Nice hotel, nice staff, close to downtown, it has a small but well equiped gym. The breakfast was ok-ish, not much choice, but everything else was great.

The breakfast buffer could be better

The facility seems modern, and they have display of pets that have stayed over, which is very cute

The hotel offers nothing in comparison with their brother hotels: no breakfast, extra charge for parking, nothing interesting within walking distance, also no view at all. If I could choose again I will pick another location

Non me ha piaciuto il servizio pulizie delle camere. Abbiamo chiesto una mattina il servizio ma a nostro ritorno solo avevamo lasciato le lenzuola pulite , poi il resto uguale , letti senza fare e bagno senza pulire . Siamo stati una settimana, così tutti i giorni .

I had requested a room near the elevator. It was not. With mobility issues it was a long walk. Other than this error, it was excellent.

We traveled for UWisconsin admitted students event and the location was great and safe! We walked everywhere and at odd hours. The room was excellent - modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is well-lit, great water pressure and temperature. This is a great hotel to stay close to the university.

I would ding it for value a little. At the price we paid - $160 a night, it should have included breakfast. I mean, most residents must be there for the university events. Also, parking is $25 additional a night! TV wouldn't play few channels with an error that "the contract with the provider had expired" .. umm? Could have done with a couple more coffee cups and creamers and sugar, and a shower cap!

Location and staff friendliness

The beds were advertised as queen size, but were only doubles. Six inches narrower. We paid for two queens but the beds were smaller. Very false advertising and disceptive marketing. The shower was starting to show mold at the bottom. We stayed in room 404. Both feedback statements were communicated to the front desk staff on duty.

Walking to Kohl Center

We were in town visiting our grandson and to take in a men's hockey game. The location couldn't be better as he resides at Smith dorm. We ate dinner at your restaurant and they opened early for us as the game started at 6 pm, so accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional and our room was perfect. The only thing was that we used Booking.com for the reservation. I am not certain, but I think we w.ere charged a booking fee of $52.95. We booked the room on 12/28 and I could not back into what this "travel reservation" represented.

Excellent location, clean facility and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and not your average hotel breakfast. Check-in and check-out process was quick and painless. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The breakfast was very disappointing. The open buffet is very very limited, for a price of 19 USD, I would've expected there to be more options. There wasn't even any cheese, or tomatoes/cucumbers. Abysmal milk options too. I also noticed that my room was tended to even though I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. While I appreciate the sentiment, I left my room in a state thinking no-one would enter to see anything, so to realize that people had entered was not the nicest thing. The constant noise coming from the air vents made it tricky to fall asleep. The pillows were not to my liking, but I imagine it is difficult to cater to every single person's preferences.

Hotel was modern and clean, perfect location for visiting campus. Staff was very friendly. Parking garage was very convenient, easy in and out access with room card.

the beds were so hard and unconfortable... went down to hospital and hubby and i both had sore backs in the morning... would not reconmmend this place to stay..sorry... please update the beds...

Ideal location for activities around the Madison Campus. Steps from the East Campus Mall. Everything within walking if weather permits.

Would like to see parking free for Hilton Members. Views from room aren't great, property boarders rail tracks.

I chose the hotel due to the proximity to UW campus. The hotel was nice. All of the staff was polite and helpful. I liked the size of my room. I expected college student noise/disruptions due to its location near UW campus. There was none. ,

I asked a question while booking my reservation that was never answered. The bed was too tall for me, ( I'm physically disabled and I had difficulty climbing into it), and it wasnt as comfortable as I wanted it to be. The chair was also too big for me. A recliner would have been better. The bathroom toilet was very short and small, like it was a child-size toilet--not for adults. It would have been very helpful to have a dispenser bottle of liquid hand soap on the bathroom sink, similar to the hotel amenities in the shower.

Super clean and efficient all around. The only complaint I have is at the front desk, it was extremely load. It was very hard to hear the check in staff. I think acoustic panels are needed.
