Δεν υπαρχει εστιατοριο κ χωρος πρωινου προγευματιζεις στο πεζοδρόμιο. Ο χωρος παρκινγκ ειναι υπαιθριος, ανηκει σε ιδιωτη, για τονεπισκέπτη που δεν γνωριζει την πολη δεν υπαρχει σωστη σημανση για να οδηγει στο παρκινγκ και είναι εφιάλτηςημερα με κινηση στο δρόμο

מיקום מצוין, חדרים מרווחים, ארוחת בוקר בבית קפה מתחת למלון, אין צורך ברכב המלון נמצא במרחק של דקות ספורות מהמרכז.

הבניין קצת מיושן, אין במלון בריכה או ספא. זה טוב למי שרוצה לישון קרוב למרכז העיר.

המלון במיקום מרכזי ונוח עם חניה קרובה, הצוות היה אדיב מאוד ואף שודרגנו לחדר יותר מרווח, החדר מעוצב יפה, ארוחת בוקר טובה.

החניה לא שייכת למלון ובעלות של 6 יורו ליום, הוילון היה שבור/קרוע בחלון הזזה ליציאה למרפסת.

Hotel Metaxa is excellent. We stayed there twice: once on the way from the airport and again at the end, on the way to the airport. During our last stay, we received a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. Both rooms we stayed in were excellent—spacious and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. There were three of us, yet we didn't feel cramped. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the harbor. The fantastic city center is just around the corner. We regretted not spending more time exploring Heraklion. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Heraklion impressed us so much that we will definitely return, and we will stay at your hotel again.

יש מלא כתובות נאצה מתחת למלון אבל נראה שנותני השירות עצמם בסדר

I liked the location. The room was clean and view was nice. It was also quiet during the night.

Alot of stuff was broken in the room. Should not be a 5 star hotel. Its an average, 4 star at best.

Non c'è una hall accogliente e spaziosa. Praticamente non esiste. Quindi se non vuoi stare in camera stai per strada.

Great location, extremely convenient right in the downtown area and near the museum.

Room was just a little small, light switches were in strange places. My partner turned off the light while I was in the bathroom from outside without realizing it and I hit my head, cutting it on a fixture. Overall not a big deal.

The location and amenities are fantastic. The staff are delightful and very helpful.

Absolutely stunning! Amazing bed, the room is completely renovated and the staff is so friendly! Delicious breakfast (no buffet style) Would highly recommend!

Das Hotel waren in der Renovierung als wir angekommen sind, wir wurden in Hotel Rocca a Mare Heraklion - Handwritten Collection gebracht, alles hat super geklappt. Das Zimmer ist schön und modern eingerichtet - schöne Aussicht mit Meerblick . das Bett ist bequem, man hat genug Stauraum. Das Personal und die Service waren top und sehr freundlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Das Hotel liegt in der Hauptstraße, leider tagsüber laut wenn man in Balkon sitzen möchte. Im Zimmer mit geschlossen Balkontür ist der Straßenlärm erträglich und wir können trotzdem sehr gut schlafen.

Excellent location, spacious room and great facilities, good breakfast

The room was great size for separating the shower & toilet. I like the way they decorated the furniture to include the sofa & dining table.

I didn’t like the coffee & no green tea.

Good location, clean, solid breakfast. We got free upgrade, room was like soviet chic style with many books.

Shower looked promising but in reality was quite lame, low pressure and no massage function.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Limpeza impecável.

Na descrição dizem que existe estacionamento na rua, mas não é verdade. Mesmo no estacionamento indicado pelo hotel (pago) nunca havia lugar. Tivemos de deixar o carro num outro estacionamento pago (25€/dia). O pequeno-almoço é servido num restaurante ao lado do hotel e não têm serviço de quartos. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas isto é inadmissível.

Excellent! Wonderful front desk and restaurant staff! They were very helpful and attentive to our requests. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable, great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Ήταν όλα χάλια, ακάθαρτα και μύριζε σαπίλα,. Μείναμε 1 ώρα και φύγαμε και χάσαμε και τα λευτα μας. Στο δωματιονπου μας έδωσαν, βρήκαμε φαγητό που άφησαν οι προηγούμενοι. Αδικιολογητοι

Great location for catching the #2 bus to Knossos and for visiting the excellent archeological museum. The room was large, comfortable and relatively quiet. Good served breakfast and extremely helpful Silia at the front desk.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and great central location. For Crete standards wheelchair access very good, would recommend for even moderate to severe mobility needs.

Square outside is quite busy with many flights going past the balcony but room well soundproofed.

Great little hotel with best services I had in Europe. Food is very good and rooms clean and great beds. Location is great close to buses for tours around Creta.

Gostamos de tudo. Tem um estacionamento na frente do hotel que fica na rua principal. O café da manhã é um espetáculo!!! Recomendo muito!

Stayed 12 September with my 2 adult children. One of the nicest experiences of our trip. All the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful - nothing too much trouble. Very clean large room with separate shower and separate toilet plus small balcony. First class position near the museums and shopping. Lots of local bars, bistros, coffee shops. Our breakfast outside was first class, all products from Crete. Thank you all.

The staff’s attention to detail is unmatched. At check-in, we were greeted with a refreshing beverage. We left before breakfast, so the staff had a to go breakfast prepared for us that was healthy & delicious.

Frühstück hat nichts mit 5 Sternen zu tun. Der Herr vom Service war sichtlich genervt, dass wir draußen frühstücken wollten. Der Vorplatz zum Hotel ist schmuddelig, dass Zimmer hat auch die ein oder andere Macke.

Its a beautifully made suites, clean, everything provided, outstanding restaurant and food, best coffee in the world, staff were very very friendly and nice, it was safe and secure, everything was perfect in that property.

I didnt like the city but the property made the stay worthwhile ✨

The room was very clean and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful – always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also excellent, making it easy to reach everything we wanted to see. Overall, we had a great experience.

Because of the central location, it can be quite noisy, and the terrace was not really pleasant to sit on. There is no private parking, although there is a paid parking lot just across the street. For breakfast, it would be nice to have some fresh vegetables or salad as well.

L’établissement n’est pas à digne de ses 5 étoiles. Les membres de cet hôtel ne prennent pas la peine de satisfaire leur clientèle, et ne prennent pas non plus la peine de les épauler via la messagerie Booking.com. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir à faire à cet établissement je vous le garantie…

The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. I wanted to stay longer than the one night I had booked.

The rooftop restaurant has magnificent views and a great vibe but you can’t order any items off the menu from the ground level restaurant, unfortunately.

Great location and wonderful staff, especially Chrisa in Papis - she's the best! When I come back to Heraklion, I will stay at Legacy Gastro Suites.

Small hotel which makes you feel more cozy. Excellent staff, very friendly and professional at the same time. Rooms are amazingly clean, beds are very comfortable and the restaurant at the top one of the best in Heraklion! I will happily go back when visit the city again :)

Absolutely PERFECT. We had an incredible week’s stay at Legacy Gastro Suites. The absolute standout at this hotel is the team running everything; you could not hope for nicer people! Professional, friendly and always smiley and chatty, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh food, eggs made to order and great variety - we never got tired of it. Our room was beautiful, with a huge balcony, good storage space, and little touches that we always appreciated. Waking up to the sun and stepping out to look over the city and the harbour was beautiful. The room was also always kept super clean and refreshed every day. Despite the fact that the hotel is right in the centre of Heraklion and near the flight path for the airport, every night we slept wonderfully; it was so surprisingly quiet! The location is great, you’re a five minute walk from all the restaurants, bars and shops in the city centre. We were genuinely sad to leave this hotel, and Heraklion, and hope to be back very soon. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here, and another massive thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay!
