객실관리가 매우 청결하게 잘 되었고 조식도 좋았어요. 수영장 옆에서 아침식사할 때 휴양지 온 것 같은 기분이었어요.

We had an adjoining room. The two children were in one and my wife and I in the other with an adjoining door which we kept open. It worked well. The staff were very helpful. We arrived late, just before the restaurant closed but the staff were very helpful and friendly. No long faces about people turning up just before home time. There was a good variety of food available at breakfast with plenty of staff to assist. We didn't use the pool or the health facilities.

We had a view of the pool and the dining area deck from our room. We could see that the North European habit of claiming pool side loungers was heavily in practice. Lots of towel covered loungers with no one on them.

Car parking its a problem

Ruim en gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze, personeel heel vriendelijk. Leuke bar met terras, goede service van alle personeel. Goede keuze aan eten en drinken aan het zwembad. Niet in de drukte van de stad die te voet makkelijk bereikbaar is.

De kamers waren goed maar aan de kleine kant voor 3 volwassen personen en bijhorende koffers en toch wel aan enige vernieuwing toe. Soms moeilijk parking te vinden.

Hotel molto grande e lussoso, dispone di molti servizi (piscina, palestra h24, e anche massaggi su richiesta). La struttura è fantastica, soprattutto la zona colazione e piscina. Personale molto disponibile.

La stanza non rispecchia pienamente l'identità dell'hotel, forse si potrebbe fare meglio sul bagno. Anche il balcone è piuttosto piccolo.

Te weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad en weinig momenten zon.

The hotel is perfectly located in a walking distance to the center, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Our room was big enough for the two of us with a small balcony and everything was very clean! The pool was also very clean with plenty of sitting or lying options. Overall I really recommend this place.

The facilities were good .

The bathroom had a frosted glass panel into the bedroom , so when my husband went to the toilet in the night the light lit up the whole bedroom waking me up. Also the pool area only gets the sun fir a couple of hours a day .

Excellent petit déjeuner et diner en demi pension varié et bien cuisiné .Repas dans un cadre très agréable . Le personnel est très souriant ,veillant toujours à notre confort. Chambre avec un beau balcon , vue sur piscine, calme, bien agencée. Literie idéale. Belle piscine avec transats et salon extérieur.

Peu de rangement dans la chambre pour un long séjour. Salle de bain correcte mais un peu vieillotte.Le ménage n'y est pas toujours parfait . (cheveux , sable...) Parking des voitures compliqué mais on arrive à se garer. Un repas typiquement grec serait un plus.

Wir waren für zwei Tage in diesem Hotel bevor wir auf Kreuzfahrt noch gingen. Man bedenke 5 Sterne in Griechenland entsprechen nicht tatsächlich 5 Sterne wie in anderen Ländern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Empfangshalle und Restaurant sauber. Pool haben wir gesehen aber nicht genutzt. Wir waren schon tolle Hotels und wie schon erwähnt Kreuzfahrtschiff deshalb kennen wir einiges. Für uns hat es schon Mängel und gerade für 5 Sterne. Denn billig war es nicht.

Am Pool sind fast keine Liegen. Man kann sich deshalb eh nicht hinlegen, was bei unseren zwei Regal war. Viele schreiben toller Pool. Leider war er nichts besonderes. Einfach ein Pool halt. Wir hatten ein Dreier Premium Zimmer gebucht. Ja nicht auf die Bilder verlassen da sieht alles groß aus. Hätte ich länger zu dritt dort bleiben müssen wären wir verzweifelt. Keine 21qm und einfach nur extrem klein. Kein Stauraum für Sachen. Null. Ein kleiner Schrank sonst nix. Wie bitte soll man da zu dritt existieren. Wir haben unsere Sachen aus Koffer geholt und das ständig. Und das beste noch,wohin mit den Koffern? Geht gar nicht für drei Personen. Nial für zwei. Waren sehr enttäuscht und Gott sei Dank nur zwei dort. Sauber war es im Zimmer. Balkon war noch Boden voll mit langen Haaren anderer Personen. Aber die Größe des Zimmers und null Schränke sowas geht gar nicht und mit Sicherheit keine 5 Sterne.

The service was excellent. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and very communicative. They were extremely approachable and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. We have nothing but praise and would definitely recommend this place!

The swimming pool and the area around it are too small considering the size of the hotel and the number of guests. Unfortunately, on the last evening of my stay, I had a very unpleasant experience. While I was having dinner in the restaurant, a group of Greek men arrived and were speaking extremely loudly, with no consideration for the other guests. They repeatedly and loudly insisted on watching football and behaved rudely and vulgarly towards the staff. This kind of behaviour seriously disturbed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. In my opinion, the hotel should handle situations like this more firmly in order to ensure the comfort and peaceful experience of all its guests.

Struttura comoda ed elegante per chi arriva o parte dall'aeroporto di Hiraklion. La camera è super confortevole con letti comodissimi e prodotti da bagno eccellenti! In dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico dove si può cenare e fare un giro. Abbiamo anche pranzato al bar dell'hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Avevamo comprato un'opzione con la colazione inclusa e, dal momento che siamo partiti molto presto la mattina successiva, ci hanno preparato un cestino da asporto super ricco. La piscina chiude alle 20.00 ma non so dire nulla perché non l'abbiamo utilizzata. Consigliatissimo. Il taxi dall'hotel all'aeroporto ci ha preso 20 euro ma erano le quattro del mattino in orari normali 10/12 euro.

Cleanliness was not maintained. Bathrooms were not cleaned, when we returned back in our hotel room in the evening after spending the whole day outside. Many things om the bathroom were not provided by default and we had to ask for it at the reception.

Numero di sedie e lettini più che apriopriato e bar con prezzi normali. La hall accogliente e pulita. Il ristorante più che ottimo. Sia la colazione che la cena con enorme scelta e tutto buonissimo. Hôtel de très bon standing, très beau et très agréable. Chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle et propre. Personnel au petit soin, merci à eux. Parking de l'hôtel à disposition mais nous avions toujours des places pour nous garer devant l'hôtel dans la rue. Le buffet à volonté du petit déjeuner est un régal. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Ολα ήταν όμορφα, το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, το δωμάτιο ήσυχο και η καλύτερη επιλογή ξενοδοχείου μετά από ένα θαλασσινό ταξίδι με πολύ κούνημα (λόγω μποφόρ). Ένα τεράστιο μπράβο στο προσωπικό για την ευγένεια του και την προθυμία του.

Με απογοήτευσε εντελώς το πάρκινγκ καθώς ήταν σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο σε σχέση με το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου. Έπρεπε να είσαι αρκετά τυχερός για να βρεις θέση μέσα σε αυτό και εμείς που είχαμε ένα αρκετά μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο δεν καταφέραμε ποτέ να εκμεταλλευτούμε την υποτιθέμενη αυτή παροχή. Επιπλέον παρόλο που μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση στο δωμάτιο με το που φτάσαμε (και ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτό) το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό για να φιλοξενήσει 3 άτομα.

Rooms are a bit small

Breakfast was genuinely 5-star level — a real highlight of the stay. The staff were attentive, helpful, and brought such positive energy throughout. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The room and balcony were a bit compact, so there wasn't really space to sit outside — but it didn't take away from the stay.

The hotel is a bit away from the city center, so there aren’t many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it’s easy to reach. The building is small, and so is the area around the pool, which means there isn’t much room for sun loungers. In the fitness area, the two treadmills and two multi‑gym machines take up practically all the space; it would be better to have a pull‑up and a dip bar instead. Breakfast is decent, with a standard selection — nothing special — though I found the fruit selection a bit sparse. The staff are friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars, but we still had a good time during our stay.

לקחנו 2 חדרים. עבור זוג החדר היה מושלם ומרווח מאוד. עבור 3 מתבגרים בחדר השני היה קטן גם בחלל החדר וגם בשירותים עם המקלחת. היה נחמד מצד המלון לא להציע חדר דומה בעתיד למשפחה בהרכב דומה

Hotel niedaleko centrum z super obsługa i basenem. Świetne śniadania z szybkim serwisem kawowym. Doświetlony w dobrej dzielnicy. Wygodny dla osób lubiących zwiedzanie, gdyż łatwo szybko wydostać się na autostradę. Niedaleko wiele punktów serwisowych i gastronomicznych oraz w sobotę i środę lokalny targ -5 minut drogi.

zbyt mały parking dla gości oraz zbyt mało leżaków basenowych by czuć komfort wakacji. Goście zwłaszcza ze Skandynawii od rana okupowali leżaki nie korzystając z nich, to generowało pewien dyskomfort dla innych.

אנו חוזרים למלון כל פעם שמגיעים לכרתים לפחות לחלק מהימים. המיקום מצויין, צוות אדיב מאוד, עשו הכל כדי שנרגיש נח.

ישנו חניון קטן למלון והשאר ברחוב, צריך לקחת זאת בחשבון אם מגיעים עם רכב.

Zentrale Lage, man ist schnell in der Stadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal gibt es dort, egal wo man ist. Von der Rezeption haben wir ein paar Restaurants Tips bekommen, jeder war absolut super. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei. Preis / Leistung passt

Die Zimmer sind eher klein für ein 5* Hotel und eine Steckdose im Bad wäre auch sinnvoll. Gesamteindruck ist gut, aber maximal 4*. Es gibt einen Pool, wo die Liegen manchmal knapp sind

Het ontbijt was super, hygiene was top, personeel was super vriendelijk en de faciliteiten waren ook goed. Ligging van het hotel is ook heel goed, dichtbij het centrum. Tevens is er een halte van de Hop on, hop off bus voor de deur. Ideaal!

Kamers vonden wij wat aan de kleine kant. Het tweepersoonsbed was absoluut een tegenvaller. Matrassen waren niet comfortabel zoals we hadden verwacht van een 5 sterren hotel. Wij hadden een familiekamer. De twee eenspersoons bedden van de kinderen waren goed maar die wegen natuurlijk aanzienlijk een stuk minder. Het matras van het tweepersoonsbed van de kamer 202 was verschrikkelijk. Wij lagen beide in een kuil. Waarschijnlijk heeft het matras zijn beste tijd gehad. Allebei slecht geslapen en zelf last van de rug door de verkeerde houding

Die wenigen Liegen wurde bereits vor dem Frühstück mit Handtüchern „belegt“. Wir hatten leider eine Zimmer zur Straße, dass leider etwas laut war.

War super für eine Nacht. Normale Doppelzimmer sind sehr klein. Frühstüxk war sehr vielseitig. Hat uns gefallen.

Poolbereich war schnell voll. Die Liegen schnell besetzt.

לא תמיד החנייה פנוייה ואז צריך לחפש ברחוב וסו לא תמיד משימה פשוטה.

La qualité de la chambre

C’est insupportable de laisser les gens s’attribuer une chaise longue au bord de la piscine juste en posant sa serviette dessus: à 8 h du matin, toutes les places sont prises et personne n’est dans la piscine ? que fait le personnel de l’hôtel : rien!

Fenomenal, muy buenas instalaciones, desayuno estupendo, habitaciones limpias, modernas, y espacios comunes estupendos. Ha sido muy buena elección. Está a 10 minutos andando del centro, así que muy buena ubicación. El personal muy amable.
