The clean staff removed the room card and left fridge without power . All stuff inside had to be thrown away.

Sin saberlo llegamos a Lucerna en un día que allí era feriado y como bien lo informa el hotel, el sistema que tienen es de check in y check out automatizados por lo cual sin obtener nuestra tarjeta de entrada no podíamos acceder a nuestra habitación. Por suerte a los pocos minutos entró un señor que venía con una herramienta de trabajo y ante nuestra explicación de la situación, se comunicó por celular con alguien del personal del hotel y en un par de minutos el inconveniente estaba solucionado y ya podíamos subir a nuestra habitación. Al retirarse el señor que había sido tan amable, la empleada nos contó que ese era el dueño del hotel. Al margen de lo anecdótico: en la esquina, a la vuelta funciona otro hotel relacionado y con recepción al que se puede recurrir ante cualquier problema. Cuenta con una cómoda zona de desayunador de acceso libre con infusiones y microondas a disposición y una terraza muy agradable. Todo funcionó perfectamente y la ubicación es ideal.

We loved the room they gave us. Room 603 is on the top floor all the way to the end and had a huge balcony with a pretty view of the city. We really enjoyed it. The price for what you get is amazing. The bed is so comfortable. The room was very spacious. Location is great there’s a bus stop right outside but everything is walking distance.

I was so sure we had booked with breakfast but when we went down they said we didn’t. They could be right and that’s fine I just remember differently but what bothered me is how aggressive the staff was about it. We weren’t trying to steal we genuinely thought we booked with breakfast. They could tell I was upset with how much they were arguing with me so they offered to let us eat but we didn’t feel like it at that point so we left. My husband and I were just surprised by how they were speaking. If we didn’t have breakfast that’s fine we remember differently but the interaction with them really through us off.

Great position. Reasonable price for Lucerne. Very comfortable room. Tea and coffee available in breakfast time any time which was wonderful. Very enjoyable stay.

The shower screen was very ineffective and it was difficult not to get water on the floor.

Las almohadas un poco duras y no tienen almohadones para estar semisentado paraleer o ver tv.

Swietna lokalizacja, samo centrum miasta z cudownymi knajpkami na samą wodą. Z hotelu 5-10 min i jesteś. Hotel bardzo dobry. Meldunek bezobsługowy przez komputer. Wygodne, przestronne pokoje z łazienkami i bardzo wygodnymi materacami. Czysto, schludnie i spokojnie. Śniadanie do wyboru, dużo i smacznie.

Close to the train station and Old Town.

Only downside was it wasn’t the easiest for a first timer.

Everything was great, beyond our expectations to be honest. We didn't expect there to be a bathtub but there was. The location is also great, bus stop right under the building, walking distance to the station, coop around the corner. All the attractions are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay there very much, we will return if we visit Luzern again! Breakfast was good, not many options, but we were satisfied considering the price we paid.

Breakfast was basic. Adding eggs as scrambled or fird, pancakes, waffles would make it exceptional. Everything else was very nice. Thank you.

Paying for parking. For the price iof the room, the parking being included would increase the price quality score.

Excellent check in process. Clean room with nice space, an added table and chairs. Good breakfast!!

TV guide in room showed nearly 200 channels available but not many were actually programmed and had sound. Bathroom a bit dated but good size

Food at the breakfast buffet wasn’t covered. They were left exposed to passing flies and I found this unhygienic.

Precio caro (todo es caro en Lucerna). El baño se necesitaría modernizarlo, queda algo anticuado.

Check in autonome très simple et efficace La localisation (proche des attractions, bus, train…) Belle salle de repas accessible pour tous avec de la vaisselle et un micro-ondes annexé à une belle terrasse. Épicerie à moins de 5 minutes. Grande chambre avec balcon.

Well-located for the lakefront in Lucerne, clean and comfortable rooms with balconies. Very good breakfast. Parking was fairly convenient.

I do know it’s Switzerland but it’s still very expensive for what it is. Parking is discounted slightly but not included and you have to pay in a nearby hotel.

Struttura comoda vicino al centro è pulitissima

Easy process to check in, our room was ready before the allocated time so that was handy, although there are lockers available to hire for your luggage that are €2 deposit. The place has a lift and the room was comfortable. It had a large bed and bathroom area and a fridge, although it wasn’t overly cold. The room also had a good a/c and a small balcony. Breakfast was included in our price and was good value with lots of choices of cereals, teas and coffee, pastries, meats and cheeses as well as breads. Close walking distance to the train station (about 10 mins) and to the lake was about 5 mins. There is a supermarket next door which was handy. A quiet hotel despite being on the main road. We didn’t hear anyone.

Nice strong air conditioning. Uncomplicated check in. Quick elevator. Very clean room. Lots of space for wash bags and to hang up towels in the bathroom. Easy check out. Very close to bus stops and a supermarket.

The light switch in the bathroom did not always work the first time. The shower is in a bathtub - more difficult for older people.

L'albergo ha un'ottima posizione, si raggiunge il centro a piedi. Stanze accoglienti e pulite. Ottima colazione.

Il prezzo e’ troppo alto per la struttura. La reception e’ in un altro hotel a poca distanza, ma non e’ indicato. Il prezzo poteva includere il parcheggio e un bollitore in camera.
