An excellent hotel that we would happily stay at again! The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure. We were traveling with our baby, and one of the biggest advantages for us was the huge bed — it practically goes from wall to wall, which made co-sleeping with our baby very comfortable and spacious. The room itself isn’t huge, but we folded our suitcases away to make the space more convenient for us. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and communicative, and always happy to help. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options that also suit guests who are less accustomed to Japanese flavors. The location is central but still quiet, which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

De locatie was top. Vlakbij de metro. Ook Dotonbori en Namba waren op loopafstand.

Het enige wat wij vervelend vonden is dat je de verlichting niet bij binnenkomst aan kan doen. Je moet eerst helemaal richting het bed lopen om dit te doen.

An excellent, modern hotel in a great location right in the middle of Shinsaibashi. Our double room was very comfortable with plenty of space for suitcases / storage and a great bathroom. The buffet breakfast was amazing and would highly recommend including that as part of your stay.

- L'hôtel dans sa globalité et ses services : fontaine à eau, machine à glaçons, thé/café à disposition gratuitement, laverie, etc... - Petit déjeuner incroyable ! Beaucoup de choix, très bon ! - La salle d'eau / la douche : spacieuse, très propre, produits à disposition. - La localisation : quartier au top, à 10 min. à pieds de Dotonbori.

- Peu de rangements. - Peu de place pour les valises (on avait quand même 2 grosses valises, ce n'était pas impraticable).

The staff were so very nice and helpful. I also enjoyed the open and spacious lounge as our room was quite cozy (not much extra room). In house coin laundry was very convenient as well as the location of the hotel. Our room faced another building so not much of a view. The hotel was very clean and definitely worth what we paid.

I don’t think anything could have been better per se, but our room was quite small and there weren’t any drawers or closet space for our clothes.

The location was excellent - one minute to the covered Shinsaisabi shopping street, a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and about a 10-minute walk to the Dotonbori area. The hotel seemed brand new, very stylish, clean and comfortable too. The staff was also very helpful. I would 100% stay there again.

Le meilleur hôtel de toutes nos vacances japonaises bien qu’il y est une étoile de moins. Tout était parfait chambres spacieuses et claires, douche à italienne, laundry avec des nombreuses machines, salle d’attente cosy, petit déjeuner buffet incroyable et pas cher et bien sûr le personnel tellement gentil. Je recommande à 300%

Everything. We’ve been twice and both times it was really good. This time we decided to book the breakfast and it’s also excellent. The location is great, the people who work there are very nice and helpful. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. We will probably always come to this hotel :)

The location was excellent. Handy to the shopping street and multiple metro stations so it was very easy to get around. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and great value. We had a basic room which i am happy to say had a nice walk in shower

The only issue was the air-conditioning unit. It worked well but the light was very bright and kept us awake. We turned it off in the end so we could sleep.

I travel a lot for vacations, but this was honestly the first time I could really enjoy my stay without any problems. The room was clean and nice, and the breakfast was amazing! So much delicious food and lots of options for every taste. I also really liked the water dispenser where you can refill your own bottle. It’s such a simple thing, but very convenient. And they have free coffee in the lobby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was great, and I would definitely come back again!

La struttura è nuovissima, gli ambienti sono sofiscati e di design, le camere e i bagni sono spaziosi ben oltre lo standard medio giapponese e la colazione è allestita con cura e attenzione anche in riferimento a ospiti occidentali.

Hotel The Flag Shinsaibashi offered an exceptional stay with its immaculate rooms and facilities, an ideal location just steps from the main strip, and a team of friendly, attentive staff fluent in multiple languages. The hotel’s design and lobby were particularly impressive.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to a nightclub, which might be appealing to some guests but could be a consideration for those seeking a quieter environment.

地點很方便，房間舒適乾淨。雖然隔壁有夜店，但住7F很安靜，不受影響。有4台洗衣機及4台烘衣機，住了4個晚上可以洗衣服很方便。

La zona è perfetta in quanto a collegamenti e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze: metro, negozi, ristoranti. La camera familiare è un po' piccola ma comunque funzionale. La colazione è STREPITOSA, davvero ottima con tantissima scelta anche per i gusti occidentali. Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo.

Kahvaltısı yeterli idi. Açıkçası Japonya'da kahvaltıların çok sorun olacağını düşündüğümüz için korkuyorduk ama kaldığımız otellerde bu sorunla hiç karşılaşmadık. Çeşitlilik yeterli idi ve çocuklar bir şekilde yiyecek bir şey buldular. Konumu harika idi. Personeli çok kibar ve yardımcı idi.

Odaların pencereleri açılmıyordu ve bu nedenle nem kokusuna maruz kaldık, temiz hava konusu sorunluydu açıkçası. Çok önemli bir konu olmasa da otel sanırım şarj aletleri açısından daha önceleri yangın benzeri bir sorun yaşamış olduğu için bu konuda sorumlu olduğumuzu belirten bir metin imzalattı bize. Hassasiyeti biraz fazla geldi açıkçası. Son olarak oda temizliği için ECO, Odamı Temizle ve Rahatsız Etmeyin seçenekleri vardı. ECO'yu kapıya yapıştırmamıza rağmen havlularımız değiştirilmemişti. Ertesi gün bu nedenle Odamı Temizle yazısını kapımıza yapıştırdık.

It has everything tourists need: super good and spacious washing and drying machines that don’t take ages. Super good and varied breakfast, I would even say better than many expensive hotels! Staff is excellent - always very pleasant and willing to help!

The Shinsaibashi area, as we were a family, I didn’t particularly like the busy streets of the area. So the hotel was very pleasant haven to escape it!

L'hotel è molto bello a livello estetico, dettagli molto curati, servizi eccellenti e staff gentilissimo, la stanza leggermente piu stretta rispetto al resto delle strutture ma complice il fatto che noi avevamo anche una culla ad occupare spazio, la posizione dell'hotel è formidabile nel pieno centro della città e della movida, colazione eccellente e varia!

From the friendly check-in and check-out to the wonderful staff who were always ready to help, our experience was fantastic! The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, where hotels are often on the smaller side. Everything was super clean, and the bed was so comfy! The pantry was a great bonus, offering unlimited free coffee and drinking water. It might be nice to have water dispensers on each floor for even more convenience. All in all, we had a great stay at the hotel, and we’ll definitely choose to come back whenever we’re in Osaka!

Everything. The rooms were clean and bigger than expected. The beds were firm but comfortable. Lovely bathroom, walk in shower was great! Incredible location, perfect for exploring and in easy reach of train stations.
