Magnifique hotel
The renovated room was a big plus - very comfortable and done very well. The restaurants on site were excellent - particularly Ferraro (Italian). Pools and activities were enjoyed by the family. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great location - food to a high standard and all other amenities as you would expect of a hotel of this calibre.
Drinks and nibbles are slightly over priced and so is breakfast. Need more parking options - mandatory charge on site each day. No Luau on site. Spa needs longer hours.
Good restaurants , relatively easy to book Nice but overpriced spa.
very small territory, swimming pools good for kids but not for swimming. Sun umbrellas closed almost regularly at 11 am due to some not really strong breeze and no shade could be found around.
Nice remodeled room
Our room smelled cigarette!!!
Attention !
The four Seasons was spectacular! A beautiful hotel with amazing service.
Warm staff absolutely wonderful experience in every way. From the valets to the check in team to the experience team to the servers everyone is on the same mission to give guests the best experience possible. Warmth and caring from the entire staff from beginning to end. Beautiful renovated rooms. We had a great time. Highly reccomend.
Disappointed in my recent stay. I assume that most people, like me, come to this hotel with the primary intent of luxury relaxation at the pool/beach. This was impossible to achieve. The waterfall pool and main pool have the vibe of a Six Flags waterpark, packed with roaring fountains and screaming kids throwing balls. Yes, they have an adults-only pool which would seem to be the answer… However, there is very limited seating at the adult pool. So you are essentially required to arrive 15 minutes prior to opening at 7am and wait in line to get one of the chairs (and then be forbidden from leaving your chair the entire day lest they give it away). The other option is to show up later, put your name on a waitlist, then wait in the hotel lobby for 1-2 hours until a chair becomes available. Not to mention that the adult pool is mostly positioned between 2 buildings with no view (similar to a mid-range apartment building pool in suburban LA -why did I spend all the money to come here??) There are only a few chairs on the front end that actually overlook a view so that you realize you are in Hawaii. There is a simple solution to this…. The hotel has maybe 20 “sanctuary” cabanas that are beautiful and overlook the ocean. These are available for rent for many thousands of dollars per day, and sat completely unused all day long because of the exorbitant upcharge. The resort states that any of these that go “unreserved” could be used by hotel guests, but this is a blatant public relations lie — all of them had “reserved” signs, yet I never saw a single person enter any of them during my stay. Shame on Four Seasons for not pricing these more reasonably or making them available to others when unused (haven’t we already paid a lot just to stay at this hotel?). Meanwhile, I spent hours of my beach vacation in the hotel lobby waiting for a mediocre non-view adult pool chair to become available while these beautiful chairs sat empty. There are 2 positives about the hotel: 1) food at dinner at Ferraros and Komo were both excellent. 2) complimentary outrigger canoe excursion was awesome (one of the few things that gave me a little pop of unexpected “wow” that should occur when you pay for top level luxury hotel) My overall advice would be to stay at a different hotel in Wailea, and walk here for dinner at night.
Still perfection. And I realize that the adult pool is hard to get a chair at, but there are so many other chairs/cabanas/views available that it is not a big issue. The food and personnel are excellent and well within luxury hotel standards. This was our twenty-first stay there in the last thirty years, and we cannot wait until we have time to stay there again. Truly beautiful and outstanding hotel.
Excellent. Service was exceptional! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Amazing. Pick this over anywhere in Kapalua, less wind better weather better experience.
This is a stunning all in one Hawaiian resort
Such a great hotel. The nicest and most gracious staff. Beautiful beach. Excellent restaurants. Here is where I split hairs. The sun sets at seven most months, but they collect the umbrella and chairs at the beach at 5 PM-sharp. They also wrap up the pools at 6 PM. So no cocktail in the infinity pool as you watch the sunset. The resort faces west so the sunsets are extraordinary. The rooms are being updated, but the ones we stated were definitely on the older side. For the price of the room per night I would’ve liked better shampoos, conditioners, and body products. I would’ve liked a Virtue product, Olaplex, Josie Maran. They use a “Hawaiian”brand and it definitely dried me out.
Top of the line! Very beautiful property. Highly impressed. Bars were enjoyable. Rooms super clean. Food great. No complaints.
We stayed here with our kids for 4 nights on our way home from Japan. Overall the property is sprawling (not too big though) and beautiful. We were given newly redone rooms which were very nice. The rooms were big and finished out nicely, they had a dining area and living room. That all being said this did not feel like a four seasons, I would compare it more to a big brand hotel not a luxurious one. Also, the crowd was mixed between high and low. My little ones were disappointed that the hotel didn’t do anything special for the kids as they usually do at four seasons, like a stuffed animal or toy, and kids bath products. They always love the little four seasons surprises, here there were none. The property has an issue with birds. They were flying all over the breakfast restaurant and the pool area. The birds were brave and would swoop in and eat from the plates. This grossed me out big time. They were flying around the buffet too. The whole place is under renovation, so the gym and spa were temporary. But, we enjoyed playing pickle ball, We loved Ferraros, we went there 3 times. The breakfast at Duo was ok, definitely not incredible like we were expecting, and room service breakfast was worse. If we went to Maui, I would possibly stay here again but would know what to expect.
This is a mass tourist hotel, not an exclusive experience. Noisy, conveyerbelt experience. Was a great disappointment. The pool area is congested, breakfast is mediocre and rooms are out-of-date. The hotel unable to organize restaurants.
I've travelled all over the world staying at top resorts and this is still my favorite spot. Still paradise after all these years. I was here for my honeymoon in 1997 then again in 1999 and it's even better than ever. It was outdated for a while but now much better. The rooms look beautiful. Love the new sushi bar in the lobby, adult pool with swim up bar and lots of complimentary cabanas above the ocean and lower pools-nice touch. The service and staff were as always top notch-love how they call you by name everywhere.-nice touch. The food at the adult pool and Ferraro's was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was just ok. I had AX Platinum so got to check in early and check out late which was appreciated. Loved the keycard wristbands so never had to search for key. Only negative was the gym which was so hot I had to cut my workout short at 8:30 am. The old gym on the ground floor was the best in the world so I know its being renovated and this gym is temporary but not good-has to be a better option. Hopefully it will be done by end of June.
They filmed the first season of The White Lotus here. I knew that going in — figured it'd be a fun little flex, something to drop at dinner. What I did NOT expect was the resort committing to the bit. Because if you've seen the show, the whole premise is beautiful people having a quietly catastrophic time at a stunning resort where management is somehow always the actual problem. Reader: I lived it. On my birthday. The theme song should've been playing the whole time. Let's start there, since this was a birthday trip — the one occasion a year you'd assume a Four Seasons, the brand whose entire religion is "you should never have to ask," would just silently handle the details. Instead: check-in was extremely late. Fine, okay, I'm not going to torch the place over a slow front desk on its own. But THEN they put us in a room overlooking an active construction site. And the construction clocked in at 7am. Every. Single. Morning. Nothing says "happy birthday, valued guest" quite like a complimentary jackhammer alarm clock you didn't order and cannot snooze. I keep picturing whoever runs the room map looking at the one assignment that comes with a live demolition zone outside the window and going, "yeah — the birthday guy, give him that one." And before anyone tells me I'm being dramatic: they already KNEW. They knew about the noise. I know they knew because they apologized for it afterward, in writing, unprompted. So this wasn't a surprise to anyone except the guy paying Four Seasons rates specifically so he wouldn't have to be surprised. Now the gym, which deserves its own paragraph and arguably its own incident report. It is so hot in there it is borderline unusable. Not "a touch warm." Not "they forgot to crank the AC." Genuinely-cannot-train, shirt-stuck-to-your-back hot. And I want to be precise about how damning this is, because it's kind of my thing: I have used Four Seasons gyms all over the world, and this one is — hand on heart — the WORST I have ever set foot in. Dead last. Bottom of a very long list. How a property operating at this altitude lets a core amenity rot to that point and then just… shrugs at it, I will genuinely never understand. Here's my actual problem with the whole thing. The staff were great. Disarmingly great. Warm, switched-on, the kind of people who make you feel like a jerk for being annoyed because you can tell THEY would've fixed every bit of this in a heartbeat if anyone above them had let them. (I'd poach half of them on the spot.) But the people stop being the product the moment management keeps whiffing the basics — where you put a guest, the noise you already apologized for in advance, an amenity that flat-out does not work. That's the front-of-house doing five-star work to cover for a back-of-house that didn't bother to show up. And let me say something directly to my own people — the Lifetime Titaniums, the Ambassadors, anyone who lives and dies by their Marriott number and was eyeing this place as a points-be-damned splurge. Four Seasons doesn't even HAVE a loyalty program. No status to flash, no rewards line, no recognition, nothing — and that's fine, that's their whole model, you're paying for the name. But here's the stat that should stop you cold: I also stayed at the Ritz-Carlton up the coast on this same island, and that property had an actual, literal, lights-out POWER OUTAGE during my stay… and it was still a better experience than this place was on a normal day with the power fully on. Read that again. Four Seasons Wailea lost — to a Ritz in the middle of a blackout. So if you're a Marriott person debating whether to go off-brand for the splurge: don't. You're better off staying at the Ritz on this island, and that's me saying it after I gave the Ritz one star too. At normal-hotel money this is a bad week. At Four Seasons money, on a birthday, in the literal White Lotus hotel, it's not a miss — it's a choice somebody made. Several somebodies. The cast was lovely. The writing was tragic. One star, and I mean it with the full White Lotus theme playing behind me.
The bed and pillows are the stuff dreams are made of. I NEVER rest on vacation, but could have stayed in this bed all day. The rooms are huge. Loved the wrist-band keys. The pool attendants who make up the chairs are a lovely touch, and the set up was super comfortable. The pool servers were amazing. We had Shayne as a server 2 days in a row, and it was an absolute pleasure. His food recommendations and attention were top notch. Casey also made our pool days an absolute joy, and handled our large group with ease. Both remembered us and greeted us by name. Housekeeping was also great. Loved being able to indicate when we were out for the day so that our room could be serviced. Somehow there were never housekeepers or housekeeping carts present in the hallways - yet everything was always clean! That said, it would have been nice if there had been some extra small touch to make turn down service feel a little more special. (We’ve stayed at resorts where they offer a personalized selection of aromatherapy at night, the sound machine turned to a station of choice, etc.) The massage was quite possibly the best of my life. However, the spa is under construction. The massage itself was in a hotel room, as was the changing room and lounge. I changed in one of those pop up closets you see backstage. And I heard clangs and bangs throughout my massage. So while the massage therapist herself was amazing, it wasn’t quite the luxury spa experience I was envisioning, and I wouldn’t recommend until the construction is complete. The hotel food was all tasty and, while prices were high, as anticipated, serving sizes were not skimpy, which we appreciate. Standouts were the meatballs at Ferraro, and both the spicy ahi tuna nachos and the hummus plate poolside. The building itself appears a little dated on the outside, and honestly the rooms feel luxurious yet slightly … vanilla. But all in all - I didn’t want to leave.
Without a doubt among a handful of hotels worldwide we have stayed at. Absolutely exceptional service from the minute we pulled up at the hotel. The restaurants are fantastic. We thought we would venture out and eat outside of the hotel but could resist how good the food was. One night, we simply ate and had cocktails in the hotel lobby! The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was enormous and well appointed. And although the spa and gym are under construction, the temporary gym is fantastic (we did not use the spa). There was even someone who walked around the pool and cleaned my sunglasses! THAT is outstanding service. A truly memorable 4 nights/days.
In the middle of an eight day stay here. I haven’t been here in 25 years! It feels the same; it is still the same amazing Four Seasons, Maui. My sister and brother-in-law are also staying here, however, even longer. We booked club-level for this stay, which I can’t recommend enough. The morning, afternoon and evening offerings, in addition to the standard, “all the time” offerings, coupled with the absolute next level A-Team staff is worth every extra penny. The food is fantastic, and even my incredibly food-picky spouse was blown away. Special mentioned to all of the club-floor staff members, however JiJi stole our heart, she is a gem. Special mention also to Kathy, who assisted with this reservation prior to us arriving; she is amazing. Also special mentioned to Bellman Ricky, he is incredibly personable and friendly. We had a couple of very strange issues at arrival, I won’t get into detail, and it wasn’t a game changer. But my only other complaint was actually related to that because a couple days later I went down to the front desk, specifically asking to speak with the Rooms Division Manager or the Front Office Manager, (and I was very specific about that) and instead of honoring that request or explaining that one of those folks was not available, they sent a hotel assistant manager out to speak with me. And then, there was no follow-up. This resort is very special, the only issue is once you stay here, there may be no other resort in the world that will meet the overall experience this one offers!
Our first visit to Four Seasons Resort Maui won’t be our last! Incredible views, amenities, and accomodations. Our room was stocked with everything needed plus we had a large outdoor porch with living area, lounge chairs, and a table where we ate a private dinner one evening. We enjoyed a fantastic private cabana one day - adult only pool with view of the ocean and all day service that included lunches, champagne, drinks, and snacks. On the other days there were plenty of chairs available at the pool with shade. We also took advantage of one of their recommended experiences - a rain forest hike and waterfall swim here the guides picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at the end of the day, which was great. We worked out in their full equipped fitness center and had a couples massage by the ocean - can’t beat that for relaxation! I’d be remiss to not miss the extensive daily breakfast buffet, I might miss that the most! Our stay was fabulous, can’t recommend this resort highly enough.
Huge thanks to Rachel and Galina. We recently spent four days at the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea in late April to celebrate my partner’s 45th birthday, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Three weeks before arrival, I challenged the Concierge Team with a series of high-demand sunset dining requests. Rachel and Galina didn’t just secure the tables; they curated our entire stay with personalized recommendations and VIP access that made us feel like the only guests on Maui. The attention to detail was breathtaking. From the chef’s signature dessert, personalized for dinner, to the "wow" moment of returning to a room elegantly transformed with balloons and heartfelt decor, the team bypassed the "standard". It went straight for the "unforgettable." What truly set the experience apart was the seamless communication; every staff member we encountered offered a warm birthday greeting. We arrived as first-time guests, but we left as lifelong regulars. If you are planning a milestone event, do yourself a favor and ask for Rachel or Galina. Warmest regards, Robbin Q.
The view, the beach, and the staff were amazing. I loved the adult pool service — when you arrive, they give you a bottle of fresh water, which is such a nice touch. Macana was the best server at the pool. I also loved the bar/restaurant by the reception. Nate provided great service, the singer on Saturday night was really good, and the sushi was amazing! Breakfast buffet also really good!
Overall, the hotel feels very old and could use a refresh. The furniture needs to be modernized, and the gym equipment is outdated. The pool menu had limited options and very few healthy choices — the tuna poke was the only one. The adult pool is also very small; they should expand the area so more guests can enjoy the view.
I am rating this property based on 13 specific criteria on a 1-10 scale (with several 11s for going above and beyond and into "the best on earth" status): 1. Overall rating and vibe: 11. This is the most exceptional, truest 5-star resort on earth. 2. Service: 11. Service is UNIFORMLY warm, genuine, intuitive, and seamless. 3. Room: 11. For a small price, we were upgraded from a standard Mountain View room to a very large Prime Deluxe Ocean View Room with 2 queens plus a queen sleeper sofa and a stunning direct ocean view, which easily fit a family of 5. The 100% marble bathroom was fit for royalty and I especially loved the built-in speakers with Hawaiian music on channel 1 and widely-adjustable volume from 1-9. The beds were pure nirvana with the most comfortable sheets and perfect support that enabled incredible sleep. Also thoughtful touches throughout room to promote restful sleep, including a rechargeable flashlight in the bathroom so you can turn all the lights out and still find the WC in the middle of the night in a dark room. 4. Complimentary amenities: 11. The ultra-long list of complimentary amenities frankly puts all other resorts worldwide to shame, and includes: “kids for all seasons” kids club (open 9-5), house car (multiple extended Escalades), full lei greeting for all adults and Keiki including cold drinks and ice-cold Oshibori washcloths, so many Keiki amenities in the room (sponges in each kids’ name, bath robes, slippers, kids for all seasons caps, kids for all seasons flip flops, sunglasses, kids shampoo, conditioner, and body wash set for each kid), welcome treats in the room, all cabanas and lounge chairs and unlimited towels, highly elevated poolside service that includes complimentary frozen treats being passed out every 30-45 minutes, complimentary sunglasses cleaning, complimentary sunscreen, complimentary water stations with delicious fruit-infused water all around the pools and delivered to your cabana, complimentary water and coffee throughout the resort, many complimentary activities including yoga, Hawaiian outrigger canoe excursion, and many more, no resort fee… the list goes on and on. One thing is abundantly clear: the resort’s owner has made a conscious decision NOT to nickel-and-dime guests which stands in stark contrast to the "Grand" Wailea next door which literally nickel-and-dimes its guests (or perhaps more accurately, its prisoners) at literally every opportunity that it can. 5. Pools: 11. The pools are divine and 100% saltwater, which makes a drastic difference in your enjoyment of them. For grownups or those seeking quiet, there is a gorgeous infinity pool that is located above the other pools and features sweeping views of Wailea beach, the Pacific Ocean, and neighboring islands like Lanai, as well as of West Maui (which looks like another island, but is not). The lower pools are all family friendly and quite active with playing children, which we loved. The waterfall pool has two levels with a very small waterslide connecting them and a gorgeous waterfall in the upper level. The fountain pool is the resort’s beating heart with a massive fountain in the middle, two hot tubs (at either end), and an endless number of COMPLIMENTARY cabanas surrounding the pool. It is truly divine. When we were there, there were a large group of kids from ages 3 to 14 (ish) from at least a dozen different racial/cultural/ethnic backgrounds who were beautifully playing a game of football toss with each other for hours. Watching them all play beautifully together gave me great confidence in America’s future, as these kids are our country’s future leaders. 6. Cabanas: 11. Did I mention the cabanas are ALL COMPLIMENTARY (except at the adult pool) and incredibly luxurious? They are also serviced by the world’s best pool staff who will move mountains to make any request happen. For example, although GF pizza was not on the poolside menu, our cabana server was able to secure a GF pizza from neighboring Ferraro’s which was a huge hit with my two Celiac kids. It’s all the little things like this (literally ALL of the staff going out of their way to make your stay absolutely perfect) that makes the Maui Four Seasons a true unicorn, not just in Maui, but worldwide. 7. Waterslides: N/A. There is only one tiny (6-foot-long?) waterslide that connects the upper waterfall pool to the lower one. It is a perfect “my first waterslide” for kids aged 2-4, just make sure they’re wearing floaties and/or you catch them at the bottom! 8. Cleanliness: 11. The housekeeping staff here are true unicorns as well. They do TWICE daily housekeeping with evening turndown service and they don’t just clean your room, they also tidy it with a focus on neatening and streamlining all of your clutter (which can be a lot of stuff with 3 kids). They anticipate your needs without you even knowing you have them, such as winding your phone charger neatly so you won’t trip over it at night when you visit the bathroom. They also offer unlimited complimentary bottled water. The resort also has several awesome cleaning robots (in the lobby areas and on the various hotel floors) who keep the floors absolutely spotless all day and all night. These were a particularly huge hit with my kids who enjoyed watching the robots clean and followed them around to observe their cleaning acumen. 9. Family friendliness: 11. Incredibly family friendly for all the reasons mentioned above. Do not hesitate to bring kids here! They will LOVE this place (all 3 of my kids said this was easily their favorite resort in Wailea, even though it doesn’t have any large waterslides or water features beyond pools with fountains and waterfalls). That’s because this resort goes out of its way, at every turn, to make kids feel welcome, special, and like royalty. 10. Dining: 10. Excellent food at Duo, superb food at Ferraro’s, and an exceptional breakfast buffet that is a good value (kids 5 and under eat free, $20 for older kids, $59 for adults). GF pancakes and waffles are made to order by the chef and were delicious. Also many GF options at lunch and dinner, including for kids. 11. Luxury: 11. This resort sets the global standard for luxury and is the truest of true 5-star resorts. For decades, it has rightly earned 5 stars from Forbes and 5 diamonds from AAA. It should be a Michelin 3-key property as well, and I believe its recent 1-key rating from Michelin was a snub and not reflective of this property’s actual luxury level and truly iconic status which should clearly earn it a 3-key (highest possible) rating from Michelin. 12. Room for improvement: Not applicable! This place is already BEYOND PERFECT. 13. Value for Families with Kids: 10. Long list of complimentary amenities—especially for families with kids—which makes this resort by far the best value for your money in Wailea, and likely all of Hawaii.
This is one of my favorite hotels. Rooms are very well decorated and spacious . Bathrooms are large. Only one area that needs perhaps needs update are toilets . Very very low.
I really enjoyed the personal touch and attention paid by the staff at the front desk, valet and Duo and Ferraro restaurants. This coupled with a clean and inviting environment made for a truly relaxing anniversary with my Bae at the Four Seasons in Wailea Maui! Hope to return soon. Mahalo
Everything
Treated like a queen as always
What an amazing trip to FS Maui! The resort is gorgeous and the beach is now one of my favorite beaches. We loved the complimentary outrigger excursion. We saw a mom, dad, and baby whale. They were breaching and it was one of the most magical experiences of my life! We were there in mid-February. There is a path that takes you along the shoreline past other resorts. It's beautiful to walk at sunset and we saw a lot of whales in the distance. Beach: The ocean water is so clear and the temperature was great. We also did paddle-boarding and kayaking. The resort offers a complimentary yoga class in the morning which was serene. Pools: They were so busy, I actually didn't spend any time at them. I tried the adult pool twice but there was a waitlist. I wish there was a third pool that was not as crowded. Pickleball: So great that it was complimentary and the courts were very nice. My kids and I spent a lot of time there. Breakfast buffet: LOVED it! I loved that they offered a different seafood dish daily: octopus salad, tuna poke, shrimp cocktail. Also, their taro rolls were delicious and their pastries were amazing. This was definitely our favorite dining at the resort. The rooms: Beautiful and clean. I especially loved the sound system in the bathroom with Hawaiian music playing. All in all - a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend!!
I really wanted to enjoy this vacation, but ultimately came away just feeling ripped off. We originally had a 1 bedroom ocean view suite that cost around $5k per night. It was me, my husband and our 2 teenage kids, so we needed either two rooms or a suite with 2 bathrooms. We booked late due to travel changes so we went with the suite to ensure we were together. A few days before we arrived we received multiple calls from them asking if we wanted to upgrade our room to a 1 bedroom ocean front suite. They made it sound spectacular, so we took the upgrade at an additional $3k cost as it came with some other minor benefits (free laundry and parking). What a disappointment. Our room was on the Spago side of the resort one floor up from the presidential suite. Our ocean front view was basically the sunshades of the presidential suite, then the extensive garden for the presidential suite, then the roof of Spago and then, finally, a small view of the ocean obstructed by palms. Incredibly sad for $3k extra. Plus the design of the building with huge columns meant you felt incredibly closed in. The whole resort could do with a face lift. They are currently working on multiple spaces so there was a lot of construction. No discount provided for this disruption. The spa was also in temporary space and that was just sad. It was just empty guest rooms. No shower facilities to use and you changed in a curtain cubicle. Again, no discount but I was told multiple times how the disruption is worth it because the new spa will be amazing. That’s great for whoever experiences it, but it did not help me at all. The whole resort felt claustrophobic. It is very narrow, so views are limited. Also the pool areas are very small and surrounded by cabanas so you do not actually see the ocean from the pools unless you pay an extra $1,250 per day for ocean view cabanas. Last problem was that we had bad weather for a few days. This meant that Ferraros was closed. This really highlighted the limited food options and bad weather options at the resort. All you could do was order room service. Now the staff were lovely. I just think the resort is dated and is configured badly. The real kicker is the crazy cost. This place is riding on its White Lotus notoriety and charging twice what other similar resorts would charge. I would not come back here again. The Four Seasons on Oahu is much better for less money.
All around amazing. Service and detail are above and beyond. We traveled with our 8 month old and the service made it a breeze. Complimentary cabanas made it easy to safely enjoy the pool and beach. They even provided a pack and play for our cabana. We will look forward to coming back each year!
This was our first time in Maui and our first time in a Four Seasons. The Four Seasons Maui in Wailea made this trip unforgettable and perfect in every way! The staff were nothing but friendly, welcoming, and tentative. The rooms and grounds were spotless and beautiful. The food at Spago and Duo were nothing less than 5 stars. I liked that we could communicate with hotel staff via the tablet in the room or through the App. This was the first resort that we stayed at that offered endless water bottles and also provided refillable bottles for the built in bottle fillers throughout the resort. I can see why celebrates have stayed here; the resort was nothing but perfect!
Our stay at the FS Maui was everything we could have asked for. Started off on a great note when we were able to be upgraded from our Mountainside room to a Garden View room and then when we were offered a Garden View Suite at a very minor cost - which we took and was well worth it with ocean views to watch the whales from our balcony. Duo, Ferraro, and the Lobby Lounge were great. We had breakfast included everyday through Chase travel which was a great way to start the day. The Spa and Gym were better than expected given they were redoing their primary facilities. The adult pool bar was awesome for lunch. The whole process of getting seats for the adult pool is a personal decision if you deem it worth it when there is a breathtaking beach steps away. All of the staff was extremely kind and made sure you never wanted to go home. This was a splurge for us and can’t reiterate enough that it was a trip of a lifetime and will have us counting down the days until we can go back to Maui.
We traveled half way around the world to return to the Four Seasons Maui, and upon arriving felt as if the travel was nothing at all. We arrived very early but still received the warmest welcome, with leis and welcome drinks. Sincere aloha here is just the beginning. Many even luxury hotels have limited their concierge assistance, not here. Management has invested tremendous resources into the care of their team and guests. There is a full Clefs d’Or team ready to give you the keys to the island, and they did. They booked us on an incredible complimentary outrigger tour . It left directly from the hotel beach and we headed out as though invited to a whale family reunion they were so close, and returned just in time to greet the sun as it was rising over Haleakala. It was a once in a lifetime experience. This is available to all guests complimentary. The concierge also helped us book a private guided kayak tour, also from the beach in front of the hotel, which was fantastic, but not as good as the outrigger tour. We’ve dined at all the restaurants, all very good, but Ferraro’s was our favorite. If anything the dishes and service are better than they have ever been. My family loves sushi and we enjoyed two amazing dinners at KOMO, the Four Seasons new sushi restaurant. If you are going within the next six months and are worried about renovations, don’t. I worried and looked at other options and am so glad we chose the Four Seasons. They overstated the disruption and did an incredible job with offering guests an enormous outside but shaded gym, with an incredible selection of equipment and weights and cardio equipment. If you remember the size of the old gym, even including the outside space, the new temporary gym is at least three times that size. They also added two cold plunge pools, and a sauna, and many many of those new infrared face masks for complimentary use. It was incredible and only outshone in experience by the skill of my therapist, Francois. We sleep well at Four Seasons, and I don’t know why but never better than in Maui. Till we return we will dream of the memories we made there as a family. Mahalo Four Seasons Maui!
I just wanted share this experience I had at the Four Seasons Resort in Maui, HI. I did not stay at the resort, a Friend and myself decided we wanted some coffee and dessert because we had heard hat the Four Seasons was the place to go , so I myself ordered coffee and with that coffee I got a cookie my friend ordered malasadas , unfortunately, as I was about to eat the cookie there was a hair in it. I did let the waitress know, and she let the lead staff know about it. Also, just to say the higher up staff or he may have been a lead or a manager was not very polite about it, the waitress is great and I was not charged for the coffee , but being a very high end resort they should not only picked up my tab, but my friends tab . I understand. I was not a guest at the resort, but I was a guest at one of the restaurants. I did appreciate that the waitress was very polite and very professional..
The best Hotel experience of my life. Excellent service and beautiful views. All of the staff were respectful, cheerful and kind. Highly recommend.
As parents of two young kids, we don’t expect true vacations, only "trips" so to speak. However, the Four Seasons in Wailea allowed us to truly relax and be pampered for once. Booked with a FS Preferred Partner. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an ocean view room which was large, modern, and exceptionally clean. Loved the room's background music! There were delightful welcome amenities for adults (champagne, sweet treats) and kids (stuffed animals, their names spelled out in bath sponges, kid-sizes robes and flip flops, beach hats). A very stylish beach bag (you can purchase!) and nice complementary water bottles were also found. Breakfast buffet at Duo is impressive and kids under 5 are free. We went to the pool and beach each day and had no trouble finding seats, including complementary poolside cabanas, so long as we arrived between 8-9am. Pool attendant Tiffany helped us out and made sure that folks were not out saving seats at 6am (something we've experienced widely at other properties - thank you, Tiffany!). Ka'imiloa gave our girls tokens for free shave ice from the beach cafe, much appreciated! Brandon helped us poolside on multiple days and was super attentive, food and drinks all great and keiki menu was appealing and reasonably priced. We rented the snorkel equipment available on property ($40 for 24hrs) and saw multiple sea turtles and amazing fish in the ocean right in front of the hotel, no need to go on an excursion which is hard with young kids. The waterfall kids pool is not as exciting as some others in the area (no big slides, etc) but there is a small slide and a shallow tot area that worked great for us. You'll also see kids at the main pool and hot tub (pool depth is about 3.5ft in a lot of areas), and the pools are a great temperature. Pool toys are available for purchase though you'll find better prices elsewhere. I went to the adult pool one day and it was amazing! We'll have to try that next time, sans kids. We got a sitter and tried Spago and Ferraro's, both excellent. We really appreciated server Nick, who was very attentive and gave great recs. Finally, the pop-up speakeasy Oto (room 380) was really cool for post-dinner drinks, love that concept and our bartender was amazing. Overall, this is one of our favorite resort stays, and we've been to other luxury properties including other FS. Not a single hiccup, and every staff member giving it their all for the guests. Worth every penny. We will be back, can’t wait to try the kids club!
Outstanding service but this property is very outdated and desperate need of a upgrade and make over, but it is the best location in Maui!
We were fortunate enough to spend four nights at this fabulous hotel. The location cannot be beat. It has a wonderful beach and pools to enjoy. The service is top notch, with servers who are not intrusive but are there for your every need. We were lucky to have a lovely suite with a beautiful view of the ocean. We also took advantage of having a wonderful brunch buffet each morning. It is very pricy but worth it. If you are planning a trip to Maui, The Four Seasons should be your top choice.
One of my absolute favorite places in my entire world I've ever been. The serenity pool is absolutely amazin. The kids for all seasons kids club but it's spectacular with Mrs. Liz. One of my favorite restaurants in Maui is on site at Ferraro's Italian overlooking the beach. This entire resort is immaculate top to bottom inside and out. The management and staff do an incredible job at making everyone feels special. They always know you by name and are willing to help and assist. Beautiful cabanas, one of the best spas I've ever been to. I can't say enough good things about this place and Mr. Muzica and his staff. From the moment you arrive you will be treated like royalty. So many activities in one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. Highly recommend for families for adults. You cannot go wrong with four seasons Maui. Absolute exceptional in every facet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Beautiful location and hotel. I liked the valet service, they did a great job!
Construction works made it a bit noisy.
Near ocean; very pretty
Great vacation
Beautiful and good service
Service, location and staff
Breakfast
The start to our stay has been a disaster. No one greeted us upon arrival or helped us with our bags. No one acknowledged us at the front desk until my wife literally hollered for help (there were at least two people at the front desk not attending to guests). We came back because our in our prior stay I had toilet water drip on me, and we were promised an upgrade for our next stay. I had reached out to the resort manager and he confirmed that we were all set for the upgrade. Yet upon arrival, not only was an upgrade not available as was promised, but one of our rooms wasn't even available until after 6p (note the 4p guaranteed check-in) as they had to kick out the prior guests. They are clearly grossly understaffed, but worse yet, one would expect any Four Seasons to keep and even exceed their promises. We literally would not have come if we had any inkling that they could not fulfill the promises they made. So incredibly disappointed at this point. Should have gone somewhere else.
We had an amazing time at The Four Seasons. The service was exceptional. Amenities were excellent. Resort experiences, such as the outrigger canoe were awesome. We will definitely be back.
We stayed at the Four Seasons Maui because it was the hotel featured in Season 1 of White Lotus and we were able to go on the White Lotus tour by Tracy. If you’re a fan, the tour is a must-do—it provides an insider look at filming during Covid, behind-the-scenes details, and shows where the main scenes were shot (top of the staircase, lobby bar, Ferraro for bar and restaurant scenes, the adult and fountain pools, and the left-side beach). Note: the tour may end by the end of the year due to HBO licensing. Our four-night stay started a bit bumpy. Check-in at 2:45 pm had a 10-person line reminiscent of Las Vegas hotels, and our room wasn’t ready until about 3:15 pm. However, the hotel quickly smoothed things over: we received a credit for the delay, along with a bottle of champagne and a rose for our anniversary, which was a very thoughtful touch. Room: Room 620 had a large living area, open bedroom, and a balcony with a couch, chair, and table. The view overlooked a large grassy area, with the ocean and sunset in the distance. The bathroom had a double sink, bathtub, shower, and toilet in a separate room, and a lighted make-up mirror plus a six-drawer dresser that was very convenient for toiletries. Outside the bathroom was a bar area with a Nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle, and refrigerator. Four aluminum bottles of Four Seasons water were provided (refillable at hotel water stations), and the turn-down service included smaller bottles by the bed. Slippers were provided but only in Large and Small sizes, so they didn’t fit medium-sized feet. Robes were hung in the bathroom. Pools & Beach: There are three main pools: 1. Fountain/family pool with two hot tubs 2. Smaller Waterfall pool 3. Adult pool with swim-up bar, infinity edge, and hot tub Cabanas are available for reservation—adult pool cabanas are $1,000, and reserving some chairs is $100. Lounge chairs open at 7:00 am, and we were able to secure chairs at 7:30 - 7:40 am. Otherwise, there’s a waitlist or beach option. The beach area is a good size with umbrellas available for free. Activities & Cultural Events: - Saturday/Sunday: Fire Knife Dancer at 6:30 pm - Monday: Behind the Scenes of Hula (6:30–8:30 pm) with Hālau o Ka Hanu Lehua, one of Hawaii’s top hula groups Daily participatory classes: Lei Making (9 am), Coconut Frond Weaving (11 am), and Hula (1 pm in the lobby) Outrigger Canoe paddling (early reservation required). Other activities included yoga and pickleball. Service & Special Touches: The staff made our anniversary stay special: the manager from Duo visited us during breakfast, and Nick, our waiter at Ferraro’s, went above and beyond with happy anniversary wishes and a special dessert. The post-check-in champagne and rose were a lovely gesture. Departure: We had a late 11:00 pm flight, and the hotel accommodated us with late check-out and access to the Aloha Hospitality Suite, which included showers, lockers, and a lounge area with coffee, Nespresso, and TV. Things I Loved: - The White Lotus tour by Tracy. He has inside knowledge since he was onsite for the entire filming. - "Behind the Scenes of Hula" on the pa. I loved it was authentic hula and not just made for tourist entertainment. - The hula class and Candy, the instructor - The Aloha hospitality suite for a shower and place to change before catching a plane - The staff - everyone was genuinely helpful and gracious - The free transportation to the Shops at Wailea - more convenient than using our car - The extra personal touches for our anniversary - The insulated water pitcher at the Adult pool for cold water all day Areas for improvement: - More free chairs and umbrellas. It would be nice to have a leisurely breakfast and not worry whether you can get chair - More staff for check-in - More Outrigger Canoe openings Overall, despite the initial check-in hiccup, the Four Seasons Maui delivered an exceptional stay with spacious, well-appointed rooms, attentive staff, beautiful pools, and immersive cultural experiences. Perfect for both White Lotus fans and anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing Hawaiian escape.
I’ve stayed at many Four Seasons properties and have always experienced exceptional service. Unfortunately, the Four Seasons Maui did not meet that standard. During my entire stay, I was unable to access the adults-only pool. Each day there was a waitlist of 20–25 people, making the amenity effectively unavailable. At this price point, that’s unacceptable. The property also felt noticeably understaffed, with slow and inconsistent service throughout. Overall, this hotel delivered an experience that was average at best—far below what I expect from the Four Seasons brand. Beautiful location, disappointing execution.
The hospitality by the staff was amazing! We ate at the Duo restaurant for breakfast and had Lynn and she was so amazing with our 20 month old. She was so kind and accommodating. She felt like a family member! We also had dinner at the Duo and had Ron as our server and he was simply amazing. Very accommodating and warm spirited. I also met Joshua at the front desk and he was welcoming when we first checked in. Overall, the restaurant options were great - lots to choose from. I loved the look of the lobby and the staff all seemed nice. There were plenty of pools to choose from and I loved the short walk to the beach. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars was because their rooms were a bit dated. Four Season Hotels are known to have immaculate guest rooms. However, I noticed a stain on the carpet and sofa and the bed frame showed some wear and tear. Also, there was construction going on at the time of our stay. The gym was in a white tent and you could hear the construction noise during the day. So overall: amazing staff, dated rooms.
It's hard to believe there are any bad reviews for this resort. The problem areas are minor and the overall experience is just magical. The best resort we have ever stayed at and will probably ever stay at. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. The amenities are beautiful. The view is like a painting. Front Desk/Check In - We arrived the day after Thanksgiving and the resort was very crowded. The crowds subsided a few days after. We had a problem with our original room and Bernadette went out of her way to get us a new assignment. We had to move the following day but it was well worth it. Management followed up with a call to ensure we liked our new room which was a great touch. Pool Areas - We were at the adult pool primarily. It's true that you have to get there early to get your preferred seating. Depends on how busy the resort is. We were there at 6:45am each day. One day there was 10 people ahead of me, most days only about 3. There were still chairs around 10:00am so if you don't care where you sit you may be OK. You check in with the attendant, they register you for those chairs and you can leave for a short period of time but can't abuse the privilege and be gone for hours. One day we had a one hour outrigger tour and we told the attendant who said no problem. Alex is the pool attendant at the adult pool and he was great. There are complimentary cabanas in the other pool areas, but most are paid. The sanctuaries seem to be all paid...at least $400 per day. There are plenty of spots for amazing views throughout the resort that require no additional payment. Shout out to Rowena who was the sweet lady who provided us with complimentary homemade treats every day. She always addressed us by name. All the servers and attendants at the adult pool were exceptional. Dining - We dined at Ferraros -great service, food was OK. Very expensive. The lobby bar was a great for a light meal and drink. The pool bar food was delicious and reasonably priced. We at lunch at the pool every day. Did not try Duo or Spago. Monkeypod is a great option only one mile from resort. Valet - A free shuttle for a one mile radius is provided. Great option for area restaurants. All the car attendants are so friendly. We took a tour one day and the car attendants offered us water while we waited. Outrigger - The resort offers a complimentary one hour outrigger experience. This would cost $$ if you had to pay another company. It was so pleasant. One of our outrigger guys serenaded us with a ukulele and song. So peaceful. Room - We had an interior oceanview room with a view of the courtyard and some ocean. If you want true oceanview you have to request oceanfront. Some reviews stated the rooms were "dated"... they are not. The rooms were modern, nicely appointed and exceptionally clean. The bathrooms were huge. Nightly turn down service and everything replenished. Some areas for improvement: Beds - the beds were too soft and the pillows very thin. The Four Seasons app allowed us to select the type of mattress we wanted, so not sure if this was accurate because we requested firm. Adult pool fiberglass - the fiberglass around the adult pool was very dirty and obscured the view if you were right behind. This is minor, but I list it only because it's such an easy thing to fix. Thank you Four Seasons for a magical and beautiful stay!
This is our first time staying here and it was absolutely amazing! The check in was very smooth and they offered you lemonade and wash cloth at check in. We got upgraded to a garden executive suite which is absolutely beautiful! The room is super spacious with a giant living room and a patio. They even give our daughter a welcome gift and in the bathroom they have sponges with her name spelled out which I find very sweet! The room is cleaned twice a day and they are so attention to detail! They organized your toiletries on the counter for you and wrap your charging core with a tie. We mentioned we are celebrating our daughter’s birthday and they even brought a cake with sand toy gift and lots of snacks for her. Getting our car from valet was very easy and fast! They even provide you with bottle of water. We had lunch at Ferraros twice and it was amazing! Kids under the age of 4 eats free at Ferraros & DUO so our daughter gets to eat for free. She ordered the pasta which was delicious she finished the whole bowl. The sea food Cobb salad was refreshing and delicious! Pizza was also yummy! Breakfast at DUO was delicious! Lots of selections to choose from and there were coffee for you to get outside while you wait. Dinner at DUO was amazing as well! The 16 oz rib eyes was huge and tender! We also tried the lunch by the pool and they were yummy as well. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! When at pool or at beach, just let the staff know and they will set up chairs for you. There was Sunblock provided for you. The hotel was super kids friendly! So many amenities provided for kids which is lovely! We were out of diapers and they were able to bring us some! We came in the first week of December and the hotel was not crowded at all. Pool was beautiful and we were able to enjoy it every day without feeling crowded at all. They have car available to take you to places nearby if needed. Will definitely try it next time we come back. All the staff were friendly and nice. The whole experience was just amazing and we will definitely want to come back again!
Worst thanksgiving trip. Food was very mediocre. Extremely crowded. Service not personal or caring. We saw a woman get attacked by a pit bull at beach at 8am On a Saturday while building a sand castle with the kids. Alerted hotel staff and they said it's a public beach and couldn't do anything, not even call security. Felt so unsafe here and disregarded. Spa was being renovated and the temporary spa area was pathetic. Just 1 dirty cold plunge and 1 sauna in hot sun. Worst four seasons "spa." Do not honor AMX early check in. All service/experience felt so bare minimum. Couldn't relax here at all. Just counted down the days and wanted to leave. Worst FS experience yet. Will never come back.
We had a great stay at this Four Seasons property in Maui. The staff at check-in were very friendly and courteous. After check-in we had an issue with the AC unit in our room. The service technician arrived promptly and attempted to repair the issue. While fixing the unit we were moved to another room down the hall for convience. We really enjoyed the view from our room. The pool deck cabanas were very comfortable and provided quick acess for a stroll on the beach. During our private event our server Merri was very impressive. She was very courteous and remembered our favorite sparkling water beverage at every meal and promptly provided refils. This level of service is a rarity and confirmed our amazing experience. All of our meals were great especially our private luau dinner and entertainment. This was our second stay at a Four Seasons and it exceeded expectations just like our first stay in Buenos Aires. With appreciation
Elegant resort with flawless service and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Spacious rooms, amazing staff, and a perfect relaxing atmosphere. A true paradise.
We are in the last couple of hours of our five days at this amazing resort. We spent every day at the adult pool with the absolutely amazing view. Pros: Adult Pool- Alex and Allen take the best care to find you the chairs of your choice. Wawie, Maxwell, Shayne, Makena, and Kimberly will serve up your beverages and food during the day and are extremely attentive and engaging. Rowena!!! The treat queen! Baked items early, juice of the day which we chose to add vodka to and afternoon cold cloths and popsicles. What else could you want. Yes get here early to get your chair but you can’t leave till 10 and can only be gone for an hour. It fills up fast and the waitlist typically begins about 11:30. Breakfast Buffet: We began each morning with the breakfast buffet which was included in our stay. Tons of options available. Food is hot and fresh. The staff: Jery, Volt, and Paul are the sweetest! Extremely attentive and full of knowledge. All of the staff here are amazing but these three took the best care of us every day. Ferraro’s: On our first day, we had lunch at this location which was yummy and on the second day we joined their champagne event. This was great!! Lobby Bar: we decided to enjoy drinks and food here and Amy took care of our order with the amazing support of Justin and Connor. This I believe is a great spot for the 5:30 torch lighting ceremony every evening and live music. The drinks were good. The food I believe could be better. We ordered the burger with half fries and onion rings but the fries arrived at dessert. They did take care of our dessert and drinks for our anniversary and for the error with our food. A must are the chips to start. Delish. Rooms: we were upgraded to the deluxe garden view room which had a partial ocean view. The rooms are amazing!!! The staff reorganized and cleaned these rooms amazingly and with the utmost care. We also received some chocolates and a bottle of bubbles for our anniversary celebration which was a nice touch. Staff: overall our experience with every single person was courteous and welcoming. From Sheri the shuttle driver to the concierge and every single person we encountered. With that said there are a couple areas that need work. For our checkin we were early as our flight got in at 11:30am. We were advised that they would text us and confirmed the number to text when our room was available. At about 2:20 I checked with the front desk and they advised they were wrapping up our room and they would text as soon as it was ready. Well the text never came when the room was ready at 2:30 and I found this out when I went to the front at 3:30 and found the room was ready. Later I found a message in the apps chat that came at 2:30 alerting me the room was ready but I would have not looked there since I was told I would be texted. One Other experience we had was on our last night we came back about 5:00 and went to the lobby bar to grab a cocktail. At the bar were 5 people seated. Three at one end and a space between and two other folks and then another space on their right. I went in between the two groups and was abruptly scolded by the bartender and told to move on the other side of the party of two to order as was the couple behind me. She then had the two groups move their chairs closer to close out the ability for folks to approach in this area. I view it as she was either irritated or irritating depending on which side of the bar you were standing on. This is not how I have experienced any other staff member on the five days I was here and it definitely caught me off guard but did not ruin the remainder of my encounters. Overall an amazing five star top notch experience. They made our anniversary celebration special and we will 100% be back.
This resort was absolutely amazing! The open lobby with a very nice view of the pool and beach was amazing to see when entering the hotel. The staff was so helpful and took their time to show the resort to us. Our room was very nice and spacious, great for a family of 4. Overall I would definitely come back with my family!
Absolutely beautiful hotel! Staff was nice and helpful
Service was spectacular from start to finish. Rooms are quite well appointed and laid out - bathroom is very spacious and well appointed. Patio/lanai was furnished nicely too - great for chilling out end of day or with coffee and a snack before you yak your walk for the day. Poolside cabana staff was so very attentive - and they remember your likes and preferences. Denji and Sydney were as attentive and courteous as we’ve seen anywhere. DUO buffet waiters Jordan and Jery and their support team (Paul) felt like they knew us and our food preferences each day. Great conversation without being overbearing. We will be back.
What a beautiful resort!! This is our 2nd time here and the service and resort are such a treat. The views of the oceans are incredible. The pools on the property are wonderful. The restaurants and lobby area are so fun!! I want to come again.
This was our first stay at a Four Seasons, but it certainly won’t be our last! We visited all 4 islands (5 if you count our day trip to Lanai) in 3 weeks and Maui was our last stop. We are so glad we saved the best for last! We stayed in a Mountain View King room that was luxuriously appointed and immaculately clean. We loved that housekeeping would perfectly arrange our belongings and their attention to detail was impeccable. They would leave eyeglass cleaning cloths(complete with a printed scene of the resort on it) if they noticed our glasses laying around and tie up our charging cords with a Four Seasons logo tie wrap. The valet service would leave bottles of water in our cup holders when they would bring us our car for a day trip of exploring the island. We dined at Duo (shout out to our server Cooper), Ferraro’s(shout out to our server Jane), and Spago. Unfortunately we would not recommend Spago. We felt the quality of the food and service was not commensurate with the price. The highlight of our stay was meeting and talking with (on several occasions)Victor Omolo, Rooms Assistant Director. We bonded over our shared love of Africa and his home country. Two opportunities to improve upon an otherwise mostly positive experience…. 1. We were informed of the construction on our tower when we checked in. We understand this is necessary, but nonetheless, it was quite bothersome when we had to be in the room. Luckily most days we were gone the majority of the day. 2. It is difficult to get loungers at the adult pool, although a lot of them seemed to be empty. Guests show up at 7 AM and reserve their chairs and then leave. Supposedly they aren’t allowed to leave them for more than an hour. We were put on a waiting list and it would be several hours before we were able to get chairs some days.
I am not a big resort in Hawaii sort of person, but this was worth every penny and there were a lot of pennies involved
This property exceeded our expectations. We loved the service, pool, and restaurants. The adult pool was gorgeous. We enjoyed the freshly made juice and the afternoon popsicles. The live music at the lobby bar was terrific. We will return!
WOW! what an awesome hotel! so worth it. This is probably one of the best customer service oriented hotels that I have ever stayed at. The service was excellent. - we were there for our Baby Moon, and every single staff knew about it, and made us feel special, from breakfast all the way to dinner. BTW, Spago is a MUST - it's delicious, and the chef and staff are great. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which was very well appointed and very clean and comfortable - I must say that they cleaning crew was great, always arranged everything neatly for us when they tidied up the room. The location of the hotel is great - the beach is super swimmable, and the hotel has their own section with dedicated lounge chairs and towels. We saw turtles eating on the rocks (2 minute swim from the shore) and we also saw many fish and an octopus. It's not a cheap hotel - but worth every penny.
Wonderful!
We stayed at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea for our anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt special — the views, the calm, and above all, the genuine care from the staff. A special shout-out to Boeker, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. He personally arranged a thoughtful celebration and ensured a late check-out that made all the difference after our long travels. His kindness and professionalism reflected the true aloha spirit that defines the Four Seasons experience. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return. 🌺💛
Beautiful property, efficient staff, truly a wonderful stay
Great food option
The adult pool filled up so quick with non residents.. also the view that I was given ( my room ) was not up to the standards
Beautiful resort. Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool and beach area were really nice. Will stay here again.
