It is oceanfront, perfect for elderlies
Limited covered parking.
The room setup and size
For the money, it was lacking
Hot tub and kid pool love love love Also, the balcony facing a great view of ocean !!! Full kitchen is a plus.. two tvs is nice and seperate bedroom nice!! Hilton is always my first choice off season
Just wish the bathroom had a shower head on the wall instead of the middle of the shower
Staff was nice, hotel itself was beautiful, room was very nice and clean
I paid for 2 parking passes to be able to park on the premises, but when we returned from dinner on Saturday night, there were NO spots left at all. I rode around for 15 minutes over and over hoping to find one, or that someone may leave but with no luck, me and the other car that I paid for both had to find off street parking and walk 2 blocks back to the hotel, which is not very fair to the customer, considering that I paid for TWO spots to park right on the premises.
Love the location and the staff
Being assigned to a room just above the pool
Clean and a lot of amenities
Nothing
Loved having a suite with a private oceanfront balcony. Pool area was great! Room service breakfast was very good!

I’m still having this experience currently, but I wanted to give a shout out to uncle Frank at the concierge‘s desk for guiding me and making reservations for all of Our dinner plans from Sunday through Wednesday night. he went above and beyond to make sure that we got a great table at all of the restaurants during the sunset viewing time, and also really made sure that he took great care of us while we were there made sure that we came back to let him know how each restaurant experience was. So far so good! we’ve completed one night, which was amazing! so great recommendation uncle Frank! looking forward to your next couple of recommendations as well as all of your colleagues and all of their help in helping us to enjoy another anniversary celebration since the last time we were here in August 2024. That’s why we came back because of the amazing hotel, amenities and service and we look forward to coming back many more times in the future. I’ll write a more complete review at the end of our trip here but for now thanks again uncle Frank! Sincerely, Fred F
We loved our stay. It was so nice to have a separate living room with a ceiling fan, a kitchenette, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, large bedroom and spacious balcony. The only negatives were that the air conditioning couldn’t go any lower than 68. For two hot sleepers with no ceiling fan in the bedroom this was frustrating. Also, the pillows were awful. If I stayed again I would bring my own. The other negative we experienced was when the jacuzzi tub was turned on, it made the water disgustingly dirty. Aside from that the location is excellent, parking was ample and spaces weren’t too tight, and the amenities were fabulous. Really enjoyed our stay.
Nice hotel, but the rooms need to be fully renovated, especially for the cost per night. The lobby is beautiful; however, the actual suites and hallways are dated and have some ventilation issues. The rooms, at times, felt damp in the air. Also, our tub needed to be repainted and re-caulked. Doors and walls were also dated and needed to be painted and re-sanded. We had internet issues multiple times during our stay, and the front desk couldn't locate anyone to get it fixed. I also recommend taking the carpets up in the room. Wasn't a horrible experience, and would rate it a 7/10 hotel. Fixing those things would make it a 10/10 for sure.
Great location and great amenities and delicious food
Stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned our room or took out trash or new towels
Five Stars for ‘Uncle Frank’ the best concierge we’ve encountered. Genuinely tries to find the type of restaurant you’re looking for in the area, not to mention his wonderful personality. His recommendations have scored high with us! Thanks Uncle Frank. Now , for the hotel…..4 stars. Yes, it is a family type resort. However, the restricted areas/time frames for kids to be in adult areas is definitely not enforced. Five Stars for bartender Rusty. The man takes his craft seriously, and it is most appreciated. Room and hotel lobby are well kept, but the outdoor hot tub needs major upkeep, but with all the kids allowed, ???? What difference does it make….
Everything good

Loved room-accommodations-restaurant-staff.
Small pep peeves - delay in connectivity to free app on TV. Room not cleaned 2 of 3 nights when gone for the day. Other than that…. Hilton was for the Stay 💕

Everything here is wonderful. I write this as I relax by the pool. I didn't want to wait till we got home because I'd forget. The location, amenities, and the rooms are above our expectations. The staff has been exceptional from the moment we checked in at the front desk. I wish I had gotten everyone's name. In particular, Frank Barranco, the Concierge, has been so helpful and was instrumental in obtaining dinner reservations for us that we were unable to get. He is so perfect for his job and such a pleasure to talk to. Hilton is lucky to have him in this position. Nick the bell hop was fantastic. Tierney, the pool waitress is also such a pleasure to deal with. Hilton seems to be doing it right at this location. Great employees are the key to a successful establishment. We look forward to our return.
The Good: It is Oceanfront, has a fantastic outside bartender that is personable and wants you to have a good day; the other outstanding employee- Vince; he greets you and helps you with your luggage and explains highlights of the hotel. The Bad: Housekeeping doesn't clean your room each day. Front desk did not know how to respond to noise in our hallway. It has lost the "Dunes Manor" charm. The Honest: Dirty and Run down; we found chips in the bed (upon check in) the couch was too filthy to sit on without putting something over it; the comforter had a hole in it. This did not feel like the Hilton standard.
Most everything about this Hilton exceeds expectations, like the location, the staff and how friendly and helpful they are with the exception of the room. There is nothing wrong with the room in general with the exception of some of the furnishings. My blackout curtain had holes in it. The rod used to pull the blackout curtain was laying on the floor and the rain shower head was utterly disgusting (old and spots all over it-Room 705). Made me wonder how clean I was actually getting. Add to that, the water pressure made it seem like a rain sprinkle shower rather than a rain shower. Lastly, as I've seen in other reviews, getting into the shower was a major task due to how high the side of the tub was. Overall, would I stay here again, most definitely-I just hope they one day decide to do some upgrades.
Despite some inclement weather during part of our recent stay before and after the Memorial Day 2026, we still had an enjoyable and wonderful time as we always do here at the Hilton Oceanfront Suites. The suites are most accommodating for our needs. We like everything about this place and what it has to offer. No complaints!!! I’ll give a shout out to all the staff members, maintenance crews, the bell hops and the cleaning staff for the great work they all do. I would especially like to thank some of the team members for making my trip memorable as you always do. I would like to recognize Alison, Gabe, Mariah, Uncle Frank, Mari Haupt (Whom I didn’t get a chance to say Hello to), Phillipe, Jefferson, Taylor and Kudos to Mark Elman for making all this happen. I have stayed at this Hilton over 20 times...beginning in 2011...Saturday June 20th we returned for our annual visit! Nick, one of the magnificent Bellhops, went WAY ABOVE and beyond helping my husband, who has mobility problems, (his scooter died) get to our room...he was both kind and caring...Mark Elman, General Manager, was such a great help in working with me to try to resolve an issue with my husband's mobility; he also went above and beyond what is expected. A young women at the front desk, I did not get her name, was amazing and patient with me and another from desk women, had the patience of a saint with me resolving a little problem. I can't thank the entire staff for all their help...I love being Hilton Honor Member...see you soon~
Location Is perfect !
Room wasn’t as clean as I expected.
The rating of four stars is due to the excellent location and to one person in particular, Mari Haupt. Mari, the concierge, was incredibly helpful to my family in getting reservations and in finding a place with gluten-free food. We stayed at three different suites on the first floor, which enabled my family members to walk out to the pool at 9 o’clock every morning. Our four children, ages 2 to 11, really enjoyed the slides. Another positive was our location on the beach in front of the rental blue boxes on the beach as well as in front of an OC lifeguard. A negative was the PALM restaurant, which was slow at dinner and especially for breakfast, but I did have flounder at dinner, which was good. Another area for improvement is that our room wasn’t cleaned until after 4:00 every day, which probably means that they are understaffed. By 4:30 vacationers are getting ready to go out so it’s disruptive. I would stay there again because there’s not a better place where you can go to the pool in the ocean and be in the middle of Ocean City and only five blocks from the boardwalk’s end.
Been there several times before and it's always the best stay in Ocean City really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Ocean Front always have for several years. Look forward to staying there again it is our number one choice in Ocean City
The staff in the front desk could be a little bit more friendlier
We stayed here over Father's Day weekend, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hotel was basically sold out, so we were assigned an accessible suite with a separate bedroom and living room. The room itself was spacious, which was great for our family of four, especially since we also ordered a rollaway bed. However, the room was very outdated, and cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, and when we pulled out the sofa bed, we found popcorn inside. We spent the entire day out enjoying Father's Day activities. When we returned that evening, we discovered there was barely any hot water and almost no water pressure. After calling the front desk, we were told to let the sink and shower run for a while. The water eventually became lukewarm, but never truly hot. To make matters worse, the shower handle was broken and spun in circles, so we had to keep adjusting it to find any warmth at all. When I called the front desk again, I was told the maintenance staff had already left for the evening, and there was nothing else they could do. As a result, our entire family had to take cold showers. The next morning at 7:30 a.m., maintenance arrived. One technician said the water would get hot if we held the broken handle in just the right spot and promised to contact a plumber about the water pressure. Nothing happened. A second maintenance worker later came and couldn't get the water hot either. Hours passed with little communication until the front desk finally offered us a different room and complimentary breakfast. The second room had functioning hot water and better water pressure, but the bathroom still wasn't cleaned to the standard I would expect from a Hilton property. By this point, a large portion of our Father's Day was spent dealing with room issues instead of enjoying our vacation. As for amenities, the resort offers two outdoor pools, including one with a kiddie slide, an indoor pool, an arcade, a gym, an on-site restaurant, room service, bike rentals, bell service, and direct beach access. One of the outdoor pools also features a swim-up bar, and food and drink service is available poolside, which was a nice touch and one of the highlights of the stay. One thing to note is that the beach is public, and guests must pay extra to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. For a resort property, I would have expected those items to be included and for the beach experience to feel more exclusive. For me, the bed and bathroom are the most important parts of any hotel stay, and this property missed the mark in both areas. While the resort has some great amenities, the outdated rooms, cleanliness concerns, and lack of hot water significantly impacted our experience. Cleanliness: 2/5 ⭐⭐ Amenities: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall Stay: 3/5 ⭐⭐⭐ I probably would not return unless the rooms receive significant updates and the housekeeping standards improve.
Location, room, service
The hotel was wonderful and had fantastic pools and access to the beach. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening, and the server & bartender were great because we hung out at the bar for awhile after dinner. Front desk staff members that we dealt with were also really great.
It was truly not the fault of the hotel, but my husband & I both had the flu for the majority if our stay, but we tried to make the best of it the staff were very helpful in trying to help us get through it and still have the best time possible.
Right on the beach
Horrid room for the money. Mattress sank. Place was filthy.
The customer service here was excellent. Alison and Arnel were especially helpful with a billing issue and a minor repair to my room’s sliding glass door. I look forward to returning here next summer.
Staff is terrible pool is dated and no carts to get luggage to your room- the holiday inn is much much better
room was so clean, comfortable and amazing view
nothing
So I have to say. I love this hotel. The location is amazing for many reasons. The beach is outside your window. It’s close to so many restaurants. We loved the outdoor pool. We brought our almost 3 year old and he loved it! We also enjoyed the indoor pool when the weather was bad. There was so much to do. We enjoyed the breakfast room service and the Starbucks. The room set up is also perfect. It’s nice to have a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and a balcony. The hotel had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation; We will definitely stay here again The ONLY reason I wouldn’t give this hotel 5 stars is because honestly the service was lacking. We stayed from Saturday to Tuesday and didn’t receive maid service once (and we were out of the room a lot). Also, when I went to the front desk to get a room service card, they didn’t have any and the young man left to go “look” but came back empty handed. I had to find an open staff room with a maid cart to get it myself. I let the front desk know but they honestly didn’t really seem to care? Oh and upon arrival they only had one associate helping with the luggage; which is fine but they only had one luggage cart so you couldn’t use them unless you waited in line for him. For a hotel that is as expensive as it is, I just expected the service to be higher; maybe when they’re more in season they’ll get it together. Oh and the wifi was honestly awful.
This was our second time staying at this Hilton hotel. This stay was even better than the last! It is beautiful, quiet and clean. Janel at the front desk was very kind and helpful. All of these things put together made an unforgettable trip for us!
We are enjoying a lovely stay at the Hilton Oceanfront Suites in Ocean City, MD. Adding to the relaxing vacation time we are experiencing here at the Hilton, is their concierge staff. Most amazing is “Uncle” Frank Barranco. He seems to know everything about OC, gave us great restaurant recommendations (which we have so far tried and enjoyed), and he is an absolute treasure to talk with. He is the perfect combination of personable and professional and a true asset to the hotel.
Beautiful love the view grate staff and easy check in
We have been here for 3 years straight! We love the family oriented atmosphere, the pools and location of the beach. We highly recommend asking Uncle Frank, the concierge where to go. He is super helpful and always has great recommendations!

I really appreciated the daily check messages from Christopher, regarding our stay. On the occasion we had a concern, he took the time to address it promptly. We left feeling very satisfied with our overall stay.
The weather!! :)_ The Palm seemed short staffed. The staff did their best!
The large jet tub has too high of a wall. It's very awkward and maybe a bit unsafe if you arent sure footed. also the only option is a rainfall shower and my girlfriend pointed out she doesnt want to get her hair wet all the time. also i prefer an angled head with good pressure and this had not good pressure. since you shower every day, maybe 2 times a day in the heat, this detracted from the room Note that after housecleaning does the kitchen floor, it is VERY VERY slippery with my sneakers on to the point i almost fell but is NOT slippery with just socks on. Very weird. Otherwise we liked the room and prefer it to a hotel 4 blocks away we stayed the past 2 years. One huge plus is a much quieter hvac system. The other hotel had a CLUNK every time it turned off, It was insane. Another big plus is having the living room be at the entrance door, then the bathroom, then the bedroom. So it has to be really loud in the hall for you to hear anything and we never did. the bathroom has a REAL door that closes. almost every other hotel has barn doors and we hate them. The 2 sinks provided much counterspace. The lighting in the bathroom is very good as is the fan and there are at least 5 lightswitches in the bathroom the full kitchen is very nice. but we only used the fridge and freezer. But there are basic things there if you wanted to cook etc. There's a door between the kitchen and bedroom. Theres a small closet with iron and board the living room had a bit dim lighting but had a 4 person table to eat at. The sofa was very worn, id not want to sit on it for any length of time. It had a ceiling fan which is rare in a hotel. We got to check in early around 230 which was very nice! Registering on the 2nd floor is common in some beach hotels so keep that in mind. Theres some parking under cover and in a garage. we were there before memorial day so it wasnt too busy. Theres no boardwalk here so you have direct access to the beach. We paid 10 a day for parking and did not use any other perks in the hotel. But it's near mini golf and restaurants we like. We will return here and if they get better tubs id give it 5 stars. Also you can see the pleated air filter in the duct and it appeared to be clean which was nice. The balcony is very private from neighbors, Total cement walls that jut out. Table and chairs out there.
The administration is so nice I love them really much
I absolutely love this hotel and rank it the best #1 hotel in Ocean city , I have only stayed here 2 times and both times were nothing short of amazing I have to give a praise to Alison Evans front desk supervisor, she was the most amazing polite ,professional person I have ever had the privilege to do business with , thanks Alison !
It was very clean, if something was broken they fixed it right away! Great kitchen and balcony
The view
Nothing everything was perfect
I want to give praise to two fabulous bartenders Rusty and Joanne that both went above and beyond to ensure we have a great time in Ocean City !! Thank you for making us feel like family. We will see you again!
Overall, we had a nice stay at Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor pools were amazing for families. We really enjoyed spending time together and relaxing during our trip.
Some staff members were very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately there were moments where we felt uncomfortable or like we did not fully belong there. As a Hispanic family, some interactions and looks from a few employees and visitors made us feel out of place at times. One experience that stood out was when I politely asked someone for directions and they simply kept walking and ignored me. During check-in, the front desk also did not mention or explain any possible room upgrade options. I stayed respectful and kept things positive, but these moments did affect our experience. Another example was at the pool area, where the waiter checked on many chairs around us but did not ask if we needed anything until our last day. I work hard as a nurse, and vacations are important for me to rest, relax, and enjoy quality time with my family. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and comfortable while on vacation.
Like that. The gym was 24 hours and the pool was long hours from 12 to 5 AM was perfect. Didn't like that. The lazy boy river wasn't open. Not all the facility was open for use What are you crying now?Given I'll be real
Loved this restaurant! Spent time in the bar getting food and drink had an amazing bartender her name was Joanne!! I have a special needs son. She was amazing to him and to everyone else as well!! Joanne made the experience exceptional!
Our room had a nice veiw of the ocean, a larger size tub to relax in, a very comfortable bed, The hotel has several pools, one being inside. We went in February so due to it being to cold we could not use all they had to offer.
Everything.
Nothing.
We travelled from Niagara Falls, Canada to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and were very excited to utilize the amenities at the hotel. Prior to check-in I had requested an upgrade but was told they can only upgrade upon checkin. Upon check-in, we were told the suites we wanted to upgrade to was not possible because they were sold out that night. Once we settled into our suite and had some food to eat I proceeded back to front desk to see if we could upgrade the next few days to the suite we wanted. The front desk agent told us that the hotel was not even close to sold out and he wasnt sure why we were lied to. He called the manager to see if we could upgrade but they wouldnt upgrade split days and at this time they couldn’t accommodate it. I was really upset with that because to my surprise we also learned the outdoor pools are not even up until after memorial day! So if your booking the hotel for the pool, wait until after memorial day. The indoor pool was nice, the kids spent a good chunk of time in the pool. The location of the hotel was great, about halfway down the strip so it was close to everything. The rooms were OK at best. The bathroom had a bathtub with a waterfall showerhead, the water pressure was not good. There was no water spout for the tub- if you wanna fill in the jetted tub, the water comes out of the jets. The tub was so high my children had a hard time climbing in and out. The patio screen wouldnt close fully- the top left corner would sink towards the right. Our housekeeping was not completed on our last day which was disappointing considering the sand all over the floor. The hotel atmosphere was nice and clean. Staff were ok. Not overly nice. We did find the hotels offers complimentary washer and dryer services which were a blessing! Overall, I would come back when the pools are open. I will be sure to ask for a manager upon check-in to ensure honesty and transparency.
Location
Bed's not very comfortable
Offseason vacation Room was off and on cold and it took 15-20 minutes for hot water in the shower because boiler was on other side of the hotel Could never figure out how to get thermostat to work properly and neither could the hotel maintenance person The support staff were responsive but it took several days to get things like the closet sliding door and TV working properly Overall these nuisances had a negative impact on our stay We wont be coming back!
It was a very comfortable beachfront property.
Very nice suite with great ocean views.
$10 daily parking fee? Just put it in the hotel room cost.
Location in the middle of boardwalk and bayside bars
Paying $10 dollars a day to park when I already paid almost $1000 for my 3 night stay
Great room! Loved looking out at the ocean!
Above and beyond ! Overly clean
Nothing
Oceanfront kitchen seperate rooms and tvs jacuzzi tub
I would like to see hot tub opened sooner. Also, need non stick cooking top pans . Last, replace shower head or add to above faucet turn ons . ( so hair doesn’t get wet)
As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I enjoy staying at different locations throughout the Hilton portfolio. Post retirement I wanted to visit Ocean City in the off season and just have a one-night "Me-Cation". Back in the early Fall 2025 I booked a suite at this Hilton, one that included a balcony, a jetted tub within the room. I chose April 2026, figuring the weather would be decent but the rates would be consistent with the off season rather than summer. As I always do, I did online check-in and room selection on the Hilton app the day before arrival. I was upgraded to a corner suite, which I appreciated. The system initially assigned me Room 301. When I got my Digital Key the next day, I was changed to Room 601. So essentially I was upgraded twice because I prefer higher rooms. Upon arrival in the area, I parked in an outside parking lot on the Baltimore Avenue side of the building. Although the signs "Not responsible for theft or damage" were a bit off-putting and worrying, I parked there with no problem. I was charged an extra $10 when I did the online check-in, and wondered how they know I had paid and wasn't just parking there without being a guest at the hotel. There was no need to go to the front desk since I was already checked in and had my key. I went right to my suite and was astounded at the size and how comfortable and spacious it was. Bright too, because the corner suite actually has windows facing three different directions --- towards the ocean, towards the south, and towards the rear with a view to the west. It turned out that although it was April, there was summer weather as it was in the high 70's. After a long walk on the boardwalk and dinner, I returned to the suite and enjoyed the whirlpool tub which was great therapy for my back and other sore muscles. The TV, WiFi, and HVAC worked great. After a decent night of sleep, I was impressed by the three-head shower (2 faucets and one rain head) and wide awake to prepare for my departure and long drive home. I checked out via the app, again bypassing the floor with the front desk. Keep in mind that if a Hilton Honors member, there are other nearby hotels in the Hilton family within a block or two. But these hotels are far removed from the downtown/amusement area, which is almost 2 miles to the south, which I found out walking the boardwalk. Also, the boardwalk starts at 27th Street, so one has to walk 5 blocks south on Baltimore Avenue to get to it. Overall, if staying in this part of Ocean City, this hotel comes highly recommended.
Everything
That the Restaurant don't serve any turkey products for breakfast. No turkey sausage or turkey bacon for some one who doesn't eat pork , I had to leave the hotel to get breakfast when I really didn't want to
I really liked everything about my stay and I will be back soon.
The property was amazing. It is in a great location. Close to the beach. Close to great food options and other businesses.
Everything about the property was great. I wish they had better cookware but what they had did the job. I was able to cook for my family while at the hotel.
Very nice room
They need a sign at the entrance from parking to let people know that check in is one floor up.
Cleanliness, friendly staff and neutral location
The alarm clocks were difficult to set, especially since the time change.
Wasn't aware until I got home that they charge $10 per day for parking
Location and room set up
Nothing
Lobby was nice, having Starbucks inside was great. Room was big and comfortable.
During the off-season, parking should be free.
Power outage in Bishopville due to the blizzard,im glad we chose the Hilton Excellent staff and accommodations!
I liked how they you fell welcomed from the start we were just getting off the road and they made sure everything was go to go in the room because they knew we were there for a cheer competition
What I didn’t like was there wasn’t more options for food
This hotel offers everything for a very comfortable stay. Friendly employees, great food from the on-site restaurant, beautiful indoor pool and an incredible oceanfront view.
Our stay was perfect, I can't think of one thing that we didn't like.
The facilities and staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Beautiful view.
Very friendly staff. Everyone looked and acted very proud to work there.
The pool bar closed before we got there…lol
This hotel is my favorite hotel by the ocean on the East Coast. The suite, view, restaurant, and hotel staff are all fabulous. I experience great rest and relaxation as well as comfort and joy when I stay here. The staff ensures my needs are taken care of, and I always feel safe. A walk on the beach anytime of the year is a pleasure and accessible from the hotel lobby.
