Hyatt Place Toronto Mississauga and Luxe Convention Centre

Breakfast was good

the pull-out bed mattress in room 624 need to be replaced

Always a pleasant stay at a Hyatt, it was quiet and clean, breakfast was plentiful and a good parking lot

Everything was fine but as with all hotels would love quieter room doors as a lot of people just let them slam shut

The staff were polite and welcoming

The pillows were awful, ended up with a sore neck Breakfast was just meh

Clean New property Close to highway

The mattress too soft And no hand held shower head

We always prefer to stay in this hotel but this is only time when I noticed bad Smell in the room when I checked in.

The free breakfast had many options and there was ample seating. The free parking was good. The location was near businesses and restaurants, and reasonably near Toronto. The rate was not excessive. Very clean.

The hotel allows pets and one morning a dog was barking constantly. There was construction on the street. There was no parking available at the nearest GO train station.

Location is good and close to everything

The cleaning

Location

The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were very bad. My neck hurt the whole day the following day

Clean place and friendly staff

Na

Friendly staff

Towels were dirty, bug in breakfast area

Loved how welcoming and accommodating the staff was, the breakfast was amazing

Tye breakfast and cleaning staff were nice except the guys at reception

The cleanliness was quite poor, and the breakfast was extremely low-quality and tasteless. Even the eggs were poorly prepared, which was very disappointing.

Modern clean rooms and convenient distance to airport

The breakfast wasn’t good. Lacked variety and too heavy on carbohydrates. Need fruit pots or compote, more variety of fresh fruits, additional toaster and room is too small for breakfast. There seemed to be an Indian theme and not everyone enjoys those spices first thing in the morning.

Czysty zadbany hotel, śniadania bardzo dobre.

Swimming pool

No restaurants

Merci

Loved the room, pool was great! Breakfast wasn’t as good as the last time we stayed! Pancakes were hard, most of the “hot food” was cold, milk was warm (gross). Last time we stayed breakfast wasn’t amazing so unsure why it was so lacking this time. Staff was lovely.

Breakfast unfortunately

Very central location Great value for money

Breakfast was below expectations

Beautiful building, comfortable, great breakfast, and good location.

We had a bit of a wait to check in

Location and cleanliness

Breakfast place was very crowded and no Microwave in Room.

Location is great , close to the airport. And property is clean

One od the queen size bed wasnt the greatest, it was too soft , and also the pillows was too soft .

Nothing

Cleanliness Issues: Hair in beds and showers, thick dust on air vents, stained sheets, and moldy smells. Pests and Safety: Presence of insects, mosquitoes, rodents, alongside doors with broken or exposed locks

Clean spacious room. Really helpful staff. Great facilities. Loved the powerful shower. Also really enjoyed the breakfast.

No try img, but would have appreciated if the hotel could have held our luggage while we went to Niagara Falls as we were coming back to the hotel on Sunday.

Very nice hotel and quiet spacious surroundings, clean hotel, very good breakfast free. rooms spacious, friendly and attentive staff.

The room is clean and spacious. Bed is soft and easy to sleep

Breakfast no veggies and needs to rotate more

Very clean

Mattresses and Pillows

Clean and good breakfast

Very Risky Location if you are staying there with an expensive vehicle

I booked several rooms at Hyatt Place Toronto Mississauga so my children and their families could enjoy a few days together. Unfortunately, the stay ended on a very disappointing note. On the final morning, my daughter and her family discovered that their pickup truck had been broken into and thieves had attempted to steal it by dismantling parts of the vehicle. They also attempted to access a second vehicle parked nearby. We immediately contacted the police, who attended the hotel and took statements. What shocked us most was learning that the hotel has no exterior security cameras covering the parking lot. For a well known brand like Hyatt, this is extremely concerning, especially when guests leave their vehicles overnight. Without surveillance footage, the police had very little evidence to assist with their investigation. We were also disappointed with the hotel's response. The staff showed little urgency or empathy during a very stressful situation, leaving us feeling unsupported. Afterward, we found reports from other guests describing similar vehicle thefts and break ins at this property, which made the lack of security even more concerning. While the rooms were satisfactory, the absence of parking lot surveillance and the hotel's handling of the incident overshadowed the entire stay. If you are traveling with a newer or high value vehicle, I would think twice before staying here.

My children was Not safe in the room , I send official email to the hotel manager for the issues happened in their hotel

great stay. front desk addressed my needs. would stay again. asked if upgrades wer3 available and they accommodate with no problem

Clean property and friendly staff

Breakfast should include some more bakery items

It was very centralized in all our vacation activities

Nothing, it was a great location, very quiet

Everything

We stayed here for a quick overnight stopover before an early flight out of Toronto, and it met our needs perfectly. The location is excellent—just a quick 15-minute cab ride from the airport. The hotel was clean, functional, and the bed was comfortable. Having read previous reviews about noise, we requested a room away from the ice machine, and the helpful front desk staff accommodated this. However, the rooms aren't especially soundproof; we had neighbouring rooms and the guests were unfortunately very loud. The air conditioning was also quite noisy, though it was very effective. We had a few minor issues with the room setup upon arrival: our daughter's sofa bed wasn't made up, and there was no spare bedding left in the room for her. Additionally, there was no complimentary water provided, and only two glasses were in the room despite booking for three. We had a quick dinner at the on-site restaurant when we arrived. It was very basic, but it met our needs after a long day of travel. The hotel’s efficiency for our early departure was appreciated. We asked reception to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport at 5:45 AM. The taxi arrived 5 minutes early, and reception promptly called our room to let us know. This efficient service took all the stress out of our morning. Overall, a reliable choice for transit travellers.

Great hotel! The staff was very helpful and professional. The bathroom needed some attention, as I experienced a broken lock and a dripping shower.

location and room size. also very clean.

No clean up for room after first night.

Limpeza, simpatia e pequeno almoço

We loved it — clean, in a great area, close to many places. Staff were nice and helpful. Many thanks to Yousef at the front desk for his help and advice.

One thing that affected our stay wasn't about the hotel or staff at all — a couple of families staying at the same time were quite disrespectful toward the hotel, its employees, and other guests. They were loud and let their kids run wild. I felt bad for the hotel staff having to deal with it.

Location close to the airport and shopping centre. Very comfortable rooms and beds.

The room A/C is very loud.

Clean and friendly

Atendimento, simpatia e bom pequeno almoço

Parking

Not enough room for 5 people stay and no mirror outside the bathroom and not enough towel , paid for 5 people .

Staff was helpful

Clean nice property , good location and good breakfast

Nothing

Clean hotel with respectful staffs.

Very clean hotel with respectful staff. I love the flexibility of the house keeping also. The breakfast was always served fresh and a lot of variety. I'm looking forward to my next stay there! Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was great.

It is a little out of the way from everything. I wouldn't have minded except my hire car was cancelled and I had to use public transport

Große, geräumige Zimmer, Betten und Dusche. Alles auf dem Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr komfortable Betten.

Location was a little dry. Atmospheric was good around the lounge and bar area. Rooms didn’t get made every day and teas/ coffees in the room were minimal. Some staff were rude to other guests and came across unprofessional and unhelpful. Disappointed.

Like everything ☺️

Very nice place And very clean

Nothing, all is good

It was delicious and sufficient

Security because I found out there was burglary over the night on people's car.

The rooms, the lobby and the breakfast. On top of the services by the employees/ staff of the hotel.

No covered parking

Property is clean and has needed facilities

There are no retail shops close by for minor purchases

Friendly staff and free breakfast.

Clean, comfortable bed

Not cleaning every day

Hotel was clean and staff where amazing breakfast was good

Friendly front desk

Cooperation

The Hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great.

There was one aggravating moment where I couldn’t find any parking because of an event at or next door to the Hotel. There were people who were not staying at the hotel taking up parking spaces so I and some people had to park on the grass for a bit until the event was over or until someone left.

Big room and ok bed.

Awful breakfast. Coffee served in paper cups. One of the worst breakfasts I’ve had in the hotel.

Habitación

Nada

Nice and very clean hotel

Room service didn’t clean the room, even though we never put the do not disturb sign. We left the room from 9 am until 11 pm and met it the same way we left it. Not even the bed was made.

Nice and clean

The breakfast same for 4 days , doesn't have enough options Coffee machine in the room old style

Black out blinds are needed

Clean and nice stuff

Quiet

We were told breakfast was included when booked but additional charges applied when checking in which was deceiving

Free parking was good but the luxury I could not see in the services….

Bad breakfast … no variety

Location and quality

Nothing

Generic Hyatt. Exactly what you would expect.

Breakfast was ok. But needed more protein and fiber foods.
