Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The bathroom was quite nice and updated, the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were available and easy to access. The check-in process was quick and friendly, the staff was very helpful.
The hotel itself is a bit dated despite renovations on specific floors. The curtains were ripped in areas, and the the paint was peeling a bit around the ceiling. The pool and hot tub area was low on water and looked like it could use a bit of a clean.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026cozy, comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with bathtub and shower which I prefer to just a stand alone shower. Possibility to make tea, fridge. We arrived early and the front desk let us check in right away which was fantastic because we were tired. We also had a problem with the toilet whee maintenance had to come up 3 different times, but for all the trouble they gave us a generous coupon for the restaurant. Loved the care and attentiveness. We were also invited to a Manager's Reception on the last evening where we had complimentary snacks and drinks. LOVED this too!

The front desk staff couldn’t find my reservation, tried to charge me to cancel said reservation they couldn’t find. Than tried to charge me $170 a night to re book. Refused to help me in any way. Than ignored me when I was showing them that I did in fact have a reservation.

The bar downstairs Winston’s had no atmosphere/ambiance. There was no music on and the staff didn’t seem friendly or helpful. Was weird. No music on, we were whispering to each other at our table. We wanted to go for a few drinks but ended up only having one. Was a sleepy environment.

The room was way too hot! The heat in the room would not shut down despite shutting the thermostat off completely. We had to open windows as the room was 25C and it was uncomfortable.

In driving up the ramp to the upper parking my normal height car bottomed out badly on the steel “bump” and I’m concerned it may have been damaged. My room was extremely hot even though I turned the thermostat all the way down. Also, the toilet had not been fully cleaned.

Breakfast at Winstons, in the hotel, was good. The waitress we had was amazing. The only downfall was the stairway to parking was gross. So dirty.
