Reviewed Jul 1, 2026pictures online made this place seems so much nicer. i’ve never stayed in a courtyard before and now i know why o never did. Someone’s lingerie was left in the drawers, walls are paper thin. Bathroom was extremely tiny. Just didn’t feel clean at all. The area surrounding the hotel wasn’t the best.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026I like that the location is close to Koreatown.
The low water pressure in the showerhead is really annoying. Please repair it for the next customer.

I would like to request a refund for my stay. I barely slept all night. The first room had a loud mechanical grinding noise coming from the air conditioner. You moved me to another room, but the second room was not much better. I eventually had to turn the air conditioner off because the noise was unbearable. After turning it off, I was kept awake by the constant highway traffic and a bright parking lot light shining directly into my room. As a result, I got almost no sleep and left the hotel with a severe headache and extreme fatigue. I paid a premium price expecting a comfortable night’s rest, but I did not receive the quality of stay I paid for. I respectfully request a full refund, or at least fair compensation, for this unacceptable experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025I did not have breakfast there. The location has a lot of restaurants and stores near. Many within walking distance.
The elevator had smelled as if someone had urinated in it. I’m sure some maintenance will be able to resolve that issue.
