Best Western Plus Miami Intl Airport Hotel & Suites Coral Gables

Limpieza

No pasó nada, solo estaba mal configurad. No pudimos descansar nada

Everything

The staff were helpful and nice. The location was all right for the things that we wanted to do. It is about a 15-minute drive from the Miami brightline. The bed was comfortable.

The bathtub was a little small and the shower head was quite low, water didn't seem to drain too fast. Walls are a little thin.

Easy access to airport and local restaurants Pool was clean Gym facilities nice

Staff was very nice, also a good location

The room was clean.

The sink stopper didn’t work. The AC stopped and the toilet wasn’t flushing.

Everything.

Everyone was nice

The water in the toilet was slow in filling so flushing was halted for about 1-2 hours.

Staff not so kind. They could´ve been better.

The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable

Room was gross and the elevators were not working … no signage outside so it was hard to tell if we were in the right location

Emplacement top

Professional staff and restaurant food was superb.

Ubicacion

Rooms are enaugh big and clean. Bed is comfortable.

They are not clean rooms everyday

It was clean and the staff was friendly

The workers

Nothing

Some of the staff were great. Maintenance, a few front desk staff such as Lourdes. They changed towels everyday.

That housekeeping didnt clean thoroughly, floors were not sweep, bed wasn't spread properly, the comforter was just drawn over the unmade bed. The rooms smelled old and moldy. We checked in late as our flight was delayed, the receptionist seems like we were a bother. The sheets were not changed for the 5 nights we were there.

Great facility.

Meals information and restaurant staff are not supportive

Wonderful, courteous staff and the cleanliness of the building and the room and the location is just 4 miles from downtown Miami very convenient and a special shout out to the desk staff we were upgraded to a suite and a late checkout free of charge and they have a convenient shuttle from the airport to the hotel and you can use the shuttle to the cruise port also

Staff was very courteous and friendly.

I had no complaints.

The staff members are very polite and professional and the location is central. Highly recommend

Did eat breakfast

Only stay 1 night

TV Remote didn't work.

New and clean inside. Friendly staff

Parking and access to the parking lot.

Clean. Friendly, personable staff.

Cold and impersonal.

Clean and comfortable

Not much around the hotel that was walkable

Staff was nice

Bathroom tub had stains. The room was very noisy ac made strange noises all night and rooms are not sound proof as you can hear everything.

it was pretty nice for a beat western

the customer service was lacking. my card was charged a one night hold the night before, then $200 when i got there, then when i left they charged my card for the entire amount. so my room was supposed to be around $430 but my card was charged a total of $630 and the extra $200 has yet to be released back to my card and it’s been one week since i checked out. i called and the associate was not very helpful. she said she would send me the invoice, i never got it and then she told me to “call my bank or do whatever you gotta do”.

Large room., clean hotel , central location

Love it every one was nice

Well donr

The location

Room’s Hygiene, Privacy & Daily Parking Fee of $16

The entire hotel staff was outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We especially appreciated the breakfast team.

The room was generally comfortable, but the air conditioning made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was quite noisy, and we couldn't set the temperature to our preferred level, which made the room too cold at times. Improving the air conditioning system or allowing guests more control over the temperature would make the overall experience much better.

The room was VERY NICE

The restaurant inside the hotel was very expensive. We wanted to eat there but decided to go out due to the prices.

Great staff. Lounge with food and drink that was offered for pay. Snacks and computers available.

There was a problem with the air conditioning and it kept us awake a good part of the night...... The elevator took way too long to come down. One of the blinds in our room wouldn't close all the way.

We we’re overcharged by booking.com compared to online rates directly with hotel.

The rooms were big

You can hear people outside

The staff and the room were very nice!

I had a short stay. Cant tell.

We will be booking again for are next cruise!!!

Great value, very clean. Friendly staff

Great location all the facilities you need for a comfy stay and friendly staff

La limpieza y ollor en el hotel

Clean and friendly great location

Bathrooms could use some updating

The place was clean and comfortable

The bathrooms are a little small

The room was clean

I took almost 2 hours for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We called several times and the only thing they said was to be patient, when we arrived, the lady in the reception was very impolite, she gave us a room for handicap, I didn't ask for that. We have to change rooms, besides the A. C. Was impossible to regulate, it was so cold that today I have a cold. In summary, I won't go to this hotel, , ever again..

Great price

Musty smell in upstairs hallway

The property was clean and up to standard

The pool was all the way in a hidden area

Staff was nice

Shuttle only runs 1 x hour, kitchen closed earlier than scheduled

Clean and comfortable and friendly helpful staff

Every thing except I had to pay to park my car on the premises. Not good!

o tamanho do quarto é excelente!

The staff

To many talking in the background

It was ok

That expensive food in the restaurant

People were nice and friendly. Thank you!

Only one thing - the housekeeper people scream so loudly. I feel like it was just loud talk.

Close to where we were going.
