Fantastic property, great decor, nice rooms, delicious breakfast. Location was great. Nice proximity to train and boat station and very walkable to lots of great restaurants.

Nothing I didn't like except the lack of a gym in which to exercise.

This property was very clean and modern excellent location very nice Staff.

The water bottle had a cardboard filter in it and the water then refill the water had a very bitter taste to it. I’m not sure if this is a detergent or some water treatment.

Прекрасное расположение. Отель достаточно современный и чистый. В лобби есть кран для наполнения холодной воды/соды. Вид во внутренний двор, достаточно тихий.

Очень маленький номер и кровать. Кондиционирование практически не работает. На завтраке яичница была жутко пересолена, в принципе не понимаю, зачем солить яйца, ведь каждый может посолить по вкусу. В ванной комнате в раковине был засор и вода очень плохо уходила. При такой стоимости ожидания были гораздо выше.

Ubicación

Completely remodeled, very modern stylish rooms. The beds were quite hard however I was able to get a mattress pad which solved the problem. The location is fantastic a two minute walk to the train station.

Location is great - quick walk to the train station and to old town. Staff were so helpful and accomodating. Room and facilities was everything we needed!

The location is excellent as it is reasonably close to the train station and a short walk to town. The air con was good and it had a fridge and coffee maker. We did not have breakfast there but were given a great recommendation just a short walk away. The shower was good ans the TV was huge and had some English channels. The staff were very friendly. The lift was a good size and quick. The bed was comfortable and the duvet wasn't too heavy.

There was only one small windows so room was a little dark. The cups with the coffee maker were very small but we asked for larger ones to make a cup of tea. There is no USB port but we were given an adaptor so were able to charge our phones. The room was quite small but this wasn't a major problem for us as we didn't have too much luggage.

The Ameron in Lucerne has the best location. You are a block away from the train station and 2 doors down is the covered bridge. You are literally right in the middle of everything. We booked our day trip to Mt Rigi right at the front desk. Their entire staff is awesome and the cleanliness throughout is impecable. Their restaurant serves a great full breakfast or coffee and croissant for light breakfast eaters. We had dinner and throughly enjoyed the large portions and quality. There are loads of local take away options as well. We had a balcony room which gave us plenty of space to unpack and unwind. I can't say enough great things about the Ameron Lucerne, I glad I chose to stay there and would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Great location, very comfortable and modern rooms if a little small. Nice breakfast, not a huge range but still sufficient. The hotel offers drinking water in the lobby, is well situated close to the Luzern train station and within easy walking distance of several great restaurants.

Location and its cleanliness

We had a fantastic five-night stay at the hotel and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Lucerne. The hotel is in a terrific location - just a few minutes’ walk from the railway station and with an abundance of good restaurants, cafes and shops very close by. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and has a very welcoming atmosphere. This comes from the brilliant staff - all of whom were incredibly friendly and helpful to us during our stay. I can’t praise the staff highly enough for everything they did to ensure we had a great time. Our room was great. Modern and spotlessly clean with a great shower. The communal areas are lovely and the restaurant is great for breakfast. We also had a nice lunch there on the day we arrived. Overall, we had a fantastic time. I couldn’t fault the hotel in any way and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Lucerne in the future.

It was a great hotel, good location to see the sights, find dinner and visit the Rosengart collection. Certainly one to recommend if you are thinking of visiting Lucern. I will certainly keep the hotel in mind if we return.

Amazing experience! The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Lake Lucerne, right next to the train and boat stations and steps from the most beautiful mountain town I’ve ever been to! The rooms were clean, well decorated and spacious. Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, specifically Ilaria at the front desk who was so sweet to my mom on her birthday!

Cannot say enough good things about the AMERON Luzern Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect — just far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep, yet only steps away from the bridges leading into Old Town. We walked everywhere, including to and from the train station, and loved how effortless it was to explore the city from this spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with fresh options and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to start the day on a high note. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to come back to after long days of sightseeing. Everything about our stay felt smooth, warm, and well cared for. AMERON Luzern truly made our time in the city even more special.

Es war sehr sauber, das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Besonders die Klimaanlage war bei den warmen Temperaturen ein grosser Pluspunkt.

Einzig der Preis war für mein Empfinden etwas zu hoch und das Bett war eher hart. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel aber trotzdem weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

The staff were very helpful and I loved the free water refills in the lobby of still and sparkling. The bed was comfortable. Very convenient near the train station.

The standard room is cute but very small if you have lots of luggage.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Check-in process was a breeze, was also offered a welcome homemade iced tea! Amazing sustainability initiatives like the “no room cleaning” option, which apparently gets you a free drink at the bar! And also a sticky notepad for you to leaves used clothing items that the hotel then can put up for donation is so amazing! I’ve always brought slightly older t-shirts on my travels and felt it was a great option to be able to leave them for donations. Not forgetting the free mini bar that gets restocked every night of your stay!

We had a superior stay at Ameron Hotel Flora in Lucerne! The hotel provides quality and comfort with a great location. Florence has a dynamic personality and provided exellent customer service both when we arrived and throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful. The air conditioning was a life saver as we visited during a weather event with extreme heat.

Clean, friendly, conveniently located.

The room was a little too small. We both banged our legs trying to squeeze between the end of the bed.

I think we had one of the only hotels with A/C in Lucerne during the heat wave and were so glad! This was a great hotel with a good restaurant with a good location. We were able to walk easily to the train with our luggage and to go on day trips to Pilatus and Stanserhorn.

This place was conveniently located and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the accommodations were excellent. We took advantage of the restaurant and everything was exceptionally great.

We stayed in several hotels this vacation, and Ameron was the nicest in terms of the room, the bed, and the bathroom. The hotel is completely brand new and it was so clean and so comfortable and the lighting was perfect- the shower had a huge shower head like a rainfall, and they had fruit and water in the room for us to snack on. The location cannot be beat- it's 1 block from the Chapel Bridge and 2 blocks from the train station. Literally a perfect location. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and truly our favorite breakfasts of our trip. HIGHLY recommend!!

Checking into a hotel is often the first impression a guest receives, and it should reflect hospitality, professionalism, and human connection. Instead, the self‑service terminal created unnecessary frustration. It offered no opportunity to ask questions, confirm details, or receive the kind of personalized assistance that a front‑desk representative would normally provide. For guests who may not be comfortable with technology or who simply prefer human interaction, this system is neither welcoming nor efficient. Additionally, the lack of staff presence made the process feel isolating and diminished the sense of care and attentiveness that should accompany any hotel stay. A hotel should prioritize customer service, and replacing essential guest interaction with a machine undermines that commitment. That pretty much somes up the experience we had. Cold, not very warm atmosphere. But location is great and staff at the bar are friendly. The sfaff is also responsive to one complaints -- like needed another pillow because the one in rooms are either hard as cement or soft as feathers. A truly amazing hotel, super clean, very chic design. Location could literally not be any better. A few seconds from the famous bridge. Also, the temperature in the room was ideal given that I visited during summer. It almost made me feel not want to leave the room! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I visited Lucern again.

Lovely hotel but a bit pricey. Have nevertheless booked to go back again next week. Staff delightful.

City location (main road etc) would not have been my first choice, but easy to get to and good underground parking with direct access to lobby. Main gripe: fridge / minibar in room, but empty 😡. Was dying of dehydration when arrived late night in middle of massive heatwave - only tap water available to drink. No idea why, but this seems to be a common failing in Lucerne hotels of no what matter what category. Management should sort it, though.

Unfortunately there was a fault in that the cupboard light didn't go of when the door closed over which it didn't do fully and this left light in the room at night which affected our sleep quality

At CHF 300 per night you expect more than a tiny room with a narrow bed even if you booked a single room.

No breakfast available before 7am. I had a train departure at 7am and no opportunity to even get a coffee before departure.

Nice hotel in a good location in Lucerne. The staff were wonderful to work with. The room was on the small side, bed was comfortable, but felt hot in the room. The A/C didn’t work for us. The breakfast was delicious but expensive. Nice lobby and water bottle fill station.

Very cozy and comfortable modern hotel just a few seconds away from Chapel Bridge and just a short walk to the train station and docks on the lake! The staff were very helpful assisting us with making reservations for the cogwheel up to Mt Pilatus and planning the timing of that together with the gorgeous boat ride over to there. They also have a lovely breakfast with lots of healthy food options. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely hotel close to attractions, train station and restaurants. All staff were extremely helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both breakfast & dinner during our stay, the food was wonderful.

Hotel is in a great location. It’s just been redone so it’s fresh and clean. Nice decide. Friendly staff. Big underground car park. The only annoyance is that the fridge in the room, every hour, makes quite a loud noise for about 2 minutes. Woke me up every hour through the night.

Unmatched location, just behind the bridge and near the train station. The hotel is cool, they provide fizzy and still water station in the lobby. Check in and check out can be made through an app. Room was spacious and personnel very kind and helpful. You can buy a few tours from them directly. Breakfast is good (if included in your plan)
