The breakfast was good and adequate.

The parking lot is full of potholes, the elevator area is worn and dirty, there was pink mold in the showrr, the desk chair seat wobbly and the tv limited. Your You Tube doesn't allow viewing by guests and your live channel selection is very poor. Also the room door very hard to open and close and the bathroom door hinges need oiling.

Frustrating trying to get to the property with roadwork ongoing. Elevators were very dirty. Carpets were disgusting.

The staff were very nice

There was a guy on a bench in the parking lot smoking crack right outside the hotel when he got there. We did not leave the hotel or the room after dark because there were so many drug attics around. My daughters say a grown man’s bare rear in the hall when we arrived this really set the tone for locking ourselves in the room with the chairs against the door for the night. There was alarming banging and yelling in the hall at night. Probably just people minding their own business enjoying themselves but it was hard to sleep because I left on guard all night. Worst stay at a hotel, I think I booked the wrong location to be honest, we just wanted to be close to Science North. It was one night on our way home from camping.

Wonderful staff - so kind and helpful. We had a few niche questions and they were so willing to go the extra mile. The room was perfect and we appreciated the breakfast.

Le petit déjeuner : pas assez de place pour accueillir tout le monde. Nous avons emmené la nourriture du buffet dans notre chambre ( qui disposait d’une grande table ) mais pas très pratique.

Overall was good bt there is no proper lightening in the room and even no water provided in the room

Room was clean and HVAC worked really well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very close to downtown but not in the best neighborhood from what I could see the morning after arriving.

This is obviously an older hotel in need of some renovation. It had an elevator but it was tiny and grungy!

We stayed only 1 night before we continue our trip. The staff is friendly and the room was clean. It is a perfect hotel for a short overnight stop. The breakfast is fair

The area around the hotel is not nice. A lot of drug addicted people walk around the hotel that may create uncomfortable if you travel with kids.

Location and price was very good and front staff was kind and respectful.

The lounge appeared a little seedy for the old folk. We would have enjoyed a drink or two.

Receptionist, Misty, was amazing. Cheerful, and beyond helpful. She even went to the previously registered guest's room to retrieve the luggage cart for us!

The drive from the hwy to the hotel was a bit 'goofy' -- it meandered through residential areas for almost 5 miles. The exit from the hwy was also a little complicated in spite of the GPS mapping application assistance. (We were traveling westbound)

Cleanliness in the elevator (smells terrible) ,huge potholes in the parking lot! Walking around can be challenging with LOTS of drugged people on the road & sidewalks.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We loved Misty. The location was close to Bell park and close to downtown of Sudbury. The fridge was very big and spacious.

While the neighborhood has a lot to offer, a local mission and soup kitchen are located just down the hill beneath the nearby bridge. Because of this, as well as the proximity of several regional healthcare and rehabilitation facilities, you will often see individuals experiencing homelessness or substance use challenges gathering in the area. While they generally keep to themselves, they are a highly visible part of the local community in Sudbury.

Overall, everything was good, except for the elevator and the parking lot. The stay was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. However, the elevator could use some improvement, and the parking lot was not very convenient. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

Everything was good. Except the WIFI, which was not functioning properly. It could be my phone settings. Because the hotel WiFi was not s secure one.

Room had not been used for a while, so slight mildew. Same for shower, small amount of brown water came out of the faucit. This would be normal for a room not used in a while

The room was Modern enough and clean

The location was a bit sketchy. The common areas including carpets walls all glass doors and windows were dirty. The TV wasn't very big and the remote only worked if you were Within 6 in of the TV which kind of defeats the purpose of having a remote although I did not report it or try to get anyone to fix it.

There was absolutely NO parking available because customers for the bar used every space. That was VERY inconvenient. Also the location is right beside a homeless shelter which made us concerned about parking anywhere else.

The restaurant was Indian (Indi a) we were VERY disappointed. We walked 4 blocks to find Canadian/American food.

Was confronted several times by intoxicated locals asking for money/cigarettes etc. Im aware it's a city wide issue and not the hotel's fault

The room had a very strange smell. The room was ok but tired. It was relatively expensive compared to similar rooms on our trip.

Location was right next to a homeless shelter, spouse didn't feel safe. We ended up leaving.

It was right beside the soup kitchen. We needed to pass by the addiction/homeless customers lying all over the side of the road. The parking was bumpy and unclear as to where to go. Our ceiling had spots on it. I really hope they weren’t blood!! There was no space in the bathroom for getting ready.

Breakfast: There was a shortage of servers/ staffs. We stayed two days but saw some mis-management. We tried to inform that but the staff were peaches off instead of saying sorry. Specially Manager was too rude. He doesn't know how yo talk with guest. He was too loud with our group. He was acting like boss. He does not want to listen. This kind if customer service not expected from a managee. Elevator: Buttons does not work properly. Need to press couple of time steongly. Room condition: Bed supplies are not up to standard. Broken comforters were found almost every room. Kitchen: Stove oven was too messy, never cleaned. Bdd bug issue: One of our gust complaint about bad bug and showes picttof bites buy manager said to go to doctor instead of appology.

Comforter should be be need and clean.

After staying at hotel, we found some rash in my daughter's skin. we have suspected there may be some bedbugs.

Breakfast was average. The stuff were rude to customers.

There’s an EV charging station in the parking lot, but the spots are often occupied by non-EV vehicles, usually by hotel staff. Also, a membership card is required to use the charger.

I did not stay at this hotel. Booking.com sent me a message notifying me that they weren´t able to confirm my room at Quality Inn in Sudbury. It made me to look for another accomodation. I called to Booking.com, they sent me to call to the hotel. I did. It was my worse experience with a customer relationship person. I was treated extremely poorly. They clearly stated that only Booking.com can refund my money and that any reservation I make must be paid again. The withheld money was LOST. I am no longer inted to stay at this hotel.

Awkward to get to. Noisy

Price was good. Parking fills up quick at night. So we just got lucky getting the last spot a couple nights. Bed were comfortable and room was very clean. Shower head was amazing. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. And price was good.

We had a great stay , the staff was great , cute little breakfast was kinda expecting more, but overall good stay. The location of the hotel is what is not good about it.

The staff was wonderful and made the stay terrific.

It was a good stay. There aren't many cable options, but it was pretty good for the price. Enough for a stopover and a rest during my time in the city.
