I liked the breakfast

The road noise is like nothing I've ever experienced and I have stayed at adjacent hotels directly across the highway I complained to the front desk they offered to change my room if I paid an upgrade to the other side of the building... I stayed 2 nights via separate bookings made prior to arrival. I would never stay here again. If you need to sleep at your hotel go elsewhere! I'm writing this past midnight as a father of 5 who goes to bed at 9 pm nightly. It is frustrating to pay top tier prices for x2 sleepless nights.

Very comfortable beds. Appreciated the breakfast.

So noisy! In spite of asking for a quiet room, we were put in a room facing the highway. Couldn't sleep. Also, quite a few homeless people in the area.

Le fait que l’on soit obligé de fournir une carte de crédit physique en 2026. C’est le seul hôtel/logement où je n’ai pas pu payer via sans contact (Apple Pay) alors que le terminal propose l’icône. Que cela soit des hôtels ou des locations d’appartement, ils ont tous été capable de prendre le montant et l’éventuel caution via Apple Pay.

Beds were very soft and very uncomfortable, pool was small. No sofa or sofa chair in the room. Disposable plates and cutlery instead of real and ceramic at the breakfast. Boring breakfast. No water bottles in the room and no water dispensing machine on the floor. Facilities were clean but overall it felt a cheap experience

Any room facing the highway, will be super loud and difficult to sleep with all the traffic noise. Recommend asking for a room facing away from the highway when booking, until they install better sound baffling windows.

I liked everything. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. It had a pool available, but after spending the day at the hot springs we didn't actually use it.

Frühstück entspricht nicht annähernd deutschen Standard, aber woanders in Kanada nur geringfügig besser. Durch die Lage am Highway, ist in den Zimmern zur Straße laut. Die Klima war aber nicht leiser.

We were staying because we had been evacuated due to a wildfire. We got a clean, comfortable room. Very good Filipino restaurant on site. Good breakfast in a slightly crowded room.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms. Check in went smooth, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, which was very clean and tidy. We visited with our 2 dogs (small one and bigger one) which was no problem, however there is a pet fee. The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was included and there was plenty of it. Warm choices (hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausages or make your own waffles). There was bread, jam, cereals, yogurt, choice of mini pastries (strudels, muffins, tarts, cinnamon buns, cupcakes, donuts), fresh fruits, coffee/tea, juices, etc...

The pool was quite small and there were quite a few homeless people hanging around in the area. Hotel and hotel grounds felt safe and comfortable, though.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Staff in restaurant were friendly as were cleaning staff. Receptionist on arrival was polite. A polite gentleman/manager? was there in the lobby as there was no receptionist at the front desk when we were leaving on day 2 at 10.30

I had requested a quiet room for 2 nights as I was in town for a surgery which meant getting up at 5 am. Upon arrival I was informed that my room was on the front of the building facing the highway. I could pay extra for an upgrade if I wanted to switch rooms to the back. At that point I felt it was gouging and on principal I declined. The room was the noisiest I’ve ever stayed in. Constant heavy traffic all night long. I got less than 3 hours sleep both nights . I won’t be back no matter how clean the room was.

Breakfast ends too early (9:30 a.m.), and the elevators have a persistent unpleasant odor, similar to burnt motor oil, which has remained unchanged since my previous stay two years ago.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The only issue I experienced was an unpleasant odor in the hallway and when entering the room. It had a strong body-odor-like smell, which made the first impression less enjoyable. I hope this can be addressed by improving ventilation and housekeeping, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience. The pillow is to soft, i got stiff neck.

The staff were quick to accommodate last min requests without any hassle. Our room with the queen bed was huge and the bathroom too was big and spacious with all good quality toiletries. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The American Breakfast was really good with a lot of options, except for the rude staff Irwindar who was in charge of the breakfast counter that day.

I would have said everything was impeccable if not for the very rude staff in charge of the breakfast counter who made sure we felt uncomfortable and unwanted there. What a way to start your day by being treated rudely to use a service you paid for.

We have requested to have a room facing the backyard due to high level of noise from the main road. We were told that it would be an upgrade although we knew that there are available rooms.

Horrible road noise, not well insulated, even with ear plugs. Across delapidated house, homeless with shopping carts. No waffle maker but weird pancake maker that did not work properly.

Good hot breakfast, nice spa and pool, great service by friendly staff, rooms were immaculate and modern. We had a kitchenette and it had everything we needed.

The continental breakfast supplied was just fine and more than enough for the two of us. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Did not particularly like the round small pillows; sorry, I prefer a "flatter" pillow

I booked 2 Queen beds, but they gave me 2 twin beds, without any actively solving the problem, only asking me to pay more for one more room. Bad experience, bad service, especially the rude manager! Never book this hotel again!
