Bridge Hotel

The room was compact, with not much view, and the shower cubicle was too small. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, while the ground and 2nd floors are unkempt. The stairs also need fixing.

The staff were very accommodating, approachable, and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the kuya guard, who was very welcoming throughout our stay.

The main concern was the location. The hotel is on the third floor and there is no elevator, while the establishments on the first and second floors and the surrounding area did not feel very pleasant or safe, especially for tourists who are unfamiliar with the place. This made us feel uneasy when coming and going, particularly at night.

Have stayed several times and will again. The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival and sink wasn’t draining. One message to management and it was quickly repaired. A+ response

1. The property is located on the 3rd floor of the building without an elevator, which isn’t stated in the details prior to booking. This isn’t very convenient when you have lots of luggages or boxes to carry. 2. The rooms aren’t very clean and facilities aren’t properly working - there are stains on bathroom walls and floor tiles, there’s a foul odor from water/pipes in bathroom sink and shower, the bath towels looked like they have been overly used (not white), the TV is only black and white and the aircon gave up on cooling at some point.

It is close to restaurants, pharmacies, banks and shops.

The bathroom doesn't have a proper drainage system, so water accumulates in a corner. The air conditioner is not cooling enough. It doesn't have any good TV channels.

Every thing was great , very clean room and excellent customer service , location was just ok not fancy but the Hotel itself on the 3rd floor was better than expected , If fact will be staying there the next time we go, excellent customer service .

Right in the center. Pharmacies, fast food and other food establishments are nearby. Room is great, unli coffee, water and well lit room. Great staff as well. Heater was working as well. Room is as shown in the pictures.

Not so much channels, TV is lagging. Towels smells too strong of detergents. Also the waze is pinning the back part of the hotel which was confusing. Other than that, we had a really great stay and would definitely book here again.

The staff are very helpful. We didn't even need to ask, they were very willing to assist us. The location of the hotel is good too as it's near food establishments, cafes, pharmacies and etc. You get what you pay for.

Price

The room is clean and completely equipped with the complimentary toiletries that I needed. The receptionist was so easy to talk with. I booked the wrong room type so I politely asked her to change it with the one that I preferred (same price). Without any hesitation, she changed it and made sure that the room was clean before I get inside. The hotel location was so nice because it's near to the fast food chains that we liked.
