Dukes' Academie Brugge - by Dukes' Hotel Collection

Heel uitgebreid ontbijt, heel verzorgd.

Central location, very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We had a lovely overnight stay.

Nichts

Super Frühstück und tolle Lage im Zentrum.

Lovely hotel, we usually use Dukes Palace when in Bruges and this was our first stay in Academie. We prefer the location of Dukes Palace and the fact that they have a superb restaurant. However breakfast here was excellent and offered a wide variety of choice.

Nothing

Kahvaltı tatmin edici idi. Lokadyon uygundu

Odamiz iç boşlüğa bakıyordu

Centrale ligging en erg schoon

Super awesome with me

The breakfast was substantial. Plenty of variety. Location was excellent - close to the town, walkable to train station. The outside area was nice, very relaxing with an afternoon cocktail.

The single bed in the room was quite uncomfortable, with the mattress sloping to the side. This had to be remedied with pillows.

Là propreté

Tout était parfait

Great breakfast, helpful staff

We needed to ask cleaning staff to remove the quilt, replace it with just a sheet. Who uses a duna quilt when the temperature is in the 30's?

Everything was very nice!! Honourable mention for the design of the lobby, so beautiful

Het totaal plaatje . Super lekker ontbyt .

Customer service, going the extra mile for us. Brilliant and accommodating for our baby daughter.fridge in the room, large cot and great breakfast selection for her and us.

Everything was perfect.

Large rooms, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast

Große Auswahl an Obst beim Frühstücksbüffet.

Central to everything and 10 minutes walk from the train station this hotel has one of the best breakfast selections I’ve ever had, the staff are excellent and the whole hotel is very clean

Nothing

Location was good and the breakfast was great.

Parking underground was tight

Prachtig ontbijt

The location was great. Close to all major attractions. The rooms were very clean. The staff behavior was excellent. The girls at the reception were so helpful and always answered my questions with a smile.

Nothing.

Lovely decor and very comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Superb breakfast

Tricky to get to by car and car parking spaces very tight.

Excellent location, attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms

Weinig

Fabulous hotel. Great location. Wonderful breakfast.

The whole stay was perfect. Employees, room, breakfast... We really enjoyed

Nothing

The hotel is very well located in the city and it is easy to explore the tourist attractions on foot. The hotel lobby is beautiful and plush. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Overall this is a good hotel to stay at, although for the price, I do feel some minor upgrades/changes could make it excellent value for money.

There was no bar fridge in our room so we couldn't store anything that needed refrigeration. The shower is something that has been added to the bath tub. Although it works fine, the pipe does get in the way a bit and you need to climb into and out of the tub to shower which can be dangerous. There is no iron in the room. Instead there is a communal room on the floor with one iron and one microwave. It smelt terrible in that room so we never ironed. The main elevator in the hotel which connects the lobby to the different levels needs maintenance. It is slow, noisy and jerky which made us feel unsafe, we mostly used the stairs.

Nice, comfortable and clean room with a nice view to an internal garden. Excellent breakfast with rich variety of healthy foods. Very nice and elegantly decorated reception and common areas to relax or have a drink at the bar or at the garden. Very helpful and polite personnel. Central and convenient location in the historic city center.

Alles

De auto parkeren in de ondergrondse parkeergarage was moeilijk.

Freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück.

Zimmer waren relativ klein, im Vergleich.

Great breakfast selection, friendly staff who were friendly and very helpful. The 2 girls spoke perfect english. Also a short walk from the train station. Location was perfect!

Nothing

I love the fact that checking in was dealt with really quickly, and we were shown to our room by the receptionist. The hotel is always really clean. It is in a beautiful part of Bruge, right by Minnewater and there are enough shops and restaurants in that area if you don't want to walk to the main square. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choice.

The parking can be more expensive at €30/24hrs than the public parking. However the convenience out weighs the price.

Location was amazing and the breakfast was well worth it.

No complaints

Colazione

Good sized room and comfy bed. Nice bar and lounge areas. Location close to everything and easy walk to station

Noise from other guests and the cobbled street outside. Can be a bunfight at breakfast

lovely location and hotel

Nette kamer, ruim, midden in het centrum, eigen parkeerplaatsen

N.v.t

Frühstück war fantastisch

Sentralt

Ingen ting

The location and common areas were great

The bathroom had a smell and a leaking pipe. the smell never went away fully after fixing the leak.

Veldig komfortabel, rein, nær attraksjoner
