Erg schraal hotel. Oud badkamertje met kit voegen die hier en daar in grijs gerepareerd waren, de rest van de kitvoegen waren wit. Armoedig en oud hotel.

Chambre minuscule avec taille du lit mensongère (mis comme queen size mais qui était en réalité de 140 cl et justifie par la réceptionniste comme la taille standard de la chaîne). Photos ne reflétant absolument pas la chambre que nous avons eu. Ventilation horriblement bruyante. insonorisation vraiment pas terrible. Propreté limite. Personnel tout juste aimable. Rapport qualité-prix : à fuir !!!! Certes l’hôtel est en Suisse mais il y a des limites !

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Lokalizacja była dobra i korzystna była pomoc recepcji przy opłacie za parking. Fajnie że można było pogrzać jedzenie w mikrofalówce i zjeść w sali gdzie wydawane były śniadania.
Brak hotelowego parkingu. Drastyczna zmiana ceny za ten sam pokój z nocy na noc (z 135CHF na 230CHF). Zamieszanie przy przedłużaniu pobytu (najpierw powiedziano mi że jest pokój, potem że nie ma, potem że będzie kosztował 230CHF za noc, poczym zarezerwowałam sama przez aplikację booking za 170chf) Brud i smród w pokoju (czarna pleśń na fugach na podłodze w łazience, coś śmierdziało w pokoju) - musiałyśmy trzymać otwarte okno prawie cały czas. Ludzie nad nami strasznie hałasowali (słabe stropy?). Zabrano nam czajnik i wstawiono ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Miło mieć ekspres ale dlaczego zabrano nam czajnik którego bardziej potrzebowałyśmy?

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is great. Nice touch to have the option of using the dining room in the evening for take out or the frozen dinner. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The room was dark and there was no bedside lamp for reading. I went downstairs to see if there was another light available but the young woman could not find anything that would make a difference. I really like to have a refrigerator in the room.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, weshalb man nie lange braucht um zum See oder in die Altstadt zu laufen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch einen Coop und einen Lidl für Einkäufe.
Mein Zimmer war leider schon sehr abgenutzt (Tür, Teppich, Bad) und die Zimmer Gestaltung in hellgrün und lila hat mir auch nicht sehr gefallen. Für den Preis, den man zahlt, hätte ich mehr erwartet. Für 2 Nächte hat es auf jeden Fall gereicht, aber ich glaube nächstes Mal würde ich eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The apartment was wonderful! The location is perfect — right in the center of Bellagio and only a few minutes’ walk from the ferry, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having private parking was a huge advantage, especially in Bellagio. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

The only downside was that there was a slight smell in the room, similar to cigarette smoke.

A very strangely stringent approach towards checkin. We had 2 rooms, and they made a fuss with my elderly parents who did not have a credit card, about the city tax and were almost unwilling to let them check-in after a long flight, while i had gone to just get some meals to a nearby market since we had reached slightly early. And this despite me having informed them in advance about returning in a short while and them refusing to complete the checkin formalities because the room was being cleaned despite my confirmation to complete all formalities in advance, and to note that the entire stay was already paid in advance . All else was good except this incident.

Lo recomiendo ,antes de alojarte en Kriens o Horw ,así evitas perder tiempo con los dezplasamientos.
Se nota que es un hotel antiguo que le falta una reforma ,pero es comodo

When checking in, a staff at the front lobby told us that the room wasn't booked and we freaked out, but it was booked and it was so unprofessional to tell that. Also cups didn't get cleaned nor toilet paper was filled.

la clim ne fonctionnait pas dans une des deux chambres. Impossible de joindre la réception qui était débordée. Finalement jointe, pas de possibilité de réparer la clim le jour même (il faisait plus de 35 degrés ce jour là), la réception propose d'envoyer quelqu'un en chambre le lendemain matin (un dimanche). Je refuse afin de ne pas être dérangée. Le réparateur est tout de même venu taper avant 9h du matin, suivi de la femme de ménage malgré l'écriteau ne pas déranger. La chambre coutait plus de 350CHF ce jour la, clairement le personnel, les équipements et le service n'était pas au niveau du tarif imposé.
