It wasn't worth the price for such a small, dated, tiny t.v, very run down and old. No one explained during check in that the pool was available to use at the hotel next door. Plus, the deposit you pay if you don't have a credit card isn't returned at check out...it was several weeks or months they told me and that's just another form of how they rob you.

Didn't find any tea, hot chocolate. A/C didn't change at any setting and didn't cool room enough.

Puff potato hashbrowns were cold first thing in the morning. Probably weren't cooked and just thawed.

They were going to charge for early check in!!!! Did not have a clue where any of the wineries were located!!

Nothing! We googled this super eight Motel to find a room. They asked us for a credit card. We gave them our credit card number but they booked us at a different location than where we were. we still booked with you guys, but at a different location. And now we’re trying to get our deposit back back and you are not returning it to us for up to five days. We have been evacuated from our homes due to fire. And we are short on funds and don’t have a lot of this stuff we need with us through no fault of our own. But to have a company like yours, withhold our funds for a minimum of five days for people that are under evacuation orders. Is just one more kick in the get when you’re down. We are seniors. We are low income. We get paid once a month and for you to take that deposit and not return it to us promptly is criminal.

Breakfast included was nothing to brag about, mediocre at best. Unless you request one, they wouldn't come to clean your room.

Room was good. Breakfast was good as well. They also had a pool my daugther was able to practice a little bit for her swim competition.

It's a bit of an older unit but still fine. There were people smoking outside the unit and in the parking lot.

Not much, I chosen this because I like to stay last time in Cochrane the hotel, but it is no even close.

Stayed for a night at the north Kelowna location. Surprisingly the rooms were clean and sheets/towels were very clean and there is no smell in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I did not like the unpleasant odor of the water from the tap. It was nice to have a fridge but the freezer did not work and had a large amount of ice buildup inside and outside of freezer compartment.

Need more food options. Toast, boiled eggs and taters don't cut it especially after 10 mins of cooking it gets cold. Both the egg and tatter was cold when we got there at 8am. Yhete where some bananas, apples and 4 cerals though. Scramble eggs, sausage links/patties, pancakes would be nice options.

The room is hot, the air conditioner is so loud that it is impossible to stay in the room. There is a very small selection of food for breakfast and it is always the same. The ceiling in the room is crumbling! During our 3 nights, not a single room service was provided. For 3 nights for two, they only gave us 3 towels. Since there was nowhere to hang them, they were always wet. Overall, it was so clean that it was only for one visit that I will never stay at this hotel again.

There was something on the carpet from previous guest, bathroom could be cleaner. The muffins were quartered. Most people like a whole one or even half and maybe bacon or sausages would have been nice with the boiled eggs .

Ben linen not changed when arrived.

Quick check-in and great location. Rooms were updated and the linens were clean. Appreciated the toiletries in the shower. Air conditioning was also a must and appreciated.

The floor in our room was not clean - my socks turned grey on the bottom while wearing them in the room. I get we had a pet room, but the floors could still be washed. The refrigerator didn't work. Room 108 Maybe muffins/pastries and milk alternatives. All other varieties provided were great.

Motel style accommodation good location, bed was comfortable

Walls could be painted or updated somehow very run down, ceiling had water stains & holes, shower had little pressure but was manageable. Thought for the price per night it would have been a bit better. Pool is in the hotel next door but looked good.

Location was good. Overall it was relatively clean except for the carpet. Basic room was okay

Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was lacking in quality. There was noise like a door closing or something being dropped below me every couple minutes starting around 4:00 AM for a couple hours. It is a motel building which I will wasn’t aware of and I don’t like. Hard boiled eggs and tater tots for breakfast. As basic as you can get.

Great place to stay in KELOWNA reasonably priced all amenities second stay here in a month and if I have to come back, I will be coming back to the super eight N. KELOWNA. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, clean rooms and comfortable beds. It’s a home away from home.

Bathroom was out of body soap and front desk was out of stock and couldn't provide any to replace.

Located off the highway and easily accessible with a car and a short drive towards downtown.

Our sink bubbled up with gross brown water twice in the 12 hrs we were there. Buffet slow to restock food. Many empty trays.

Very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. A very nice fresh selection of fruit, & yogurt which are my go to. Oh! And the coffee was delish!

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Smart TVs are great. It's a shame rooms were so small; there's barely enough room to walk around the two double beds in the room. Also very unfortunate that sinks are not inside bathroom. Breakfast was appreciated but mediocre; tater tots were consistently under-cooked. Rooms are priced comparably to better hotels/motels with bigger rooms and more amenities which I don't feel is appropriate.

one of the other guests started up their loud truck parked right out front of our window (we were on the ground floor) and left it running for 30-40mins around 7-8am the morning after we late arriving into town and had specifically requested and paid for a later check out time to allow for us to catch up on must needed rest. Our do not disturb sign was on the door and I would've hoped for a little more courtesy/awareness. All things considered I realize this is not necessarily the motels issue though.

Very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Nice amenities with table and armchairs, king bed, good lighting. Some nice attention to detail.

The bathroom! Serious mould around the tub, peeling walls. We didn’t shower that morning. Breakfast decent but ‘hot’ foods were cold.

I've stayed in worse, but not much worse. It was really run down. It needs things replaced (ceiling tiles), air conditioner was SO loud, TV was tiny, bed was tilted and worn, bathroom was tiny too. The room was small, barely any room to move around. It was quiet, and the parking was right outside the room. Not worth it, just sad and disappointing.
