L’hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous recommandons !

Very helpful staff, good sized room with comfortable beds and pillows. Well appointed with fridge, ironing board and iron, desk and chair for a work station. A nice deep swimming pool. Plenty of food and shopping options, bus and train stations closeby.

The pool area was hard to access, entering at level 5 then having to walk down the spiral stairs. It could do with a few more plants to soften the area.

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to Marina Bay and Raffles, wonderful and helpful and super kind staff. Nothing was too much and always with a smile.

Das Frühstück gibt es in Buffetform, die Qualität ist OK. Die Lage in Singapur ist sehr gut, mehrere MRT- und Busstationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und man erreicht sowohl den Flughafen als auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und bequem! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man kann bei Abreise am späten Abend sein Gepäck im Hotel lassen, den Tag noch in der Stadt verbringen und sich vor der Fahrt zum Flughafen noch frisch machen und im Poolbereich duschen. Die Zimmer sind für Singapur-Verhältnisse offenbar noch recht groß. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Singapur und können das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht bewerten.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich unmodern. Die Duschen im Poolbereich haben maximal die Qualität von alten Umkleidekabinen in Sportvereinen und sind schon etwas eklig.

The counter staff is not efficient and treated guests differently. Particularly the small size lady staff. Discrimination was evident.

Muy viejo , pero en general cuidado

Near Bugis Junction, as well as the bus stops. I like how friendly the staff is. The bed is nice and the value of one room is definitely worth it. One of the best things is its body lotion.

Locatie is top, dichtbij Bugis metro. Kamer was comfortabel en schoon. Ontbijt was uitgebreid. Behalve Marcel, was het overige personeel erg vriendelijk!

Receptionist Marcel kan nog een cursus hospitality gebruiken. Er kon nog geen hallo vanaf, was alleen maar bezig met ons zsm bij de balie weg te krijgen. Erg teleurstellend

Hôtel propre, personnel disponible, très bon petit déjeuner et proche de tout. Un 7Eleven est juste à 2mn. Beaucoup de bus à quelques minutes à pied. Je recommande.

Il faudrait une 2em chaise dans la chambre pour 2.

Great location, really easy to get to everything. On the main road so taxis can come and go easily.

The staff were so unfriendly and just genuinely unprofessional. You get better service at McDonalds. Everyone was miserable and didn’t really help us. We had to bring our own bags down and put them in our taxi ourselves.

We could hear a lot of noise, from other guests and plumbing, The hotel had an old smell, the bed was very hard and old there was a large group of school children that had no respect for other people staying there.

The staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with. The air conditioner in the room was noisy on the first night, but after mentioning it to the front desk, this was fixed for the rest of my stay - I thought this was excellent service. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and the room had tea and coffee available. There is also a pull-out washing line in the bathroom, which I did not use, but thought it a good idea.

The room was quite dark as it was on one of the lower floors and was shaded by window decorations on that side of the building.

The location is great, no complaints there. That's about it. Not what I remember from years ago.

The photos of rooms are misleading as they look very welcoming and cosy, not to mention I thought it was carpet on the floor. The rooms need a long overdue upgrade. I paid $2000.00 for a room for 7 days. I had a shower curtain in the bath, no fan in the bathroom, the ceiling was peeling, the vanity had a visible rust stain. The room looked extremely simple, walls had paint that was wrinkling and about to peel. My original room had a dirty bath tub that was extremely worn where you stand, the vanity had a very large rust stain and the ceiling above the bath was peeling. I asked for a different room but......

Hotel is wat verouderd en niet alles ziet er meer netjes uit. Föhn en deur was bv kapot. We waren met zijn vijven maar hadden slechts 2 dubbele bedden. Dat kon blijkbaar.

The room cleaning schedule seemed to be quite late. We’d leave in the morning, be out for the day, come back at 3pm and the room still wouldn’t be cleaned. Then they would come at 3:30pm to clean the room.

My fifth time staying here because location is great. A few minutes walk to MRT stations, bus stop just outside hotel, lots of food option and near malls. The reception staff was very quick to offer a change of room when i asked if they could tighten the safety grab bar. Housekeeping lady is pleasant and efficient.

The hotel shows obvious signs of age. The first room i was given had a bathroom door that looks like it belonged to a poorly maintained air bnb, and loose safety grab bar. Bits of crack here and there that has been patched up but not very nicely. The dark rosewood furniture is a little old fashion.

Staff were not considerate of our requests, even though we informed them of our special occasion and request before arriving.

The staff are not empathetic to personal requests and genuine needs. They are too straightforward and stick to the rules, not do not display compassion.

That adding a single bed to our room for my child cost 85 dollars more a day, I wasn’t informed it was per day , when I first checked in

This was our 2nd-time having Peranakan Buffet @ Sun's Cafe located at Hotel Grand Pacific, the food and price are reasonable (try their 1-for-1 promotion). We enjoyed not only the great meal but also the exceptional service from the hotel staff and restaurant team, their hospitality was impeccable from start to finish. Stanza non pulita completamente

Location is fantastic, situated between City Hall MRT and Bugis MRT. Bras Basah MRT is also around the corner. Bus 36 takes us directly to Changi airport. There's a food court right across the hotel on Victoria street. Fortune Centre, Fulushou Complex and Albert Food Centre are also a stone's throw away.

It'll be perfect if the front doors were automatic and there's a ramp to pull the luggages up to the reception counter.

Clean great proximity to the centre of town, friendly and welcoming staff all the things you want.

Staff check-in was super. Staff were very nice about early check -in.

Hotel is abit old. The carpets need to be replaced and the toilet was not flushing well on the next day.

Conveniet location close to Bugis area, and walking distance to trains. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff - very accomodating specially for parents whom are regulars to the hotel and staff even suprised them with a cake for their 80th birthday. Breakfast was good and enough for us.
