Reviewed May 14, 2026The place feels like home. My kids also enjoyed being at the property. Too bad we didn’t stay as much had lot of activities but definitely an entertaining house. Really felt at home. And how do I forget about plugs they literally everywhere and we also visited during winter all the rooms had heated blanket and a fire place.. 🥰

- The main bedroom upstairs didn't have a full length mirror. Mirror was only in the bathroom. - The stairs were challenging, especially when bringing in luggage and food.

It is a beautiful and spacious home with some tasteful finishes and extras (e.g., nice built-in braai, plunge pool, some books across a variety genres, pool table, and many more!). The host is also lovely and quite thoughtful. Four of us stayed a week or so before Christmas for a friendsmas—one of the highlights was the surprise Christmas tree.

The extra mile they go to, with the little homely touches, does not go unnoticed. Definitely going back to the property for more family vacations.
The gas in the outside heaters wouldn't turn on. Not a major issue, but we did note that.

Reviewed Feb 21, 2024The views from this villa are spectacular. The whole experience from an early check-in to constant correspondence from the host was very much appreciated. This is definitely home away from home. The host has thought of everything. From the high end cutlery and furniture to the little things like convenience items in the bathrooms, you will want for nothing. You will just need to bring your groceries. If you are missing something, there is a Spar 5kms away. The beds are extremely comfortable and the villa was extremely clean! You would need to pay extra for a cleaner if your stay is on a weekend or public holiday but definitely worth it. I will certainly be returning!!!

We spent most of our weekend outside on the patio enjoying the sheltered pool, soaking up some sun, and wining and dining with friends. Rooms have aircons and well decorated. Large lounge and kitchen area. Extra amenities and elegant touches made our stay extra special. Will definitely be back.

The house was clean and had everything we needed from blankets, towels, utensils, and more to enjoy the home. The location was perfect for all of our activities around the area. They provided restaurant recommendations which was wonderful and we tried two - both were great. The hosts were easy to work with and connect with for anything we needed. Would highly recommend the Windsor and would absolutely stay again!
