Convenient to city. Security at night.
Drug dealers/users outside
I liked the location.
There was no toilet paper. We asked the front desk and he said it will be sent up. It was not sent for 2 days, after which we left. The front staff barely spoke english and when I asked him again why we had not recieved any toilet paper, he said it was the fault of the cleaning staff - then tried to switch up and ask what room we were in - note that he had asked for my name and room number before. The room was extremely hot, I could not sleep - no air conditioning, just a old fan. My room had no windows, felt I was in a fever dream.
For what we paid it was great. Perfect location and a nice ish room. So good value for money. Felt safe ish. Parking really close by.
The shower was cold so we didn’t wash, and the check in procedure was mental, it took soo long to get a key and the queue was huge. It seemed drug dealers were hanging around and there was security to get back into the building after a night getting drunk which was a little weird although we realise it was probably necessary due to location.
Myself and my friend loved everything about our stay. The hotel was fantastic value for money, it’s in a great location- centre of town and close to all the places we wanted to go. The staff were really lovely and had no problem providing us with extra pillows and refreshments. The room was cosy and beds comfortable. I booked the cheapest room going but we were upgraded to a nicer room on arrival. We had such a nice stay.
The only thing is there wasn’t a fridge but I don’t expect that at every hotel.
It was very quiet and peaceful once in the room
The temperature in the room was way too much I had to have 2 fans at the end of the bed
Close to everything easy to find stafff very friendly
Nothing
The staff were great.
The mural in the rooms with no windows looked hideous and the AC/ventilation was atrocious.
Location and friendly staff
A bit noisy but that can't be helped
Hotel.location
Nothing
Location
The room was boiling
Perfect location Staff very nice and friendly Room was good Bed nice and comfy.
Not having any USB outlets in the room I forgot my plug and had to buy another one, most annoying
Good location
Rooms very basic, bland and very warm. Electric fan provided but not capable of cooling the room down significantly.
The location that's all
The room was roasting hot no windows but we knew we had no windows when we booked but the room was that warm it became uncomfortable to be in
The bar staff especially Becky were absolutely fabulous, so friendly and good banter.
Location was decent
The room is boiling hot like your in hell, no Aircon however they have 3 fans yet there cheap ones doesn't cool down the room. The shower head doesn't work had to get someone in to fix it, also it's leaking. The Asian chap on repetition never explained what's wrong with shower or how to use it.
The price its a 3 star hotel but it looks more like a 5 star it really is lovely hotel and we will definitely be back
Everything
The location was good, the reception looked nice.
I had to repeatedly say that I had booked 2 rooms, I had asked for rooms close together when i booked and at reception and they gave me two rooms on separate floors. Me and my friend didnt feel safe as we werent together. The bedrooms ceiling lights did not work, only one of my bedroom windows would open. The bathroom was run down, the shower head leaked when used. The mattress was not comfortable and had marks on the sheets. The TV would not work either. I was given a faulty fan but that was fixed fairly quicky. Furthermore, my friends room had dents in their bath, and the walls. Overall, it was fine for what it was but I wont be booking again.
It was in the centre of Manchester so it made it easier for food & drink and travel links
Nothing wrong with the property, maybe just a little dated
Ubicación. La cama bastante bien. Buenas cortinas
La bañera un poco sucia. Recomiendo mampara y no cortina. La moqueta no me gusta (pero eso es más personal)
Good hotel, nice room, clean, great bathroom greatful for the fans too
A little to warm in the room at night on roms with no windows glad we had two fans tho
Nothing.
Everything. The bed was just springs, room was boiling, place was disgusting. No lights except one working lamp.
La Sala de star, bar y la habitación muy bien.
La zona, si bien es céntrica pero ambiente raro.
Perfect location and reasonable price
No complaints
Price, early check in, bed, TV, kettle, shower.
Dodgy people in the street outside taking drugs
I was given a larger room which was nice
Sachas is perfect for a football trip to Manchester. Great location and clean.
Is in city centre
N/A
It was clean and central, the staff were friendly.
My room had no window and the shower was more of a trickle of water.
Great location, close to the center.
The windowless room was much worse than expected. Insane to build a room like that without any system to allow air to circulate around. We both woke up very early with a headache because we weren't getting any fresh oxygen basically. Very expensive if you think about this detail.
Posizione ottima
Materasso e cuscino scomodi, temperatura della stanza molto elevata nonostante il ventilatore fornito
Television was rubbish, no connection to things you want to watch for a comfortable stay. Change of bed cover or cleaning is after 4days
Todoooooo
Very minimal
The room was mediocre for the price paid
Location is fine
Room was far too hot and uncomfortable. Proper air-conditioning is needed in 435
Beds super comfortable. Really quiet room. Clean, efficient. Staff helpful. Would stay again.
Nothing about the property itself. Unfortunately there was a few unsavoury characters outside, very clearly doing drugs and asking for money as you walked by. I was with my 11 year old daughter so that made me uneasy. This is not a reflection of the hotel though and I would stay again. If staying here, be aware of dangers.
staff were kind
the place was very unclean, stunk of very strange smells. Broken bath. Uncanny area to be around. bed sheets stunk.
The central location is great. Both Piccadilly and Victoria stations are just a short walk away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants right in the area.
The hotel and room are very outdated. The spring mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the hairdryer was covered in a thick layer of dust. To make matters worse, there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom (making it impossible to use the hairdryer or other devices there) and no toilet brush was provided. The reception staff also didn't make guests feel welcome or interested in providing good service.
Location
Everything. Very small, and very hot room. With no windows. . Very poor lighting. Just few sockets to charge or plug in. Even prisoners have air to breathe. Not in this hotels room. Shocking. Expensive.
The property was clean for the most part, tidy and has air con. The TV worked fine and had just about everything we needed for one night. We also got a free room upgrade which was greatly appreciated! Staff were all lovely and polite. Would recommend for any concert goers or anyone visiting short term as everything you could want is nearby in Piccadilly.
Bit outdated looking and the hotel is quite toasty inside. Would be fine during winter but it is still relatively warm out!
It is central to the city, great location. Slightly rough nearby but once you are past that it’s ok
The cleanliness, and it felt extremely unsafe. We had checked in and then immediately took our stuff and left without returning. It was so unsafe and dirty
Strong wifi
Lack of room service, and dirty environment around the outside of the hotel
Location is close to everything and easily accessible
No Air Conditioning - just a small fan
It was a lovely hotel very close to city center
My room had no window and it was quite warm in the night
Good value for the money, in Manchester
La buena ubicación
Fantastic location everything i needed was right around the corner and was easy to get to.
I wasnt particularly fond of the staff. Staff behind the check in counter were rude. And the hotel security guard made me feel uncomfortable and refused to let me up to my room until he thought I was "safe". Other than that the vending machines looked like they were from the 90s.
Such convenient location, close to everything we needed, rooms were spacious and clean, beds so comfy, staff was lovely especially Emanuel making us feel so welcome. Thank you
No toilet brush...
Nothing
No ventilation
Very comfortable and staff were lovely
No air con but to be expected in old building
Location is great
Tv didn’t work
Great location, within easy walking distance of Piccadilly station.
Uneven pavements, watch when you walk through the streets 😉
Size of the room was brilliant! Staff very friendly & helpful! Plenty of towels, essentials ect, bed was comfy & plenty of natural light
Honestly dont have anything to complain about
Great price for such a prime location. Everything I needed for the night
Where it is and all things around area easy to get too
N/A
Friendly, good location, decent price for the room
Location is central
Room was like an oven. AC didn’t work, no windows, awful.
No breakfast available
The location
The place wasn’t kept clean! We had a water leak in the bedroom, the fan was dirty, the air conditioning was broken, and the price was too high for what we got!
Good staff good hotel
The room
Very central location and all amenities in short walking distance. On arrival I had been upgraded to a room with a window which was lovely as I chose a basic/ cheapest room with no window…. The value for money and cleanliness was fabulous. The area is lively and was a little noisy but surprisingly not at night…….the bin men emptying bottle recycling bins outside the nearby pubs/ clubs early morning did disturb my rest but this is no fault of the hotel. Great value for money and I will stop there again.
Bin men😂
Good location
No TV, just audio / radio in room. Was woken up at 5.45 am due to noise outside as couldn’t close window. However value room for money and friendly staff on reception.
Yes I would stay there again
