The only downside was the lighting in the bar/breakfast area. It was quite dark.

Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Dafür dass wir ein bisschen mehr gezahlt haben als in einen weniger zentralen Hotel, hatten wir wirklich für beste Lage!!!!

The room had a very strong smell of poor drainage

After my flight was diverted to Manchester and the airline told me to find my own hotel and transport I booked this hotel. I arrived at 1130pm, was given a great room and relaxed. I've stayed at Motel One locations before and I am always satisfied. The check-in was easy and one of the staff helped me charge my phone (my charger was stuck on the plane in my luggage). It was nice to be comfortable after the horrible experience at Manchester Airport.

Check-out person was a bit rude and unfriendly but overall the experience was good. I do think Motel one should have USB ports in its room to allow phone charging etc.

Conveniently located, I booked really last minute due to a cancelled flight. Despite arriving after 11pm I was greeted warmly and there was a real buzz I. The foyer/bar, even on a Tuesday! Check in was smooth, room clean and quiet and the breakfast was great! Will stay again!

- would be nice for them to update their TV to a smart TV as most accomodation/ hotel now have smart TV with netflix etc.

The staff the hotel was very nice and went way and beyond to help us have a comfortable experience after going through flight cancellations and last minute changes to drive three hours to Manchester in the middle of the night to catch an alternative next day flight!

Great place to stay in Manchester. The hotel was very clean, and our room was lovely, bright and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff at the desk were very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect — we really enjoyed our stay!

Unser Freitagabend Flug wurde storniert und wir konnten erst am Sonntag anreisen. Trotz Meldung im Hotel und Bestätigung, das es okay sei und wir erst am Sonntag einziehen können. Wurden wir als No Show gebucht und es hiess zuerst, dass wir kein Zimmer mehr bekommen. Da es intern zu einem Fehler kam, konnten wir unser Zimmer schlussendlich beziehen. War aber nicht der Beste erste Eindruck.

Didn't have breakfast unfortunately maybe next visit location was superb as we wanted to visit bars spread around the city centre but all still in walking distance of the hotel

Clean, good location and decent breakfast. I use it when in Manchester for work as it's convenient for the centre and tram stops

There is not way of double locking or securing your door with a chain from the inside. As a women travelling alone this makes me feel a bit unsafe.

Location is perfect central to Manchester and right next to the metro/bus for ease of getting around. Rooms are well kept, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet....no noise coming through from outside.

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen wie freundlich und insbesondere herzlich und hilfsbereit das Personal war. Auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und Einrichtung der Lounge/ Bar haben mir sehr gut gefallen.

From check in to check out us was a breeze. I don't need my sheets and towels changed everyday and hanging the sign w worked. Staff always friendly.

The location is brilliant, very easy to get to places. It's in the centre but still comfortable, quiet, and private around the entrance. The room was clean and quiet; we could not hear anyone at all.

The fan or ventilation system in the room was making strange noises at night. The bar area is understaffed, 1 person covering bar during the bank holiday weekend and the Pride parade.

Modern clean and in a great location

Me and my husband had the best time on Pride weekend staying at Motel One. Location was fab weather wasn’t great but you can’t book that We will be back we had the best time

Unfortunately for 2nd year in a town there was no bag in the bin plus only 1 bin in the room so had to take it from the bathroom so I didn't have to drag rubbish to the toilet all the time. Also found the pillows were a little flat and not firm enough for my liking

Only had 3 channels to watch tv on, which is very disappointing after I’d paid £125 for the night. Also very very poor signal, if any signal at all when in the room.

It was mostly clean and modern with a hot shower

The pillows were awful. 3 odd sized pillows, and only 2 sad plastic cups for the room which were not properly clean. The room is tiny and you have the shuffle past the end of the bed and avoid hitting the tv off the wall. It didnt match the photos, no views at all. I paid over 200 pounds and it didnt feel worth it.

I like motel one I've been a few so I like the general layout and fittings and the staff are always cool

There was blood spot stain on the sheet I went out for few hours asked for it clean I returned to the same bedding then while busy I was asked to wait out of the room while the bed was changed. The sheets weren't even tucked in properly.

The women on reception was absolutely brilliant, so warm and friendly, the bar man created a really relaxing and chill vibe really made you want to stay and have a drink.

There wasn't anything, the place was spotless the staff were amazing, the location is fab, even the cleaners were friendly and polite saying good morning every day.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Zentraler kann man kaum wohnen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und in meinem Fall waren sie total hilfsbereit (bezüglich Check-In und Gepäckaufbewahrung). Zimmer in gewohnter MO Qualität.

Die Flure waren wirklich schmutzig. Zimmer war okay. Den Safe habe ich nicht benutzt, da lag noch Müll vom Vorbesitzer drin. Das kenne ich aus anderen MO Häusern anders. Ein Fön wäre toll gewesen.
