The location is beautiful directly on the bay

Tv didn’t work I reported it and they didn’t fix it There was no Wi-Fi in our room. It really could have used a real bed instead by of the Murphy bed. The bathroom was well used and tile was moldy also the toilet seat needed replacing and the water pressure was more like a mist. The room smelled badly we had to sleep with the sliding door open and the fan running. The main storm door would not stay closed and there was a loud noise all night from the wind in between the doors.

I got there early and they graciously let me check in earlier than planned. The reception was always manned and they proved to be very helpful The property was on a shuttle route so easy access into town. It led straight onto the beach in fact I would generally walk into town via the beach. The room was spacious and the cooking facilities were good, fridge, toaster microwave and hob. I felt secure whilst in the property -solo traveller- I used the indoor pool once and was happy with the laundry facilities that were there. I bought detergent from the reception. The room had washing up liquid and cloths so did not have to worry about making additional purchases. There was a welcome pack/information that shared details of my stay and expectations when I left.

The first property I entered smelt really musty. I opened the doors and after a while realised that the smell was not going to go away I approached reception and my room was changed. I went to use the iron and this did not work and it was promptly changed. So whilst these are negatives they were promptly responded to and sorted The indoor pool was heated but not to a degree that I would suggest was warm. I am used to open water swimming so after a few minutes of acclimatisation I was ready to go in. The property was tired Wallpaper peeling off. It did not feel clean if I were to look beyond the immediate work surfaces. Such as under the bed, skirting boards. BUT that did not really bother me too much as long as work surfaces were clean which they Price wise I expect even though it felt expensive to me it was relevant to the area and location.

i liked the location and the indoor pool/jacuzzi. the sunset room and the book shelves were nice. the room had kitchen, although we didn't cook anything there.

I have been to many resorts and I have never seen such an outdated resort. it needs major updates. the room was like a little box. for a family of 4, it was tiny. I was expecting an actual bed in the room not a pull out. I would not recommend the place to be honest. the room looked more like a motel room (much tinier) than a resort. But the pool, jacuzzi and the friendly staff was the highlight.

We have been coming here for many years. The property seems rundown. Lack of care for safety and cleanliness. We were very disappointed. Outside railing missing, NO tv working in bedroom, bathroom door did not close, cup with several cigarette buts in it on deck, deck chair broken, kitchen cabinets warped, pool closed on SUNDAY morning.......etc......

The towels were nice

The room was awful. I have never been so uncomfortable in my adult life. The bed that I had to pull down from the wall was horrid! When the bed was down, and I laid down, my face was a foot away from a nasty old oven. The room is old and tattered. From a bad paint job, to painted counter tops in the bathroom - it was something out of a horror show. Everything was covered in grime and was sticky. As soon as I saw the room I told them, I wanted to leave but I could not get a refund. The A/C was loud and not very good. It was filthy too and frankly grossed me out. This place is very far from the center of where things are. I spent over $100 in cabs to get to things that were not walkable. I would avoid this place and never go back.

The pool was nice, parking was on site and the view was beautiful. The balcony was large and had 2 chairs, a small table and a lounge chair!

No AC! We had to keep the front door open and the sliding door open to get a cross breeze on a hot August night. The microwave didn't work and it was tight quarters with just 2 people.

They kept landscaping and grounds tidy.

The couch was old fabric and sunken in and smelled of BO covered by deodorant. The furnishings were from the 80s.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and provided exceptional customer service.

The AC could be better. The room never reached a comfortable temperature.

The location, the beach and the nice walkway to get to it they installed, the pool outdoor, our view of beach, water, pilgrims monument and p town from our balcony. Good bath towels and they had laundry with Inexpensive supplies to purchase. Also nice touch were mounted hooks on our balcony to hang wet bathing suits etc

The beds were super hard no mattress toppers and a nice topper would make all the difference in comfort. The pillows were horrible, a good pillow makes all difference in a good nights sleep. The property is more dated than the photos show but you can tell they work hard to try to keep it up but are fighting the sea air and elements: clean place. For the cost we expected a better bed and nice pillows!

It says it has private beach, well, that’s misleading as you can’t really swim there and it is not a clean beach!

Right on the beach, good location in a quiet area a short drive to downtown, kitchenette, game room, indoor and outdoor pools.

Hot tub didn’t work and the vending machines by the pools didn’t work. At the bottom of the steps of the main building over by the indoor pool there was an obvious spill mess left for a day that employees had to walk past and didn’t clean up.

The rooms had no AC but it does not state that anywhere on their website. To get air you need to to leave the slider open but there is alight on all night so without a sleep mask it would be very bright. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows very lumpy.

Worn down, fraying couch, smelled a little moldy and the bathroom was not clean in our room. In general no food on property or close by.

The location was great! Front Office very accommodating. Beautiful views from Oceanfront room. Nice to have kitchenette. Housekeeping does a great job. Wonderful ocean breeze.

The rooms are dated. The trundle beds are very uncomfortable. The is no place to purchase food or beverage on site. Advertises as a "resort", and it is not.

Lovely location, not far from the water. Oceanside balcony provided nice view, great place to sit and enjoy. Easy beach access, very close to both Ptown and Truro. Pool, kitchenette, maid service all makes for a convenient and relaxing stay. The room was very clean.

The Murphy bed mattress was old, soft, not ideal for this middle-aged person to sleep on. Most of the furniture was pretty worn and could use updating/replacing. The beach was covered in seaweed and made swimming unappealing. One has to be OK with lots of kids and the constant thump of cornhole being played.

Extremely dated. The bed was a spring Murphy bed, it squeaked and creaked with every slight adjustment. You could feel ever spring as your slept. There was a small kitchenette in the room, the room had a lingering odor of food and cigarettes. You’re provided with coffee for 1 day, additional coffee is a fee.

The rooms look like a room that you rent at a cheap motel. The bathroom counters were permanently stained the floors look like they were not mopped. It felt like I was staying at a cheap motel for the price that was charged.

The room was cramped and the beds were uncomfortable, to the point of lost sleep. The coffee was terrible and the main reception area and 2nd floor smelled of sewage. The heated pool area was filthy and the water was discolored and uninviting

It was quite overpriced for the 'value' and location. Most of the vending machines were out of order and the selection was poor. The Grille advertised was not open and the stand itself was dilapidated. There were no other food and snack options within a reasonable distance. The pool was opened 3 hours later on Sunday for 'maintenance' which is ridiculous for those paying to stay there on the weekend and should have been scheduled to open later on days that were probably slower like the middle of the week I feel the staff did their best with what they had to work with but the balcony i paid extra for had paint that was chipped and messy.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The guest rooms do not have air conditioning, while only the main building is air-conditioned, and this was not clearly disclosed before booking. During my stay, temperatures reached nearly 100°F, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I contacted the property, and they confirmed there were no air-conditioned rooms available and could not offer an alternative. For the price I paid, this is a significant omission that guests should know before booking. Had this been clearly disclosed, I would have chosen a different property.

It was close to everything, had a private beach, indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

The room was a little dated and crowded ( small).

Clean, huge facility with indoor and outdoor pools plus a hot tub. Ocean view and beach access. Well maintained facility.

Some decor is dated, but it’s all kept up. It’s an isolated location, there are no stores or restaurants in walking distance. But it is on the shuttle bus line, which is handy.

Had a lot of amenities for kids to do, tennis, basketball etc- they had a huge room with large TV and ping pong table, unfortunately they close at 8pm way to early for people to enjoy!

They closed the inside pool, sunset room at 8 pm WAY TO EARLY! Outside pool was huge but disgusting the bottom was green and slippery.

I have been staying at this resort for over 20yrs and have always had a great experience BUT not this time .

The poolside room i got was on second floor while there was construction going on, the hallway was full of debris and dirty, a storm door was loose 3 doors down and kept banging with high winds, someone finally put a 2x6 wood board that was part of the construction material all over against the door. The sliding door in room did not close all the way so the room was cold. Our stay was only 2 nights and we just dealt with it BUT I was very surprised that mgmt would put us in a construction site. As mentioned i have stayed here in different buildings/room at the resort and this is why i keep coming back BUT this recent experience has made me rethink and maybe find another place.

Are bed was small and the Murphy bed was down when we arrived in are room to find out it was broken upon arrival so was unable to put the bed in the wall. Tried to use the pull out sofa and absolutely no padding.

original room had a bed that folds up into the wall. Was disappointed. Front desk took the time and effort to make me comfortable. I wound up staying an extra day! They was wonderful.

There wasn’t a regular comfortable bed, There was a full size Murphy bed which would have beeen acceptable if it had been a queen size. My husband is 6’ 3”. And additionally (thankfully) there was a pull out couch, we used both the Murphy bed and pull out couch (not very comfortable).

Beds were not comfortable. The room was in fair condition. Quite a bit of dust on the bedside table and paper towel under a cabinet. The rest of the room was fairly clean. It was what I expected for the price. I’m glad I went. One staff person was quite rude while the others were quite accommodating.

The place is good. Just no ac in the building I stayed and it was hot. Just a fan. Worked good but if you are sensative to heat not good idea.

Not enough room on the sand to enjoy the beach and has been told by a lot of guests. Very unprofessional and sarcastic manager. False advertising by saying they have a private beach but one I arrived the front desk told me it’s actually a public beach.

Wir haben ohne Probleme unser Geld das wir in die defekten Waschmaschinen gesteckt haben wieder bekommen. Besonders schön war die Lage direkt am Strand.

Von 3 Waschmaschine waren 2 Defekt ohne dass es erkennbar war.

The location was handy. The laundry facilities were also handy for us.

The bed was a pull down out of the wall one . There was no mention of this in the booking. It was off season so very quiet - most of the rooms were empty - however for some reason they put people in the next room . The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the next room.

Misrepresented. Did not realize the bed was a a Murphy bed that was a full size thin mattress on a piece of ply wood. It was dingy And there was no staff , key were left in a basket in envelopes with your name on it . no one talk to, we left 15 min after arriving left the key and wrote a note expressing our grievances with a request for a refund and my phone number i received no call.

No continental breakfast as promised. No electrical outlet next to the bed. The indoor pool room was flooded.
