O hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado, funcionários super simpáticos e prestativos, café da manhã sensacional e com muita variedade. O quarto é bem grande e com uma linda vista para o porto. Precisamos tomar café mais cedo por causa do horário do ferry, agendamos o horário e fomos prontamente atendidos.

Nada a reclamar, mas a academia poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Absolutely everything. Fantastic hotel - wonderful staff, delicious breakfast of greatest quality, lovely room, great location, very clean, all in all excellent service. We stayed there for two weeks for our holiday and it was just amazing. Extremely fiendly staff sharing their great love and passion for Crete island - Paris, Vasilia, Maria, Stella, Lazaros and the rest of the team making magic every moment of your stay there. Thank you all again and looking very much forward to our next holiday in this lovely and very enjoyable hotel :-)

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, μπορείς να κινηθείς με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της πόλης, στα μουσεία και τα εστιατόρια ή στο λιμάνι. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτική. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετές παροχές και ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και είχε πολλά κρητικά εδέσματα.

Θα θέλαμε στο πρωινό να είχε φυσικό χυμό και όχι τους άνοστους έτοιμους. Επίσης, στο δωμάτιο καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχουν δωρεάν μπουκάλια με νερό, όπως γίνεται στα περισσότερα 5άστερα ξενοδοχεία

Die Nähe zum Hafen/ Flughafen und zur Stadt. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach und im Atrium im Erdgeschoss.Gutes Frühstück.Freundliches aufmerksames Personal.

Das Hotel liegt 15min vom Flughafen entfernt. Leider liegt diese Seite der Stadt im Startbereich der Flugzeuge .Es gibt kein Nachtflugverbot und man schläft nicht wirklich gut.Die Fenster hätte man besser Schallschutzmässig bauen, verglasen sollen. Auch ist die schöne Zeit auf der Dachterrasse dadurch getrübt. 2028 wird der neue Flughafen ca 35km weiter entfernt eröffnet. Hoffentlich ändert sich dann die Start und Landerichtung.

We loved out stay, the staff is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was really good and the location of the hotel is very good.

It’s very hard to find parking and the hotel parking is very small. The bathroom with the rain shower was a bit uncomfortable because there isn’t a border between the area of the shower and the toilet which caused it to be wet after every shower.

La chambre est très très confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon.

Il n’y a pas beaucoup de places de parking dans l’hôtel ni de dépose-minute. Les cartes de nos chambres n’étaient pas activées donc nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour accéder a notre chambre

This property is an oasis in Heraklion. The location is perfect! Close to the port and airport and easy walk into the city centre. It is quiet and very comfortable with excellent staff. The breakfast and restaurant are divine. This was my second stay and it always feels like it wasn’t long enough. Will definitely be back.

J’ai payée la chambre 145€ pour une nuit et je m’attendais pas à une chambre aussi petite et sans balcon pour ce prix

Mindennel elégedettek voltunk. A személyzet kedves. A reggeli nagyon finom és bőséges. Erkélyünkről gyönyörű kilátás nyílt a kikötőre. A szálloda elhelyezkedése is kiváló, közel a tenger és a főbb látnivalók is.

The hotel is really close to the port, airport and city centre

I felt the rooms were very much outdated/old fashioned. I also didn’t like idea of the toilet being enclosed in the shower

Pur avendo preso una camera classic, in un hotel a 5 stelle non ci aspettavamo una stanza, seppur di buone dimensioni, arredata in maniera cosí asettica e basica. La stanza è stata una vera delusione rispetto all'hotel e al lusso che dovrebbe rappresentare.

Parcheggio molto piccolo per la struttura (ma sono convenzionati con un parcheggio comunque vicino) e mancanza di presidio sul tetto: a metà giornata c'erano gli avanzi dei pasti su tutto il bordo piscina !

The hotel is in a very good location where we could walk to things we needed. The staff were very helpful. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed.

It was quite pricey. The pools were not that inviting to sit by as they were in the shade and quite small.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommend Personal, ein gutes Frühstücks Buffet mit allem was man sich wünscht. Die Lage ist perfekt nahe am Hafen und ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum mit Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars.

Für drei Personen war das Zimmer zu klein.

I wish there was a kids play room

Excellent location in the city centre, within a 5–10-minute walk of restaurants, shops and other amenities. It is ideal for families, but also suitable for any type of traveller. Our rooms had a lovely view overlooking the harbour. The different room types and available views are clearly described when booking. The hotel is very close to the airport, so planes frequently pass overhead. I noticed that other guests had mentioned this, but it did not disturb our sleep, as the rooms are well soundproofed once the windows are closed. In addition, flights stop for several hours during the night. The rooms are of a very good standard, and the breakfast is also enjoyable. However, if you arrive close to the end of breakfast service, it can become quite crowded and the available seating areas may be full. The communal areas on the ground floor are pleasant and well maintained. I would not rely on the rooftop pool for swimming, as it is very small. Nevertheless, the rooftop offers fantastic views and has the potential to be used much better by the hotel. The complimentary parking area opposite the hotel is also quite small, with space for approximately ten vehicles, so you need to be lucky to find a vacant spot. However, the hotel offers an excellent alternative at Central Parking, just a four-minute walk away. For €10 per day, with each 24-hour period starting at 1:00 p.m., you leave your car at the entrance and the staff bring it back whenever you need it during that period, without any additional charge. The process is very easy, quick and convenient. Karteros Beach is only about a 15-minute drive away. It is a very well-organised beach with excellent water quality and plenty of options for food and drinks. As it is close to the airport, watching the planes take off and land is also an enjoyable experience. One final tip: pay attention to the wind forecast, as the northern coast of Crete is generally windier than the southern coast.

The location

The room & elevator, had a very bad odour. The roof top pool was small. It was rated a 5 star hotel and was like a 3 star hotel, very disappointing. They only provided 1 small bottles of water each and you cannot drink the tap water. The bedding was not comfortable.

Hotel bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport. Propre, personnel accueillant, calme, beau hall d'entrée, chambre confortable et spacieuse pour 4, propre. Piscine sur le toit sympa dans l'idée même si nous l'avons trouvée petite. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Piscine à l'intérieur vieillissante et froide, plus petite qu'il n'y paraît sur les photo. Salle du petit déjeuner bruyante à l'heure de pointe. Le rooftop pourrait être mieux aménagé pour en faire un vrai plus.

We loved our spacious room, comfy bed and the friendly helpful staff. We also loved the rooftop pool and the covered pool downstairs. This helped us pass the time and stay cool before catching our flight.

Le personnel est très chaleureux et a l’écoute. Pyjama joliment plié. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, varié et de qualité.proximité du port et du centre historique, des transports en commun.

On entend un petit peu les avions mais ce n’est pas gênant.

La colazione è una delle migliori che io abbia mai fatto. Prodotti di qualità e varietà. Consiglio di scendere abbastanza presto poiché verso le 9 si affolla. Noi l’abbiamo presa e consumata al bar poiché non c’era più posto nella sala ristorante e all’aperto. Posizione centrale vicino a porto e areoporto. Ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare da loro altrimenti fuori è un po’ complicato. Va un po’ a fortuna perché hanno 11 posti.

Grand confort, sur la route de l’aéroport, bien situé (musées, centre ville, aéroport). Parking gratuit sur place.

Hotel jest stary i pokoje są już zużyte. Parking hotelowy na 12 samochodów, tylko jeden raz na pobyt udało nam się trafić na wolne miejsce w pozostałe dni płaciliśmy 10 euro za dzień. Jak na 5 gwiazdek uważam, że to hotel powinien zapewnić parking.

Molto buona e varia la colazione. La struttura è molto vicina al centro. Buono il servizio in piscina.

Il personale alla reception, molto scorbutico, ad esclusione di una gentile signora, unica che parlava italiano e disponibile ad interloquire ed a rendersi utile.

Piscine du toit très froide. On n’est pas resté se baigner avec les enfants. Une seule cafetière pour tous. On doit faire la queue pour avoir du café. Plusieurs machines pourraient aider en fluidité. Ou bien ajouter une bouilloire et une cafetière filtre à côté pour répartir les clients si jamais il y a du monde devant la machine.

L’hôtel ne propose pas de room service ce qui est dommage et le service petit-déjeuner n’est pas ouvert suffisamment tôt. L’hôtel avait accepté notre demande de petit-déjeuner matinal lors de notre venue le 3 août mais le choix est bien plus réduit, les amateurs de La piscine sur le toit est moins grande qu’elle ne le parait sur les photos, l’eau est aussi très froide!!

La piscine sur le toit avec vue sur le port était magnifique. Le personnel très accueillant et très arrangeant, tout était parfait. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

Put you up bed for daughter (wasn't in room) was only a double bed when we arrived so had to request at midnight which started the stay on a poor impression. Bed wasnt comfortable. No view.

Hotel ligt op 2 minuten lopen van de oude stad met gezellige terrasjes en winkels. Het personeel is fantastisch, vooral Maria. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, verse jus en verschillende soorten koffie.

Very welcoming, very good service ,especially from Vasiliki she was amazing! So clean too the food is amazing fantastic service in the evening too ,we had to go back again as we love it so much! Ευγενικό προσωπικό, όμορφο καλόγουστο ξενοδοχείο, ωραίο και πλούσιο πρόγευμα. Επίσης πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά όχι μέσα στον θόρυβο της πόλης.

Δεν υπήρχε αρκετή ηχομόνωση. Ακουγόταν θόρυβος από αετοπλάνα, από την πισίνα και και το προαύλιο.

Room is old , breakfast is OKish , nothing special , no salmon, for example . One coffee machine and it was barely working. Was crowded
