Our rooms did not have the views as advertised, making the stay less desirable. It would be helpful to mention that some rooms do not have the advertised view beforehand. So you can decide if you want to continue with the booking.

Nothing however the place can improve by including cushions on the wooden chairs, should people wish to sit longer on the chairs. The bathroom didn't have a door.

The bathroom is not exclusive to the bathroom. How is the toilet situated in front of the bed? A weekend stay would definitely not be comfortable. No privacy at all.

The carpet in the room was not clean, if you walk on it bear foot it is sticky. Main braai was not clean we had to clean it before we could braai Maybe on the information on the room, let people know that the bathroom does not have n door and it's not private

There was no view in the room we booked, that was really disappointing because we are people who are always chasing views and a downgrade from the place we stayed at the previous year. It was fully booked that’s why we didn’t go there. The tv system is also something we are not used to. We always have a smart tv where we stay for our vacations makes life so better because we just connect with our own log in details voila,we have our tv on vacation. So a smart tv would be a win for you and your tenants. DSTv is completely outdated.

The Aircon didn't really cool the place (and it was very hot). The electricity was off for hours at a time and we couldn't get feedback as to when it was going to come back on.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at Kosmos Lodge from the 14th to the 16th. The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere peaceful, and the lodge itself beautifully kept. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Isaac for his excellent service throughout our stay, always friendly, professional, and willing to assist with anything we needed. His hospitality definitely made our experience even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to return and would love to book Room 6 or Room 7 next time, they offer the perfect balance of comfort and views.

We were not told about the WIFI by luck we saw it on the counter. The fire place was very disappointed. We had to ask them every night please to switch the gas on and by 8 pm they switch it off , the gentlemen told me we must use the air conditioner if we are cold.
