We always need an extra hand when travelling alone, a good concierge is the most value added where the loyalty locks to. Twice at address DM, always accountable. Yahya is resourceful that easily makes your stay happier and less stressful. It’s easy to find a nice hotel, but hard to find a reliable concierge to save your day. A fantastic stay, lovely staff, I have stayed here before, superb location, lift away from the the biggest mall in world. Rooms are clean and a good size. My Only suggestion would be more tea bags in the room. First morning waking up wanted to make tea for me and my husband and their was only ONE tea bag in the room. I did call and within 5 minutes more tea bag’s were sent up, at least two tea bag’s for your morning drink would be ideal. Again amazing stay and can’t wait to return

I recently visited this restaurant with my friend Sanjay Boy, and we had a great experience. The food was fresh and full of flavor, the staff was polite, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Sanjay Boy especially loved the taste of the grilled dishes and desserts. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience — definitely a place worth visiting again!

We had dinner at the Nazcaa restaurant with a beautiful Burj view — food and service were excellent. After dinner, two of us stepped inside to have a quiet chat in the indoor waiting area while the rest of our group (five people) stayed outside to finish their drinks and smoke. Suddenly, a hotel security guard named John approached us in a rude and confrontational way — no greeting, just questioning why we were sitting there, whether we were hotel guests, and even picking on my empty coffee cup that was not branded as Address. He insisted we either go back outside or leave, saying we couldn’t sit there, even though it was clearly a public indoor waiting area. When we explained that we were dining guests, he said the restaurant was not part of the hotel but just rented by a third party — which makes absolutely no sense to guests. The restaurant is fully inside the hotel building, accessible only through hotel entrances and elevators. If the restaurant is paying rent to operate there, then naturally its guests should be allowed to use the hotel’s public areas like any others. He then forced us to another indoor restaurant and sat us at a dirty, uncleared table, only for the staff there to immediately ask us to leave since we weren’t ordering. The attitude of the guard — arrogant, dismissive, and disrespectful — was completely unacceptable. From this experience, it’s clear that guests like us are not welcome in this hotel — not for the restaurant, not for anything else. The management clearly does not care about how visitors are treated. Deeply disappointing and far below the hospitality standards one expects in Dubai.

Such an incredible property with amazing views and outstanding guest experience! My mom and I stayed here for just a couple of nights in the room with the Burj Khalifa view and really enjoyed the hotel and the local hospitality. Everyone on the staff team was extremely attentive including Sameh. The hotel is attached to the Dubai Mall, so there is no need to go outside. Breakfast buffet had excellent choices for any dietary preferences, and the restaurant allowed to sit either inside or outside by the pool. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable allowing us to get the best sleep. Highly recommend this property to anyone who’s visiting Dubai for the first time!

Had a pool day here today. My waiter Tuhin was great, hard working and deserved 5 stars, but the place is understaffed and needs more waiters. Food was good, but pool was too cold and we only spent less than 5 min in the pool. We complained about it but the temperature didn’t get adjusted. The menu says happy hour between 4 pm and 6 pm but actually only lasts between 5 pm and 6 pm. Management needs to correct this as it is very misleading.

The Address Dubai Mall used to be my favourite hotel in Dubai I would always stay here as I’m often in Dubai. This time I had a 9 night stay at the fountain view Address also by Dubai Mall. You will see previous reviews where I give 5 star ratings. This time I will praise the room quality) always love the smell of these hotels too), Shafik who gave me a warm welcome from arrival and each time I needed a car to head to the office and the cleanliness of the hotel hence the 2 stars. I waited over an hour for seabass and mash potato which was the longest I’ve waited at a hotel. It was 9pm when I ordered and 10.15pm by the time it arrived. I had asked for a margherita to drink using the in room iPad yet somehow they brought me a pizza (how when I selected it on the app) so I of course cancelled it but when I went to check out it was still on my bill and I had to wait around whilst they called to get it corrected despite me asking at the time. I also had an error in booking an extra 2 nights and the lady on checkout submitted a request to see if they could look at it. I’ve never heard anything back about that to this day. Even a no would be fine but just let me know. However a hotel stay is not just about the good night sleep it’s also about the service and ultimately protecting you and your belongings. My main issue is after leaving I left my AirPods behind, I noticed on my find my they were still in the hotel so I called when I landed back in the U.K. and was on hold for 10 minutes whilst someone went to check which seemed odd they wouldn’t just call me back given I was calling from London. After the long wait they said they couldn’t find them and gave me 2 email addresses to contact to do an investigation. I did that straight away and it took several emails of me chasing for a week only for someone to reply they were not there and that was it. One line after spending thousands with them. I have since gone back for a contact to liaise with the police as I report them stolen and again no reply for several days no one cares. I will never stay here again.

We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at this restaurant. We ordered Chicken Caesar Salad, Greek Salad, Angus Ribeye and Seafood Linguine. The food was definitely worth it and the ambiance is overlooking of Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall. A big shoutout to our server, Zihad, who took such good care of us throughout the night. To top it off, they even surprised us with a complimentary cake for our anniversary. Truly a memorable experience!

This hotel was divine. The common areas are beautifully decorated and the rooms are a fantastic size. ( like many hotels more power points near mirrors would be great). The pool area has the most amazing view and access to the Dubai mall was so convenient. I have to give a shout out to some of the staff. Maria in guest relations who so professionally resolved an issue and checked in for the entire stay to see if she could help in any way. Also Rodney, Virginie and Hamza who looked after us so beautifully. The club access is so worthwhile and I am sure when they renovate the club room it will be fantastic. One of the most amazing places we have every stayed! BUT, they close the pool at 7!? Cant geven get the full sunset, much less the epic city lights. Its perfect temperature at night during the summer. They really must change this policy l, as we chose this hotel largely based on that extact night swimming view/ experience. We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away. But seriously, otherwise the place it perfection 👌

Location of this place is its USP. Rooms are top notch. Staff is super friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Maria Cenas.
