The lake of availability of attractions such as snorkeling trip (were very limited). The others water sport activities are bit far from the hotel and are located in a nearby hotel.

L’emplacement, l’architecture et les décorations de l’établissement sont exceptionnelles. Le jardin est splendide et très, très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très, très, très gentil 🙏. Le choix des menus proposés est varié et très bon, des belles découvertes. Le service directement à la plage est apprécié, merci! Merci particulier à la touche personnelle à Annick pour la décoration de notre chambre ❤️. Un énorme merci à Juliana pour les surprises remplies d’amour et d’émotions pour que notre séjour reste inoubliable.

We had a really lovely holiday at Sugar Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and very, very friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Scyam, who always made sure we had everything we needed, and to Patricia, who kept our room perfectly clean and comfortable. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! The resort itself is very well maintained, including the beautiful gardens and beachfront. There was also a great variety of food, with plenty of choices available throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time at Sugar Beach.

- All personnel extremely welcoming and kind, super supportive - Stunning beach, crystal waters. The spot has very calm sea, perfect for my baby. The beach is very long, we always found a free spot with umbrella and sunbeds meaning no need to rush early in the morning. Towels were provided foc - free water activities (snorkeling, kayak, windsurf, sup etc) available in the twin resort next to Sugar Beach. Snorkeling in the bay nearby was stunning - "Real" all inclusive package involving all 3 resort restaurants plus the bars, and beach service too. High quality cocktails available - two kids clubs - food quality was good, breakfast was rich and indian dishes were the best - no crowd feeling, everything was relaxed - the music (live executed or replayed) was pleasant and not disturbing

-stiff bed/mattress. They add a memory foam topper which helped only a little bit my back pain

It was an absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious and the beachfront was the perfect place for the children to play. The water was so calm and we loved the pedal boats, kayaks and listening to the pianist in the lobby!

בסהכ הכל היה מדהים. הדבר היחיד שהפריע זה שאין מקומות במסעדות של המלון. בעיקר המארה מארה. מהרגע שהגענו, נמסר לנו שהכל בתפוסה מלאה עד סוף השהות שלנו. בדיעבד, ארוחת הערב במסעדה המרכזית של המלון הייתה ממש טובה ומגוונת, אז נהננו גם מארוחות הערב

Séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel. Gros + pour Le buffet qui était exceptionnel, varié, copieux avec plein d’animation culinaire, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. le meilleur buffet de tous les Hotel 5 étoiles que j’ai pu faire !!!! La propreté irréprochable notre chambre était toujours en parfait état grave notamment à Patricia. C’était parfait. Le personnel est adorable disponible au petit soin merci pour leur générosité et leur gentillesse. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, et très bien équipé. la plage de l’hôtel est paradisiaque. Merci pour l’incroyable séjour que nous avons passé. Je conseillerais cet hôtel sans hésiter

The beach is beautiful, clean, and sandy, with a wonderful sunset view. The beds were also very comfortable.

There were very limited activities at the beach. Apart from swimming, there wasn’t much to do.

It was clean , the staff was very nice and smiled, helping in everything. Comfortable, good for children, everything is perfect.

Le site est exceptionnel. Le personnel est la plupart du temps très aimable, parfois obséquieux. La plage est très belle et les jardins superbes parfois trop soignés à mon goût.

On a parfois l'impression d'être un produit. On nous a refusé l'accès à une partie du restaurant dont les tables étaient servies sans explication autre que: c'est fermé. Ils utilisent des machines bruyantes pour entretenir le jardin (tondeuses, souffleuses etc...) dès le matin ce qui provoque des nuisances sonores. Les prix des restaurants sont excessifs comme ceux des mini-bars. On se sent exploités, cela manque de générosité. Du coup le rapport qualité - prix en prend un coup!

- Excellent Kids Club with a wide range of activities. The staff were incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive to the children. - The sports and entertainment team were friendly, energetic, and always made an effort to keep guests engaged. Football matches were a fantastic addition. - Outstanding beach service – efficient, attentive, and always quick to accommodate guests’ needs with a smile.

- The quality, presentation, and taste of the food could be significantly improved for a resort of this standard. Several buffet theme nights did not accurately reflect the advertised cuisine, and the à la carte menus at Le Patio and Buddha-Bar would benefit from better execution. - When choosing one of the all-inclusive wines at Le Patio, the wine is usually poured before it is brought to the table. For a resort of this standard, it would be a much nicer experience if the bottle were presented and the wine poured at the table in front of the guest. - The pool water was extremely cold. Adjusting the temperature according to the season would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

La gentillesse des agents de l'hôtel, toujours aux petits soins. La proximité de la mer, la possibilité de se baigner aussi à la piscine (une piscine plus familiale, et une autre réservée uniquement aux adultes). Le cadre globalement. Les petites attentions pour notre lune de miel. La diversité des activités et services proposés.

Beaucoup d'extras restent payants, et largement au dessus des prix (boissons aux restaurants, cafés en rosette dans la chambre, etc.).

La decoration et l emplacement font de cet hotel un endroit de reve. La plage est mzgnifique tout comme les employes de l hotel.tout est fait pour sue vous passiez un bon moment.

A huge thank you to the incredible team who have made our stay so memorable. Beautiful surroundings, amazing food, especially the breakfast buffet. Genuinely warm and friendly staff. Every evening there was something different happening to keep us entertained. Special mention to Stephen for cleaning our rooms and surprising us on our return with "towel origami" animals.

J étais en demi pension je comprends un peu que les boissons soient pas comprises mais me faire payer de l’eau filtrée lors de mon dîner c est du jamais vu , vu le prix déjà élevé de la demi pension qui a été à plus de 480 la nuitée une choses est sur je ne reviendrai pas

There were several unexpected additional charges, such as fees for towel rental and charges for water and soft drinks, despite our stay being on a HB basis. Also beach food service is so slow.

חוף נקי, בריכה גדולה, ארוחות בוקר וערב טעימות, יש מבחר גדול ושפע, צוות אדיב, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים

ביום הראשון היינו בחדרים עם דלת מקשרת ושמענו כל מה שקירה בחדר הסמוך. פנינו עם הבעיה ומהרו לתת מענה ולהחליף לנו חדר, שהיה שקט ונעים. בסוף אף קיבלנו פיצוי נוסף. המלון יקר, את זה איזור שבכללי המחירים יותר גבוהים.

Her gün aynı menü veriliyordu kahvaltıda. Hep aynı 3 çeşit peynir ve krem peyniri hiç değişmedi. Her malzemenin sunumu hep aynı idi..ne yiyeceğimi ezberlemiştim artık…. bugün bu yapılmış diyeceğim bir değişik menü mevcut değildi kahvaltıda…ve kahvaltı planlanırken kesinlikle müslümanlar düşünülmeden hareket ediliyor...1 tezgah et var ama hiç biri müslümanlara göre değildi kahvaltı sunumunda . akşam yemekleri de hep aynı kompozisyonda sunum yapıldı…

Le plus bel hôtel que nous ayons fait, et le cadre parfait pour notre voyage de noces ! Tout était absolument merveilleux, encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le buffet est très varié et chaque soir un thème différent met à l’honneur la cuisine d’un pays, ce qui permet de découvrir de nombreuses saveurs. Le petit-déjeuner est également excellent, avec un très large choix. Les trois restaurants de l’hôtel sont tous délicieux, nous nous sommes régalés à chaque repas. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et son sourire permanent. Une mention spéciale à Sweta, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons aussi vécu une expérience incroyable avec « L’Atelier des Sens », où nous avons créé notre propre parfum grâce aux précieux conseils d’Akhtar. C’est la première fois que je découvre une activité aussi originale proposée directement dans un hôtel, et nous avons adoré ! Franchement, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Et pour couronner le tout, le secteur de Flic en Flac offre une plage absolument magnifique, à couper le souffle. Je valide à 1000 % !

Hôtel très bien placé et vaste. Plage très agréable (en juin) et couchers de soleils fabuleux. Chambre à coté de la piscine "Adult only" très confortable. Propreté de l'établissement parfaite, y compris pour la chambre. Entretiens des espaces verts parfaits. Repas très bons le matin et le soir et un peu limités en choix pour le midi, surtout quand on passe 2 semaines. Un gros plus pour tout le personnel accueillant, aimable, souriant, à l'écoute des clients, toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous avons aussi apprécié la visite de la station de recyclage des eaux de l'hôtel et la présence d'un jeune flamand rose (à qui vous devriez donner un ou plusieurs compagnons pour lui éviter l'ennui mais nous avons conscience de l'investissement)

Un petit couac sur l'annulation du taxi de retour qui n'avait pas été faite alors que 3 personnes étaient au courant et l'accueil WhatsApp aussi ... Excursions organisées par l'hôtel à des tarifs parfois trop hauts et sans garantie (en particulier l'hélicoptère). Le sans-gêne de certains clients qui se croient tout permis parce qu'ils payent et ne respectent pas la tranquillité des autres avec leur GSM sur haut-parleur continuellement, y compris à table. C'est insupportable, il faut absolument faire respecter le calme des autres.

My wife and I chose Sugar Beach for our babymoon, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. Being a new mum-to-be she we were both naturally a little cautious when it came to ordering pregnancy-friendly food or mocktails, but the staff were totally on the ball and nailed every request. Indeed, the staff were absolutely stellar. The waiters at the Patio restaurant, the adult pool team and the sport centre boys were so warm, friendly and welcoming. They really made our stay the great experience it was. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping folks really looked after us. Facilities were good, and the beach was super clean and picturesque perfect. Thank you to the entire team for making our last big holiday before baby such a great experience. Like many other new parents we saw there, maybe we’ll be back with our child in the next year!

Very very little. If I had to pick, I would say I wasn’t so impressed with the Mare Mare restaurant or Buddha Bar. The service was a bit slow/hit and miss for me, and the entertainment a bit lacklustre. Also, a few items of buffet food would be always cold (that should be hot, like bacon!). However, a simple request to one of the lovely chefs there and they would warm it up for you right there.

La chambre été propre. Le personnel été particulièrement gentil et attentionné. L’emplacement est bien. La vue est à coupé le souffle. L’hôtel est grand et dispose de beaucoup d’équipements.

It was a lovey experience. Sugar Beach is a very nice resort. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is full of facilities and activities. Food options and variety is wonderful. We arrived early on our check-in day and they gave us a complimentary lunch till our rooms were ready. Last day our plane was at 10 pm so Mr. Scyam (Operations Manager) offered us late check out for our room to be more relaxed and comfortable without even us asking. These guys really understand what hospitality means. I totally recommend this resort and Mauritius in general. Thumps up to them.

We had the most memorable family holiday at Sugar Beach (a couple with a 3 & 5 year old). We were particularly impressed with the sheer scale of the place - the grounds are immaculate, beautiful and huge and it has the effect of you not ever feeling “on top” of one another, nor busy. The beach and pool, wow. We went for the AI package and didn’t regret it one bit and we were always impressed by the food and drinks on offer. One of the biggest surprises was the kids club. Having never really used them before, we went to have a “look” around and the kids instantly l enjoyed being around the place and actively wanted to spend a couple of hours there. The staff were excellent (& abundant in number) and the setting is just delightful and way better than any of the pictures alluded to - think a fairytale house in paradise. Super impressive. Thanks to all the staff for such a lovely stay and we hope to visit again!

Location, the wonderfully maintained gardens, cleanliness. Food options and the Manager, Chefs, Service personnel at La Patio excellent. Special shout out to Duty Manager Shyam, the only person who found the time to talk to us at Budha Bar for 15 mins making us feel welcomed and with warmth

Prohibitively expensive drinks (330 ml draft beer costs 400 Rs, 2 glasses of house wine Rs 1500 etc), charging for basic still water at dinner. Slow checking in, some staff could smile, slow response to requests (e.g. drinking water had run out in the room, refills only evening during turndown service). Layout of the room - you enter the bathroom directly and then the bedroom!

The food is the best at Sugar beach and water sports are amazing. The water was so clear and great to paddle on everyday. The staff were all really nice.

Biggest issue is the resort was really busy and full of kids screaming. The restaurant seemed too busy so every morning and night we didn’t get any service. No one came to ask if we wanted a drink. It was hard to even get cutlery or a coffee at breakfast. The staff even said they were too busy.

Die Outdoor Lounge Möbel vor Buddha Beach Bar restaurierungsbedürftg, Polster verfärbt und 1 Polster war eingerissen.

Çalışanlarının güler yüzlü ve yardım sever olmasını çok sevdik.

Yarım /tam pansiyon fark etmeksizib masalarda bir şişe su olmalıydı. Masalara sorulmadan kağıt peçete ve ıslak mendil konulmalıydı. Bir de beach e verilen siparişler geç ve çoğu zaman yeterli sıcaklıkta gelmedi.
