable

location
1. cost was exorbitant. I needed to stay in that immediate location, so I had to pay the price. There was nothing about the property itself that justified your cost. 2. the tv is utterly unsatisfactory. Can't get broadcast channels, can't navigate to providers easily, and worst of all, it requires guests to pay for Netflix and other providers. 2. the 24 daily charge for parking valet was exploitive. Your daily room rate that you receive covers your cost of garage. 3. the convoluted route one has to take to one's room is long and difficult for slightly disabled seniors. 4. the toilet paper shreds into long strips if you're not careful. 5. the tub drain stopper cannot be levered up sufficiently to allow efficient drainage. 6. the restaurant was far too cold to enjoy any food. It may have been 68.
Stayed here for two nights / two rooms. The hotel's location is excellent and easily within walking distance of the lake and downtown. Some negatives: -The valet parking is a bit ridiculous. I assume it is necessary because the onsite parking garage has stacked parking, but paying for parking in downtown Burlington seems unnecessary. -We had an issue with the washers / dryers. The first being that we only found one of each on the three floors of the hotel. The second issue was that the front desk did not have change. -The walkway from the front desk past the event areas to the guest elevators was frigid. -Breakfast and everything in the "convenience" store was severely overpriced. -The luggage carts felt like they were about to fall apart.
Incredible hospitality throughout our stay! We were greeted by Sarah, who immediately made us feel welcomed like old friends coming for a stay. Through out our evenings Dean was thoughtful and extremely helpful. The valet staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet and service was lovely! Our only slight snag was a view of a brick wall out the window and some loud compressors outside but the room was clean and comfortable (beds are a bit hard though) And honestly, when both the waterfront and Church street are steps away, who cares about the hotel views!
Front desk and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel are big and clean. Location is super.
I had booked bed and breakfast. When I arrived for breakfast I told staff my room number (I wasnt asked for it) and was asked to take a seat. When I was finishing up, I was handed a bill. I explained booking included breakfast and showed them my booking on the app. I was told that reception should have given me a breakfast voucher on arrival, so they advised me to return to reception to collect voucher. My back was up immediately. I told them it is the hotels problem. Not mine. If they want a voucher they can go to reception to get it. There was a bit of a stand-off for a few minutes and they backed down and went to reception to sort. Again, another example of bad training and a lack of sense. BTW, the food was the best breakfast on our roadtrip.
Excellent breakfast. Easy access to Farmer’s Market and Church St Marketplace.
Clean warm comfortable rooms, nice and quiet
Nice place, nice people
Location and staff were excellent
NA
It was very clean, comfortable and close to Church Street.
I honestly was happy with all aspects of our stay.
New lobby design is hip and just has the good burly vibe
Rooms are good size and comfy bed and pillows. Fan in bathroom never turns off and no night light in bathroom. Large noisy motors kept turning on outside all the time outside but could hear in the room thru the night. Maybe AC units? We were in 329 and could see huge machines out the window down to the left?!?
The lobby staffers were thoughtful and efficient.
Hard to find our way around at first.
Great location; we could walk to everything downtown. My son loved the pool. Valet staff very always very kind and quick!
The personnel in the lobby were very thoughtful and accomadating.
The light in our room at night was too bright. I forgot to bring my shower cap. It would have been nice to have had a compliment art one. However, had a very comfortable bath.
Surprised there was no breakfast. Then $23 to park. In the room there was a big wad of dirty gum on bathroom floor. Then when I tried to sit in chair there was a big stain in the seat cushion.
De locatie, dichtbij het station en het centrum is perfect.
Alles was goed.
Very nice room, courteous and helpful front desk reception, good location, lovely bar and lobby.
Great location to explore downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain Waterfront! Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly.
With Memorial Day and VCM weekend it was definitely very expensive.
Staff, location, comfort. Rachel in the dining room was exceptional. She was friendly and professional and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.
Cost very high graduation weekend. Spoons should be served the same time as the coffee. (Sunday/Monday)
Convenient location. Comfortable room.
Not enough staff. Room wasn’t cleaned on second day. I had to get my own supplies like coffee, cups, etc.
Clean and in good location
Pricey. A continental breakfast would have been expected
Excellent location with in walk distance
Mattress was uncomfortable and hard
Great size bed and room along with great location. Just a 10 minute walk from the waterfront. Bars and restaurants 2-5 minutes away from this location too. Access to pool and complimentary water.
The water pressure in the shower was poor so would say that needed to be updated. Not to do with the property but in terms of transport, they don’t have Ubers nearby so download Lyft otherwise you’ll be paying for an overpriced taxi
Very close walk to have some fun on Church Street.
Conveniently located near waterfront and Church St shops. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved the convenience of the restaurant. Our bartender was phenomenal. We went to eat and have cocktails on Friday evening 4/24/26. She made our night!! I would have liked housekeeping services on Saturday, but wasn’t a deal breaker. Loved the convenience of the valet service and they always had my car in under 5 minutes.
Would have liked more blankets or heavier comforter.
Location
Valet parking was the only choice
Staff was wonderful and inviting. When we arrived, it was a bitterly cold day and they provided hot cocoa in the afternoon. When I needed quarters for the laundry, they were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Because the location is right next to the central business area, we were able to walk everywhere, which was great because there was a big winter storm which discouraged any driving.
Parking was pricey, but we didn't need our car for 4 days and it was nice to have it secured out of the snowstorm.
Convenient location. Comfortable, clean, well-appointed room.
Parking wasn't provided for the price I paid.
Tasty and served quickly
Shower curtain was only partially connected and there were ashes (?) in one of the soap dishes in the shower. Pillows were way too soft
The staff was very friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the parking concierge. The hotel also was quiet, despite having a full house. The location is in the immediate downtown, so easy to walk to everything.
Front desk and as able to honor our reservation even though it wasn't in their system.
Client service is top notch start to finish!
Very comfy room and clean
Shower was very messy and low water pressure
Location. Bed was comfortable. Nice view of the lake

It was very close to where I needed to go
The basic services that I expected were not adequate. After searching for a working ice machine late in the evening I had to go to the front desk where someone got some ice for me. In the morning the coffee maker in my room did not work. I realize this seems like a small inconvenience but getting dresses and having to go to the lobby for coffee made for a rough start to my day. And the water smelled so chlorinated it was impossible to drink and I did not want to bath in it either.
Beautiful lobby and common areas. Food was good, bartender very nice. Great staff. Excellent location Pool was a nice warm temp
We loved everything
The rooms are large and comfortable, the bar area and lounge is especially. Bartender was super friendly and helpful.
We had breakfast cooked to order. It was average at best.
Since the tv doesn’t work, leaves me with time for a review. We come to this hotel often. The plumbing often has issues (sink, toilet, shower). Much of that we’ve experienced on the second floor. Tonight however, we were on the 3rd floor and the tv isn’t working. We called the front desk 3 times over the course of an hour. We continued to be told someone would be up to check it out. I went to the front desk as it was nearing 10pm and no one had come to look. I was told they’d have someone check. I went back to our room only to find out no one came. So… no tv. They said they don’t have replacements, and they are fully booked (so moving rooms is not an option). Curious thing… did they not send someone to check on the tv bc they know it’s not working and continue to put people in the room? Frustrated with management not taking care of thing; that we were told over and over someone would look at it, and didn’t; that the hotel isn’t making any real effort to make this right for someone who stay here often.
Location was great.
King bed did not look or feel like a king sized bed. Pillows too soft. Was not presented with a final bill at checkout had to call 2 times to have emailed. Still need to call about charges.
Great location downtown and an inviting bar, restaurant and common area.
Could use a hot tub paired with the existing indoor pool.
I had a great great great stay, will return, staff is super friendly! economical, great location! Reccomended and Will be back soon.

staff were super friendly hotel was clean location was great
great location good size rooms
Great location, fast vale service, and rooms were quiet. Front Desk Clerk Aqua was VERY nice and helpful.
The restaurant did not have a buffet every day.
Great location, easy and short walk to Church St. I was surprised by how well maintained and large the public areas are - very comfortable!
Location and service
For a ski area, they need a fireplace that works.
Beautiful lobby with restaurant/bar. Lots of places to hang out. Room with very spacious, up to date decor. Good heating system. Large bathroom. I checked out the fitness room and it was clean and had enough options for the number of people using it. The location is very close to Church street so lots of things to walk to. This was a great place for spending time while partner out skiing.
I really was happy with the property overall and would recommend but if I were to address anything this is what it would be. The coffee bar in the lobby was free but both times I went it was out of something I hoped for and I don't know when it shut down but it seemed a little early. Valet parking while convenient was a little pricey. My husband needed a quick breakfast one morning and was given a menu to order from. Only when leaving the dining room did we see the buffet already to go. That might have been a better choice given the time issue.
This hotel is Very well situated with a spacious, modern industrial feel in the lobby with plenty of comfortable seating. Friendly, courteous service at the front desk (Nick was excellent). Room is also new, spacious and clean. Our room had two comfortable queen size beds. Coffee, microwave, and fridge in a little kitchenette cubby. Perfect. Bathrooms seemed like they were installed within the last year, lite granite and chrome are a nice touch. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves one. Good choice.

Professional staff (Thank you, Dean); Nice room; Location.
I stay at the Hilton garden every year for an event and it’s normally a good hotel but this most recent stay was concerning. The duvet I was sleeping on was soiled with urine. I didn’t notice it until around midnight when I was snuggled in the bed and kept smelling very strong odor of pee. I folded off the duvet cover to see that the duvet was soiled. I was exhausted and had an early event so I kicked it off and slept with just a sheet. The next morning I told the Front desk and there was zero reaction. They said, I’m sorry and offered to comp the valet for the night ($22). Really? I slept in someone else’s pee and paid $150 a night. A bit insulting to offer me $22. I then asked if they could send a new duvet and take care of it. When I returned back in the evening, a fresh duvet was on the bed without a cover and the old soiled duvet was left on the floor. I then called the Front desk to ask them to come and take it away, this time I at least got a normal reaction of- oh my, I’ll take care of that right away!. We left for dinner so I put the duvet outside the door. When I checked out, the valet was not comped and had to spend 15 minutes getting it sorted. Very disappointing experience and concerning. Clearly, duvets are not washed before each guest and the cover does not fully encase the duvet so it’s a bit gross.
This hotel is just beautiful! You cannot get a better location in this city. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted easily, and in December we were very thankful those were short walks. The staff were all very friendly, our room was very clean and comfortable.
