L'emplacement: magnifique et calme La chambre: très bien, bel espace, belle terrasse avec la piscine, au calme Le spa: magnifique avec des prestations massage de qualité Le club de sport: Tennis et salle très biens! super accueil Activités nautiques superbes! Le restaurant japonais était très bon.

J'ai en revanche été très déçue par la qualité de la nourriture, du petit déjeuner, au beach bar, en passant par le diner du soir au Cassim. Etant données les prestations de l'hôtel et sa classification en 5 étoiles je m'attendais vraiment à des prestations plus haut de gamme. J'aurais aimé une cuisine plus savoureuse et raffinée. J'aurais aimé plus de choix avec des produits Bio et locaux. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau, idem pour les pâtisseries, tout est assez fade... Le déjeuner au bord de la piscine: même le club sandwich est fade, et les frites servies sont industrielles... Autre détail: la literie est assez rigide, pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles là non plus.

De accommodatie was echt prachtig met heel lief personeel. Een kleine private pool, prachtig onderhouden tuinen langs de wandelpaden, het voelde als een sprookje. Doordat er alleen laagbouw is voelt het heel kleinschalig en knus en waan je je soms bijna alleen, wat best uniek is in een resort. Echt genieten dus!

De prijskwaliteit verhouding van het eten viel helaas tegen. Na het bezoeken van meerdere resorts op het eiland kwam Maradiva als minste uit de bus, Hier is voor het resort nog iets te winnen, met name waar het lunch en avondeten betreft. Gelukkig ligt Flic en Flac dichtbij en kan je voor een derde of minder van de prijs overal super lekker eten. Probeer vooral lokale indiers... Fantatstisch!

Luxe discret

La clientèle est très discrète (beaucoup de famille du moyen orient) c’est un avantage pour le calme et un inconvénient car le bar et le restaurant donnent une impression désagréable de solitude.. c’est paradoxal car on cherche le calme mais ici c’est presque pesant d’être seul à l’apéro le soir… Du coup le staff est top comme toujours à Maurice mais moins qualifié que dans d’autres hôtels du même standing où on retrouve les mêmes staff expérimentés. Point négatif pour les golfeurs : la route d’accès rapide qui va au golf est inaccessible (contrairement aux informations hôtel) du coup 20’ de voiture, bouchons etc … très très dommage quand on vient pour cela.

Even though breakfast was satisfactory, there could be more choices and also manage the "access" of birds to the baskets on the counter

We had a phenomenal stay at Maradiva. The outdoor areas are beautiful, it almost feels like walking through a botanical garden. The atmosphere throughout the resort is consistently amazing and it's a very pleasant and relaxing environment to be in. Our villa was amazing and staying there felt like a truly special occasion. Everything is incredibly well designed and maintained, clean, and premium - you will like Maradiva if you appreciate understated luxury. Huge shoutout to the staff as well - friendly, helpful and obviously very well trained. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout our stay.

The on-site dining is underwhelming. The service, variety of food, presentation and atmosphere all get 10/10 from me. But the flavour and quality of food itself just didn't deliver, especially considering the exorbitant prices. Major exception is the bar(s), all the cocktails we tried were very innovative, tasted great and reasonably priced. The spa could do well with a heated pool/jacuzzi - in the winter months it's not very usable. The hammam was also much colder than it should have been, although that could have been a temporary issue as we only tried once. The beach is not super good for swimming - the water is very shallow and next to a busy boat route.

Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal, das rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Die Villen sind so angeordnet, dass man sehr viel Privatsphäre hat. Der Service ist einmalig und das Personal unglaublich aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der zum Resort gehörende Strand ist traumhaft schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auf dem Gelände gibt es mehrere Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten (z.B. japanisch und indisch) nur mit Vorreservation. Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Nichts. Wichtig zu wissen: Das Resort ist etwas abgelegen, zum Städtchen Flic en Flac benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

l'hotel est de taille très humaine, aucune impression de monde, villas magnifiques avec petite piscine privée très agréable. Pas de vis a vis, très bonne literie, salle de bain comme on en rêve. Le personnel est au petit soin, reactif et très attentionné pour que le client soit satisfait. Le site est très arboré et la plage belle et etendue. Les transats sont très éloignés les uns des autres ce qui renforce le côté intimiste de l'hotel ( et ce n'est pas le cas des hôtels voisins !) De nombreux arbres en bord de plage ce qui permet d'avoir de l'ombre facilement. La piscine a debordement vue sur mer est tout simplement grandiose, avec une musique toujours douce et agréable (là aussi, ce n'est pas le cas partout !) les petites attentions super agréables : petites patisseries tous les jours dans la chambre pour le gouter, des petits amuse bouche/fruits servis sur la plage régulièrement. le petit déjeuner servi dans la villa (formule continentale sans supplément) les activités gratuites propos&ées par l'hotel : snorkeling tous les jours, vélos, salle de sport super équipée, ping pong la côte ouest présente les avantages d'être peu ventée, d'avoir pas mal de visites/balades à faire à proximité +coucher de soleil !

La restauration est le seul "point noir" de l'hotel : le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas au RDV pour un établissement de ce type. on y mange bien mais sans plus, pour des prix exhorbitants (ex : 90 euros le midi pour 2 salades et 2 bouteilles d'eau, burger à 35 euros, compter environ 200 euros pour un diner et 260/270 euros avec une bouteille de vin) En outre, la carte n'est pas si variée pour un sejour d"une semaine, surtout si l'on tient à diner dehors ce qui est notre cas. En effet, les restaurants indiens et japonais ne comportent pas de tables en exterieur (alors qu'il y a de la place...). En mai il fait 26 degres le soir, aucune envie de diner sous la climatisation ! Nous avions beaucoup mieux mangé pour bien moins cher la semaine précédente dans un établissement 5 etoiles (Maison d'été sur la côte est) ceci nous a conduit a diner plusieurs fois à Flic en Flac (10 min en taxi 1500 roupies A/R), mais rien d"exceptionnel non plus là bas.

een prachtig verzorgt en exclusief oord. Mooi en exclusief ingerichte vakantiehuisjes . Het park was heel erg rustig . Verder zijn er ruime mogelijkheden tot sporten en is de spa en wellness van hoge kwaliteit. Het restaurant serveerde iedere avond een wisselend en uitstekend menu.

The view from the villa was good.

1. Very poor quality of food. We ordered in room dining, food seemed tired and not very tasty. Breakfast was a pitiful selection even compared to other hotels in this same tier like Shanti Maurice 2. Boat house staff was unable to communicate properly. One day we were supposed to come at 9am for our boat ride, and then next day it was oh I meant come to understand when the boat will be available, at 9am. 3. Pool in the villa was very badly maintained, nobody cleaning the leaves 4. Turn down service happened at 9 30 pm! That's one of the latest turn down services i have experienced. 5. Extremely overpriced. Not worth 9.0 rating. More like a 7.5 rated hotel.

Hôtel a taille humaine, loin des resorts 5* « usine et industriel » qu’on peut expérimenté dans le sud. Confort, intimité, tranquillité. Tout ce qu’on recherche pour ce type d’hôtel. Villas magnifiques. Largement mieux que certains hôtels avec 300 personnes.

Peut-être rendre les excursions via la conciergerie mieux organisé. Dommage de pas capitaliser la dessus.

Villa comfortable dans un endroit calme. Jardin (fleurs, oiseaux,...) autour de la villa. La piscine est de taille raisonnable. J'ai aimé le fait que le diner du 31 décembre ait été inclus dans le prix. Personnel très aimable qui nous a envoyé les photos de cette fête.

Localisation - piscine individuelle - le spa et son personnel est absolument incroyable - les restaurants indien et japonais ainsi que leurs personnels sont egalement a la hauteur d’un palace

Petit déjeuner catastrophique, pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 etoiles, commande taxi non honorée, attente tres longue au restaurant de plage. D’une manière generale le service n’est pas à la hauteur et effet whaou régulièrement gâchés par plusieurs secteurs loin d’etre en phase avec les ambitions de l’hotel

Les prestations proposées par l'établissement étaient parfaites. Que ce soit la qualité de la chambre, du service et du personnel, de l'entretien de l'hôtel en tant que tel. Je n'avais encore jamais connu un tel niveau de service et ce même dans de nombreux 5 étoiles. Merci à toute l'équipe et à très bientôt !

Tout était parfait !

The location was excellent as I had some business to attend to in Sodnac and Curepipe. The breakfast could do with some improvement, especially the self service buffet, maybe a better variety of food. Maybe the inclusion of some lamb and fish dishes Maybe include some Indian breakfast dishes. On my last morning, the staff was kind enough to bring me an Indian curry and Aloo Paratha for breakfast, this after seeing me not enjoying the food on offer.

The breakfast was bland in terms of taste, found myself adding salt and pepper and chilli sauce to meal I ordered that was even after asking for it to be included when the meal was being cooked.

The ability to order food directly to our villa was excellent. The attentive service and accommodating staff made our stay memorable. Housekeeping twice daily kept everything pristine, and the thoughtful touch of pastries delivered to the villa throughout the day was delightful. The tranquil and private atmosphere, combined with access to a private beach, created a perfect retreat. In a word: fantastic.

Sehr aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal, das einem außerdem jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung steht. Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum mit dem Pool, der schönen Einrichtung und der Außendusche. Da wir unseren Jahrestag und den Geburtstag meiner Freundin dort verbracht haben, wurden uns Blumen und gleich mehrere Kuchen kostenlos gestellt. Der Kuchen war auf unseren Wunsch hin sogar vegan. Einfach ein toller Service!

Les prix des restaurants sont très chers

The service was impeccable. They made sure that room was made for nighttime and for morning when we are out. Given we were vegetarian and had a 1 year-old kid, special menu was prepared for all our meals. The food was great. The pool was heated. The beach had privacy. Overall, totally recommended.

Nothing as such. Its priced higher so our expectations were very high but I would say they didn't disappoint. Would be good to have a jacuzzi in the villa as well.

Stunning setting, immaculate gardens and roomy stylish private villas.. The staff were very helpful and professional. The beach is very quiet as it as the end of Flic en Flac so less casual beachgoers pass.

The only comment I would make is that the beachside restaurant is slightly disappointing. It needs a facelift, the menu was limited and not of the same standard as the rest of the restaurants. Also generally wine was extremely highly priced.

Maradiva is simply incomparable. Its core lies in its staffs who were so welcoming and ensured we were well being looked after. Levi, our butler, and Sahul went for the extra mile. Kevin really looked after us in the morning at the breakfast table. Thanks to Praveen, I had a wonderful experience at the spa- his professionalism and and kindness truly elevated the whole experience.

The peaceful nature sounds were amazing, the accommodation was huge and luxurious. The housekeeping team were excellent especially Babita the supervisor and Naliga.

Maradiva ist eine ausgesprochen luxuriöse Anlage, in der man sehr viel Privacy genießt. Die Villen sind phantastisch und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist omnipräsent und sehr zuvorkommend. Toll sind die Tennisplätze: sehr gepflegt mit gutem Flutlicht. Die Lage des Resorts ist toll, die Sonnenuntergänge unglaublich !!!
