Location

Noisy at night due to traffic Limited breakfast choices - would have liked a choice of fresh fruit and cereals.

The location was great. A little noisy as it is on a busy street. Convenient to stores, trains, and buses. Small room,but comfortable. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable of our stay.

No refrigerator. The towels were really rough. There is luggage storage but it is not secured. There is an open back door where someone could come right in and take luggage. Front desk even tells you not to leave anything as the area is not secure.

O hotel devia ser um 3 estrelas. Muito antigo por fora e todas as partes comuns por dentro. O quarto onde ficamos foi renovado e por isso mais agradável do que o resto do hotel. O quarto dava para a estrada principal, pelo que não dormimos toda a noite com o barulho. A estrutura da janelas é antiga e por isso não isola o barulho. Sem ar condicionado. Pequeno almoço sem grandes opções. Os ovos secos e com pedaços queimados. Um cheiro estranho em todo o hotel. A não repetir.

Das Personal war grossartig - sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sympathisch. Die bereitgestellten Duschmittel von Soeder haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Zimmer war trotz Doppelverglasung sehr laut. Da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, war es wirklich unerträglich heiss im Zimmer. Der nahegelegene "Raucherbalkon" sorgte dafür, dass es zudem sehr nach Aschenbecher roch. Das Zimmer war nur bedingt sauber - Spinnweben und Staub waren überall zu finden. Für den doch sehr stolzen Preis war das Zimmer absolut unter unseren Erwartungen.

Convenient location near lake with buses close by to travel around town. Helpful friendly staff. clean rooms. Good breakfast.

No air conditioning - we did know this. We should have asked for an extra fan as visited in heatwave

The room was quite warm, and the fan provided was not powerful enough to cool it down adequately

The only thing I really liked about this hotel was its location. The room was nice and clean, but quite small. There was no air conditioning or fridge in the room, and no telephone to contact the reception.

The staff made up for any shortcomings. We stayed for a week and we received a great smile and friendly interaction each time we entered the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows amazing. The shower was great and room and bathroom very clean.

The twin room was little cramped for sharing and only one comfortable chair in it. Not really the type of room you'd want to stay in and read a book, as the road noise was intense if you left the windows open. Constant sewerage smell around the OUTSIDE of the hotel Room cleaning was incomplete at least once... e.g. no bin bag etc.

No guest lounge or area to spend time outside room other than sofas in the lobby. Very noisy area especially early morning lorries start deliveries to local shops. No air con & rooms a bit stuffy with with windows closed but noisy when windows open.

L'hôtel est très joliment renové avec beaucoup de goût et même avec une machine Nespresso dans la chambre.

Le pommeau de douche pourrait être un peu plus grand.

Die Lage ist top. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmergröße angenehm groß.

Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Parkplätze sehr sehr teuer.

The hotel has an overall good quality (room, location, breakfast). The staff is very professional and kind, very good location in Luzern center.

Nothing to say

Beim Check-in gab es die vorher angefragte Parkkarte fürs Parkhaus gegenüber vom freundlichen Servicepersonal sofort auf die Hand. Also Auto erstmal ausgeladen, dann geparkt, dann der Schreibkram. Fantastisch! Die Lage mitten im Herzen von Luzern und die Erreichbarkeit von Bus/ Bahn waren prima! Und der See quasi vor der Hoteltür. Das Bad war neu renoviert und chic. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.

Mitten im Herzen schlägt natürlich der Puls (Verkehr), also würde ich empfehlen, für empfindliche Ohren, Ohropax zu benutzen, wenn die Fenster nachts aufbleiben sollen.

Mancanza di parcheggio (che era indicato: abbiamo scelto l’hotel per quello); mancanza di aria condizionata (abbiamo dovuto “dormire” con le finestre aperte per il caldo in stanza, sopra al semaforo della via principale della città, con rumori continui di auto e gente che gridava); la colazione lascia molto a desiderare per il prezzo richiesto

War alles in ordnung war sehr gute lange und an der reseption wurde man gut bedient

Ez sind immer etwas schlechter. Nach der Dusche stand das komplette Bad unter Wasser!!!! Lichtschalter neben dem Bett schaltet das komplette Stromsystem aus … und morgens ist das Handy nicht geladen 🤪🙈

The location was really good. Close to everything. Loved having a grocery store very close.

No air conditioning!!! I couldn’t sleep. It was miserable. The breakfast had overcooked scrambled eggs every single day, same fruit—apples and bananas. No variety.

Die Lage ist perfekt, wär in der Innenstadt übernachten möchte.

Die Einzelzimmer sind für den Preis sehr klein

Hotel liegt zentral in Bahnhofsnähe sowie fußläufig erreichbar ist die Schiffsanlegestelle f. Panoramarundfahrt. Auch die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus (nur 2 Haltestellen zum Bahnhof)

Dass man das Morgenessen noch seperat bezahlen muss! 20 Franken ist zuviel, für das was es bietet und dass es kein Restaurant gibt und dass es auf den Zimmern nichts zu trinken hat. Für ein Viersternehotel ist das sehr negativ

Une chambre correcte. Lit confortable. Personnel aimable.

Le bruit autour de l’hôtel . Les distributeurs de savon, gel et lotion, étaient tous en mauvais condition, très difficile d’obtenir le produit. Le produit n’était pas de bonne qualité.

the room was cozy and nice, with a view twords the lake, withi a nice shower room,. They let me put some food in ther fridg in the resturant. very peasent place and near bus station to bahnhoff. I recomment the place.

L’absence de climatisation quand il fait 35 degrés à l’extérieur et 28 dans la chambre le soir.

Muy buena ubicación y limpio.

Las habitaciones y, especialmente, los baños, eran bastante pequeños. El desayuno era muy limitado. Además, el precio era muy alto (incluso para ser Lucerna, que ya es una ciudad cara de por sí) en relación al servicio ofrecido.

Frühstücksbuffet war toll :-) Zimmer waren sauber

Leider hatten wir übersehen, dass die Hotelzimmer nicht mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. In dieser Hitzezeit war es sehr schwierig Schlaf vor 1 Uhr zu finden. Unser Zimmer ging leider genau auf die Strasse hinaus, und der Durchgangverkehr hat uns zusätzlich wach gehalten.

An einem der Tage war das Frühstücksbuffet bereits um 9:00 Uhr fast komplett nicht mehr verfügbar und wurde auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt. An den anderen Tagen war es ok.

Es war im Zimmer extrem heiß. Bei diesen Preisen würde man Klimatisierung erwarten.

Location, nothing else

The room was very hot and the provided fan was inadequate, I would suggest not to stay here if you cannot sleep in hot weather. The standard of the hotel is budget for school trips, lots of noisy somewhat ill behaved US students

Central Location: The only real silver lining is that it's situated right in the center of Lucerne.

For a well-known, high-priced hotel charging around €300 a night, the combination of unbearable top-floor heat, a leaky bathroom, and frustrating amenities made for a miserable, sleepless stay. It is definitely not recommended during warmer weather. Unbearable Heat & Sleepless Night: Being on the 6th floor with no AC turned the room into a sauna. Even with two windows wide open from sunset until 7:00 AM, there was virtually no breeze coming in, making sleep nearly impossible. Unusable Fan: While management did provide a fan, it blew so aggressively that you couldn't actually keep it running while trying to rest. Leaky Shower: The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, forcing you to use your bath towels just to mop up the water. Sluggish, Cramped Elevator: The elevator was tiny and moved at a snail's pace—so much so that you were better off hiking multiple flights of stairs instead. No On-Site Parking: The hotel offers no parking. The cheapest available spot required a 5-minute walk to the City Parkplatz (costing roughly 20–25 CHF for 24 hours), while other nearby garages were astronomically expensive.

Location is good.

No mini fridge, no air conditioning nor fan. The facilities and services fail far below standard four star hotel. Please confirm if it is as advertised in booking.com as a four star hotel?

Situation centrale

Chambre minuscule, salle de bain aussi, mobilier insuffisant (une seule chaise inconfortable). Ne mérite en aucun cas ses quatre étoiles.

The room was immaculate, and the addition of a coffee machine is great, and most welcome. The location of the hotel is superb, and convenient for access to public transport. On this occasion I did not take breakfast, but it is important to have this available. The staff were superb, friendly, welcoming and most helpful, this was greatly appreciated - I'd give them all 5 stars!

There was nothing I really didn't like about the hotel, but perhaps disposable slippers could be included in the bathroom/toiletries - which, by the way were of excellent quality,

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Luzernerhof. Die Lage ist wirklich top – nur wenige Schritte vom See entfernt, und auch Bahnhof und Altstadt sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das superfreundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Rooms as a tight squeeze but worked out fine. Woman at front desk was very helpful. Last day we were there someone in dining room Didn’t come into work and it was bedlam. The guy handling breakfast was under all Sorts of pressure and it was not pleasant.

Neanche una bottiglia di acqua in camera. Camera calda un ventilatore in dotazione ridicola.

Die Lage ist sehr gut nah am See. Das Zimmer war sauber. Gute Matratze. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Die Zimmerausstattung war spärlich. Einziges Extra einen Kaffeemaschine, aber kein Rahm. Und es war unerträglich war im Zimmer. Die Fenster liessen sich nur einen kleinen Spalt weit öffnen. Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Industrielles Rührei, kein Speck, keine Würstchen. Brot und Croissants wirkten wie aus dem Backofen gemacht und hatten nichts mit guten Schweizer Gipfeli gemeinsam.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad fiel der Putz von der Decke und das Frühstück war für ein vier Sterne Haus miserabel.
