When we got in are room there was no light bulbs in bathroom nor in the night stands we requested they put light bulbs they put some in bathroom but not night stands as requested

Carpets very dirty, bathroom tub not cleaned, toilet paper holder fell off, bathroom door and floor dirty, outlet by TV didnt hold plug, sofa sleeper twin mattress needs to be replaced (old), Sofa sleeper frayed, Room didnt smell clean but musty. Check in said they would call us because we couldnt check in early 1pm as requested They never called. I took our 3yr old to the bathroom at 3pm and noticed others checking in. Not good at hospitality!! I finally told them we were waiting a few hours and others checking in. I stayed there 5 years ago and it was 10 times better. Won't be returning!

A large ensuite with kitchen for hotel room price. The breakfast was similar choice but can tell a nicer quality vendor source than typical Chains. Cute and nice little bark park in shady fenced with places to sit and read while the dog ran free.

Extra fee for parking not known until checkin doesn’t seem right for its open space edge of town location. A little off - putting but overall we are still pleased.

I liked the location in Flagstaff. I liked the layout of the room.

The carpeting was filthy and stains all over. We saw several ROACHES in kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The room needed SERIOUS updating. We checked out a day early because of the conditions and roaches. I have photos. Sonesta charged us for the night we didn't stay. Very bad customer service. We WANT A REFUND OF THE NIGHT WE DIDNT STAY!!!!!!!

The front desk attendant, Robert, was very rude on more than one occasion. Reservations were mixed up. The curtains were broken upon check in. The freezer broke the second day The toilet broke the second night. Grounds were very dirty. Cigarette butts and candy wrappers on grounds. Ate at the outside patio table one day for lunch. I spilled some rice. Two days later I ate breakfast at the same table. Rice was still there.

The breakfast was good. Food was kept warm and replenished and the area was kept clean. Selection was good.

The carpet in our room was disgusting. It was terribly stained and dirty. The staff cleaned it when I asked, but it was still not good. It needed to be replaced. The kitchen floor and entry way floors were also not clean. I bought a swiffer and cleaned it myself. The furniture was very worn and the chairs and couch sunk in. Very uncomfortable.

The room was a bit dirty. carpet looked grungy and stained. kitchen backsplash dirty with food splatter. AC did not work. Charged for self parking was ridiculous.

I loved the care by the employees and how clean it was. I also like how there was plenty to do on the property as well.

We appreciated the large dog park area, the basketball courts and the shower was excellent in pressure, amount of hot water and cleanliness. Sonesta always have the best beds.

The property is extremely dated, lots of dust debris everywhere. Our room had peeled paint throughout and the edges of the carpet were held down with black duct tape. We also killed a few spiders while there. We also had no TV at all for the 3 day stay. Their property had no back ups of any kind and could not pull from another room since they were booked.

Great location, big room, a nice kitchenette, a full size fridge, a toaster. The breakfasts were really good! Small but nice pool.

The sofa in our room was broken, big dark spot on the carpet in front of it, very loud 4 AC units right under the unit window working almost non stop. Kitchenette was good however only one old deep frying pan as a cookware was a bit disappointing. Yes, we were offered another room but only on the parking lot side so we stayed in the first one. However working ACs didn't make it very quiet at nights as we would prefer. The spa had some incredible amounts of chlorine so I couldn't really enjoy it.

The couch in our room was pretty ragged, but everything else was great.

It is conveniently located with in minutes from restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. Has a kitchen and complimentary continental breakfast.

This place a ALOT OF POTENTIAL! A little TLC to some details, give maintenance what they need, and maybe some training classes to all other staff. They will be rite on track! They have a REAL GEM IN WARREN! #give him a raise I sat quietly and watched this man for over a week, genuinely care and try to get this property to where it needs to be with what he can! GIVE THAT MAN WHAT HE NEEDS TO GET THIS PROPERTY WHERE IT CAN BE!! !! He's A FANTASTIC EMPLOYEE ! THE *BEST* EMPLOYEE OUT OF ALL THE STAFF I INQUIRED DURING MY STAY ( over a week) ! HE GENUINELY CARES. I CAN RESPECT A MAN THAT HAS A PROBLEM IN FRONT OF HIM AND DOES WHAT HE CAN TO RESOLVE IT WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE! As far as the property details, what they offer such as breakfast,dog friendly, kitchenette, they met the standard they posted. like I said its the small things that need attention, I needed extra pillows, It was no issue getting them but they were dirty.. I wasn't the only one I had over heard another man say he received dirty extra towels. I was a bit disappointed to hear not 1 out of the 3 assisted swimming chairs weren't working . I had plans for my cousins & I to have a " COUSINS DAY" at the pool, One of which needed a assisted chair. ( He has muscular dystrophy disorder.) I think those carpets need to be deep cleaned after every stay given it's a dog friendly location and or require dogs to be kept in kennels during their stay. You could see where other dogs had had accidents on the carpet. I also think that it would be beneficial to have those dog bag dispensers located in more than one location outside. Our cable wasn't working the first few days due to a bad box. and the rails on the closet weren't screwed in and fell on my babies foot. ..IT WAS The ATTENTION TO DETAILS that needed work. but the staff that keeps the grounds were always hard at work, the front office staff was always there some were dull and not inviting, all met their job...

The continental breakfast was amazing and it was a beautiful location.

Our toilet in our room did not properly work, we had called front desk about it to get it fixed and they said they would get someone to check it out but no one ever came. So then we had to constantly keep refilling the roller with water just so that it would flush. We had to keep doing this all three nights of our stay.

Man hat eine kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Der Kühlschrank ist überragend man könnte für eine ganze Familie einkaufen. Nachteil von ihm er ist immer wieder am kühlen und dabei laut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es liegt wirklich am Küchen Personal, an dem einen Tag schmeckt der Kaffee hervorragend und am anderen fällst du am Tisch um zu stark zu bitter für mich 3 Tage ungenießbar 🤕🤕ansonsten US Frühstück. Zumindest bei mir funktioniert das kostenlose WLAN erst ab 6 oder 7 Uhr sehr merkwürdig.

It was very close to Foxglenn park where my daughter was playing softball. I loved how spacious it was and enjoyed having a mini apartment for the weekend.

The couch had absolutely no cushion at all. The cover over it makes it look comfortable then you sit on it and it’s hard. Also for me the tv was so far away from the bed. Either move it to the middle of the room or a bigger tv.

Staff told me in the beginning that they only clean once a week, that I had to take out trash to dumpster and clean myself.just had a bad experience never staying there again

The rooms where we were located the lighting was horrible there was not light to se and we almost tripped over the cement due to the lighting . The rooms were dirty full with hair, the pool was very dirty as well, and the fact the we have to pay for parking for me was definitely a red flag.

This hotel has huge potential! My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and we stayed a full week. The staff were amazing. (Shout out my boy mason) Breakfast was great and the location was phenomenal. I really love the community environment it gave off. There was a basketball court, pool and hot tub! There was a lot of things to do on their property! Short drive into town had such amazing restaurants and things to do locally!

Now, I rarely leave a review but what really rub me the wrong way was the $5 a day you have to pay for parking. No where does it say when you book the place that you have to pay for parking. No one even told me on property ethier. I’m thankful that I read it in their welcome brochure because that’s how I found out. Then, I ask the front desk and they confirmed that it was true. Very shady honestly. I don’t mind paying but atleast give me the option to decided if I want to book the hotel with that in mind. Also, our sheets were dirty and had dirt stains on them. There was also a hand towel left in the middle of the hallway for our entire week there. Kinda gross honestly. This place has huge potential but definitely needs to be maintain a lot better. Limited items in the kitchenette which doesn’t bother me at all but what kinda throws me off is that it looked like they bought a complete set for their kitchen items and just divided up between the rooms on the same floor because I use one of their containers to store food and the lid was mismatch and didn’t fit the container. 🤣🤣

The property was really dated and the lights were out in the hallway. I had to use a flashlight to walk upstairs and find my room. Looked like a cat used the couch as a scratching post. People smoking outside our door made our room smell like cigarettes. The popcorn ceiling was turning brown near the ac vent

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, liked the properties layout, and loved the location of it.

We were disappointed about not using the fireplace, but understood the policy. Hopefully, we can return during the “fireplace season”. I thought it strange to pay for parking, that was a surprise and unexpected. We thought it was time to replace the sleeper couch in the room, although the room was clean and looked updated, the old furniture gave off a “grundgy vibe”. We got used to it, but we didn’t expect the rooms to be separated into buildings, like an apartment complex. We thought about the challenges customers could face in the winter. Traveling and living in the Midwest, hotels with room suites were all enclosed.

The location

There was blood on the bed and the curtains from the last people. 50 dollars was taken from me for insurance if anything happened to the room, I was informed that it would be given back in a few days, but there is no recurrence that they will actually give it back, even if the room is fine. When I told them about the blood, there was no discount or anything for this disgusting inconvenience, just an offer to move rooms after we just unpacked everything or new sheets that we would have to put on ourselves. The experience was very poor

Small couch in sitting area was worn down enough where there was no padding on the seat. Front door really needs weather stripping. I took a picture with room completely darkened and you can clearly see daylight around the door letting in lots of bugs and spiders. The door is locked shut in this picture. Window sills inside were full of bugs.

Liked the layout and it was quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable a little too high for my elderly mom but comfy and clean.

The couch was terrible, very hard and unfortunately had a cover on it to cover the fact it was old. The chair and ottoman was fake and was cracking and peeling everywhere so the furniture needs a refresher for sure.

It was very comfortable to stay here! The heater is quiet. The Internet was fast and stable. A small love seat already has traces of someone's claws so I was calm about my cat 🙂 The kitchen has a full size stove with an oven and dishwasher. The shower head works perfectly. The room is very spacious.

Very clean room, warm welcome at check in. Location is good, close to golf, hiking and the mall. Breakfast was as good as any hotel. Nice kitchen in the room.

Our main floor room was too close to the AC unit which was very loud all night. A second floor room would be quiet.

The location was great. If we come back that would be the probable reason. Having a dog park and open fields behind the hotel was a great bonus for our dog. Room was clean.

#1. Our sofa was broken and they couldn't fix it. So that left us sitting either in bed or on the bar height chairs that weren't very comfortable. #2. TV was not working. We did not find that out until we went to turn it on about 6pm. There was no one there that late that could fix it so we had no TV the first night. #3. Safe was locked and needed to be unlocked by staff; same thing no one there that night to fix it. #4. Having a full kitchen with stove and larger refrigerator was great. Except ice cube maker did not work; it produced ice that was brown. #5. Very little stocked in the kitchen. 2 large plates, 2 small plates and 3 bowls. Hardly any pots or pans. The nonstick pan was disgusting and scratched so did not use it. That left us we two aluminum pots to cook with.

The condition of the property is worn out and not maintained well. Ownership isn’t focused spending the dollars needed to keep it in good shape. Room had pee stains and the sofa was chewed up. We left a day early because of this.

Everything was just wonderful and peaceful

We had a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and two bathrooms made it great for family of four travelling. The young man on reception was helpful and nice. The TV in the lounge room didn’t work. I swapped the remotes and even got new batteries from reception. It never worked for the duration of our stay. The kitchen cooking items were limited. I had to ask for a frying pan, tongs and an egg flipper. There was only one other saucepan. The property was clean and spacious and we were very comfortable.

The TV didn’t work in the lounge room. The kitchen had limited cooking utensils and no dishwashing powder. None of the windows opened for fresh air I had to leave the door open. The breakfast was basic, but the quality was terrible. Powdered Scrambled eggs you could taste the chemicals in them. The porridge and waffles were good though. All of the plates, cups, bowls and cutlery are all Styrofoam and plastic which is very bad for the environment.

This place is a jewel. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

It felt dated. The carpet was frayed and nails were coming through. Our TVs were not working properly, even after they were allegedly fixed. There was no exhaust in the kitchen so smoke alarms were set off when cooking. No opening windows to vent the rooms. Fireplace was not usable as the door was broken. Holes in back of doors were towel hangers were once meant to be.

If we brought our own fire wood it was going to be a $75 dollar cleaning fee
