Wie erwartet, sauberes Zimmer/Hotel. Für unsere Reise eine gute und nett Lage. Keine Highlights aber auch keine Probleme. Rezeption freundlich aber auch hier keine übertriebenen Highlights.

Die Parkgarage (zum Glück haben wir uns da bereits vor-informiert) ist leider schon für Mittelklasse SUV´s zu niedrig. Zum Glück ist ein öffentlicher (und zudem viel günstigere) Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel, den man nutzen kann.

因為是直接從洛杉磯機場直達 車程約半小時，抵達飯店時已經晚上12點了 櫃台人員很親切，就算是半夜1-2點需要熱水，櫃台人員也是很親切的招呼 早餐很簡約 但是還可以接受 房間很大間 床鋪也ok 飯店也有游泳池，飯店旁邊有一個市立的停車場 有開車去的人 停車方便

The hotel is lovely, not a bad location if visiting Venice Beach or Santa Monica. Breakfast was fine, and they have a handy little shop.

I've stayed at a lot of Hilton Gardens Inn locations lately and wanted to give an honest assessment of this property. Overall the property is in good shape although I have a few things you might like to know. First it's important to know that the restaurant only serves a breakfast buffet and charges $22 for what I considered to be a fairly mediocre offering. Please be aware before you hop down for a quick breakfast as it is a bit of a shock. I also thought it was interesting that if you wanted to use the coffee downstairs that is typically free and other locations, this location will charge you $2.50 just for the cup. Overall though the location of this hotel is excellent and they're charging appropriately for that location. One more comment and I don't know if it will apply to your room but the air conditioner in my room was quite loud. 72 decibels when the fan and blower were turned on compared to 54 decibels without the air conditioning on. For me it sounded like a turbo prop Landing in my room every 15 minutes during the evening.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The snack bar was great and not too expensive. My granddaughter enjoyed her stay with us that weekend.

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, obok tani parking. Pokoje przestronne, łóżka duże. Z kuchni nie korzystaliśmy.

Dostaliśmy fatalny pokój, 1215, ktory znajdował sie tuż przy recepcji i lobby w związku z tym czuliśmy sie tam jakbyśmy w tym lobby mieszkali. Zza drzwi wszystko było słychać praktycznie 24h. Obsługa w recepcji pracuje chyba za karę, albo nam sie trafiła taka osoba. Pokoj był na parterze i mimo posiadanego tarasu nie można było z niego korzystać. Balkon był zamknięty na stałe ze względów bezpieczeństwa. Ogólnie hotel wydawał się ok, ale ten pokój to porażka.

Our meeting space was beautiful, and the featured amenities of the attached private patio and outdoor spaces were incredible and did not go unused. Thank you!

Pool and jacuzzi is super nice, rooms are big, beds super comfy. The cleaned my room almost daily even though it says every other day. They got great options for snacks, foods and drinks if you need when their restaurant isn’t open. Very helpful staff.

A bit thin walls and ceilings. Luckily was quiet most of the time but I was woken up early morning by neighbours talking or walking around so bring ear plugs. Also hallway through door is very easy to hear so it’s not sealed too well.

Location and spacious rooms

Carpets are very old and dirty. You have to pay $2 for paper cups in order to have coffee from a machine in the lobby. The coffee was awful. Elevator needs an update

Everyone at the hotel made my stay exceptional: —from Courtney, Johan, Kat and (…a couple others whose names escape me at the moment) at the front desk who welcomed me back and helped me juggle some overlapping demands of my trip as well as several tech hiccups, —to Dania, who made my room perfect and a pleasure to return to in the evenings, — to the hardworking cooks, kitchen staff and host who made a great start to the days that I made it downstairs in time for breakfast, —to your evening chefs, who are a cut above great, and then some, —to Rita and Jake, who made every eclectic mix of customers that wandered into their bar feel welcome and part of a friendly group, —to the engineer who taught me about the child safety lock built into current models of microwaves, —to all the staff I did not see, but who clearly are present and productive in making the MdR Hilton Garden Inn a clean, comfortable and highly functional place to work and relax whenever I’m in town, Thank you All! I jotted down some of the names that I could not recall above, and if I can find that sticky-note I will do another survey to thank them by name; each of them helped make my very challenging trip not only manageable, but more productive than I had dared hope for.

Location is disappointing. Only one restaurant within reasonable walking distance. You expect a marina to be a luxurious waterfront but in reality this one is a bit of an outpost and it’s a good 15-20 minute stroll to the beach. There is literally nothing in the area to make it interesting or give you choice for food/drink outside the hotel. The rooms were quite a walk away from reception as the hotel is quite spread out.

We stayed at the Hilton 1st May. We met James the bar man and he was an absolute joy . What a credit to the hotel. Super efficient , professional and all with a friendly smile. We had just arrived after an eleven hour flight and he was a breath of fresh air . Good luck to James ; a gem of a staff member.

$40 for parking. They don’t tell you until you arrive. I’m a diamond member and booked through Hilton app. No cancellation. $100 for parking California taxes. The hotel is old and rooms smell.

Being on the street side it was really loud also if you get two queen beds be prepared to freeze at night. One bed is right next to the AC unit and it’s very cold when it’s on.

We had such a wonderful stay!! Kat and Robin took exceptional care of us. The rooms are quite specious and very clean! We love the location since it’s by some great restaurants and over all it’s a very safe location. We will continue to stay here every time we come!!

I recently stayed two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Marina del Rey when I was attending a work function nearby. This is a solid, comfortable hotel with a lot going for it. The first thing that stood out was how friendly the staff was. Everyone I interacted with, especially at the front desk, was genuinely nice and welcoming. That's something that always makes a hotel feel better right away. The rooms are spacious and clearly renovated, with a clean and modern feel. One of the best perks was the small balcony overlooking the marina. It's not huge, but it's a great spot to step outside, get some fresh air, and enjoy the view of the boats. There is noticeable traffic noise all day and night however, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Parking is convenient with a nice underground garage, which is a plus in this area. The clearance is very low! Even smaller SUVs and taller vehicles like trucks won't fit, so that's something to plan for ahead of time. Make sure your car isn't too tall, because the underground garage is the only place you can park if you're a guest at the hotel. The room felt very clean, but I was a little shocked to arrive and find ants crawling all over the bathroom. I finally found the hole in the wall near the shower where they were crawling out of, and I was able to plug it shut with a wet tissue. It's a gross and temporary solution, but it at least stopped the ants. I hope the hotel will address this and hire an exterminator. I was on the third floor, so it would probably be worse on a lower level. The hotel has a restaurant and a small food and sundries pantry adjacent to the lobby, which sells drinks and snacks that are easy to heat up in your in-room microwave. I also appreciated the coffee maker and mini fridge in the room too, which made my stay all the more comfortable. Since I was attending a formal event, I also liked the bright lighting in the room as well as the full-length mirror so I could check my cocktail dress before leaving. The room was very well appointed and had everything I could possibly need during my stay. I also used the small business center to print a few documents. It was free to use the printer and business center, which was also very nice! Location-wise, the hotel is a total win. You're close to tons of restaurants, shops, gas stations, a Costco, and loads of things to do around the marina, making it easy to explore without driving far. You can access a lot of things on foot or bike / scooter too! Despite a few minor issues, this Hilton Garden Inn is a pleasant place to stay with friendly service, roomy updated rooms, and a great Marina del Rey location. Just get rid of those ants, please.

We had a very nice stay here. Rooms are clean and hotel is located in a very convenient spot right across from the Marina. Short walk to Venice Beach and the Historic Canal area as well. The people working the front desk are outstanding, Fernanda, Kat and Brian were very hospitable and attentive.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to restaurants, the beach and marina. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It would have been even better if the weather was warmer and the pool was open.

I made reservations for my Son and his girlfriend as he wanted to surprise her for Valentine’s weekend. The chances of getting a room at the coast on Valentines weekend was slim. But there was availability at the Hilton Garden Inn/Marina Del Rey. I contacted the hotel direct and was contacted by Courtney who was the most pleasant, helpful person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with in a very long time. She helped me get my Son a beautiful room upgrade and made sure everything was perfect for them upon arrival. They drove from Nevada so having everything perfect when they got there was so appreciated. I just can’t thank everyone enough for making this such a memorable weekend for my kids. Also I will add, when I was working for Kaiser years ago, this hotel was home for me and my team for weeks. Another amazing experience! Thank you to all!

Since our last stay was a return stay, I felt I should write a review! Our return stay was based on the relaxing, friendly and attentive first stay. After driving a little ove 2 1/2 hours to visit our college grandson, it was great having attentive, knowledgeble and very pleasant Hilton Garden Inn staff assisting us. They helped us in various ways -- room selection options, ideas regarding places for dinner -- based on our interests and suggestions about driving options. We felt special and then noticed this quality of service was a stardard -- the couple who checked in shortly after we were checking in, also complemented the front desk staff for the assistance they recieved.
