Location and hot tub
Same breakfast offerings every day
Great experience, start to finish. The booking process was easy and Crowne Point was happy to accommodate in every way. The check in was seamless and welcoming. We loved the location. Walking distance to the shops. Restaurants, and pier but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful when we turned in. Loved it. Highly recommend.
Staff is wonderful and Chris in particular. Breakfast is excellent! So fresh and changes daily. Beautiful pool area and love the new umbrellas. Location is perfect. We come back every year!
Location across street from stairs down to Commercial st. Great breakfast and friendly staff Porch connected to room
Price too high
I've stayed twice in the past 2 years and have visited the spa for 15 years; I've been visiting Ptown once or twice a year for 25 years. I love that there are no kids and that the music is soft, not blasting, in the pool area, so you can actually read or snooze. I enjoy the wine-and-cheese hour as well. Breakfast is great. Location can't be beat. Staff is amazing. It will definitely be my place to stay in the future.
There was no light on part of the pathway to my room 105 if you couldn't go through the lobby later in the evening. It would be nice to have more hooks in the room to hang wet towels and bathing suits. The air conditioner was loud in my room.
Kevin, Marcus, and Suzanne were amazing and provided top notch hospitality! We will be back!!
The property is very well cared for and one of the nicest we have stayed at in Ptown. The spa was great and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!
Close to downtown. Clean. Helpful staff
Cost. A bit dated
Group of 10 of us had our annual PRown dinner at Crowne Pointe. Stan (bartender) and Ivan (server) were amazing!! Definitely recommend the escargots and deviled eggs. The stuffed pork chop and filet were well prepared and delicious.
Atmosphere is peaceful, quaint, and historic vibes with beautifully kept gardens around the hotel. Spa is a great amenity as well as the hot tub.
Fantastic Kevin Marcus and Suzanne are wonderful great location great amenities
Location, staff friendliness and knowledge and quality of the facilities was exceptional. The pool area was quiet and relaxing.
Bed quality could have been better
Location was ideal. Just a few steps away from from main shopping/restaurant street. It was an adult only facility. The hotel grounds were extremely well maintained. The outdoor areas were well appointed allowing for privacy and relaxation. Breakfast was cooked to order from a daily changing menu. A Fine Restaurant was available for Dinner. Free bicycle's with safety helmets and locks were provided to explore the town and nearby renowned sand doons. Had a relaxing pool and hot tub. Most units had private balcony's. Cheese and Wine meet and greet every day at 5:00. Free parking. Ceiling fans fireplace. Spa and Sauna on premises. Manager Chris and Assistant Manager Suzanne were excellent Hosts!
The most pleasant hotel stay of my LIFE.
All of it! We’ve been to crowne pointe Provincetown for 6 years in a row every summer
Very pricey, but comparable to other hotels in the area
Highly recommended. My second stay at the Crowne Pointe. Fabulous location, clean, tidy, lovely rooms and lots of amenities other places just don’t have (like parking).
Great location. A block away from beach and nearby bars/restaurants so while it’s super close access to everything you can also have rest and relaxation by the hotel/pool if needed. Lots of hotel amenities (free drinks etc) would definitely stay here again!
I did not actually get to stay, booking.com tried to charge me, but when i contact the property they said there was no availability during the relevant dates.
either been able to stay. Or to be refunded.
Wonderfully tranquil hotel in a perfect location minutes from the heart of Provincetown. Excellent, helpful staff and service, including the exceptional breakfasts crafted by the inimitable John F. Was visiting family after a bereavement and Crowne Point provided a space for relection and restoration, as well as a practical base.
Hard to fault. The rooms are well equipped - the mini kitchen was very handy - and there was support on hand when you needed it.
Overall a great experience! We had booked late and thankfully the Crowne Pointe was available. Comfortable room with a large bathroom and very centrally located. Highly recommend
Absolutely lovely! A charming inn that is central enough to walk to P-Town's main drag, yet secluded enough to afford us a peaceful night's sleep. Our room was fairly large and had clearly been updated. The bathroom was a little dated, especially the tub, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. The balcony was nice to sip coffee in the morning. Favorite aspect of the property was the nightly wine and cheese board - a nice touch that you don't see very often, even at small inns. We didn't utilize the included breakfast, would have been curious to check it out. It would be nice if it ran a little longer, to perhaps 10:30 or 11. The pool was small but still nice to have as an option. We enjoyed lounging in the sun and using the hot tub. I will absolutely be returning here on my next visit.
My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend, and it was incredible! Extremely clean, comfortable and the grounds were gorgeous with all the greenery and fresh flowers. The location is perfect being a block from Commercial St., so we were never far from the restaurants and shops, and at night is was nice and quiet for sleeping. The amenities are unmatched for that area, and friendly staff and management are always there to help you with whatever you need. Shout out to Kevin, Suzanne and Marcus, thank you for everything you do! We will certainly be back as soon as we can!
Great location and breakfast.
What a beautiful experience we had at the Crowne Pointe! From check in to check out EVERYTHING was so perfect! Hail Kevin, Suzanne and Marcus! Chris is a joy! We shall return!
super service, excellent accommodations! the pool and hot tub are wonderful, the breakfast delicious. second time staying here, can't wait to come back!!

Lots of charm and good location
The rooms are really tired
Our second time here. Stayed with our pups. Everyone super helpful and friendly. Great room very clean, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Thank you Chris Kevin and Suzanne!
Wonderful staff and very helpful! I absolutely love this place! Kevin and Susanne I had experience with and I recommend this hotel!
We had a wonderful time at Crowne Pointe Historic Inn! Charming place with a fun vibe. Chris, the manager, welcomed us kindly and was so helpful with our bags when we arrived. Suzanne was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Chef John made delicious meals for us. Cook to order Cinnamon French toast and veggie omelettes were so tasty and included with our stay. Text message communication regarding happenings at the Inn - wine and cheese by the pool, when breakfast was available, were so helpful. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and nicely appointed. Large bathroom. Very clean. The location of the Inn was perfect for walks into town. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Had everything we needed. Staff is excellent. Included breakfast was lovely. Location was great.
Minor but had to ask for Kleenex refill even though had left empty holder open in bathroom. Also, a light bulb was out over the sink and not replaced over out three night stay.
Beautiful property with plenty of space to get work done.
Location is PERFECT and the atmosphere is so quaint and cute and walking to our room was like walking through a little garden oasis! Adorable. Far enough from certain clubs that noise level isn’t really an issue at night but close enough to walk there in just a few minutes!! Kevin, Marcus, and Chris were absolute ANGELS! We will definitely be back!!
Location, amenities, breakfast, bikes.
My room wasn't cool enough. Woke up hot in the middle of the night and couldn't sleep.
I absolutely love staying at Crowne Pointe. This is our second year coming here, and honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable — almost like part of their family. Their kindness and attention to detail truly make the experience special. One of my favorite parts of this stay was the dinner experience. I had the toasted cauliflower with chimichurri, asparagus, and honeyed carrots, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, perfectly balanced, and honestly memorable. Crowne Pointe continues to be a place I look forward to coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming getaway.
Great location! Kevin is wonderful
The hotel was such a beautiful old restored property but what was better was the hospitality. Kevin at the front desk / concierge went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience in Ptown as most of us didn’t know the areas.
I just had a facial with Venislava. She is amazing. One of the best ones I have ever had. She thoroughly explained the process. Highly recommend.
Great location. Room was cozy.
Very nice place feels like a villa when you are there. Was there with my husband and puppies all the amenities are great! The hot tup and the pool are fabulous.
Perfect location, beautiful room and grounds and the staff is so friendly and kind! Definitely coming back to the Crowne Pointe!
Fantastic place to stay! Can’t wait to come back!
Location is amazing, the room are super comfortable
Nothing
The breakfast was great
Location.
The hot tub and breakfast were amazing.
The sauna was difficult to get to the right temperature
We had a lovely stay at the Crowne Point Hotel. It was still very quiet during our visit, which turned out to be perfect for enjoying the spa and hot tub in peace. The room was comfortable and pleasant. One small note: the toilet was quite loud when flushing. Breakfast was excellent — especially the spinach omelet. The staff were incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink nearby. We also really enjoyed cycling around on the complimentary bikes, which was a wonderful bonus. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Crowne Pointe has a perfect location in Ptown atop Bradford St. The view from it's location is really lovely and in the evening from the restaurant, is the best view of much of Ptown. A delicious breakfast is offered each morning, prepared by John and Martin with love. It's always a pleasure being greeted by Chris and Suzanne at the front desk each day. They point you in the right direction with activities at Crowne Pointe or in town, from restaurants to beaches. We have been coming here many years, and the inn is in its best iteration. Btw, the spa has an amazing mineral bath in a beautiful, peaceful room.
Crowne Point was a cute and cozy place to celebrate our anniversary. Comfortable rooms, complimentary cheese and wine, bikes, mineral tub, sauna, and all within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a chef on sight to make entrees to order. Highly recommend.
love this hotel, staff makes it even more special.
price is a little high for off season
Location and Buildings are great, and a block away from the action in town.
The room had no functioning heating system. I called the front desk, and no one responded. I called Corporate, and one customer rep said he would take care of it and either send someone to fix the problem or change the room. No one came, so I tucked myself into the bed and spent a very cold night in Provincetown. No blankets in the room. What I liked even less was that the next morning, when I mentioned it to the front desk, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said he would take a look! Too late for me!
Crowne Pointe was an absolute delight. Friendly and helpful staff, just a quick walk to Commercial Street, and free parking in the public lot immediately across the street (an off-season bonus). Additionally, I truly appreciated the complementary, evening wine and cheese bar with the crackling fireplace.
Breakfast bar was amazingly good
I didn't like that when I called to set something up the answering service didn't deliver my message but acted like they had.
We spent two nights at the Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa in late July, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the inn was absolutely stunning, and the staff immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. The entire property has a peaceful, charming atmosphere with so much beauty and character—it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. One of our favorite surprises was the complimentary afternoon spread of wine, cheese, crackers, olives, and vegetables. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special. The inn itself is quiet and serene, creating the perfect setting to slow down and truly unwind. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortably cool, and incredibly cozy. Best of all, it was completely quiet—we didn’t hear a single noise during our stay, which allowed us to enjoy two wonderfully restful nights. We also had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful couples during our stay and sharing meaningful conversations, which added to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the inn. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return in the near future. Highly recommended!
Warm friendly service. Cozy vibe, central to town.
Easy walk to Downtown festivities Breakfast was amazing! Very cozy dining room with fireplace Wine and cheese in the afternoon was wonderful
We were deceived by the hotel’s Assistant Manager, Chris Manna. Due to a medical emergency at the hospital, we had asked the hotel to postpone our booking by one day free of charge. We stated that otherwise we would let the booking lapse because we did not want to pay multiple times. The hotel confirmed the free rebooking to us via SMS ( and later also via e-mail). When we arrived on site, I saw that at check-in two nights had been charged as a pending transaction on my credit card. I addressed this with Chris Manna at the reception. He claimed it was an error by my bank. Over the course of the day, additional charges appeared on my credit card (a total of four nights). We repeatedly brought this to Chris Manna’s attention, and he insisted that he had nothing to do with it and that we should speak with Booking.com and our bank. When we checked out, Chris Manna issued us an invoice for two nights. We addressed this again, and he promised to correct the invoice. After checking out, we returned to the hotel twice more, several hours apart, to request a correct invoice, but it was never provided. Each time, Chris Manna told us he did not have time for it (even though the hotel was almost empty). After our departure, I continued to put pressure on the hotel via email and escalated the case to my bank and MasterCard. In the meantime, the hotel has refunded two of the four charged nights. We are still waiting for the refund of the remaining third booking and for the correct invoice (it has now been several weeks). The hotel, and specifically Chris Manna, has not responded to us since our departure. In total, one night was promised to us in writing and at least ten times verbally, but in the end two nights were charged. There is no question that this was intentional deception used to lure us there in order to charge us for an additional night.
We stayed at the property for 1 night in the off season. While it was the height of autumn/winter the Inn is undoubtedly super to stay in during the high season. Even in winter the place is well maintained outside. We didn’t avail of the spa.
We arrived late (8:30pm) at the property and the reception was closed for the night. I contacted the property via Booking.com to explain this - with no response. When we arrived, They left out a key with a map to find our room with which there were no problems. We settled in for the night. The following morning we went to reception for breakfast and met the receptionist (a male, who was presumably a different one to who was on duty the previous day), we provided our room number and explained we checked in late. This clearly frustrated him and he told us we hadn’t been checked in properly and were flagged a no-show on Booking.com. We had paid in advance via the website and so I couldn’t see how we could do anything different. I showed him the charge from booking.com at the time of reserving the room. While eating breakfast (which adjoins the reception area) we had to listen to him complain that we weren’t checked in properly. Midway through breakfast I got a notification from my bank saying that I was charged the room rate again from Crowne Pointe. At which point I went back to reception highlighting this. In a very exasperated way he again flagged we weren’t checked in properly he was dealing with issues with Booking.com as a result and promised that the card would be refunded quickly. At this point we just wanted to check out and leave, before we did we decided to take a bike ride to the beach for a quick swim. Again, we felt we were just a nuisance, gave us forms to fill out and two keys. The wheel was flat on one of the bikes and so another key was provided. We came back, checked out and left - glad to be heading to the next hotel. After a few days I noticed the card hadn’t been refunded and so I emailed. No response, emailed again. Eventually received a note that the card would be refunded. I explained that every other hold released a hold/refunded a charge within 1-2 days. Two weeks later I received a refund.
Lovely little historic inn, loads of character. Innkeeper was very attentive and helpful and breakfast was delicious!
We booked this the morning of an impromptu trip to P-Town and it was very welcoming. Charming place right in the middle of things but not noisy, and a free happy hour!
We enjoyed a long weekend and a return stay at Crowne Pointe. This is a beautiful inn with so many amenities it would be too hard the name them. A perfect location, only a block from Commercial Street. Everything was walkable. We parked the car and never needed it the whole stay. Parking is just two blocks, we never had to worry about it. Chris handled all of the details, the reservation was seam less . No surprises at check in/out. All staff were polite and friendly. The made to order breakfast was amazing. We are already planning out next stay. Thank you Chris and team. Winter well!
The property is in a beautiful historic area, close to the Commercial St - but not too close. The staff was friendly and quick to address a minor check in issue. The breakfast was wonderful and evening wine/cheese was very nice and a great way to chat with other guests.
Location and such a pleasant garden
Can’t think of one thing
Stayed at Crown Pointe in October and it was incredible. Chris was the manager and he was the most helpful. Made sure we had the best breakfast when we were hungover. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the decor was on point, highly highly recommended!!
Great complementary breakfast. The omelettes are out of this world. Parking available close to
The spa tub was deep with a shower curtain and did not have grab bars. The hot prepared breakfast meal was MEH.
Excellent Inn, great Spa, solid food!
Thank goodness, we had only booked for one night, not more.
- No receptionist past 8pm when we checked in. - Got the wrong room number and key. - Ended up in an inferior room. - Snooty 'I can't be bothered' attitude is mistaken for superior customer service. - Sound insulation is non-existent: you hear the people upstairs, next door, outside, leaf blower in the morning, etc.- Hot water wasn't working properly. - Same with the airco + batteries in the remote were dead. - TV is a 30" computer screen with duct tape repair. - Breakfast is very basic at best. - Supposed pool is the size of a foot bath. - Parking is ridiculously small and always full.
We truly think of Crowne Pointe as our Happy Place and because we go twice a year, we consider it our Home Away From Home. The location is ideal with literally no noise from Commercial Street and spectacular views of the Pilgrim Monument and the spires downtown. The buildings and grounds are absolutely wonderful and our room is always lovely and perfect. Beyond the wonderful physical layout of the property, the entire staff, starting with Josh the general manager, is terrific and always accommodating. Chris is an excellent get-it-done guy who, like Josh, is all over every aspect of the operation and has great knowledge of all things Provincetown. Joe, Richard and Connor on the front desk are all excellent and Joe's local knowledge is also excellent and useful. John in the kitchen is special as he is an outstanding breakfast cook and is also a gourmet chef in the evenings for dinner and always smiling and friendly. Vinnie and his engineering crew do a terrific job maintaining the property and also keep the inspiring landscaping in perfect condition. The entire housekeeping team does a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean and they are also warm and friendly customer-facing. Because we go to Crowne Pointe twice a year we think of each and every member of the staff as our family. They are all excellent and outstanding. We simply cannot say enough good things about Crowne Pointe, our Happy Place and we are already looking forward to our next visits next year. Peter and Leslie
Great staff. Great location. I really enjoyed the pool. It is small, but the heated water makes it so comfortable.
Nice stay
1 staff member, 50ish, grey hair was a little cranky. Other than that, everything was great
Joshua and staff were wonderful. Perfect location, great food and Appreciate the little extra touches like iced coffee available in the lobby every afternoon. Also as a bonus the spa is wonderful!!
Amazing beautiful hotel I love this place the employees are all wonderful and so nice!! I’ve stayed here twice this second time they hosted my grandparents wedding and it was so perfect! The food was sooo good! And I want to give a special shout out to a few staff members who I noticed being extra amazing! Connor at the front desk and the assistant manager Chris! But especially the general manager Josh, he was so helpful and accommodating during the whole thing! He was always there when we needed to discuss something about the event! Just a great guy!! I know we will be back and I can’t wait! Oh and the spa was amazing as well!!
Went for a wedding, Joshua Guerra, Connor and Chris were awesome, as well as the entire staff, in acommodating all of us. They went above & beyond, we were treated like family... coming back next year🩵🩵🩵🩵
We were there for a wedding and had a great time. Joshua and the rest of the folks were the best! Can’t say enough about how we were treated and the accommodations.
Very much a welcoming environment with amazing staff, really good food, and amenities.
lovely stay. Clean, polite, comfortable.
The Crown Point is a beautiful historical landmark and I chose based on all reviews I read. The room 206 needs a facelift it’s outdated. The closet is non existent. For the price we paid we expected better.
Beautiful room and EXCELLENT service. Enjoyed the sauna and tub. Lobster tagliatelle in the restaurant was delicious. Great atmosphere. Close enough to Commercial St to walk to everything and just far enough away for tranquility. Water feature throughout the grounds is bliss. 10/10 recommend
Location, gardens
No easy chair or comfortable place to sit even though room was large enough for at least one if not two
