The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful! It was our first time in Dubai and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Great stay feels like home

This hotel was beautiful. The infinity rooftop pool is a must see. The hotel also has direct access to the Dubai Mall, via a walkway. I highly recommend the Address Skyview.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it wont be my last. I love everything about this place , from the location , customer service , amenities , the food etc. Everything here is five star plus. Their infinity pool is the cherry on top !

Amazing hotel, incredible lounge and pools

There was no hot water flowing in the entire bathroom including shower. Despite repeated complaints over 40 minutes, nothing happened and had to take shower with cold water.

This property is more then amazing a true 6-star hotel, clean, unique people and location, unbelieveble food and drinks, restaurants but a breath taking view of the infinity pool at 54th floor is unbeatable. Deserve one more star.

I ended up booking the Address Sky View Hotel by mistake, thinking it was the other Address Downtown, but I was pleasantly surprised by this newer branch. The hotel is magnificent, particularly the stunning views and its proximity to the Dubai Mall. The pool on the 52nd floor is truly breathtaking. However, I did encounter some issues with the spa staff, who weren’t very responsive. I attempted to make a booking several times and was promised a call back, but unfortunately, I never received one. The top-floor restaurant, C’est La Vie, offers incredible views, but the food was average, especially when compared to the competition, such as the 99 Restaurant in the other Address Downtown, which is simply outstanding. On a positive note, the flower arrangements, atmosphere, and scent in the reception area are exceptional, adding to the overall experience.

This hotel is pure luxury I stayed here for my 25th birthday and I must say I honestly loved every second of it, especially the infinity pool. The staff is super friendly and will never say no !

It was a nice property with some great amenities. The staff was great and the views were wonderful. When I went to take a shower, however, the hot water was out, which sucked, and I would not have expected this from a property of this quality, so I was quite disappointed.

Great Hotel!!!

There were no toothbrushes at the rooms and when I came to the front desk to ask the lady at the front treated me like an idiot like I don’t know reception don’t give toothbrush and that it had to be delivered to the rooms instead. Don’t know why the tone can be so rude… left a bad taste for the 1 night stay here. Came over from Emirates palace from Abu Dhabi and it makes this place Feels like bad value for the price despite being cheaper.

Really hard to fault. It is peak Dubai - quite a lively rooftop pool with incredible views and vibe.

I got here super early because of my flight, and they were super accommodating with an early check-in—plus, I even got a room upgrade. The whole hotel feels so luxurious, and it smells incredible everywhere. The views of the Burj Khalifa are insane, especially at night. The iftar buffet was amazing, with so many delicious options. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. I can’t wait to stay here again.

I booked for 2 nights, i paid quite a lot for a night almost 800GBP. One day i was back late at night after full day of meetings. I wanted to take a shower before sleeping and there were no hot water. They left a note saying due to annual maintenance there is no hot water available till next day 12pm. I am really disappointed given i would have stayed somewhere else during this period

Underwhelming

The staff entered room in my absence when told not to and also there is no accessible way back after 11 from the mall without stairs or escalators. The room was super cold in January but they did give electric heaters but i ended up with a cold cos of 1st night. The two room service guys who served food were very polite. The skyline pool isnt for kids and also the indoor spa was also not for kids so we couldnt enjoy together as family

Should and could be better

The hotel is nice and the rooms too, but the public bathrooms and especially the handicapped are terrible. Maintenance is awful. The doors don't work and the ceiling will leak when it rains.

Best experience i had ever

Skyview hotel was a pleasant Expedia VIP recommendation. Location, amenities and staff were excellent. Hotel dining options were excellent (but remember to pack smart clothes for the sky high fusion restaurant). Hotel stay offered access to the skyview walk

I liked the color coordination inside the rooms and everywhere. Cleanliness. Maintenance is very bad. You tell them and they don't do a good job.

I looked it's cleanliness and highly coordinated new furniture and walls. You'll enjoy going to this property by taxi or metro. You'll be disappointed and confused if you drive your own car.

As mentioned above the area around this property is pretty safe and quiet fairly quiet. Also it's close to Dubai Mall which is probably the largest mall in the world. There are plenty of dining options that you would like. Transportation is very very easy. Taxi is there or the Metro. Just a walking distance and it's walkable very nice to walk around especially now that the temperature in the climate is very nice especially early morning or in the evening.

Excellent hotel. Hight standard, very friendly, helpfull and attentive staff. I really enjoyed my short stay. The room was spacious, clean and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast goes in line with the standard: high level and of best quality. The location is also pretty nice; close to Dubai Mall and the Dubai Mall metro station. Absolutely a good choice for Dubai Downtown!

pool was closed and it is not stated on expedia anywhere I took pictures no where did it say that the pool was closed for maintenance for the past few months. this is the reason we booked 2 rooms in this hotel

Ah, the joys of our Dubai babymoon adventure. Two whole nights out of eight - Booked for that picture-perfect infinity pool? Plot twist: it's closed, we received information that it was closed until 5th of August, but nah.. Would've been nice to know before check-in, but who needs information when booking, anyway? Hungry for lunch? Hope you like lobby cafeteria tart vibes, because the restaurants decided to take a vacation too, even the receptionist looked clueless when I asked where we can eat lunch. Want some ambiance? Enjoy the soothing sounds of our mini-fridge's best impression of a submarine, accompanied by the room's mysterious buzzing symphony. Pro tip: put your ear to the pillow for the full 4D experience… Feel the excitement as the door vibrates like it's trying to escape. Is it the wind? Is it the pressure? Is it the hotel's way of saying "get out while you can"? Or maybe you just love vacuum cleaning at 01:00 AM, not sure who thought of that brilliant idea. Security on level 54 was really rude, had to Ronaldinho first her, then later him just to check the rooftop lounge and have a shisha. Overall I’m actually disappointed, I’ve always liked Address was a dream 10 years ago to stay in their hotels. Their slogan "where life happens" feels a bit optimistic for this particular hotel. At this rate, we're getting Rove Hotel thrills at luxury hotel bills. At least we got late check out. Would recommend Mina Al Salam or Al Qasr

Pictures don’t do this hotel justice honestly. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the mall but There Is a tunnel that connects the mall to the hotel. The hotel is very nice. Service is great. Maid service is great. Stunning views.

I left a day before because the only reason why I went to this hotel was for the infinity pool and nobody notify me the pool was closed I’m extremely mad about it I complain nobody seem like they care so I left I want a refund of this because it’s unfair that you don’t notify the customers

Area isolated. Pool closes early, then one has to change into different clothes because it becomes some sort of bar with minimum spending limits to get a table. Alway feels contrived exclusive. But overall a good property with cool views of Burj.

We stayed in both Address Sky and Address Beach. Both are top hotels but we enjoyed slightly more Address Beach. It has better rooftop pool and slightly better atmosphere. Saying that the city view from Address Sky pool was also amazing. The room was clean and included all the standard amenities. Nothing out of ordinary. Breakfast was also great with many options (not as great as in Address Beach). The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. What I was surprised about are the prices of food and beverages. Everything is extremely expensive. Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai. I would not choose Dubai for holidays due to this fact anymore. Overall great experience.

Wow factor hotel with infinity pool on 54th floor, very clean and lovely staff throughout hotel, in particular the club lounge and main restaurant for breakfast (apart from a very formal check in) very good breakfast selection, club lounge food very good quality but a bit limited in choice and great service for the drink top ups!!

Wonderful hotel, however NEVER agree on rooms on lower floors (mine was at 6th) - you will sing a long with partying people at restorant on ground floor till midnight everyday. I was completely upset being on a business trip with meetings early in the morning.

We really enjoyed staying at the Address Sky View. The service and quality was excellent. We loved the infinity pool which had amazing views. The hotel is very well located in Downtown and all the staff were very attentive. The hotel was very high quality and we would recommend it. The only small issue was the water pressure in the taps were a bit low

I have no words to describe how wonderful our experience was. The hotel has a lot of amenities but the more distinctive ones are definitely the pool areas, especially the roof top pool with its impressive views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Downtown. The food and drinks were high quality as well as the rooms. The customer service was also outstanding. I highly recommend this stay.
