L'albergo si trova vicino all'aeroporto e a circa 5 minuti a piedi c'è l'Airport Station, da cui partono i bus per Miami Beach e altre zone. La colazione è molto abbondante ed è presente sia una parte dolce che una parte salata. Anche il servizio lavatrice e asciugatrice è molto utile, ed è gratuito. È disponibile uno shuttle gratuito da e per l'aeroporto, ma è possibile anche arrivare con una navetta dall'aeroporto e poi farsela a piedi da Airport Station.

Migliorerei la pulizia della camera, noi siamo arrivati il sabato e non essendoci la donna delle pulizie nel weekend, abbiamo dovuto chiedere le lenzuola e gli asciugamani. Domenica il letto ce lo siamo fatti da soli; il lunedì invece la donna delle pulizie è tornata e ha pulito. La pulizia però non era approfondita. Inoltre, la cucina non era attrezzata con pentole e stoviglie: era presente solo una pentola e 2 mestoli. C'è il micronde ma non il forno.

Le sofa du salon est à ressorts, donc désagréable. Les chambres aux étages sont bruyantes ( avion, train, presque toute la nuit). Mais chambres au rez de chaussée, pas de bruit et accès direct à la piscine . Dommage que la terrasse de la piscine soit si bruyante avec les avions …

My shuttle driver was very friendly and engaging. Made the trip from the airport to the hotel enjoyable. Once at the hotel he showed me to the front desk. Each time I saw him after that he greeted me. This was the same for the rest off the staff. Made me feel like I was staying at home.

I didn’t receive the king one bedroom suite I paid for, they gave me a queen one bedroom room instead, the room had a terrible odor, and the shower was disgusting. I went to the front they gave me a queen room, it was a lot better than the first one.

Breakfast was great. Staff was probably the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They all seemed to like their jobs and were happy we were their guests from the night.

The hotel had three elevators and only one worked. The gathering area to catch the elevator was very small, congested, and unorganized. During peak times it was impossible to catch an elevator. We heard a lot of grumbling and unhappy customers due to the elevator situation.

No funcionaba todos los elevadores, el comedor no era amplio para la cantidad de gente.

Un excelente desayuno bufé con todo lo que uno puede requerir en un desayuno. Habitaciones amplias, silenciosas y muy cómodas. La atención es magnífica.

Reservé con un mes de antelación (con pago por adelantado) por una escala nocturna, notifiqué que mi hora de check-in sería a las 2 AM pues mi vuelo aterrizaba a la 1 de la madrugada en Miami. Al llegar al hotel para hacer check-in me encuentro con una persona delante de mí (a la que sin reserva le entregan una habitación). Y al llegar yo al mostrador la recepcionista me dice que estaban sold-out y que por un problema de "overbooking" no podian recibirme. Esto tras 14 horas de vuelo y escasas 6 horas para descansar y haber pagado la tarifa. Su solución fue derivarme al Hotel EVEN Airport, que pagara una reserva nueva y que escribiera por la mañana al Gerente General "para ver que hacer con mi caso porque ella no sabía que hacer". Reserva en otro hotel si está disponible. El servicio es deplorable y son poco serios. Por suerte booking me informó que gestionaban el reembolso.

The only area I disliked was the fact that the hotel doesn’t have a parking lot for the client only a small area for valet parking.

Ik verbleef hier met 7 kids/jongeren 2,5 week in jullie hotel. Het was een super fijn hotel. Met kinderen is de kitchenette op de kamer echt handig. Ook lekker kunnen barbecuen bij het zwembad. Service was top eigenlijk was niks teveel. Schone handdoeken en housekeeping was elke dag goed geregeld. Locatie was ook super centraal rondom het openbaar vervoer. Je bent echt overal binnen no time van downtown, Wynwood tot de beach lekker centraal en toch weer de rust bij terugkomst in het hotel. Auto huren was gemakkelijk in de buurt. Miami centraal station aan de overkant. We zijn naar Orlando gereden was super goed te doen. Tri rail naar fort Lauderdale en west palm beach. De beveiliging is ook super goed in het hotel er wordt goed opgelet wie binnenkomt. Dankjewel voor dit fijne verblijf.

La cercanía con el aeropuerto. Un buen hotel de paso. El traslado gratuito al aeropuerto y el maravilloso trato del chofer.

No hay restaurantes cerca. Obras en construcción en los alrededores, eso le resta belleza al entorno.

Hubby & I had a 6 day business and leisure in Miami we preferred a suite with access to a kitchenette and staybridge was perfect. Clean and spacious room, clean bathroom. Simple breakfast is available which was ok for us. Our room wasn’t clean daily but towels were replenished and bathroom. We do wish our sheets were changed at least 3 times. We had some issues checking in but that was resolved quickly. We had a car as we were a little distance from shops. Definitely stay again

Belle camere con zona cucina dotata di tutto. Staff gentile e disponibile e attento ai bisogni dei clienti. La cena ci è stata offerta. Direi che meglio di cosi non si può.

I travel to Miami and stay at this hotel for business twice a week. When I arrive, my stay is always a better experience when I see Marc at the front desk. Wow! I was a little worried because I booked this hotel from my seat in an incredibly delayed flight arriving to Miami 3 AM… At 4 AM when I arrived, Marc was attentive and incredibly kind after a hellish travel day (and 24 rough hours ahead of me) He swiftly checked me in and allowed me a late check out. Gave me water, offered snacks, ect. I was so thankful for his help and for a night of restful sleep. Room was clean and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! Close to the airport and has everything you need!!

Sucio. No me dejaron pasar a las 3:40 por qué el check in es a las 4 y cuando al final entré a la habitación estaba sucia. Me dieron otra y la otra también sucia. La siguiente también sucia.. al final me dieron otra se camas hechas pero los vasos y Cosina sucios pero ya no quise pasear con mis maletas por el hotel así que me quedé ahí

It wasn't close to stores or restaurants. It smelled like marijuana when we walked in through from valet parking. One of the elevators was not working which the front desk clerk didn't inform me during check in. There were not enough towels for a room that sleeps six people. The front desk clerk informed me that they ran out of towels. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced badly.

Locatie tov NU Stadium en het vliegveld was perfect! Goed uitgebreid ontbijt, de kamer was ruim en de kitchenette een fijne extra. Geluid van vliegtuigen was aanwezig, maar voor ons niet storend.

De slaapbank was niet opgemaakt ondanks reservering voor 4 personen, tevens is deze aan de kleine kant (kon net voor 2 kinderen, maar niet voor 2 volwassenen)

We cannot say enough good things about our shuttle driver, Evelio. From the moment he picked us up at the airport, he made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a wonderful conversation on the drive to the hotel that felt more like visiting with an old friend than meeting someone for the first time. Along the way, he took the time to tell us about hotel amenities we may not have otherwise known about and recommended two of his favorite local restaurants. We were only able to visit one during our stay, but it absolutely did not disappoint. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, but Evelio truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed to Staybridge and Miami.

Very close to the Tri-Rail station next to the airport. A really good stay. Front desk staff were friendly. I had a ground floor room which was a suite including full sized fridge, hob, microwave and plenty of accessories including filter coffee maker. Supplies of coffee, sugar etc too. Two double beds. Bathroom was in good order and pleased to see the use of dispensers for shampoo etc. WiFi worked well and air conditioning unit wasn't too noisy. My only complaint was the decor and as in a shaded area, not too much natural light. No disturbance from the sound of aeroplanes taking off from the airport. Breakfast was particularly good with cooked items, fruit, selection of pastries and three types of coffee.

Beware this hotel indicates they offer free shuttle service to MIA airport but then say it is temporarily unavailable and tell you to arrange your transportation at your own cost with no compensation. Reached out to customer service but they apologized only. I’m still out of pocket for my own transportation. Deceitful and poor customer service.

Our stay was short (1 night) but great. Perfect location to reach the airport and also the public group transportation. Breakfast was good with various choices: savoury and sweet (waffles were delicious!). Shuttle from and to the airport is included. A special reward goes to Elivio our driver who kindly entertained us: the best tour shuttle guide we ever met in Miami! Definitely recommended!

The staff was arguing with Booking.com. They lost our reservation and was blaming Booking.com saying that this is a frequent error, but I believe the error was on the properties side. There was no room for us and staff wasn’t very helpful in trying to find a solution just more focused on pointing the finger

Picked this hotel for its proximity to MIA and found it be a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Parking was $25 dollars vs $55 I paid the night before in South Beach. The breakfast was at the top of any included offering I’ve ever had. Being 15 or less minutes from the airport was very convenient. Will consider returning in the future and highly recommend.
