The service received from the staff was excellent. We arrived quite early after a long overnight travel and the front desk immediately found us a room for an early check-in. Housekeeping provided us with extra supplies as soon as we needed them. The front desk also helped us greatly by printing several documents for us, since we had no access to a printer. The ice machine was broken one morning and maintenance had it repaired within a few hours. A typical hotel breakfast was included and the staff always opened on time (We are early risers) and when things ran short, they were quickly sorted.

The location beside a busy 6 lane highway is good for access to the hotel and getting around, but the pool area faces the highway and is quite noisy. Our room was further back and noise was not an issue for us.

I found the room to be really rundown compared to the pictures. The carpet in the room was stained. So was the floor of the bathtub. The breakfast wasn’t great. Rice crispy squares, donuts, funky looking sausages etc.

The front counter lady was amazing. We were looking for a last min place as our previous booking at another venue was horrific. She allowed a early check in with our circumstances. Customer service amazing. Grounds and accommodation very clean. Always seen staff working or cleaning.. Will definitely be back

Fire alarm woke me from my sleep and went off for 20 minutes the 1st night I stayed!!! Breakfast ended too early (6-9:30am) and staff would not even give me a cup of milk for my own cereal after 10:30 am. Not much selection for breads or hot foods and no healthy options for cereals etc. Coffee in room was not replenished and no lids for the coffee cups that were in the room. Gym was mediocre - no workout bench, no air conditioning, and no towels, cloths or cleaning spray to wipe down the machines after use - yuck.

Breakfast is average and good, Bed is comfortable and room facilities are adequate Parking is hassle free with good space.

Room is having facilities but drainage of sink is low and takes time to clear out water. Room service is ok but did not replace coffee/ tea and paper cups.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life! My stay started with me having to completely change the bed sheets myself because there was hair and stains on them. The sheets were dirty, and it was obvious that they had NOT been changed! I also had to mop the floor three times because the room smelled strongly of some kind of cleaning product, and my feet were literally sticking to the floor. When I moved the bed, I found an unbelievable amount of dirt underneath it — it was absolutely disgusting. The room was incredibly small. In the bathroom, it was literally impossible to open the door if you were sitting on the toilet. The only thing that was okay was the breakfast. Unfortunately, even in the morning, we had to wait around 10 minutes for a table to become available. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

At 3:55-4:25midnight, August 10,2026, there was a false alarm. It made the residents all wake up but nobody could give any advice for that.

The floor was dirty, there were bugs in the bathroom, it was expensive for what you got

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean and the beds comfortable but the dark floors were dirty, my feet turned black within minutes of having a shower. The free breakfast was basic but adequate. Not sure of the safety aspect of peeled boiled eggs sitting in stagnant warm water at the self serve bar. The breakfast area was crowded and tables full of spilled syrup and crumbs were not wiped between diners and the fabric chairs were dirty. Outside tables were also not cleaned for breakfast. A fire alarm went off at 3:40am and while everyone waited outside the manager didn’t seem to know what to do, the fire dept arrived later to turn the alarm off. If I travel to Kelowna again I think I would choose another hotel.

A fire alarm woke us up at 3:40 am Improper procedure followed to resolve the issue. Fire Department was 30 minutes to arrival. All together it was 45 minutes of stress.

Die Poolanlage fanden wir nicht sehr sauber. Ist aber sicherlich auch den Hotelgästen geschuldet, die ihren Müll einfach liegen lassen haben.

We enjoyed the breakfast, and everyone was able to find something they liked. The pool and hot tub were great for both children and adults. I also really liked the inner courtyard with picnic tables. It was a nice place to sit in the evening or enjoy breakfast in a peaceful setting.

Improving the cleanliness of the room would greatly enhance our overall experience.

I liked the size of the room and the amenities. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. It was helpful to have the breakfast room.

Bath tub needs replacing. It was discoloured and the caulking had come away from the tub in places. Grout could be cleaner or replaced. The breakfast room ran out of eggs and sausage, most pastries were sweet.

Steel beds kept making noise as soon as you turned, bathroom was tiny and is divided into 2 parts, toilet and shower inside where as hand washing station outside. Definitely not comfortable doing this again

Was a small room but had all the conveniences needed. Lots of plug ins for electronics. TV was good. The breakfast items were good, and well prepared. Didn't use the pool area as too many noisy kids about. Looked like a nice pool.

Beds were a bit small. Was advertised as two queen bed room, but I doubt the beds were actually queens. Getting in and out of property was not the easiest. Could only enter or exit in one direction on Hwy due to centre barrier on road. Breakfast area had lots of places to sit, but the area was very congested and small. This was made even worse by parents letting their very small children (many of them) select their own preferences, when in many cases they weren't strong enough to carry the loaded plates. Very chaotic.

The pool washroom was very untidy and unfit to use. When I approached the desk and informed them of the same, I was told “we know.” Then moments later, the lady at the front desk hung a sign that said out of order. The fact that the washroom was a few steps away from the pool and almost to the lobby was already an inconvenience and more so that it was very dirty. Breakfast was the same everyday.

Телевизор был хоть и плоский, но довольно устаревший, кроме нескольких каналов через приставку смотреть было нечего, ожидал что это будет тв с ютубом и браузером чтоб мог смотреть онлайн что-то, но это было не так. Душ не удобный.

Zimmer war für 3 Personen viel zu klein. 3 Koffer haben hier kaum reingepasst. Teppichboden war sehr verschmutzt. Frühstücksraum war sehr klein und dadurch immer überfüllt. Auswahl an Frühstück war sehr begrenzt. Das geht in anderen Motels / Hotels deutlich besser. Waschbecken war im Zimmer integriert und nicht im Badezimmer. So klein war das Zimmer.

When i booked my room, i requested and left the note if i can check in early at around 12 to 1pm but staff didn’t accommodate that and let me check in at 2 pm and i had to wait in my car.

Loved this hotel. We were on a road trip and initially booked for one night but on arrival decided to extend for an extra night. Hotel reception staff sorted this out with no drama. Pool was great for sunbathing and relaxing for a day to allow us to recharge our batteries.

The location is conveniently located in the center of the town.

The bed frame is made of metal and old, so even slight movements cause a lot of noise. The accommodation is old and outdated, so the sound from the next room is too loud, and the bathroom is too old to drain well, making it difficult to use the bathtub.

The front desk staff were amazing with us. We were having a family celebration for university graduation and they were very kind and helpful.

Room layout was good, beds were comfy, like the separate bedroom. Two kings were luxurious.

Breakfast was cramped and kept running out of eggs before I could get there. Lots of walking and the layout was sort of a labyrinth. It is close to the road so quite noisy for sleeping.

No internet connection during a 2 night stay even though the hotel WiFi said it was connected to my phone. On the second day there was no food available for breakfast and had to wait in a cramped crowded dining area for approximately 20-25 minutes with many upset hotel guests until more food became available. A very nasty way to start the day.

Clean, comfortable (luxurious mattress and uuummhh pillows!!!), and best of all affordable!!! Loved the Continental Breakfast; those pancakes are unbelievable. Hope on my next stay to try the pool and hot tub!

The shower set up, and the sink, i think the faucet is a little far back that’s why the water is always on the counter top. But when you turn it on fully then it stays on the sink.

The breakfast area is a nightmare. Only one way in and out same way to access the food. Coffee and beverages at the very end of the line where there is more of a chance to spill hot liquids on someone. Breads, muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal packets, bacon and pancakes and luke warm hard boiled eggs. Eggs were able to adequately heat up in warming tray. Good amount of indoor and outdoor eating spaces

loved the Dove soaps, in Kelowna, your skin gets dry after a shower. Dove sopas have moisturizerin them, I use them at home.

The wifi

Upon checking in yesterday and paying for a room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pull out couch as shown in photo we arrived and found out there was no couch. We went to front desk to notify this. The lady who was working told us the couch was removed the night prior for other guests and she would have housekeeping put it back in. Housekeeping came but they gave us a single cot instead. We did not get what we paid for upon booking. I spoke to booking.com about this and they said they understood my frustrations as we just wanted to get away from a stressful environment to a motel so we can de stress and had to deal with all this. I wanted to cancel tonight's room on top because of being so stressed out. The lady at the front desk came upstairs and she literally argued with me about the couch that left me in tears. She said first she would give us another 2 queen beds and couch room but after said there wasn't anymore left and would upgrade us at no cost to a 2 king beds room. Yet it was advertised as same price on booking.com than the double queen beds and couch price we paid. This room had no bath tub and no couch. So it is a downgrade from prior room we booked. The lady from front desk then told my husband they dont have any 2 queen bed rooms with pull out couches anymore and that booking.com has old dated photos. Which is not true. I checked every website has exact photos including the actual days inn website. On top of all that I developed a rash on my back from the hot tub that I sat in for 5 mins last night. The pool was absolutely filthy, it needs a good vaccuum. We seen and heard parents drinming alcohol while kids screaming and running wild in the courtyard till late while trying to relax for bed. We all froze all night. No proper blankets on bed, just 2 measly sheets. This lil vacation getaway was a truly complete nightmare. We never got any compensation for the downgrade of the room that they screwed up on in the first place.

The hotel is okay and convenient for guests with a vehicle, as it is easy to carry luggage from the car to the room. They have a free breakfast.

The bathroom has been bothering us, especially when we flush the toilet. The flushing sound is extremely loud and sounds like someone is doing construction inside the room. We already reported the issue to the staff, but unfortunately, we were unable to transfer to another room because the hotel was fully booked. Instead of having a restful two-night stay, we were disturbed by the noise every time the toilet was flushed.

THE WORST HOTEL/MOTEL EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!! This place was filthy. Unfortunately , had to stay for 7 days because there was a hockey tournament and rooms were hard to come by. In 7 days they didn't change the bedding (even though a sign in the room said for longer stays it would be changed every 3 days). They never so much as made the beds or at least pulled the blankets up. They never wiped down the bathroom sink or shower. We had to make a number of trips to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper. We had spilled popcorn on the floor and picked up the main pieces but 4 days later they still hadn't swept of vacuumed the smaller bits. After a few minutes of walking around the room the bottoms of out socks were black. I talked to the owner about all this, he said he would do something about it but nothing changed. I think we would have been better off staying in a hostel!!!
