Gute Lage, leicht ausserhalb des belebten Stadtzentrums. Zu Fuss zum Dünen-Trail, alles andere per (gratis) Bus/Shuttle oder Miet-Fahrrad erreichbar. Parkplatz vor dem Zimmer (bay side view). Kleine Frühstücksbar (während Hauptsaison), gratis Kaffee/Tee und gratis Pool-Tücher. Bar nur am Wochenende. Von aussen beurteilt eines des besten Hotels seiner Klasse in P-Town.

Zimmerboden nie ganz ohne Sand (auch nach Service), aber es ist halt auf einer Düne gebaut. Wifi etwas instabil.

Fantastic pool and outdoor areas

Only issue was tv and wifi would stop working in the afternoon each day we stayed.

The location is great because it's out of the noise of downtown and proximity to the beach.

The rooms were absolutely not up to par. Seating was uncomfortable and not enough. The shower didn't drain and the door would not stay closed during use. Very little space to put clothes and no place to hang things. The room was not cleaned during the day and when she did come, she did not replenish the coffee or cups. The floors were not vacuumed and towels were not changed out. The Internet stopped working on the first day so the tv did not work the entire stay. Bed was comfortable though. Overall not happy with the room

Our room was not clean, table was dirty, and the walls had stuff on it, splatter, also very dusty. We had a fan and it was all dusty and gross. The worst was the floors, the bottoms of my feet were black from walking around barefoot :(… Also no hooks in the bathroom and no bureaus, no where to unpack your clothes.

The staff were wonderful. I can’t say enough about them. J was exceptional and so friendly and nice. What a great guy.

The view from the room was lovely, and the room itself was excellent. The General Manager, Jaime and all the staff were incredibly welcoming. We appreciated all their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that is missing at the hotel is a water filling station because it was not possible to fill our water own water bottles in the room because the faucet was too short. Most hotels that we have stayed at have had water filling stations and they are very, very helpful for those of us who bring our own bottles so that don't have to drink out of plastic bottles.

No free breakfast :(, not the cleanest room in the world but it wasn't dirty by any stretch, just could use that little extra attention, no ironing table, no hangers/racks in the bathroom for towels, could use a gym

Facilities need to pay more attention to details: floors clean, hallways to rooms cleaner, doors, amenity spaces organized, furniture set up nice- details. Overall, the hotel could have looked more fresh.

I really liked the water access and it was really nice to be in the ocean and just have to cross the street. I thought all the amenities were pretty cool too

Could’ve been a tad cleaner…I saw some grime on the walls esp in the bathroom and the fan in my room was so dusty. For the price I thought it would be a little nicer but you pay for the view and location.

The hotel was really good ! The rooms were really clean and updated. Loved the free parking ! And the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have is the pool area. I love that it’s family friendly , I’m planning on coming back with my own family. I think having no life guard at the pool was insane and it’s an accident waiting to happen, no one was watching their kiddos and it was scary to see how they were jumping in the pool and running around . Other than that the pool was great clean and fun

The pool and splash pad were broken while we were there. They have a cabana bar that offers food and drink. It was barely utilized by guests. The facility should have offered discounted food and drink and utilized the game and fire pit area in a more positive way to attract guests to the area. The poor bartender just sat there for 5 days.

The hotel is locates next to the small beach, just across the road. It has swimming pool with grill bar. Few fire pits to make smores or just hang out in the evening. Free shuttle bus to the centre, but there is also free public bus available, stops whenever you need.

It is great hotel, all was great.

Great location and very nice place. The firepits were welcomed attractions in the evening. The bay across the street was nice to explore at low tide. The staff was incredible. We'd recommend the place to friends.

The pool and splash pad were closed. That was a bit of a bummer, especially for our toddler, given that we chose Harbor Town largely for that reason. I would have expected some sort of small discount or amenity. To Harbor Town's credit they did make arrangements for using other nearby hotel facilities. That is just a challenge when travelling with a toddler when you want to help them unwind towards the end of the day.

The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond for our family. There is an excellent breakfast cart in the am. The pool and splash pad was a hit and very clean. We did miss the opportunity to enjoy the fire pits

I needed to get away. Drove until I couldn’t drive anymore. I saw this ocean side oasis, and they had availability for the evening. The vibe was everything. I will 100% be back with reservations! Thank you Paul for your hospitality.

What a wonderful hotel! The bayside location is great, and the pool, and the firepit -- but mostly we are enthusiastic about the staff who gave us all kinds of attention and support. The free shuttle drivers Leyla and Christina made special trips to take us to some of our evening destinations, and were gracious about the inconvenience. Yvonne the housekeeper not only kept our room beautifully clean and tidy, but she remembered us and asked how our experiences had been. We had a sensitive personal problem that Jay and Couli at the front desk solved discreetly and compassionately. We will definitely stay at the Harbor Hotel again!

Kind, helpful staff! Plenty of activities outside, especially if you have kids.

Room felt damp the entire stay, even with AC on “dry” setting. No hooks to hang towels and other things, which would have been an easy addition. Gross dirty runner rug in center of room.

The room condition was very good. The bathroom was also very clean and a good set up. The pool chairs and loungers were in excellent condition and the pool music mix was excellent.

The barn door for the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. The pool bar could have been open a little bit later. I wish there were better breakfast options at the hotel since it is a chore to get into Provincetown proper or you have to drive somewhere that has parking.

Great Bay side hotel. Super helpful reception, the pool was brilliant for the kids and the shuttle service to Commercial street really good. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and good value. Definitely recommend this hotel for a family.

We absolutely love this place. We love the cabana bar. They have good food and drinks. The staff is very friendly. Especially Krista. She's the best! She always has a warm and loving smile that makes you feel welcome. She's very attentive and very caring.

I have been coming to the Harbor Hotel since 1978. Both then and now, the bay calls to me from across the street. Location and friendly atmosphere have kept me coming back and will continue to do so. Ptown is one of a kind. I feel at home here. The HH has always been clean and the right balance of quiet time and family fun. Thank you!

Not enough seats around pool. Could not get seat unless you woke up real early and ran out in the morning. No seating for an overly crowded pool. Pool should be bigger for the amount of people at the pool.

We have been coming to this hotel for many many years we love it;we love the pool and the area with pool the movie at night at the hotel and the beach right there and the pool table and the shuttle service into town was wonderful it’s amazing it’s included and the hotel is worth it especially with the shuttle being included the pool and dog friendly too for us.

I wish they had a continental breakfast still; they used to years ago when we would come. It’s hard to find breakfast in the area and hard to have to leave in the morning to do so when you just want to swim or go to beach. I also wish the hotel offered more to do if weather isn’t good; it rained two of the 3 days we were there so it was hard with kids to do something there I and paid a lot to be there and don’t want to travel I’d rather stay there and have something to do with my family if weather rains bad and can’t use pool or beach etc. we only had pool to play but even that wasn’t okay for us to do on the rainy day bc they were using the room.

Special shout-out to Sheryl! After some hotel mix-ups on the Cape…Sheryl went above and beyond to ensure our time in P-Town and at this hotel was everything we dreamed of on the busiest weekend of the year! This place is lucky to have such a devoted, kind, and hardworking human at the helm! Jay was wonderful too!

Great stay and close to everything

Spectacular from beginning to end! So many great things they have a pedestal fan in the room! Free shuttle into town! A deck I didn’t expect on the back building! 4 fire pits, splash pad, beautiful pool with cabana bar! We will be back 100 percent!

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Freundliches Personal. Neue tolle Zimmer. Shuttle ins Zentrum wird angeboten. Und auch sonstige Aktivitäten. Pool auch sehr gut mit Poolbar. Parkplatz direkt am Zimmer. Zu empfehlen.

Was expecting the worst with this place as it looked like a Butlands holiday resort but everything was pretty modern. Pool setup with the bar was ideal. Staff were extremely helpful and the location while far away from the centre is right next to the beach and there’s a free bus.

The property was clean and adorable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and the pool area was lovely.

The sink it the bathroom was very tall. I have never seen a sink and counter that high. More food options on the property would have been nice, but not a deal breaker.

I needed a few days to unwind and unplug, and Harbor Hotel was the perfect spot. The property has this cool retro-glam aesthetic right by the water. The rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. I spent my afternoons by the pool where Emiliano mixed up some fantastic custom cocktails at the Cabana Bar. Make sure to grab some food there too—Vlad, the cook, grilled up a chicken sandwich that was absolutely perfectly cooked. Highly recommend!

We spent 1 night here in a 2nd floor Bayview Suite. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable with a water view. This lodging is motel-style with entry to your room from the outside (rather than from a hallway). The living room has a pullout-sofa, 2 small tables for dining, tv, microwave and mini-fridge. The bedroom has a king bed, chair & another tv. Two bathrooms with showers are provided. The suite easily could accommodate 3 or 4 for several nights. Since there is no elevator, second floor rooms should not be booked if either mobility or carrying luggage up steps is an issue. A poolside bar serves a limited lunch menu. Shuttle service to town is available, but we chose to walk. It is ~30-min easy, flat walk (each way) to view main street (Commercial St) with its wide array of restaurants and art galleries. I struggled with how many stars to give. As a motel, it is very nice. But the price we paid (at start of peak summer season) seemed more in line with a higher end hotel. I also realize this area is very expensive.

Rooms were all renovated with new beautiful showers, comfortable beds and great air-conditioning. Breakfast was not included but they did have kureg coffee makers in the rooms. Check in was great....she went out of her way to get us in early so we could get ready for a Memorial service after a very long early morning ride. They also had a free shuttle ride to the downtown area that we took advantage of....nice perk!

My family and I have been coming here for years and we have always enjoyed staying here. I must say that this year’s front desk staff has been truly astounding, especially Jay, Caili, and Krista. My wife and I just left Harbor Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. We come down every MDW for women’s weekend and normally stay at Harbors sister hotel Provincetown Inn on the other side. We decided to stay at Harbor Hotel this year after a short stay here in Sept2025. First, our dog sitter had to cancel and Harbor not only is pet friendly but easily accommodated us with a pet friendly room on such short notice. From our arrival to leaving Paul was incredible! He’s kind, warm and friendly. There was another gentleman at the desk who helped my wife and I decide where to go for a show one night. I’m so sorry I didn’t grab your name but you too are an absolute amazing human! We also came across Emiliano at the cabana bar who is just 10/10! We wish we had better weather but he did a fantastic job regardless. Yvonne was our room attendant and with us having our dog, was great when we needed to swap towels or washcloths. Harbor has a heated pool, pool cabana, plenty of fire pits with couches in front or around the pool. There’s bikes and scooters you can rent as well as a free shuttle to downtown which is great. Room was clean, had a balcony overlooking the pool. Only complaint, the rooms need towel hooks lol two women, four towels, no where to hang them. Otherwise, we will absolutely be back!

This Cape Cod hotel in Provincetown just steps from the beach was great. Facilities were clean and the staff especially Jay were amazing. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room smelled a little musty and it was cold at night - needed additional blanket.

We just spent a few nights at the Harbor Hotel, which we've done many times over the last 10 years or so. It's in a great location across from a bay beach, with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. We love the bay views, and the easy access to town, and the fact that they allow dogs. A particular shout out to Paul Shaun at the front desk, who is awesome - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, and always ready to help. He makes it feel like a home away from home!

First of all thank you to Paul E for his attention to the best stay for us—-we were on the front second floor and could enjoy the lulling sound of the surf all night. That was lovely. The housekeeping crew was friendly and kept our room stocked and comfy! With a beautiful nature trail nearby and the walking beach across the street we had plenty of time in nature. It was easy to get to the downtown shops and restaurants too! Can’t wait ‘til next time!

Paul E greeted us with a smile and wonderful ideas of places to eat and see! The room was very nice and we were lucky to meet Khadine who made sure our room had what we needed!

When my friend & l arrived the manager said oh we have upgraded you to a better room no charge! He put us in an ocean view room and it was just incredible. We were not expecting that at all. Absolutely beautiful view of Provincetown Bay. You can tell the rooms have been recently renovated! The rate was totally reasonable & this place is dog friendly so I can bring my dog here! When I do come to P-Town, I will always come to this place! Just wish it could be more often!

Great location. Had sea side room. Clean!

The suite has a gorgeous view of the harbor. The amenities include lovely shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion. Two huge bathrooms made getting ready a relaxing experience. The mid-century vibe was nicely done. The rooms are spacious and quiet.

The lights in the bedroom are white. With warmer choices it would feel much nicer!! The TVs in the rooms are not smart, with no access to internet or streaming platforms

We loved this place so much that we visited 3 times last summer. Cool mid century vibe with the largest outdoor amenity spaces in Provincetown. Pool and beach access, lawn games, comfy hammocks, communal fire pits, and well appointed modern rooms with gorgeous bathrooms. Nice event spaces too, which we would not hesitate to rent for a large party. The staff are lovely, and we can’t wait to come back this summer.

Only trouble we had was sound we could hear our neighbors and people walking by the room. Maybe a bit more soundproof rooms would be helpful but that wasn’t something the staff could have changed in the moment seems more of a construction issue.

upon check in the front desk attendant suggested a room on the "pool" side of the building, which was a great choice at night and early morning because of the peaceful environment.

Loved the location, room (awesome shower) and pool. Room was nicely decorated. Low tide sandbar walking in water right across the street. Nice people working there.

The location is beautiful

The grounds need better upkeep, especially after an event. Noticed paper and bottles on the ground. Also, miscellaneous items.

The Hotel is a great location across the street from the beach. They have very good amenities - pools, fire pits and dog friendly. A lot of space to hangout with friends.

I didn’t like dealing with Booking.com. Very bad communications, the hotel was much easier to deal with.
