Das Personal war freundlich und sachlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Betrifft wahrscheinlich Deutsche Besucher. Es ist mit Hotels/Landhäuser die für Handwerker gedacht sind vergleichbar. ist die Anlage in den Jahren gekommen. Dem entsprechend findet man aus der Perspektive aus Deutschland einige Punkte zum bemängeln. Ich habe pro Tag 70 Euro bezahlt und bin nicht davon ausgegangen dass für den Preis nicht besseres erwarten kann. Im Vergleich zu Deutschland bekommt man für sein Geld etwas weniger. Nach der ersten Nacht hat das Zimmer (214) so viel Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer gebildet dass der Boden sehr rutschig war. Auf Anfrage zum stornieren der restlichen Aufenthalt wurde ein Upgrade (335) angeboten. Dieses Zimmer war etwas besser. (Zimmer waren immer sauber, nicht falsch verstehen). Danke für den Deskman der eine Lösung für mich gefunden hat. Dennoch muss man wissen dass der AC im Zimmer laut ist, es aufgrund der Klima Verhältnisse und im Jahren gekommen Anlagen Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer Bildet. Das Bett und die Kissen waren gemütlich. Wenn man es einsortieren möchte, dann ist es ein Hotel/Motel der eine Stufe unter Holiday Inn ist. Es wäre nichts für mich.aber das Hotel/Motel war gut belegt. Alles gute

localização ótima e hotel e achamos o quarto pequeno porem aceitável para acomodar 3 pessoas. Fizemos viagem de turismo e sentimos que nos mostrou bem a cidade de Atlanta e com o carro conseguir conhecer bem. Valeu mesmo.

Ficamos insatisfeitos porque quando fizemos a reserva pensamos que o estacionamento estava incluso e tivemos que pagar uso 40.00 todos os dias e nao estava no meu orçamento os usd 200.00 que pagamos ao hotel . nao apareceu na reserva que teriamos que pagar todo este valor de parking.

Nothing, wasn't able to stay and could not be reached or accomodated.

Could not get a hold of the property for complications with the reservation so my money was taken and I never got to stay there.

First of all I read the reviews but I should have dug deeper, it was a terrible neighborhood. We're talking Hood! I don't need been there a few minutes and walk downstairs and I saw some young people standing by their car so I was asking him about places to go and they automatically asked if I knew where to get heroin!! Let me tell you something I'm a 69-year-old lady who doesn't even look like she even dabble in that crap so yeah I was taken a back by that! So... Given the shock of that experience I probably won't stay here again if it weren't for that I probably would sorry but for warning others

The convenience of breakfast at the motel. The Waffle makers are great. We bring our peanut butter and applesauce to make a heartbeat. Thank you for the boiled eggs, yogurt, and good coffee, too!

The facility was very accommodating. The room was nice. All of the workers were very helpful and friendly. The place was well kept. The pool was clean and refreshing.

There isn't anything that I didn't like

It was a great stay and there was NO bedbugs !

Not being told that there was a $50.00 deposit and that we would get it back at checkout, then come checkout time we were told it would take 2 - 3 days to go back on our account and we still haven't received it . I called and the guy working told me straight up why didn't I call during business hours !

Me cobraron $50 de depósito por cada día que me quede, el cual no me devolvieron, me dijeron que 10 días hábiles después de irme del Hotel y han pasado más de 10 días y aún no recibo el dinero

El encargado del Hotel te roba el depósito de seguridad y te cobra el depósito de seguridad diario, no por reserva sino diaria te quita $50 diario

En cuál dice que te lo va a devolver y se ve reflejado en tu banco 10 días hábiles, después de salir del Hotel ya han pasado más de 10 días y aún no recibo mi dinero son unos verdaderos ladrones

Muy mal servicio, la persona encargada del hotel en el lobby te quiere cobrar por todo

Hice una reserva por una semana y tuve que pagar depósito de cada día de la semana no por la reserva, el cual el depósito me dijo que se iba a devolver a mi banco en 10 días hable y han pasado más de 10 días hábiles y no me han devuelto el depósito, son unos ladrones y te roban el dinero

Friendly staff Clean Breakfast was good

WiFi repeatedly dropped while I was working 8 hrs shifts. There needs to be some type of security service at night outside you would hear commotion arguing police even showed up one night a bit unsettling when you’re with children.

The breakfast did not have much to offer.

Hotel needs updating. Staff gave me a room key to a room that was already occupied. No apologies. Rude. Pot fumes in the hallway.

It was quiet, close to highway.

The room was super humid, had to keep most of my stuff in the car. Couldn’t use the microwave more than 15 seconds without tripping the outlet. The bathroom vent/fan did not work.

Nothing the rooms were not clean and what they advertised they were dirty the continental was mediocre out of product and staff from the front desk in the morning was very RUDE and unprofessional and harassing we traveled from Connecticut were here for a High school graduation and were a 15 minutes over check out time and I'm a Senior with a Disability and Management kept sending staff to my door to knock very very very very RUDE if I could give a lower score i would. Would NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND 😡🤬😡

I always stay at this Quality Inn when in town. It has everything you need at a great price. The breakfast is minimal, but there are many options nearby. The bedding was very comfortable!

The location is near every place notable in the area. The care of the workers at Quality Inn in Duluth for the guest is exceptional , and the breakfast is excellent. We might return to this place again. Quality Inn deserves ten aout of five stars!

The location was just enough off the main road which kept the traffic noise down. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The staff. I think I only saw one staff member smile. They talked in their language to each other in guest area when guests were present

Let’s start off with spending 185$ on a room that has burn holes in the blankets and curtains, might I add pubic hair on the bottles in the shower and all over the bed on top of random black hair as well and “mysterious” white stains on the chair, dead bugs in an ash tray, smelled like someone chained smoked from hell and back, let me not forget my back has bite marks ALL over it from being bitten by some mysterious bug, it doesn’t end there the dude upfront has an attitude problem I was legit nice to him about it he didn’t even care enough to see the photos talking about “we can move you to another room” no thanks if room looks like that countless other rooms will. Do NOT book here save your money, time and sanity dealing with this mess.

Conveniently located not far off the highway, clean and cheap, breakfast was ok.

Strong cleaner smell in the room, air conditioner smelled like it had mold or mildew issues, remote for the TV didn't work at all except to turn it on and off, beds were horrible and need to be replaced. Coils springs could be felt all night.

Love this place the staff is very friendly and the place is always clean and quiet
