We’ve stayed here a few times now and we love it! It’s the comfiest bed and great location!

Could hear people in hallway during night

The young Turkish bartender and Indian, Mexican and Swedish waitstaff made me feel important and worth chatting to.. as an almost 75 year old woman I am accustomed to being invisible. In a hotel focussed on hi-tech and business travel, I was delighted by staff.

Toilet seat was wobbly.

Location was the key for getting car rental across the street

Lo que menos me gustó fue el tamaño de la habitación y la cama empotrada en la pared que tenías que salir por los pies

Superb breakfast, small cramped room, air conditioning turns off whenever it feels like it. Bed is crammed in between 3 walls.

Called multiple times to reception about the noise coming into the room a party had been on with a dj blaring music me and my 1 year old daughter couldn’t get any sleep and people from the party up and down the halls making noise

I loved the location. Its right next to the Stephen's Green Shopping center and the beautiful Stephen's Green park. There are plenty of walkable streets with restaurants just by the park. The people at the reception were very helpful. I ate lunch in their restaurant and the chicken sandwich I ordered was huge and very tasty

Tge rooms are on the smaller side with a different bed configuration but doable.

Situación en el centro pero en zona tranquila. Amabilidad y eficacia del personal, con dominio del español. Orden, limpieza, mantenimiento muy buenos

Precio muy alto para una habitación pequeña (sin armario, cama amplia pero embutida entre dos paredes), aseo mediano sin espacio para dos. Desayuno buffet bueno pero no adecuado al precio del hotel, más bien estándar para 4* en comparación con Europa. Por ejemplo, falta de opciones de leche, ensaladas, panes, que son habituales en otros hoteles 4* en Europa.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for St Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the restaurant served delicious food in the evening with an excellent breakfast selection. Definitely plan to stay at the Marlin again if I need accommodation in Dublin.

Shame there's no parking at the hotel but the K Park is directly opposite the hotel and as hotel residents, we got discount on our parking fee.

The Reception check in process is automated and does not work. To complete my expenses report i need an invoice that i have requested many times, and all i get in response is an automated mail saying the invoice was issued to me email address. Very poor service

Price. I mistakenly booked Wednesday night when I should have booked Tuesday night. My original charge was €250, and when I changed nights, I was charged €390.

I loved the service at reception, the hotel's location, and the magnificent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Localization and the team

The location was great, walking distance from many touristy spots and great pub/restaurants near by. It was a great choice as we were traveling with my dad who is 78, and having all the joints near by helped.

The rooms were smaller than what we expected.

The location was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was fabulous.

The air conditioning kept shutting off in the middle of the night, our room keys quit working several times, and the lights go on automatically in the bathroom making it to bright for others who are sleeping.

This is always my go to Dublin hotel and I have been using the property literally since it opened.

There are signs that the hotel is showing its age. Maintenance seems to be lacking

Our third time in Dublin and second time at Marlin hotel. Thr location is phenomenal, you can walk to so many great spots saving a ton on Ubers which add it pretty quickly in Dublin. The staff are phenomenal and helpful and the rooms are great. My go-to hotel for any Dublin visit.

Not a major dislike, just a note to request that AC doesn’t auto-shut-off during the night since I love to sleep in cool rooms, and that “green” feature makes the room hot really quickly. So if you’re like me, just ask the staff to keep it at the temperature that works for you all the time.

Personalen var fantastiskt trevlig. Läget var verkligen bra. Det var rent och fräscht.

Det fanns bara två galgar och knappt någon plats alls för kläderna. Det fanns inte heller krokar för handdukar i badrummet. Tv:n var nästan omöjlig att använda. Vi var tvungen att be om hjälp från personal för att uppkoppling skulle kunna fungera.Så också våra vänner i annat rum.

Have stayed here before and found it great. Location is perfect. Rooms are well equipped. Hotel lobby is really striking.

Staff at reception not as friendly as they had been on previous stay. Bathroom not spotless - hairs on shower tray and plughole quite grimy.
