Mooie ruime kamer. Fijn bed. Alles prima in orde. Het hotel ligt op perfecte locatie en op de plekjes die je op de plaatjes ziet als je Luzern zoekt op internet. Wij hadden geen last van de trein ( ligging bij het station) of iets dergelijks. Onze kamer lag aan de zijkant en keek uit op een soort binnenplaats. Rustig geslapen.

De lakens lagen los op de matrassen. In de ochtend lag het bijna opgekruld bij je voeten en lig je praktisch op het matras. Zelf vind ik dit niet zo fris. Misschien tip om de lakens strak opmaken door het onder matras te stoppen. Maar voor de rest alles fris, netjes en schoon. Verder prima ontbijt. Alles aanwezig. Zeker aanrader om te boeken op doorreis met bezoek aan Luzern of voor cirytrip.

The hotel is close to the train station which is amazing.

Sadly our room smelt heavily of ash, post a fire that took place a couple weeks before hand. The smell was masked with air freshener, which didn't work. Our room was station on the 4th floor and next to construction, we were woken up every morning 7am to tools, voices and loud noises. For some people Switzerland is a once in a life time opportunity and for the price you pay the rooms you shouldn't have to be woken up like that. I believe there should be compensation and fellow guest should be warned before staying. The fire alarms went off Thursday afternoon and there was no announcement to say if it was real or fake. Again Friday morning at 6:30am again no announcement. When speaking to the staff about this issue they apologised and asked how we were paying for the room tax, Very unsatisfied, over priced for a room next to construction, and smelling of ash.

המלון בשיפוצים. אין מתקנים. לא ברור על מה נחשב המלון ל 4 כוכבים. ב2 הלילות ששנינו במלון היו התראות על עשן בבניין אחת מהן העירה אותנו ב 6 בבוקר.

First of all, hotel location is unbeatable. On a quiet side street across from the main train station, it faces the park (hence the name), and allows one to reach in a few minutes both the trains and lake boat piers. With a 4 night long stay in Luzern, we truly appreciated our beautiful bright room. Thank you, Natalie! The room was clean, sunny, perfectly air-conditioned and very comfortable. It had the fridge for fresh berries and fruit we kept buying. Reception people were friendly, helpful and provided both maps and transit info for trips to Mount Rigi and Pilatus. We did not use hotel breakfast, but I’d like to recommend nearby vegetarian oasis buffet Tibits (on the train station) and, especially, having lunch at the Manora cafeteria on the top floor of the Manor department store (across the Reuss river, 10-15 min walk from the hotel).

Hotel price was quite high. However, it is hardly surprising with Luzern being the top Swiss destination, especially in peak summer season.

Pillows were totally flat which is quite uncomfortable when it's only one pillow per guest

The location is one of this hotel's biggest strengths. It's just a 5-minute walk from both the train station and boat terminal, about a 10-minute walk to the charming Old Town, and there's a Migros grocery store just down the street. Our room was a comfortable size with a well-designed layout that made good use of the space. We didn't eat at the hotel because there were so many excellent restaurants and cafés within a few minutes' walk. Overall, this was a fantastic base for exploring the area. Its central location made it easy to return to the hotel for a quick rest after a full day of sightseeing before heading back out for dinner in the evening.

When we checked into the hotel, we were told that there had been a fire next door about 2 weeks before our stay. Our room was on the second floor, and the hallway still had a fairly strong odor of smoke. Fortunately, our room had no lingering smoke smell at all and was perfectly comfortable.

Regularly stay here for business purposes. Central location. Clean and comfortable.

Whilst most the team members are great my visit was left with a real sour taste after an experience with one of the restaurant staff. He was very rude to myself and colleague and unfortunately for him when he then made comments to another guest about us he didn’t realise that whilst I am English I do also speak German! When challenged we received no apology.

Frühstück beim ersten Mal sehr lecker, besonders das frische Brot. Aber jeden Tag gleiche Wurst und Käse, teilweise Reste vom letzten Tag war dann nicht mehr der Hit. Der Service war sehr toll und hilfsbereit, auch beim Transport unseres Gepäcks.

Pretty disappointing stay. Think hyatt place or hilton garden inn for a comparable hotel. Of all the Lucerne hotels, we pick the one that has a fire 2 days before we get there. So now you have construction all over and ozone machines throughout trying to get rid of smoke smell. Would have been a nice gesture to let us know before we arrived and we could decide if we still wanted to stay there. Fairly loud rooms with people walking around above us and slamming doors in hallways. Otherwise, location decent and staff nice.

O hotel fica muito perto da estação de trem, podendo chegar e sair a pé. O hotel disponibiliza guarda da bagagem e o café da manhã é bastante farto. O restaurante dá pro fundo de um parque muito agradável. Cama confortável e banheiro com tamanho bom e chuveiro potente.

Como meu quarto era single, ele ficou bem no fim do corredor do andar, havendo alguns lances de escada para alcançar. Com mala, isso se torna mais difícil, mas eu tive auxílio de funcionários do hotel tanto na chegada quanto na saída.

Excellent location near the old town and KKL. Very good starting point for visiting Luzern and in walking distance from the train station. Garage available but will not be reserved. So first come first serve. Nice restaurant associated with the hotel (Bellini).

The breakfast is only average.

The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, however they don't have more than one triple room on the same floor but overall the hotel experience was very nice, the staff were welcoming, very attentive and helpful in giving us information about attractions to see in Luzern. We liked the environment of the breakfast and the variety of food for the breakfast. The location of the hotel was just next to the central train station, few minutes, once you get out from the side exit you will see the sign board right away across the street. There are many nearby restaurants to dine out or take away.

Very comfortable hotel, perfect location near the center of everything you'd want to walk to, and kind staff. Accommodations in Lucerne in general are expensive, but this was the best option for price, location, hotel condition and still had AC. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Main Train station; easy access to many touristic sites. The hotel and room were nice and clean, BF was sufficient. Front office staff were fantastic.

Good location. Easy access to the trams which run all the time. In about five minutes, you can be in the middle of town. Really enjoyed the cartoon museum. They had a fascinating exhibition. The hotel is large, bright and clean with very fun and excellent artwork all around the building. Our room was quite compact, but very clean and nicely appointed with space saving design features. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was very nice. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were very very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location , can explore the city easily. Hotel modern and peaceful , air con in rooms, we had a family room which was two adjoining rooms. All clean and well presented. Lovely breakfast and restaurant paired with hotel was good quality and recoeved 10% off for staying at hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Kids play park right outside . Recommended!

We had a lovely 4-night stay at this nice hotel. I cannot fault the location as it is right next to the main train station and within easy walking distance to the places of interests. We visited Zurich, Interlaken and Mount Rigi while staying here and transport was very easy. We were a family of 3 adults and stayed at a Triple Room. With the extra single bed, there wasn't much room space when all our suitcases are laid out, but we managed alright. There was a lift to access our floor, but to access our room, we had to go through extra steps and doors, which was a bit of a hassle with the luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast, but we had dinner at the Bellini Locanda Ticinese. Food was amazing, and we got excellent table service from Ahmed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Continental Park during our Switzerland trip. The rooms were lovely, the staff was very helpful providing information when we asked and the location could not be beat! Close to the train station, local parks, the beach old town, the river. And importantly, as we visited during the heat wave, the air conditioning kept us nice and cool! Highly recommend this property!

This fourth generation family run hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Steps from Lucerne’s main train station, modern renovations, great design taste and functional complete with coffee machines and AC. Excellent value for money. Would come back!

A localização é perfeita para quem chega de trem, é ao lado da estação. O hotel é bem bonito, o café da manhã é bem bom.

O atendimento de algumas moças na recepção não foi bom. Dependendo de com quem você conversava, o atendimento era muito diferente: de extremamente simpático a te ignorar por completo… Isto não é bom para viajantes que não são da cidade ou do país; ainda bem que falamos inglês e francês, pois as não simpáticas não faziam questão de entender os estrangeiros... péssimo....

Estávamos eu e minha esposa e depois minha filha veio nos encontrar. A estadia foi muito boa e a recepcionista que nos atendeu foi muito gentil e nos ajudou bastante quanto a dicas de passeios e tudo mais.

Nem todas as recepcionistas era simpática, ao contrário tinham algumas extremamente rudes.

On entering the room it had a strong smelling odor from some scent they put in the room. It was so strong I asked to move to a different room but they did not have one so they aired out the room and put a fan but as it was so hot leaving the windows open for a long period of time was not possible. Also theo air conditioning was not working very well so the room was hot. Also a very funky design. Not worth the money

An amazing hotel located perfectly in Lurcurne Switzerland. Accommodations and amenities were excellent. Desk personnel were kind, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely a five star experience

I've got nothing but positive feedback regarding my two night stay at Hotel Continental Park. The proximity of this hotel to the train station and ferry boat docks is convenient (5 minute walk), the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom (shower, no bath tub) was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient and provided a high level of customer service (I left some medication in my room at check out and they held it and hand delivered it to me at the boat docks when I returned to town several days later). This property absolutely warrants consideration if you are just passing through Lucerne or staying here for several days. You won't be disappointed.

We loved this hotel. The front desk staff did a tremendous job. The room and bathroom were attractive, clean, and comfortable. And the air conditioning worked well during a severe heat wave. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the lake, bus/train stations, and restaurants and shops.

Children can play if you have any.A little known secret is if you’re air conditioning is not cool enough ask the front desk for a fan. it will make all the difference. Also only a 10 minute walk from the docks and the center of the old town

What a fabulous hotel! The room was clean and the decor is very modern. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with train tickets to the Zurich airport. The location is also wonderful. Hotel Continental is not in the crowded touristy areas near the historic brides, but is a very short walk to the area. When I compared prices for hotels, I found the cost of places to stay by the "popular area" were so much more and not as great as what Hotel Continental had to offer. The area around the hotel is beautiful and clean. There is a great pizza place called Besties around the corner. The train station is across the street which was very convenient for our departure. I highly recommend this hotel.
