Great location. Lovely staff. Checked in abit early. Great value

The facilities are great and the food is good as well.

However, the cleanliness and housekeeping service need some improvement. The bed sheets and duvet covers had not been changed, and there was a very strong perfume smell from the previous guest. The toilet seat was also not clean.

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, while our car was parked in the hotel’s parking lot, someone broke into our vehicle and stole our luggage and valuable belongings. We stayed at this hotel expecting our vehicle and belongings to be reasonably safe while using their parking area. We have reported the incident to the police and are still waiting for an update regarding our stolen valuables. We have not received our belongings back yet. This has been a very stressful and upsetting experience for our family. I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously, reviews their parking lot security and camera footage, and helps us with any information that could assist in recovering our stolen belongings. I would strongly recommend that guests be extremely careful with their valuables and not leave anything in their vehicles.

The overall look of the hotel was very nice. I had a very busy wedding weekend and I asked not to be disturbed... And I wasn't disturbed at all. I would definitely stay there again.

Internet didnt connect. Called the 1-800 number to get a temp code. only worked 1/2 the stay. Front desk said they would have provided a code, so that is on me for not contacting them.

The staff service and cleanliness. The location was good. the water slide was pretty good too.

Please add variety in breakfast, try to change menu. Ensure every item in breakfast is available till the end of breakfast time. Need better bathroom facilities. Ranging from soap and shampoo to the tap and shower mechanism. Need to squeeze so hard for the soap and shampoo and the quality of the product is not good. Shower water splatters on the bathroom floor.

Staff were amazing

Nice sized room with 2 queen beds. Power supply for chargers/etc in the middle between them and also on the desk. The breakfast area had coffee/tea/juice. Cereal, toast, small pastries, scrambled eggs, and 2 diy waffle makers. The Kangaroo Zoo near the airport was fun, I added some pix.

The diverter for the shower leaked 50% of the water, an annoyance. The door to the bathroom didn't lock correctly, but not too big of a deal with family. The price decreased after my booking.com and getting only 'credits' sucks.

I loved our stay here! It was one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. Upon walking in, it smells amazing which was a great first impression. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were modern. Affordable pricing & I would absolutely stay again!

My wife and I came to the Okanagan Valley to celebrate our anniversary and we decided to stay at Comfort Suites Kelowna. When we were checking in, Tushaar at the front desk made sure our stay was special to match the occasion. The establishment is conveniently located on Highway 97 and about a five minute drive from the downtown Kelowna area. The building is well lit and insulated from the road noises outside. The room was clean and well kept making for a good night's rest. There is a pool area with a waterslide and hot tub making it a great place for families. Breakfast consists of a toast station, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruits, and more, making this a quick and easy way to start the morning and prepare for your day of exploration or further travels. We have enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to coming back here the next time we visit the region.

I was next to the elevator, too many people talking next to my door. The room next door was also occupied and i could hear all their conversation. My bedroom window had no view except a wall of concrete!

The hotel room suite was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The following morning prior to our check-out, we ate breakfast which had a very good variety to eat from.

What a disappointing experience. In the morning, when we awoke to use the shower in the bathroom, we discovered black colored sledge resembling "backed up sewer" wastewater had come up from the shower's drain and covered the majority of the shower stall's floor. We immediately phoned the hotel's front desk and requested building maintenance to attend, which he did and poured liquid draino down the shower's drain. I then phoned the hotel's front desk and inquired if we could use another room to shower as we had an airline flight to catch later in the morning. The hotel's front desk accommodated our request and the Hotel's General Manager was very pleasant & apologetic for their backed up sewer water in the bathroom shower, We left the hotel to the Kelowna airport and was contacted by the Hotel's General Manager later in the evening, who again was very apologetic but declined our request for a complimentary hotel room for our next trip back to Kelowna, as we paid full price for a defective bathroom in the Kelowna Comfort Suites. Needless to say, we won't recommend this hotel to any other travelers.

The comfort suites motel in Kelowna are modern with superb lighting and tech ports. They have great breakfast choices in a clean big setting. The pool is for older children and adults. There's perhaps a small space by the stairs for toddlers. The hot tub is at a great temperature. It's nice there is a little hotel store for snacks right beside the front desk. Beds and linens are superb and they have enough for eating in and enough areas for storage.

Staff were great! Suit was very clean. I'm picky about beds and pillows and cleanliness and this place ticked all the boxes. Very pleased. Pool was nice and so was the complimentary breakfast.

Not one real food item at breakfast, all cheap chemical food like products. Closest thing to real food was chemically processed breads and jam with yogurt. Carton eggs are not eggs at all, and no sausage should ever be a white colour... meat is never white, so that wasn't meat. Coffee may have made up for it but was basically just brown water.

Better coffee and/or a cpl of real food items at breakfast. Even just a slightly better bread option or go back to using real eggs, can even be cheap ones, but just let them be real whole whipped up eggs.

Housekeeping should be cleaning the room daily . That’s the only thing I disliked about the property . In a three night stay , they didn’t clean the room even once … they changed the towels on day 1 , but not on day 2 and 3 …

Nothing, tried to cancel via booking.com and hotel directly within hours and they both claim you cannot do that and each one said you have to contact the other. I contacted the hotel directly and spoke to the operation manager who fob me off and told me to speak to the third party. I never approved to Booking .com but my booking went through automatically by Paypal because this is the way i set it up recently for payment.

They could have cancelled my booking when i first requested it instead of making such a hoo har about it.

We've stayed 5 times, but this time we were on the 4th floor and tge beds were terrible. All other stays were on 2, 3rd floors and beds were great! That's the only complaint we've had. Thank you!

After a long drive back returning home to Penticton from Central Alberta, my car broke down on the side of the road just south of Vernon. By the time BCAA sent me a tow truck and towed me to their offices in Kelowna, it was too late to work on my car so I had to stay overnight. BCAA suggested I go stay at the Comfort Inn across the street from them. I did, best decision I ever made. It was a rough day. I was very tired and a little shaken up and worried about the cost of the day. A wonderful young man, M.Mehra, liistened to my story and said he had one room left. It sounded a bit fancy with a king bed, a couch, table and a desk. I asked for any discount I could get and I qualified for the seniors one. The room rate was surprisingly lower than I thought so I was very happy and the room was absolutely amazing. My stay there was wonderful. It was so clean. It came with a nice breakfast in the morning and the minute I walked in that room I just felt better. I had a shower and sat on that big king bed watching a beautiful big screen TV. After breakfast in the morning I went to their gym and rode a stationary bike for a little while. There was a nice pool that families were playing in The checkout process was wonderful also, so friendly and they let me have a bit of an extended checkout as my car still wasn't ready the next morning.
