The front-desk staff, one lady in particular, was super-helpful during our difficult flight cancelation and last-minute overnight accommodation needs, from sorting out rooms at both 3 Pines and its partner hotel across the road, to arranging our transportation back to the airport. An absolute angel!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Tout a été parfait ! La qualité de l'appartement et des prestations (bouteille d'eau fraiche dans le frigo à notre arrivée avec 4 capsules de café Nespresso). La literie est très confortable - chambre AA. LA vue du RoftTop, la piscine à coté de la réception. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable. Le parking gratuit devant l'établissement. La salle de Gym au -1. Les services sont ouvert de 9h le matin à 23h. Accès indépendant le soir. Vraiment c'est un hébergement très qualitatif ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation...

L'hôtel est au calme loin de l'agitation mais il faut 15 min pour rejoindre le centre ville. L'hôtel possède un petit parking a 2 min ce qui est appréciable

Die Lage des Hotels ist schön, weil ruhig und doch stadtnah, das Apartment sehr schön und sauber, der Service sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfreich, das Frühstück perfekt - und obendrein konnten wir unser Auto vor dem Hotel sicher parken. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026We only had 1 night in Heraklion and wished we'd had more, especially as the hotel is so comfortable and nice. The person who checked us in was friendly and very welcoming, made us feel at home right away. The room was modern, clean and very quiet - they'd put us on a high floor facing the back as we'd requested a quiet room - and it was. There are a few parking spots out front, and we were lucky enough to park the couple of times we went out/returned with the car. We did also walk past the hotel's parking lot which was only a minute or two walk away and would have happily put the car there if needed. There is a pool too and gym in the basement which we didn't realise but didn't access as we were out exploring Heraklion. Monks Cafe around the corder and Spora the restaurant (also 2 mins away) were highlights of our time too. We did explore the town but the chill and local vibes around the hotel was nice.

There was nothing that we didn’t like however, the pool wasn’t as large as expected but that didn’t stop us using it every day.

Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und dennoch fussläufig zur Innenstadt. Der Flughafen Heraklion in 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Alles einfach perfekt 🤩

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal im 3 Pines in Heraklion und sind wieder absolut begeistert. Die Lage ist top und das Design einfach toll. Die Appartements überzeugen mit einem super vorteilhaften Grundriss und bieten reichlich Platz für 3 Personen. Ein tolles Extra: Zur Begrüßung gibt es Wasser, Kaffee und Knabbersachen als Startpaket. Zudem ist von der Spülmaschine über die Waschmaschine bis hin zu sämtlichen Badannehmlichkeiten alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt hatten wir das Appartement 1a. Wie schon im letzten Jahr hatten wir einen Balkon zum Pool und einen zur Straße (der zur Straße ist der größere, komplett mit Wäscheständer und Möbeln ausgestattet). Und erwähnenswert ist das Bett. Sekten so gut geschlafen in ejnen Hizel/Unterkunft. Die absoluten Highlights: Dachterrasse & Pool: Der Blick über Heraklion von der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Der Pool mit den Liegen ist eine absolute Rarität mitten in der Innenstadt! Perfekte Lage: Für uns das beste Ausgangshotel, wenn man morgens mit der Fähre (z. B. SeaJet) ablegen muss. Parken: Beim ersten Mal standen wir direkt vor dem Haus, beim zweiten Mal unweit in einer der umliegenden Straßen – absolut unkompliziert. Service: Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr nett, aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir können das 3 Pines uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen garantiert wieder!

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026הדירה הייתה נקייה, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך, הפקידה בקבלה הייתה מקסימה, גם אישרו לנו לעשות צק אין ב10 בבוקר במקום ב15, הגענו והדירה הייתה מוכנה. היינו שם רק לילה, אבל בהחלט ממליצים. המיקום נוח 12-15 דק הליכה מהמרכז והחנויות המרכזיות, יש סופר ובית קפה במרחק 2 דק הליכה.
לנו לא היה צורך בבריכה, אבל מי שבונה על זה אז היא קצת קטנה, אבל בכל הזמן שהיינו שם היא הייתה ריקה.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss mitten in der Altstadt. Mit dem Auto kann man auf einem Privatparkplatz in der Nähe parkieren. Auch gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe ein sehr gutes Restaurant welches vom Hotel empfohlen wurde. Wir haben im " Spora" hervorragend gut gegessen.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Pas trop loin du centre, l'appartement est trés bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire est disponible (café,...). Parking devant létablissement.
Il faut marcher un peu pour être dans le centre.

L’isolation phonique, nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’aller à la piscine mais elle est assez petite ainsi que les extérieurs

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ σωστά σχεδιασμένο με αισθητική. Είχε όλα όσα ήταν απαραίτητα για την διαμονή μας. Από καθαριότητα παίρνει άριστα. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο και επίσης παρέχεται και πάρκινγκ, αν και δεν είναι τόσο απαραίτητο. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει.
Αν και η αλήθεια είναι ότι το πετύχαμε σε εξαιρετική τιμή λόγω προσφοράς, η κανονική τιμή ενδεχομένως να είναι λιγάκι πιο υψηλή.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική,κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης, με άμεση πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα, αξιοθέατα και μέσα μεταφοράς, γεγονός που κάνει τις μετακινήσεις ιδιαίτερα εύκολες. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια, με σύγχρονο εξοπλισμό και πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στο προσωπικό, το οποίο ήταν ευγενέστατο, πρόθυμο και πάντα διαθέσιμο να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο και επαγγελματισμό. Μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε πραγματικά ευπρόσδεκτοι από την πρώτη στιγμή. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην πόλη και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους αναζητούν άνεση, ποιότητα και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση.
