Extremely helpful staff, and if you’re interested in seeing the Moncton bore the river is only a short walk from the hotel front entrance about 200 metres away. Fine walks along the boardwalk into the downtown area.

Would have been good to have a restaurant for dinner after travelling. Although there are some about 15 to 30mins away,

Great location to restaurants, easy drive to walk on the ocean floor in bay of fundy. You can watch the tidal bore right from the hotel.

The shower had hairs stuck to the shower wall. From previous guests. Shower obviously hadn't been cleaned properly.

The free breakfast was a wonderful treat on top of an excellent accommodation. Staffs were amazing and helpful! The room was always cleaned up and changed beddings.

It can be loud at night especially if your room is closer to the park side.

We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna and how close to everything we were.

Personally we didn’t care for the breakfast as some stuff was over cooked and noticed some things with expired dates. This was the only thing that could have have been better.

Chambre propre et confortable. Bien situé près du Centre-ville et au bord de la rivière Petitcodiac. Prix relativement abordable.

Les chambres situées du côté de la rue exposent aux bruits dérangeants des motocyclettes bruyantes qui font exprès pour faire du bruit. Privilégier une chambre côté rivière. Heureusement que c’est plus calme la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité plutôt faible.

It’s central, quite neat. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is fantastic.

The room is a little bit small for a two queen bed and Television is old model, it can’t play YouTube nor allow for screen sharing.

La propreté, le déjeuner sont là. Ils nous ont proposé de mettre nos vélos e sécurité dans un local dans l hôtel. Ce fût une très apprécié. On a pu jouer aux cartes dans la salle à manger, ça aussi ce fut apprécié. Merci de vos intentions.

Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel Für eine Nacht geht es, aber ist überteuert.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist daher heruntergewohnt. Direkt an der lauten Hauptstrasse.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement et la piscine.

The price of the hotel was of a 5 star accommodation but came with ladies of the night and very basic room.

Room layout is cramped. Bathroom was too tight and its door opens into the side of the bed. The TV sound cut out every 10 seconds and glitched our entire stay.

The location was fantastic for what we needed this time, we where right in the middle of the city, lest than 10 minutes ride for what we needed or 5 minutes walk.

The hotel needs some facility maintenance done: some walls has a water damage, the shower head, when i tried to move it went back into the shower panel, that wasn't fixed to the wall itself. Every time we opened the water or flashed the toilet you could feel a odor coming from it. The bathroom where so small and without any ventilation not natural (window) or mechanical (vent), that wasn't so nice.

The bed was great.

Noise from the street was incredibly loud. Motorcycles, car horns, an unbelievable night of just being woken up by Street noise. The hotel should really warn customers that the room is noisy give them a break on the price, and perhaps invest in some curtains that can help deaden the noise. And when you check out, they should ask you how the room was, and how your stay was. They did neither.

La sécurité du stationnement, on s'est fait voler nos vélos cadenassé sur notre camion.

Aucune ventilation dans la salle de bain. La grosseur de la chambre fait en sorte que l’humidité suite à l’utilisation de la douche est désagréable. L’odeur d’humidité est aussi présente

The front desk people were really pleasant, I enjoyed the stay.

Free parking and breakfast included. Breakfast was very busy but they continually restocked. The ladies working breakfast did a great job!

The road noise was bothersome with cars street racing/revving their engines. There should be a water refill station to be environmentally friendly. The breakfast line was very long and the dining area was crowded. There should be coffee/tea service available all day/evening. I think the room was a bit overpriced.

Fruit flies in room, carpets in room were damp and grimey. No top lock on door, when locked didn’t seem secure, door frame split from door in most areas. When we went to enjoy the pool area, pool was dirty (lots of bugs, leaves and debris).

Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur l'extérieur, dans le coin de l'immeuble où tous passaient pour se rendre au déjeuner, à ce prix, je m'attendais à une meilleure localisation. Les autres chambres de notre groupe étaient bien mieux pour moins cher ou l'équivalent. La chambre n'était pas très grande, la salle de bain très petite.

Our bathroom door was super tight we had very hard time to open every single time. No shampoo in the shower dispenser was completely empty.

Près du mascaret, on a pu observer ce phénomène de la marée. Près de bons restaurants. Le lit est confortable.

Bruyant au #207. La circulation passe devant l’hôtel. On entend passer les pompiers, les motos. Si vous cherchez un endroit tranquille, évitez. Les bouchons pour les oreilles sont fournis, ça donne une idée.

Hôtel très bien situé à distance de marche du centre historique de Moncton. La chambre est bien équipée et confortable mais un peu sombre.

L'hôtel semble avoir été construit en différentes phases un peu mal ajustées les unes aux autres. Il y a un ascenseur pour monter au deuxième étage mais rendu là, nous avions quand même de courts escaliers à franchir pour atteindre notre chambre ce qui est moins pratique avec les bagages et une personne qui a des problèmes aux genoux.

What I didn’t like was we were on the street side and the noise was terrible. It just ran right through the walls motorcycles at that stoplight just terrible but after 11 or 12 o’clock, it died down and wasn’t too bad. Not really a complaint but the noise is bad if we go again next year, we’re going to try to get a queen size bed on the waterfront. Thank you.

La propret des lieu était correct. L’endroit était très bien. Le déjeuner était super.

Dormir était tout un défi avec le bruit extérieur, l’isolation de la chambre vers l’extérieur était inadéquate, on entendait les voitures et le bruit extérieur comme si nous étions couché sur le trottoir.

In downtown Moncton, which is a beautiful safe, clean location in this part of Canada. Easily walkable to restaurants. Right on water and next to park. The breakfast is very good.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful! We were initially given a corner room with a view facing a wall. Since it was our first time in Moncton, we asked if it was possible to be moved to another room with a better view, and the front desk staff were wonderful and accommodated our request. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold options, buffet style!

Not really a negative, but I wish the pool area had a changeroom right next to it/closeby. But we later learned that there is a washroom on the same floor, so something to keep in mind when using the pool :)

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was good. Everything was clean. It was fairly quiet. Good water pressure.

The room was very small, and the washroom was even smaller. There was barely room to turn around in it. There was no fan in the bathroom, and there were no rods to hang wet towels. The air conditioner got extremely loud and made it hard to sleep. I also did not like that the only lock on the door was the one attached to the knob, especially where the bed was right beside the door.

Große modern eingerichtete Zimmer ohne Teppich, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal. Die Lage: direkt an der Tidel Bore View Plattform, etliche Cafés und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war zur Flussseite und daher nachts auch bei offenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Für kanadische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Nur eine Sorte Marmelade. Ich würde trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen.

Bruillant chambre côté rue principale le jours mais les nuit étais ok beaucoup moins de trafic petite chambre pour le prix.

I have enjoyed all previous visits at the Rodd, but this time I was given a drive up room which was very cramped (room itself and the bathroom) and really showed it's age / wear & tear. We arrived late with 3 kids in tow and just didn't have the energy to ask for an alternate room. To add insult to injury this was one of the more expensive costs per night that I have paid at the Rodd. My husband and I both agreed we'd have to look for a new go-to for our next stay in Moncton.

Propreté, lit confortable, bon rapport qualité/prix en cette période de l’année. Déjeuner inclus dans le prix. Le personnel fait des efforts pour communiquer en français avec sa clientèle francophone. Proximité d’un sentier pédestre, plusieurs restaurants à proximité, stationnement à proximité et gratuit.

On entend les bruits extérieurs lorsque la chambre fait face à la rue principale. La période de remboursement du dépôt initial après avoir quitté prend plusieurs jours.

Le personnel était souriant et accueillant Tout était propre et bien rangé lors de notre arrivée.

Cependant, étant francophone, dans la seule province canadienne bilingue, je m'attendais a un minimum de réponse en français, malheureusement le personnel n'était pas capable de répondre a certaines questions. J'ai eu la première chambre à côté de l'accueil, le personnel à 5h du matin parlait très fort à côté de notre porte.
