There was only one operable luggage cart. There was NO continental breakfast served. The kitchen was out of commission. They had only one tiny microwave. Keys almost never worked for the rooms. They always ran out of towels. We didn't have soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the bottles in the bathroom. We never got clean linens for the beds. They don't have a laundry facility for guests. The wifi was spotty. It's summer and hot but the pool was out of commission. The bathroom sink leaked overnight but was replaced the next day. The tub and shower in our room leaked behind the wall, onto carpet, and to floor below through their ceiling. Was never repaired in the 2 weeks.The bathroom door touched the toilet. 2 elevators; only one worked and it would be slow or inoperable at times and we were on the 5th floor. The Sheriff's department came looking for unsavory guests on several occasions. The only good thing was that the beds were decent, shower was hot, a/c and the TV worked. And we were in a prime location for shops and restaurants that stayed open late. Only one front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating.

We had to look at 15 rooms before deciding on one to just make do for 2 weeks until our house was ready. Many of the rooms had moldy a/c units. Out of the ones we looked at, 3 had severely stained and sticky floors, 3 had severely stained sofa beds/mattresses, 3 had broken sofa beds, 3 had broken showers/tubs that overflowed or leaked and 3 had a/c that didn't work and the rooms smelled horrible. There was no trash can in our 2 queen/1 sofabed room. Some of the outlets didn't work. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor. There are 6 floors. We were on the 5th... They do not have enough housekeepers on staff but they are friendly. The maintenance crew was friendly but not equipped to repair most of the problems. (The Extended Stay up the street was in just as bad conditions. We were there for 3 nights)... The rooms are cheaper than most but we got them cheaper through Trivago and Booking.com. We had a limited budget to work with...

Many homeless people old facility, looked like The Shining but dark. Moans heard in the hallways smelled of smoke and everything old and dingy. I checked out immediately and was refused a refund, not even on my $50 deposit.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was no smoking signage by the door. There were all kind of red spots on the floor. When I took a shower the water was backing up in the tub. The entire room was old and didn't smell good.

Nothing stain in the carpet, the sofa and walls. They didn't have any breakfast and I paid for including and they had police raid the hotel. Illegal activity is in this hotel

Had to change rooms immediately last room tv didn't work, new room it was freezing had no thermostat on the wall and the unit had tape on it. Light didn't work and the floor at red Kool aid spilled etc. Just terrible

The hotel needs cleaning. The walls in the room I was in were filthy! The floor had stains, the shower curtain was torn and dirty! The window panel was torn as well. The only reason I didn't leave was because I got there at 11 pm and I had my own bedding supplies and shower shoes. I left early the next morning! Considering this hotel was once the Hyatt is concerning that it now looks rundown! I can't believe the Sonesta Hotel brand tolerates this!

The smell of the floor we stayed on smelled really bad. People stacked trash right by the elevator as well and it started to smell. It was hair in the shower when me and my family checked in. The carpet was dirty and had a lots of stains. The sofa bed was stained and looked dirty. The sink faucet was to close so every tike we went to wash our hands etc water would get all over the sink. The bathroom was way too small and not comfortable!

EVERYTHING! The rooms were dirty. The halls were musty. We changed rooms 3 times because the air didn’t work in any of them.

To be honest, the only thing I "liked" about this hotel was the place it was at and that it was cheap. Definitely understood why this hotel was on the cheap side.

First of all I got charged multiple times on my card. I stayed 4 days and from day one I got charged once, second day I got charged twice, and when I woke up from my last day at the hotel I got charged again. Staff didn't really help much as they have no clue why it was happening. Second while my friend and I were out doing our own thing, the cleaning crew took our towels away and did not replace them. Third, after a long day I wanted to watch some tv to relax and eat my food that I took out to go. Come to find out the remote does not have batteries to turn the tv on, SMH. TV doesn't have buttons on each sides. Fourth, I was supposed to sleep in the sofa bed but when I pulled it out the sheets were so dirty and so is the bottom of the couch, I was definitely grossed out. When we got to the room on the first day, there was a little trash left behind from previous guest. There were no trash can in the room. Also the elevator was skecky, the door kinda closes hard, have random bumps going up and down, and it smelled like old rusty metal inside.

There was several things I didn’t enjoy about the stay, being that I stayed for a full week. Considering that the room phones in neither rooms worked. We had multiple rooms due to multiple people staying at one time. One room tv wasn’t operative. As I said neither room phone worked. There was trash, the sink and the tub were stopped up, the hotel didn’t carry the best smell, the hotel didn’t provide breakfast even though it’s advertised that they did. The room are perfect size the executive suite . It has a kitchenette space , sitting areas and two beds. However, there’s no microwave unless you go downstairs to the lobby area. The pool wasn’t clean and ready for usage which was one of the main reason I booked this hotel. The hotel had a lot of maintenance issues. It wasn’t surprising how many people resided at the hotel but it wasn’t surprising that we didn’t have a washing and drying area for long term staying . When majority of occupants were long term resident . The staff was great, however the hotel need work.

The place was dirty and smelled bad. It seemed like some guests were smoking marijuana, and the smell of marijuana was very strong throughout the property. The hotel was not maintained at all, and there was no breakfast in the morning. I will never stay here again.

The beds were not properly made. We had a room with a sofa bed that had no sheets, and there were no blankets available for either the sofa bed or the king bed. When I requested two blankets, a set of sheets, and an additional pillow, I was only given a top sheet, one very flat pillow, and one blanket. When I asked again for a second blanket, I was told there were none available and the person insisted that there was one the king bed—there wasn’t, just two top sheets folded together. The room itself was fairly clean, but there was only one trash can and none in the bathroom. The sofa bed is awful, a bar right through your back and super noisy. The hallway had a bad smell with lots of trash built up in the corner by the elevators both when we arrived and even more the next day when we left. Additionally, there was a loud, repetitive mechanical noise throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep. Also, no breakfast, which wasn't very clear in the booking and they had the room set up for it. This should be made clear. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not stay here again.

The room we stayed in was horrible. As soon as you opened the door, a smell of cat urine and mold and mildew hit you. The carpet was just disgusting to the point I told my kids not to take their shoes off. We went to do the pull out couch and the bed was moldy. There was a dirty washcloth in the closet. The fridge was broken and had water all over the bottom and was filthy. Only one elevator worked, and it took 5 minutes or more just to get the elevator to you. We tried to see about getting a different room but the staff was rude and told us there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend staying here with children.

No water for about 5 hours no was clothes small broken glass on the floor. Wet puddle in room advised front desk. Initial room 1st floor smelled of smoke moved to 6th floor. Bath was so small impossible for a handicap person. I very much deserve a refund. Questioning my business with booking.com.

The rooms weren’t the cleanest I’ve been in but it was comfortable, the carpet had a smell and when I first walked in the hotel to check in another guest said there was roaches in the rooms and the person at the front desk CONFIRMED it as truth but guaranteed it wasn’t in all of the rooms

The receptionist was polite and professional during check-in.

What didn’t you like about the property? The overall facility does not match the photos shown on the website. The rooms are not clean and appear outdated. While I was checking in, I noticed other guests checking out due to cleanliness issues. If I hadn’t just driven nine hours and been extremely tired, I would have chosen to stay somewhere else.

They only had one luggage cart and every time I needed it it was not available and I had to wait almost 2 hours for one today. The one they do have they lock up in a room. I feel like they need more carts. Also, the toilet was running nonstop and every day I had to get my key reset, and I don’t know why because I didn’t have it near anything purposefully. Overall, it was a great day I would go back. Thank you :-)
