Sadly, traffic noise kept us awake through the night. Perhaps a room off the main road would've been better. We would stay there again but would kindly request another room away from road noise.

The smell of urine and rubbish/filth outside around the TAB and laundromat was appalling. I did not enjoy having to go through the tab entrance. The entrance should be separate from the TAB. The carpet in the Hotel needs replacing

Was quite noisy with what sounded like a compressor of fan turning on and off until about 10pm. But, it did have everything you needed.

The location is a very dirty lots of rubbish lying around Surrounded by Asian restaurants. The car park is secure but very small.

Room was spacious, small private balcony to sit and enjoy a wine, Heated towel rails ( luxury!) Lovey spacious bathroom. Small kitchen sink, bench space and small fridge. Ideal for a few days stay. Inside lock up car parking was a real bonus. Good security! Highly recommend
No SKY Sports channels, we went for car racing but wanted to watch the rugby matches in the evening. No Sky sport, so we had early nights instead. Maybe another extra blanket for Winter?

Room was above roller door to down stairs parking could hear it every time it went up and down. Alleyway was at the back of take away shops very rough and stunk real bad to car park. Had to park on street for two nights and the area has rotten rubbish bags from the shops. Not a very good look to a very nice place to stay once you get inside.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Very clean rooms and attentive staff with daily housekeeping. The bar downstairs closes early, and road noise is mostly inaudible. Parking is in a secure garage under the hotel
The balcony was really a walled enclosure with no view but better than nothing. For us, the real downside was that the laneway that led to the undercover parking is a stinking third world alley behind several questionable takeaway shops and stores whose filthy smell invades the garage to a breath holding degree. No fault of the hotel.
