Home2 Suites By Hilton Madison Central Alliant Energy Center

Breakfast was okay. Nice that they had bagels.

Would have liked to see more protein options. Yogurt to go

Very clean, friendly staff wonderful free breakfast with variety. Outdoor fire pit. Pool was nice.

Everything was nice and clean

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was a great addition, and the included breakfast was really good

Great location and the facilities were great! I really enjoyed having amenities so close and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was also very pleasant. Will gladly stay here again.

No complaints

Super clean and very nice amenities (solid gym/pool and real dish ware for breakfast and in rooms for meals)

Beautiful property. Clean and comfortable.

N/A

Everything was clean. Enjoyed having a nice refrigerator in the room.

Large room, very clean

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The service exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Very clean, nice staff. They offered a great breakfast. Check in and out was easy.

Comfortable room. The room divided by a curtain gave privacy and larger area in area away from beds. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast ended at nine. We slept in and would have liked it if breakfast had gone to ten.

Modern design. Comfy bed and sofa. Love the full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Breakfast was very good - rates above other hotel breakfasts.

Just one complaint of dogs running in the hallway.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were wonderful, nice and friendly. I enjoyed the pool and was grateful it was still open after the event I attended. My room was very quiet, which is important to me. I think the couch and the rolling table was the best feature in the room. I appreciated the breakfast selections and coffee, too. Having a great restaurant so close to the hotel was a *big* deal, so I could eat & rest before going to my event. I will be staying here every time I travel to Madison!!!

To be honest, I was hoping the hotel had a hot tub by the pool, and was a bit disappointed. The pool is still nice though. I forgot to ask how I could find & purchase the same table that was in my hotel room, for my own home.

Room was well appointed. Breakfast was very good with lots of selection.

Everything was Great!

Nice hotel - that has large, clean, and modern rooms with built-in night light in bathroom. Reasonably priced. Nice breakfast offerings. Generally a hearty breakfast with eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, and fruit. Great location for sightseeing - easy access to 12/18 (freeway) and to downtown Madison. Would be a 5 for me, except for something they can't control. Many of the rooms face the freeway. Mine was at the end of the hall and close to it. As such, I could hear the noise of cars and trucks regularly.

All of it

I loved the variety of foods at breakfast and the healthier options than most hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all interactions.

Friendly, welcoming staff

Everything was fine

Breakfast food was hot and delicious

The entire facility was clean and in good condition. The staff was very friendly.

This is a facility that takes pets and although we did not hear any barking in our room. You could hear barking as we passed in the hallways. If our room had been nearer I would not have been very happy.

The amenities

The low water pressure in the shower on the third floor. It's a five extra minutes to shower

Staff was friendly and always available. Our fourth floor room had virtually immediate hot water when turned on… amazing.

No downside noted

Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.

This is my second time here, and I am still love this hotel. The location is great, and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is avrage, but this was not an issue as Starbucks was next door. A good restaurant is also next door for meat lovers.

Nothing

Breakfast is great, nice gym and pool available. Open areas to relax with family and friends.

It was sparkling clean, water pressure was great, most everything seemed new. There was a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, sink, and dishes. Didn't need all of that this trip but will remember if we ever plan a longer stay. The room was pretty big and there were two desks so we both had plenty of room to organize our things. Staff was very friendly. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at!

Nothing I can think of~ it was great.

Everything was great. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Clean and safe facility. Very comfortable room. Great breakfast. Great value

Nothing

Very pleasant

I love staying at this hotel. It is always my first choice when staying in Madison. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. The location is so convenient. The room and common areas are kept very clean. The only reason I took away one star for cleanliness is the guest laundry room. Laundry access is a huge selling feature for me on this hotel (laundry is so important to me for longer hotel stays) but during my recent stay I noticed that the washing machines smelled funky, like the rubber seal around the door needs to be bleached more frequently. Otherwise, no notes. Looking forward to staying here the next time I'm in Madison.

Nice staff helped with a room noise issue and credited points

The property was immaculate. Our suite was comfortable and had every amenity needed. The best part of our stay was the friendly, helpful staff. Their dinner recommendation was perfect!

Room is cleaned, person at the check in was friendly and helpful. The place is also pet friendly

Every time we come here the hotel is clean, updated and the service/staff is excellent. Daily breakfast is great, and I always appreciate a noon checkout instead of 10 or 11. We will continue to come here when visiting Madison to see our daughter.

Perfect stay. Very comfortable.

Great pet friendly property!

Beautiful, large room, comfy bed & pillows, quiet, great breakfast.

The water pressure of the shower was dismally weak- it took forever to wash out my shampoo & conditioner.

Great property and comfortable beds

Very clean rooms, nice breakfast, and clean dining areas.

I’m staying at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Madison, Wisconsin, and it hasn’t been a pleasant experience. The design gives you zero privacy. The patio is right at the front entrance, which feels more like a way for the hotel to keep eyes on its guests than a spot to relax. The Wi-Fi is a joke. It struggles to hit 5 Mbps, and half the time the speed test won’t even complete before crashing. The login screen pops up constantly, interrupting anything you try to do on your phone. Forget trying to work on a laptop. For a Hilton-branded property, this is embarrassing. If they cared about business travelers, they’d put hardwired connections in the rooms. The USB port on the nightstand doesn’t even work, which I only found out when I woke up after the first night with a dead phone. The ice machines on both the third and fourth floors are broken, so every time I want ice, I have to ride the elevator around the building like it’s part of the entertainment package. In my room, the clock is four minutes off. That’s small, but it tells you nobody’s paying attention to the basics. Location doesn’t help either. Unless you want the one restaurant next door, you’re stuck Ubering or walking two and a half miles to get to anything else. Between the busted amenities, broken details, and garbage internet, this place is disappointing from top to bottom.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was always available and very accommodating. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen.

Jenny the person behind the desk did an amazing job taking care of issue over the phone two days before arrival. She was behind the desk also upon arrival for check. She started out the stay Awesome. Extremely nice, helpful, patient and understanding. The room/stay was exactly what I was looking for during time in Madison.

Very clean, friendly staff, and easy access to the convention center across the street. Jenny at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff were also very friendly. Overall, a great place to stay!

The breakfast was good.

The room was large with plenty of space for 4 people. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a good selection for the breakfast in the mornings. Easy access to downtown and the Capitol. Within driving distance to numerous activities. We will definitely plan on staying here again.

The staff was exceptional

Free Wi-Fi would have been nice.

The breakfast

Common areas and rooms were very clean. Friendly front desk staff. Rooms are large. Walked on floor with with white socks and they were clean.

Great hotel, clean, breakfast was delicious and unique compared to normal hotel breakfast, pool was ok, fitness room was great, lots of options. Has laundry facilities, the room was really nice and spacious.

The pool was not super clean. The beds were not the most comfortable.

We had a great stay. Our family went to the zoo in Madison Wi and got rained out but luckily we were able to checkin early and we had a great time in the pool! The breakfast was fantastic the kids loved the waffles! Thanks Hilton!

.

Hotel is great, secluded,

Very clean . Nice staff. Easy check in and out

Great place with big rooms. Great breakfast

Highly recommend this hotel, whenever we come to Madison to visit our daughter we stay here staff is friendly Alan’s it’s always clean

All we needed for a good night stay!

Clean, easily accessible, plenty of amenities, nice workout facility and pool, great outdoor sitting space with a grill, fire pit and lots of comfy seating. Breakfast bar was very good and extensive, one of the best continental breakfast bars we have seen.

Clean, friendly

Clean hotel with good pool. The breakfast needs to have more choices. Other than that, it was fine. Good location. Nice stay overall.

I recommend having cleaning staff to accommodate for big events like concerts, and allow early check in for rooms that were available I shouldn’t have had to wait until the next day for my room and sleep for only 6 hours before having to leave for home the next day. And never got my refund!
