Reviewed Apr 13, 2026This hotel was in a perfect location! So many restaurants in walking distance and about a 20 minute drive to DC. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We liked the way the garage allowed us to come and go with our room key. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very nice.
One small detail I didn’t like. Although the room seemed clean, it had a smell to it. Kind of sweaty smelling. I checked to see if a window was left open or something but that wasn’t it.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026The location was good and convenient. Near where I was having meetings. Breakfast was excellent.
The business space was small and didn't provide the privacy I would have preferred. There seemed to be people hanging around the lobby who didn't work with the hotel and who weren't guests. The tile in the bathroom and shower appeared dirty, though it may have just been old. Not the Hilton standard, especially considering the price for the room.

For the price we paid we were disappointed with the musty smell the whole floor had. There were fans to dry the carpets but they just pushed the bad air around

Honestly, the only real problem was the tv reception which apparently couldn’t be fixed to our satisfaction!

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Great room, city view, close to venue we were attending, room service good and very reasonable and 12pm check out. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly, on site parking, close to restaurants.
Room to warm thermostat could have been easier to find.

The shower had some hair on the floor so that was concerning.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Hotel was worn and tired. When you arrive in the lobby there is a seating area with off-white stuffed chairs and couch that were filthy. Total turn off. Room heating was noisy and the room and halls had a moldy smell. An awful property, but staff were great.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025The room is quite spacious, with efficient use of space and storage. The location was perfect! Ballston Metro station is right next to the hotel, and there are many different food options within walking distance. The full breakfast option was great, with a friendly and attentive staff.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Very good location, metro station is just under the hotel. A lot of good restaurants nearby. I arrived early and I could park my car in the garage. After I had lunch, I got early check in. I appreciated the staff of reception.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025To enter I had to go in the lobby to find out if I was going to be charged for parking as trying to enter the parking I could get straight answer
The view suck and there was mole on the caulking around the bathtub. . I HATE STREAMING . Hard to find simple channels . Took forever . I started out at 209 dollars. Next the tax other crap took me up to 259 and when I checked in, it was 288 .00 . Stayed at Days Inn in New Market for 60 dollars and the beds better than The Hilton .
